Well situated

Absolutely fantastic hotel, great location and amazing value for money. Shuttle bus to the slopes was a saviour.

good place for skiing, although it is a bit of walk to the lift and El Tarter or Soldeu, there is bp fuel station 3 mins to buy your basics and a few restaurants and 1 takeaway nearby. Don't know why people complain about location. You get what you paid for. If you are here for skiing only, it is a decent spot.

Food extremely basic , one coffee machine at breakfast for everyone so huge queues . Beds really uncomfortable as a twin room is one bed and an uncomfortable bed settee . No way a 3 star hotel , needs a complete refurbishment!!

Excellent experience! Great location, beautiful views, wonderful service! Place to visit again and again! Very happy with this choice!

Amazing Hotel

Wonderful hotel, we asked for a quiet room and had the most beautiful view of the mountains and it was very quiet. We came to this hotel to rest for one night on our way to France, but decided to stay a few nights because the area is so beautiful and the hotel was amazingly comfortable. Stuff is very friendly, comfortable room with double bed and another bed/sofa, the fridge, full bathtub. Summer time was the best time to visit with just a few people, beautiful temperature and light traffic. We will come back here.

Hotel was just a little out the way but we had a retal car so not a problem for us. Staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for us and the food was good before and after skiing. Would stay again.

Great Value hotel

Great little hotel for the price . 20 minute uphill walk into Soldeu but not too difficult. Good sized rooms, very clean . Would stay here again.

Soldeu

The best thing about this hotel was the size of the room, and having a fridge was useful. The location is not great unless you like a long uphill walk to Soldeu where there are bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. The local buses were unreliable and stop running when it suits them! The breakfast was poor if you have any allergies or if you are vegan / vegetarian and despite previously advising the hotel, they did nothing about this, so I had to bring in my own food! I didn't eat in the restaurant as they told me they didn't offer anything vegetarian, although they did give me pasta with tomato ketchup on it one night!,,Basically, they didn't make an effort, nor were they flexible with the ski bus! The free shuttle is great if you ski from El Tartar, and when I did use it, it was reliable. However, I was on a course in Soldeu and despite the hotel not being busy, and noone using the early shuttle, they refused to take me to Soldeu in the mornings to get to my course on time. Soldeu happens to be the same distance as El Tartar! The other annoying thing is that the walls are paper thin and you can literally hear everything that goes on in the hotel! There is a sauna and jacuzzi, but you have to pay for this, so I didn't bother! It was OK but I seriously would recommend looking elsewhere!

Nice hotel

We really liked the hotel, the rooms had the bed area as well as a small lounge with a tv and fridge. The staff didn't speak much English so check-in was slightly difficult. Easy to find with parking outside.

Lage direkt an der Durchfahrtsstrasse. Parkplätze öffentlich oder Garage beides gegen Gebühr. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat Luft nach oben. Zimmer ganz ok. Abend- und Frühstücksbuffet bietet genügend Auswahl.

Qualité prix très bien

Rapport qualité prix très correct. Personnel accueillant. Chambre fonctionnelle avec le confort nécessaire. La route devant l’hôtel est très passante mais en Andorre il n’y a pas beaucoup de routes. Une fois les fenêtre fermées, nous n’avons plus rien entendu.

Rapport qualité prix imbattables

Hôtel réservé au dernier moment, accueil très chaleureux chambre spacieuse. Seul bémol, on passe devant sans s'en rendre compte. Faudrait une enseigne plus voyante.

Séjour agréable

Séjour sans accroc, personnel agréable, literie ferme (comme je l’aime), le buffet était très bon, varié. Disponibilité d’une navette pour se rendre aux remontées mecanique

Mucho frio

Buenas vistas a la pista la chica de recepcion mos informo miu bien sobre bar- restaursntr cercano. Pero hacia mucho frio y la bomba de calor daba mucho ruido y el wifi solo en la puerta de la habitacion desde la cama no. Me gusto la situacion por mis planes pero no volveria

Precio / Calidad muy buenos. Son muy amables y cercanos, y la oferta de media pensión es muy conveniente. Perfecto para una escapada en familia.

Deja mucho que desear ya que las cosas no están bien preparadas y no tienen el servicio que ofrecen en la web

Una de las camas era comoda ,las otras dos durisimas ,la regulacion de la temperatura de la ducha era o te quemas o sale fría...,y el spa no estaba disponible cuando en la web de expedia si estaba ... habitación muy normal

Bon rapport qualité/ prix

Son principal atout est le rapport qualité/prix, la demi pension, est sans égale.

Estuve con mi familia y deja mucho que desear.. En mi habitación no paraba de salir agua del baño, el hotel olía mal y había gente gritando por la noche en la sala de juegos. Nosotros no volvermos a repetir.

Et litt slitt og middels hotell med veldig hyggelig personale. Vennlige og hjelpsomme. Frokosten var imidlertid alt annet enn god. Rommene var også tette og varme. Behagelige senger. Veldig bra take away ved siden av: Diablito.

Habitación muy espaciosa a dos niveles

La habitación en la cuarta planta con dos niveles, muy amplia y espaciosa. A nosotros nos gustó mucho

Caos solucionable.

En cuanto a las habitaciones, está correcto, justo. El servicio de comedor, desastrosa organización, Allí no mandaba ni organizaba nadie, y quien lo intentaba recibía una amonestación. La comida no buena. Era bufet yen cda ocasión solo había uno o dos platos buenos. El resto relleno para que hubiera otra cosa, pero malo. No conseguimos averiguar en una semana de qué estaban rellenos unos aros rebozados sin nada dentro. Hubo helado de postre dos de los siete días, el resto de los días la nevera estaba tapada con un lienzo blanco. Hicimos cola todos los días a la hora de cenar, y cuando íbamos a entrar siempre sucedía lo mismo: Nuestra habitación no estaba en la lista del turno de comedor. Uno de los días, estuvimos en la cola media hora de reloj. Dentro de todo este caos, debo decir que casi todo el personal era muy amable y eficiente. Mi diagnostico : FALTA DE DIRECCIÓN GENERAL Y FALTA DE JEFE DE SALA O COMEDOR.

Bastante mediocre. Lo mejor Andorra

Encuentro que la organización del hotel es decepcionante, sobre todo en el servicio de comedor. El personal amable pero la asignación de mesas deplorable. No se puede tener a los residentes haciendo cola en un pasillo porque no se preparan las mesas. La comida, salvo excepciones, bastante mediocre. El suelo del baño en mal estado, la puerta rascaba en el suelo. El soporte de la ducha roto. Tuvimos que pedir toallas en dos ocasiones porque no ponían las suficientes. Las recepcionistas muy amables.

El hotel muy bien , la gente del hotel fantastico muy amables y muy serviciale, volvere al hotel !!

La ubicación excelente. Nos dieron una habitacion que apestaba a tabaco, nos la cambiaron sin problema pero esa habitacion la tenia que haber dejado con las ventanas abiertas y no darla por disponible en recepción, menos mal que había de libres. El personal no lleva uniforme y quieras que no es profesional para una cadena de este tipo.

A destacar la amabilidad del personal. Situado a pie de carretera,con aparcamiento publico gratuito justo enfrente. La habitacion lo que mas me gusto es que tenia 2 estancias distintas, la zona de la cama y otra zona con un sofa-cama la tv y un escritorio con nevera. Lo unico negativo que puedo decir es que las paredes deben ser muy finas porque se oian todos los ruidos de las otras habitaciones, aun asi por el precio repetiria.

un ruido raro por la noche de otra habitacion que se te metia en el celebro biiiiiiiiiii.........no se de que venia.

Hotel familiar,con excelentes vistas y tranquilidad. El personal que trabaja allí magnífico y muy atentos. Lo único a destacar es que teniendo el hotel aparcamiento propio te lo hagan pagar a parte.

Todo o serviço prestado durante a minha estadia foi muito bom. Pretendo voltar mais vezes.
