It is the best hotel with a SPA in Druskininkai. Excellent massage procedures, relaxing atmosphere and top-notch customer service experience. I got a lovely surprise from the hotel restaurant for my birthday - a fruit basket and a bottle of champagne. We will come back for sure!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful and exceptional. The spa facilities in the hotel are very beautiful and very nicely designed. I highly recommend this hotel. Because of the hotel staff All the staff is exceptional, they go out of their way to help, and everything is done with kindness and with a smile. The room was really big, about 32 meters, a very comfortable bed, with a spacious and good bathroom,... the heating in the bathroom floor was a pleasure. A wonderful and tasty breakfast, very varied, highly recommend. The location of the hotel is great, for those who come by public transportation, it is near the hotel, nearby shopping centers, restaurants, and the city center is about minutes' walk, a great park adjacent to the hotel, and a lake 5 minutes' walk away. We really highly recommend staying at this hotel. We had a big and fantastic pleasure. Lilia and Albert

Great hotel. Rooms a bit small..

We stayed at 8th floor. the water pressure was very poor during mornings and evenings. At the front desk, I was told nothing can be done during those hours. Disappointing.

Good place to stay at least this is what I can say about the studio room. Good internet and breakfast was also ok.

Perfect stay

It was just amazing stay. Client is a priority for them. We experienced it starting late arrival. We had wellness package with 3 meals per day, so at our late check- in we were told dinner is waiting for us. When we went to restaurant after smooth check-in, somewhat worrying how/ if to explain on our case to be accepted, they welcomed us telling they already have been informed by receptionist. Meal is fresh and health-oriented, very rich and to several tastes. We saw they were preparing even fresh breakfast " out of meniu" for kids, according parents request. I dont remember myself seeing something similar, even i am frequent traveller. And especially having plenty to choose for breakfast. Rooms are standart, very clean. We didnt use much of spa. Tip: if you want something as your spa-special, book it in advance ( program is available at their web-page) because at arrival moment many of procedures are booked in advance so you are left with less to chose, even the variety is more than enough. Spa treatment is just very professional, it is felt that you are in master's hands, not amateur's. All in all it was just perfect stay.

We had deluxe room which consisted of a living room and bedroom, walk-in closet. Very comfortable! Great variety of treatments and procedures! Clean facilities ! Pleasant atmosphere! Very relaxing!

Excellent bathroom in room, don't forget your flip flops for the pool area as gets slippery, breakfast was great.

it was nice to have relaxing time. good breakfast. quiet and nice town with small cafes, beautiful parks and even Snow Arena, where you can ski all year.

Lovely spa hotel

An excellent hotel with a little spa section. We did not had any treatments, unfortunately. It is a short walk from the bus station and there are parking spots adjacent to the hotel. The hotel provides table tennis, bowling and more apart from the spa so if you are not interested in the spa you could entertain yourself with other things. There is a play corner in the restaurant for kids. The breakfast is super! Relaxing ambience and nice staff.

Very excellent SPA-Hotel. It is located in a quiet are of Druskininkai, however close to the bus-terminal and all the nice restaurants in the city. Comfortable and nice rooms (had the suite). The SPA provides good and for everyone apropriate procedures. Excellent and big breakfast.

Top notch hotel. Staff is extremely caring and friendly, everything was clean and tidy. Very calm place around, but city center is just few hundred meters away. Great SPA, we have gotten ourselves couple of massages and it excelled our expectations. Definitely would recommend for anyone.

Sehr gutes Hotel zum Erholen und es werden zahlreiche SPA Möglichkeiten/Prozeduren angeboten. Die Lage ist zentral, aber in einem ruhigen Park abseits der Strasse. Ausgezeichnetes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

ゆったりと何日も過ごせる場所です。癒される音楽、よい香り、美味しい料理。文句のつけようがありません。私はアーユルベーダのマッサージを受けましたが、最高に良かったです。プログラムがありすぎて迷いましたが、1番自由に全てしてもらえる感がありました。頭の先から足のつま先まで1時間みっちりで大満足です。 食事も美味しく、接客もいい。 朝のモーニングエクササイズも森の中でできて、最高でした。またいつか行きたいです。

Excellent hôtel, très bon SPA

Nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit mais ce fut très ressourçant et reposant! L'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter les alentours. La chambre est très agréable, la literie bonne et la salle de bain correcte. Peignoir et chaussons à l'arrivée... on sent le SPA! L'espace détente piscine, hammam et sauna est très bien et très agréable. Nous avons prit un massage en duo du dos de 30min (49€) et ce fut un pur délice!! Salle très bien, personnel de qualité et petit moment de détente après avec solarium, salle de repos et tisane au top!! Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux, bien qu'on sente la cure "minceur" :) Parking gratuit et wifi bon Je recommande

Hyvä sijainti ja de luxe huone tilava. Vaatekomero oli käytännöllinen. Vähän vielä neuvostoajan henkeä havaittavissa. Uima-allas pieni ja kyseenalainen hygienia, koska ihmiset eivät peseydy ennen uintia. Taitaa olla maan tapa eikä suihkuun pahemmin kehoiteta menemäänkään. Aamiainen hyvä.

Vi var veldig fornøyde med nesten alt. Likte ikke helt utsikt mot parkeringen og selve rommet kunne være større, men ellers servise var helt topp, alle var smilende og hjelpsomme. Likte maten også.
