Located in Paris (15th Arrondissement), Sonder Quintinie is within a 5-minute drive of Champ de Mars and Montparnasse Tower. This hotel is 1.5 mi (2.4 km) from Paris Expo and 1.9 mi (3 km) from Eiffel Tower. Make yourself at home in one of the 20 air-conditioned rooms featuring kitchenettes with refrigerators and stovetops. Flat-screen televisions are provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include phones, as well as desks and microwaves. Featured amenities include luggage storage and an elevator.
This is a great place if you want to stay in an apartment. I liked my room. The room and the bathroom were bright and spacious. There were a couple of issues with things not working, but for the most part it was good. Things to note is the place has a relatively late check in with limited first come first serve luggage storage. This is not a great place if you are getting to the city early. You would need to plan around this or spend a night or two somewhere else before going to this Sonder. That is what I did and it worked out great. I would also take the same precautions at the end of the stay. You need to plan for a smooth transition to the next leg of your trip or your return home if you need to leave the city late. Also, the area is relatively residential. Be prepared to walk about 7-10 minutes away to have options. This is not a bad thing if you want a quiet stay and you want a lot of autonomy, but this is not a destination in which you come back to in the middle of the day and rest before heading out in the evening. It is a relatively long trip (20 minutes) by foot or train to main attractions.
We've never used a Sonder property before but it worked well. Check in is done ahead of time online and then you get a code to use for both the front door and the room. This property has luggage storage that we made use of since we arrived early (there are four medium sized lockers that hold at least two carry on suitcases and two large sized lockers that would take large checked bags). Because it's all done electronically, the code for the room literally won't work until exactly 4 pm. Even though there isn't a check in desk, this location nearly always has someone manning the entry way. The location is great in Paris - you're close to two metro stations (Volontaire (12) is the closest but also Pasteur (6) and you can walk to Gare Montparnasse (picked up trains there for day trips to Versailles and Chartres). There is a park across the street with a playground. Lots of shops and a couple of grocery stores within a few blocks.
Good sized room for a Paris hotel. Sizable bathroom. Tidy.
Excepcional.
Tudo novo e limpo. Trocam as toalhas do quarto diariamente. Super indico.
Great location to get around easily on the metro. Close to a grocery store for supplies and lots of cute little restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
Very cozy place, their staff was very helpful and kept our place clean, water refill in the lobby and accessibility for refills. Great stay!
Lovely and quiet area of Paris, very easy check in and check out. Room was secure and comfortable - I enjoyed my stay very much! Merci!
No staff no problem nice room
For a European hotel room, good size and with a tiny kitchenette. However, realize that the business model is a lack of service so the desk was rarely staffed, you get a pass code for the doors and maid service is extra. But for a man traveling alone the price was right and I enjoyed the stay. Very nice bed and bedding and pillows. I would return.
Friendly reception and convenient location
The two ladies at the front desk were so kind, helpful & amazing! The rooms are small but quaint. We slept with the windows open the entire stay. Weather was amazing. Such a great place to stay! Very comfortable
Quaint hotel, not mainstream at all. Staff were vere friendly and helpful. A real pleasure to stay there
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! The property itself, the staff, the neighborhood, the price could not have been any better.
In my 62 years of existence, I have never encountered such a negative experience from a hotel as I did at the Hotel Résidence Quintinie Square hotel in Paris. On my third day, the manager scolded and yelled at me for not cleaning up my room before the maids came. It seems there were two pieces of paper under my bed, and I had filled up the 10 inch trash can in 3 days. The manager told me that leaving my room in such a condition was UNACCEPTABLE, and I needed to do a better job keeping my room clean. She said they would check my room every two days to verify I was keeping my room clean. What exactly are the maids for if they complain that the GUEST inadvertently left a scrap of paper on the floor? I am a very neat person. I did not make a mess. Yet the manager complained that I filled up the trash?? That I had to do a better job? What am I paying for? I have yet to get a shampoo bottle from them. The ONLY thing the maids do is make the bed. I have hung up my used towels to save water. I wash whatever dishes I use. BUT, that is not good enough. They advertise digital TV, yet I only get 8 French channels. They provide a coffee pot, but no coffee. Since this incidence of me “leaving a mess”, they barely acknowledge me when I enter the lobby. My room is getting inspected every two days, and I get stressed out by having to make sure my room is immaculate before I go out. These people are INSANE!! I am in Paris because my mother is dying. The only time I leave the hotel is to see
The hotel is a 10 min. walk to the metro. Lots of restaurant near by. Reception was very friendly and helpful. There is a few grocery store nearby and lots of bakery. They asked to help the environment by re using the towels but no towel rack or hooks to hang dry the towels.
Very quiet. Love the Blue Note room. Staff very friendly and helpful.
15th Arr. Gem
Great little hotel in 15th Arr. Staff was very helpful regarding my booking, recommendations, calling taxi. Are is quiet. Room was spacious. 5 minute walk to Metro.
Quaint hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood close to easy transport for central Paris. With Anne's direction we were able to find our destinations easily. We enjoyed chatting with her and we highly recommend staying here and we would love to return. Thank you
Good but wifi...
Location, service, cleanliness and any other things to stay the hotel was good but only problem was Wifi. It was often disconnected and very slow.
Nice little hotel not far from the nearest metro station. Had all the facilities needed for our short stay. Warm greeting on arrival and gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant for dinner.
Lovely place to stay at
Lovely place would highly recommend
Loved the ability to make tea and coffee and even hot chocolate... The bar frig allowed us to keep a bottle of milk. The little packs of cake were a nice treat. Very close to station and bakery, fruit shops etc.
Great value!
Great, friendly staff. Safe and quiet residential neighborhood.
Quiet neighborhood and lovely staff!!
The staff is incredible! Everyone is kind and so accommodating and helpful. The location is very quiet. We won’t stay anywhere else in Paris.
Great hotel in the 15th
Great small hotel in the 15th. Clean room, as pictured. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to three different Metro stops for two different lines. Nice quiet residential neighborhood but with cafes, boulangeries and anything else you need within an easy walk.
Front desk reception was very friendly and accommodating. Asked every day how are day was and gave excellent recommendations for shopping, metro service, etc. Flight was moved to next day, no problem in accommodating us for another night, thank goodness. The room was generously stocked with amenities and immaculately cleaned daily. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, friendly place to stay, close to metro (only 2 blocks away) and neighbourhood shops.
Great experience overall... wifi suffering from _severe_slowdowns_ at time.
Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful before and during our trip. Small room by American standards, but great for one or two - we slept, showered and ate small meals there. Nice area away from usual tourist areas -felt very safe. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Five minutes to metro station. We loved the hotel and would definitely go back!
Upon our arrival we were greeted by Anne, who was extremely friendly and helpful and she speaks English. I have no complaints. But I have to advise that the rooms are smaller than American standards but is perfect for a couple. The bed was very comfortable. There is a little kitchenette. We liked the location. It is a little far from the Eurostar Station but once you are at the hotel it is close to the metro and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower.
Beautiful and tranquil place to stay
We had a great (though short) stay at Hotel Residence Quintinie Square. The Square itself is very nice and in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of cafes and bistros. The room had a small kitchenette, a full bath, and a King size bed (unusual in Europe). Everything was tastefully and individually decorated. (We were in the "Mokka" room.). The tea and Madelines were appreciated. Everyone we interacted with were very kind. I appreciated that they reciprocated my (poor) French although they speak excellent English. We were coming into Gare Montparnasse after a five hour journey and didn't want to travel too far. It was a little farther from the Gare than I had anticipated-- not their fault-- so I would take the metro to Pasteur next time. Hope to stay again!
Nice and clean hotel in a quiet street close to a couple restaurants. but I would have liked a window. My room didn’t have a window.
Amazing location, staff and price!
An amazing hotel, in a great location. Spent three days exploring Paris and this hotel was in the perfect location for all main tourist sights. Staff were super friendly and helpful; they gave us a great map of the area, stored our luggage whilst we went out to explore and even took it up to the room for our return. Such an amazing time, recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family and would love to come back again next time we explore Paris!
A great small hotel in the 15th
Delightful hotel in a residential part of Paris. This hotel is across the street from a small but popular neighborhood park. Rooms have kitchenettes and you can find anything you need in the numerous nearby food stores of every type. There is a convenient laundromat around the corner. two stops on Metro Line 12 are close. Line 12 connects directly to Gare Montparnasse (Chartres), Concord (Louvre), Gare St-Lazare (Giverny) and Abbesses (Montmartre) This hotel is quiet, has comfortable beds and efficient heating/air conditioning. Everyone we met at the hotel was friendly and helpful as were the many people we met in the neighborhood. There are lots of good cafes/restaurants nearby. We hope to stay in the Hotel Residence Quintinie Square when we return to Paris.
Satisfactory stay
Located at a quiet street with a small public garden view. Room a bit small especially when window is opened. Toilet and bathtub long and narrow.
very clean.beds comfortable.staff pleasant and helpful.liked the 15th.not touristy but with lots of goofed options.
Sweet small hotel in a residential neighborhood with a ten minute walk to the nearest subway station. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood and excellent bakeries, supermarkets, etc. Room was tiny but clean and a basket of jam, cookies, tea was refilled each day. Anne and her staff are kind, nice and helpful.
Boutique, quaint hotel
Close to everything, perfect location. Rooms are quite small though, but really all you need is a bed& a bathroom. Staff are awesome very friendly & knowlegable. Lovely stay.
Nice small apartment style hotel
Clean rooms but a bit smaller than they appear in pictures. Friendly staff. Not really much in the area but Metro station is only about 5 minute walk and it doesn't take to long to get anywhere. Only negative was the Policy isn't clear that it is closed during lunch, so we had to wait outside for an hour. We knew we were arriving before 2:30 and room might not be ready but we thought we could drop off luggage like we do at most hotels. Not a typical hotel experience but I'd still recommend it.
Hotel is in a residential area not for tourists
Friendly helpful staff who gave us a better room after 3 days of our 8 day booking- first room was very small but the room they moved us to was better The rooms are very clean but it's very far from the attractions - subway access is good
a little gem in paris
amazing gem of a hotel with awesome staff and could not be in a better position, would highly recommend.
Very enjoyable stay for a week in Paris. Close to the Institut Pasteur, 15th/14th Arrondissement. Easy access to Metro. Quiet area away from busier streets, but an easy walking distance to the busy areas, cafés, restaurants, etc.. Also a grocery store and bakery and wine shop very near by if you prefer to stay in. Very nice people at reception and welcoming service.
Perfect little place in paris
Had a lovely stay. So close to everything, very quiet, comfortable hotel. Staff were wonderful, room was romantic and perfect for our four day stay in Paris. I wouldf definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
Cozy hotel in pleasant neighborhood.
Marcelo at the front desk was warm and very helpful. Small requests were handled efficiently and with a very positive attitude.
We had a great stay at this little hotel! Perfect little room for our girls trip to Paris. We wanted something pretty close to the Cordon Bleu as we were taking cooking classes there. We always felt very safe in the neighbourhood and were about a five minute walk to the metro. We were also able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and other major points of interest with ease. The small kitchenette space made it easy to make our morning coffee and little breakfast before we set out for the day. The room had air conditioning, not that we needed it as this August has been pretty cold. Hotel staff were super friendly and were there to answer any questions I had. I will be returning to his cute little hotel as soon as I can make it back to Paris!
beautiful
Short time there. A real gem. Would go back. Close to Metro.
Great room for a residential style stay
The room is ascetically pleasing with a quaint, homey, and distinctly Parisian feel. The Kitchenette is a huge asset for both convenience and keeping costs under control. Staff were helpful. It was noisy a couple nights with people outside and from another room, but other than that it was a great stay. Not a typical hotel experience. Generally quiet.
Great stay. Only issue: WIFI went in and out the entire stay and wasn't reliable.
five days in Paris
We wanted a neighborhood hotel, not on a main street. This was great with park across the street and a very mixed set of nationalities living around the area. The room we had, 303, was great, small but adequate. The arrangement allowed for cross ventilation so we could have a breeze when it was warm. The appliances need replacing, the microwave panel kept falling off, but it worked, the tea kettle lid was broken but the kettle worked. The cleaning staff was slow and the desk help limited but very friendly and reliable. It was quiet and quaint which suited us well. Maybe a bit pricey for the distance away but with the metro we got around great. Good simple restaurants around. The only downside is the lack of a "pick up" law for dog owners so the sidewalk next to the park was pretty dirty. Park was nice however.
Very close to the Cordon Bleu cooking school
Lovely cozy room, very clean. Great staff, hours where a little strange but it worked ok.
nice hotel near restaurants and train station
staff were very helpful, rooms were great with cooking facilities, one block from local metro that linked with all other major train stops, only $15 euro to eiffel tower and river cruises
Pretty room, little space as too much furniture
The hotel staff member who was on the desk when we arrived advised us that our room was not ready ( two single beds as I was travelling with my 24 year old son) even though they had received and responded to our email for this request. He did give us a room that was apparently bigger with two beds made up as one but advised us that they would not be separated until the following day-we arrived at about 3.30pm. We weren't shown around our room so after a very hot uncomfortable night we found the air con controls behind the curtain. Although we had a small kitchenette ,there were no tea towels. The ventilation system in the bathroom wasn't working- I informed the staff member on the desk but it remained this way until we left. Also couldn't get towel heating rail to work. Also my son was frustrated with Wi Fi and had to go down stairs to courtyard to get it to work-also appeared to be switched off at night which was the time he wanted to contact people in Australia/New Zealand .
Nice hotel! Close to local tune station
Friendly staff. Cosy clean rooms. Close to tube station.
Nice place, friendly staff
Great, would recommend it.
Great stay
Great stay, close to transport and chops, supermarket. Walking distance to sites. Helpful staff, and very good value for money, remember Paris is a very expensive to stay.
Good hotel
Great location close to metro. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms clean but a bit on the small side, the windows didn't open far enough and kept knocking the curtain rail. The reception was only open at certain times but easy to email to let us in at a prearranged time.
friendly staff near metro and supermarket
A great wee find Close to 2 metro stops Extremely friendly helpful staff Short ride to the Eiffel Tower by metro apartment served all our needs for a 3 night stay in Paris We like to prepare our own breakfast before the days outing so this was ideal as it was a 2 minute walk to a good supermarket well priced clean and comfortable in a residential suburb would stay Again
Very Cosy
The hotel was very charming and the room was very cosy. Patrick greeted us when we arrived and let us know that the room we had originally requested had some issues wih the plumbing so he gave us a bigger room. Overall, the room was quaint and the staff very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Perfect home away from home!!
Great hotel in Paris. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Close to the metro and very clean and friendly
It was a nice location near shops, restaurant and the metro. Hotel staff very friendly and everything was incredibly clean. The only bad point was their wifi system using pre-paid codes. It was very unreliable.
OK, but is it worth it
I was hoping for a little guest house experience when i booked this hotel, and seeing its customer reviews i was expecting alot. it didnt live up tio expectations we werent i the room we thought we were going to get, instead we were in a small dark room. The chap behind the desk was very helpful in saying wheres best to eat and spoke fantastic english. i can imagine that in the summer when the hotel is light that is very lovely, but in winter it was lacking charm.
Hotel was too far from what we wanted to do. The staff was nice and friendly.
Nice hotel in a quiet area
The room was small but very clearn and had everything we needed. The metro was close by. It was what we expeced for the price.
Very good location m friendly staff , nice n clean rooms, great service Also close to tube station .
Pleasure trip
Patrick was very helpful suggesting places to eat and helping us acclimate to the area. The hotel was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay!
Quiet part of Paris
I really enjoyed the look of this room! We used the small kitchenette mostly for drinks and snacks at night, it would be hard to cook anything substantial. The bed was large (probably about a queen) and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size, but the shower was pretty small and my husband felt the toilet was very close to the walls. The neighborhood was very quiet and there were only a few restaurants close by. There were 2 metro stops about a 5 minute walk away. The staff was helpful and most spoke some English.
Quirky and very French
A quirky hotel, pleasant but very small room, close to metro station and location was relatively quiet.
Lovely people
The staff were warm, helpful and just lovely. Recommended a fabulous very Parisienne club with live music that made our last night in Paris perfect. The room was charming with all we could hope for (and the muffins left in our room were yummy)however after previuosly staying in Le Marais area we found the location quiet and a bit isolated in comparison.
nice
ok
quiet neigborhood
good .Pleasant frontdesk staff
Good value
I stayed 3 days. It's Paris, so it's certainly cramped. However it's clean, in a nice quiet neighbourhood yet very handy for all services and the Metro. Very helpful staff and unbelievably it also has full cooking facilities including pans, dishes, cutlery. Excellent value for Paris.
Beautiful boutique hotel by quiet Park
Cannot beat this place for the place and comfort
Lovely Place
This is our second trip here and I really love this quaint place. Positives: 1. Great place to stay in a real Parisian neighborhood. Rooms are clean and modern. 2. Kitchen facilities let you buy food and not eat out all the time. 3. Bathrooms are spotless and modern. 4. Access to the neighborhood shops and metro stations makes you feel like a temporary Parisian. 5. You glimpse the Eiffel Tower walking down streets. Negatives 1. They use an odd floral scent in the rooms that is irksome. I couldn't figure out if it was coming from the comforter or from the room. Too much.
Not as great as everyone claimed.
The room was ok but not as nice as I expected. The shower had mildew around the bottom. There were no towel racks to hang towels. No english channels on the television. Not ONE! The reception closes at 7. I believe if you call the reception after 7, someone may pick up the phone but the one time we called regarding internet access, the recording directed to call during business hours. NO AIR CONDITIONING.
Will defnintely stay here again!
This little apartment-like hotel is in a great neighborhood with many local restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. The rooms are small but cozy (and all rooms in Paris are small so no shock there!). The manager is very helpful and speaks a good amount of English. It is a 20 min walk to Tour Eiffel or just a few metro stops. Great hotel!
Very nice
Nice area, nice room, nice personel, stayed at the top floor and could see the Eiffel tower from our balcony. The daily cleaning seemed to only include changing the towels, no making beds or tidying up.
Simpa
Hotel tres chouette, super calme. Simpa ke petit dejeuné dans la chambre.
Très bon accueil
Comfortable hotel
Warm and nice hotel, great breakfast
O pequeno hotel superou minhas expectativas. Voltaria a me hospedar ali, com certeza
Feel like at home, even better
Cosy little room with all facilities

Recomendo!
Très bonne adresse
Calme et très sympa à l'accueil.
Amazing property to stay in! We were here for 2 nights and loved how convenient it was to get around the area and then to and from main attractions. no complaints whatsoever!
