Very comfortable and well equipped. Keyless checkin and entry was very easy.

It will be perfect if weren't for the noise

The studio would be perfect but the noise is unbearable. The kitchen extractor was working even when it was off, so it was very noise. There were ear plugs in the room so I guess this was reported before. I reported and explicit say I won't be cooking. They said is was going to be check in the next 24 hrs but no solution. It is a pity as the flat is very good, good space, good mattress, clean building.

Great location and comfy feel. The Sonder was honestly really easy to check into and we all really enjoyed our stay

We loved this property. The apartment was well decorated, furnished, and outfitted with great amenities. Groceries and other shopping was a less than 20 minute walk.

The property was beautiful, but I had trouble checking in with my phone. My fault, didn't read the fine print.

Nice clean property, well equipped as shown. Don't plan on an earlier than 4:00pm check-in, unless you pay for it. The door automatically becomes accessible at the stike of 4, and not a minute before.

I thought the apartment was great! My only complaint was that the “2 bedrooms” were only separated by a wall that did not go all the way up to the ceiling. So we were basically in the same room and not private at all. This detail is not hidden in the photos, but when first booking I did not notice. Just a new thing to look for when booking rooms. We are very curious to find out why the dividing walls aren’t finished all the way up to the ceiling to create actual bedrooms. Maybe that’s normal in Canada, idk?

immaculate clean and comfortable bed plus kitchen and fridge, bar table...everything is so good. Close to everything too.

It was extremely easy to get in and to check out. Quiet, comfortable and affordable! What else do you need? Despite minimal human interaction, you never lacked much and the human touch was there. The touch less idea, was well thought out and executed.

Excellent location. The apartment has a great layout and the kitchen is superb.

Nice having washing and dryer in unit, convenient location for the conference center, but a lot of construction happening in the area at the time.

This was within walking distance of Old Montreal which was good. Parking was terrible (had to continually move our vehicle or pay exorbitant rates). Construction right outside our window started most mornings at 7 am. Noise machine & ear plugs were provided. The thread on the plug to the bathroom sink was stripped.

The hotel is a good hotel. It’s secure and in a good location to walk to a lot of places. We were given a room where right outside our window, there was extremely noisy construction being done on the buildings next door to us and around us. Large trucks were in and out with hammering and pounding starting at 6am. The walls were thin at this property and we could easily hear people in the suites joining ours. Our towel rack and soap dispenser in the shower both came apart including the plastic on the shower door to keep the water from leaking out. The internet was slow and would drop the streaming on the television. It’s a good looking hotel and I’m sure if it was a different time it would have been better but when I return to Montreal, I’ll either stay at a different location with Sonder or another company entirely.

Property was clean, beautiful and really easy to access, once we finally received the instructions from Sonder which happened only an hour before checking in. Other than that, it was perfect.

Clean and beautiful space and perfect for a trip to Mtl. It was very central and close to everything. Loved that they had a chromecast for me to cast my own shows. I was not a huge fan of the shower cause water kept splashing out - but overall still enjoyed the full experience! 10/10 would rebook!

An amazing apartment! Really clean and comfortable with everything you will need for a short or long stay. The location is very convient but is not in the center of a bustling neighborhood. It is, however, a short walking distance or quick metro ride from many. ~ 5 min walk to the metro and ~10-15 min walk to Old Montreal.

Absolutely lovely apartment with kitchenette, washer and dryer. It is close to the Metro and walking distance to Old Montreal. My only complaint is the bright sunlight coming through the windows in the morning. Bring a sleep mask, it will help.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Good location, lots to see and do within walking distance and close to metro stations to use subway.

Excellent except sofa bed!

Would have rated everything excellent but slept on sofabed that was NOT excellent—bent frame, old mattress, poor condition! Otherwise, excellent location, good walkable distance to restaurants and nearby eateries, interesting sites. AND place was very clean!!

With the exception of furniture that was chosen for style rather than durability (broken bed…staff, though remote, extremely responsive) this place was a perfect introduction to Montreal! We had the best, best time…and will stay in other Sonder properties in the future.

The building is beautiful and in a great location, walking distance to Old Montreal and a block away from the Bixi bicycles for rent. The main issue was that there was very little counter space in the bathroom. A minor complaint is that the coffee was bad, I'd suggest a kuerig machine.

I like everything there, but except it needs at least 2 days minimum for booking

Property was great. Just as advertised and a great location for accessing public transit.

Our Sonder experience was fabulous! Super clean with all the details thought through. We will definitely stay at a Sonder place again!

It is a great place to stay.

We stayed here for the F! race in montreal, overall it was a good experience with a few exceptions, the room is not what they show you in the picture, it is a stark white room with no charm not even pictures on the wall, everything is white. it is spotlessly clean as must be with a pure white room lol. no cable TV as advertised you must use your phone or computer to cast to the TV. It does have full sized kitchen appliances, fridge stove and dishwasher which was nice. In our room the fridge was very noisy and did cause some issues sleeping. Again the best thing about the room was its cleanliness . I would stay there again if I had too, looking for a little more character when staying in Montreal.

This location is great for easy access to the metro as well as a short walk to old Montreal. The building has been nicely renovated and the suite was well appointed. I would recommend this location to anyone visiting Montreal.

Was a little skeptical of this listing at first, but the studio was fantastic. Extremely clean with great communication from the staff. The walls were a little thin, so I could hear my neighbors watching TV, but it wasn't a huge issue. Walking distance to groceries, cafes, and sightseeing/entertainment! Parking seems like a bit of a struggle because it's a metered street parking

Thoughtfully designed and well appointed suite in a perfect location. But I had to launder my cigarette smelling bed sheets and people were smoking every day inside. I had to sleep with my window open every night…not so nice in the winter. Friendly staff to text with, but no one on site to help.

Nice Photos, Cheap Furniture

The stay itself was ok. The bed in the unit was not. It was the cheapest bed I’ve ever slept on, one of the legs was unstable and the ‘box spring’ was made out of cardboard.

Amazing location, dead simple check in and check-out, fully stocked kitchen, a great in-suite laundry, great bed, impeccably clean. Large room, too. We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again on our next trip to Montreal!

Amenities were modern. Property close to Old Montreal and downtown. Could not get the tv to work as we had to download an app. Could not be bothered but overall we loved the place

Great stay but Hotel.com's ad is mispresenting.

The rooms were absolutely stunning. Nothing wrong with the stay over there. The rooms are a bit small if you want to add in the baby crib it's quite hard for movement within the room. But everything else was absolutely nice and very according staffs at sonders'. They baby crib and high chair were provided by Sonders' Hotel.com mentioned they have 2 washrooms but NOPE only one. If it's two couples who would have taken the room. the room upstairs wouldn't be ideal for a couple because there's no privacy. It's prefect for a family of 4.

It was perfect for our needs. We're introverts so not having to speak with anyone was a big plus. The registration on their app can be a bit complicated at first but once that's done everything else goes really smoothly. If you are easily bothered by the noise be aware that this place is not soundproof. You will hear cars and ambulances outside (it is located right in front of a hospital) and other tenants, but they do provide earplugs.

Perfect stay in Montreal

The room is exactly the same as you see on the website. Room is clean. Equipped with everything I need for a 4 day stay. Location is good. 5 minutes walk to the metro.

Excellent emplacement, proche des restaurants de la rue saint Denis. Connexion avec le métro et le bus venant de l’aéroport parfaite. Très propre, parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque. A recommander!

Appartement très bien et bien situé juste nous étions 4 et il n’y avait que 2 chaises et dommage que le mur de séparation des chambres ne soit pas complètement fermé
