The property is in an excellent location and beautifully decorated. We arrived early and thankfully our room was ready. The room was nice, clean and spacious but every time someone in a room nearby let their door slam the wall where the headboard was shook. There was no information on room service other than a QR code on the tv that changed every 5 seconds. More frustratingly, if you wanted room service nothing was available until the kitchen opened at 1pm despite the information saying it was available all day. There were no other food options in the bar or hotel so we had to wait. We visited the roof terrace but the bar was empty and we had to go back down to the bar to order. Overall for the price it was a very average experience.

When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help. It was very frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Our new rooms weren't on the same floor or together as we hoped but we made it work. Otherwise we had a nice stay. The hotel is nice inside. The bathrooms look a little dated but clean. Two elevators qoek slow and dont feel enough for this hotel so be patient. Being so close to the beach was nice. Parking lot was a tight squeeze to get out of, almost hit pole leaving garage. Breakfast area and food is nice. Wish had some non-dairy milk options. All in all, we had a rough start but nice stay.

Nice modern hotel, slightly out of thr centre, 20 min walk in. Hotel is clean & spacious & beds are comfortable. Adults only rooftop terrace & pool os welcome if you want a quiet relax without children.

Nice design, location and staff

Very nice hotel in a good location. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and staff very professional and friendly. The reception was chaotic, the charging for breakfast was not clear, the line to check out was 25 mins, we weren't informed about any of the New Year's eve activities before arrival, and we only found out at check-in that we won't be able to use the restaurant after 3PM.

My favourite hotel in Sopot. Stay here many times and will come back again. Can recomend rooms with sea view as they worth their price. Comfy beds, clean and quiet room. Good spa and pool area. Nice restaurant and good breakfast. Will back again.

One of the very few hotels which I’ve stayed in which I can’t really fault. The only thing that I would recommend they should improve, is the in room dining menu as there’s not much choice and that the hair dryer is very weak

Beautiful modern hotel just steps from the Baltic Sea. Delicious menu. Just wish the changed up the music, we heard the same recorded songs 2 days on a row.

I enjoyed the spa facilities here. While the location is less than desirable, the hotel offers many options for activities. Hotel is very child friendly so if your looking to relax, this may not be the best option.

Great hotrll just by the beach. Unfortunately we experienced quite bad weather. The spa was available and open. Great that we could check in even though it was quite early! Great with avsilable electricity for my car, I will select hotelks in the future depending on availability! Would be great if SPA treatment was available in English on the site.

The hottest place in Gdansk

Unfortunately not that kind of hot.... There is a heater in the bathroom that was left on. Makes the bathroom uncomfortably hot like a sauna. Had to be 45 degrees in there which by midnight when I retired, had affected the room too. Also this cannot be environmentally friendly. Stupid bathroom door that you cannot leave open to cool things down. Otherwise very good.

Perfect location

Location perfect, lovely beach, restaurants & spa. Great for a wander into Sopot town where there are lots of bars, restaurants etc. Hotel bed extremely "firm" and no English TV in the room - however with surroundings like this we spent very little time in the room!

the weather was changeable in Sopot so I'm very glad I booked this hotel so we had a lovely swimming pool and spa to play/relax in when the weather turned wet! I loved the design of this hotel too and hope to go back again next year for a long weekend. The SPA was excellent too - very experienced therapists.

Perfect beach getaway with the dog!

Location is amazing. Right by the beach in an area full of life, yet away enough from the crowds on the main street that it feels relaxing. We loved having our dog with us- made the trip that much more special! There is paddle boards and kite surfing rental on the beach basically right in front of the hotel. The guys there spoke great English and gave us a lesson in English which we really appreciated :)

Relaxing

Can't get better place to be for my short visit,have everything I need and more. Close to the beach,far enough from downtown so I can walk in nice days and enjoy it. Hotel nice and convenient inside and out,big five to the architect,clever way to keep up with a trendy world. For sure will be back .

I was told about the Mera Spa hotel by a good friend. I am so glad I booked to stay here. It may have snowed outside and the temperature about -10 at the coldest, however inside the place was fabulous and warm. I came to Gdansk for dental treatment and couldn't have wished for a better place to relax in. Reception staff were extremely helpful - especially when the air conditioning in my room stopped working...it was freezing. I was offered a fan heater which I found rather disappointing and annoying as the noise added to my headache. However a trip downstairs and request for a new room was eventually granted. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of local specialities as well as the usual eggs, bacon, sausages etc. Self service and you can help yourself as and when. Again, service with a smile. I had the pleasure to eat at both the Mera Brasserie and Pescatori. Both reasonably priced in comparison to London, however if you want to try real Polish Kitchen head out into Sopot town itself. Given my second day of dental treatment, I was in extreme pain. I was able to book myself in for the silk pearl massage and body scrub and topped this off with a pedicure. The spa staff and the girls that performed the treatments were ever so professional, extremely courteous and very well spoken. I cannot recommend them enough.

Best Sauna Area Ever!!!!!

The main reason why I choose to stay at this hotel is for its wonderful spa/pool area. It is truly lovely and one of the best I've seen and I am fussy when it comes to saunas and steam rooms!! I can't fault the facilities here and they provide lovely touches of water flavoured with fresh fruit. The small things make a big difference. The room itself was very clean, fresh and new. For the sake of review, my only downfalls are: it lacks a safe, iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making facilities and provides two standard type pillows and single duvets for double beds. If they just added a little more luxury to the duvets and added refreshments and had an in room safe, the hotel would be absolutely perfect! However staff are very happy to accommodate and on request provided me with an iron/ironing board and a kettle, cup, spoon. I would recommend buying water, snacks etc prior to arriving as the corner store across the road charges double to what other stores charge and central Sopot is about a 10-15 minute walk. So may be too long for some if carrying heavy bottles of water. Otherwise the walk easy and nice.

Mera Spa sits at the quieter end of the beautiful Sopot beach front, but is still only a walk away from the busy centre of town. The hotel offers contemporary style and excellent indoor and outdoor facilities. A well-equipped pool, sauna, and spa provides relaxation for adults, but the hotel also provides a range of activities and areas for children, including a fun swimming pool with floats and fountains, and a very clean outdoor play area. The food is very good, and a range of restaurants and dining options offer a good choice. Overall, this is certainly not a budget hotel, but it does offer excellent value for adults or families.

Great views and excellent beach front property

The hotel is lovely and very family-friendly especially with its playground and children's pools. We thoroughly enjoyed the varied and plentiful breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, the location is a bit far from the restaurants and activities around the molo and center of town but the beautiful soft sand clean beach, excellent indoor water options and the sea views from the room made up for the walk to town to find a restaurant. We were delighted with Sopot and will return again.

Excellent facilities, pool etc but two points are worth mentioning. Room a/c control is poor and I can blow better than the fan. Second, excellent choices available for breakfast but at a cost if you haven't prebooked. 20GBP!!! The hotel say they have no control over the restaurant. I wonder!

Best sea view hotel

Great location, directly by the sea with stunning views from the room, pool and restaurant. Hotel is very clean and built with good quality materials like special timber imported from Siberia. Bathroom has got floor heating and our room had a sea view. There is nothing better in the hotel than waking up in the morning and watch the sun rise by the sea horizon. Food was quite good, broad selection during breakfast, lots of fish and "traditional continental" ingredients.

Great hotel with a great spa area. Beach is right outside, you can rent sailboards next door. Walk to the molo in sopot is about 15 minutes. Would recommend. Hotel has a really nice feel to it well architect and executed well.

3 nights girls weekend

All the spa services are amazing and done by professionals, using high quality products. Everything was super clean and our room was nice, with a balcony. Staff very nice and accommodated our needs. The only delta was that our beds (2 separate beds) could have been a bit farther away from each other - the gap between was no bigger than 10 cm, and there was no way to move them farther away.

Lovely Hotel on beach

New hotel, 15 minute walk to Sopot along beach. Spa very good, however separate sauna's and steam rooms. Floor in showers and outside decking very slippery. Rooms excellent, bar staff excellent. Typical hotel breakfast, small selection, no toast, fresh fruit juices, individual yoghurts. Definitely recommend, would be super in the summer.

Ideal for Relaxation

Beautifully designed hotel, very good quality meals at breakfast and dinner, close but not too close to the centre, spa and leisure facilities 5*. Two cons: No access to a desktop computer to print boarding passes (although good wifi connectivity in all areas). Information folder not provided which I always find essential. All in all I strongly advise a visit.

Horrible service

This is a great hotel with horrible service. Here are the issues: They have emergency alarms that they set off at all hours of the day and night. When you call and ask them to turn it off, after being awoken from sleep, the employee responds, "I turned it off, can I help you with anything else." There are no alarm clocks in the rooms, so a wake up call from the reception desk is the only backup to the phone alarm, I asked for one at 7am. At 8:30 I got a call, "Hallo this is your wake up call, I see we should have called you at 7am, sorry for calling late"...click. The breakfast staff are like swarming flies, they will take anything and everything off the table unless you hold it down. The cleaning crew starts knocking on the door at 8:30 in the morning on the weekends. On the day of check out they rudely kept ignoring my do not disturb sign, tried 4 times to clean my room with it on there. After three days of induring the faulty alarm going off in my room, I told the reception desk I wanted a new room, the response, "we turned the alarm off right away, I don't understand why you want a different room." the hotel was 3/4 empty at the time. The surrounding neighborhood feels unsafe. There is no place to put the soap in the shower. I have stayed at over 100 hotels, large and small, this one has the worst water temperature consistency.

Beautiful hotel, in superb location. Fantastic spa facilities. Everything very stylish and new. Staff on reception were excellent and helpful too, however the waiting staff in the big breakfast canteen were somewhat surly. This is the only let down.

More than we were expecting!

This hotel was just lovely. We were in Sopot visiting family and wanted to stay near the water. The hotel was modern, exceptionally clean, steps from the beach and a walking path that lead to the Main Street with tons of restaurants and attractions. It was conveniently located to the main road between Gdynia and Gdansk. The spa was lovely as well. Great steam room and saunas that were complementary with your stay, The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good; clean, modern and with great facilities. Conveniently situated a quick 10 minute walk from the main strip in Sopot. Recommended.

Brand spanking new hotel

About a 15 minute walk from the main drad - Monte Cassino. But, it's brand new, clean, and right on the beach. Being away from it all isnt that bad either, as you are away from any noise. There are indoor pools and an outdoor pool . Breakfast is good, for Poland. Overall recommend, Though I am not sure if the prices will go up down the road. If the prices increase too much, Id rather stay in the Sofitel or Sheraton. But as long as it's less expensive, I'll take this one.

The facilities were great and new like. The sauna/pool area was the same level, clean, stylish, modern. Only minus was that the textile free sauna section was closed suddenly, and the again opened couple days later, due to lack of clients. Understandable, but that should be communicated in advance.

Flott hotell!

Veldig flott hotell med gode fasiliteter. Veldig god frokost, men personalet i frokostsalen kan bli mer interessert og oppmerksomme på gjestene. Hotellet ligger fint til ved nydelig strand. Tar et drøyt kvarter å gå inn til Sopot sentrum, men det er en fin tur på gangsti. Vi hadde et flott rom med god plass og veldig behagelig seng. Vi hadde ikke bestilt havutsikt, men fikk likevel et rom på siden av bygget hvor vi kunne se ut mot havet. Kommer gjerne tilbake til dette hotellet!
