The friendly staff, the delicious food and our spacious room were what made our stay really enjoyable. We will definitely come back again.

Great value for money hotel in Hanoi

I was so surprised when I arrived in this hotel. Considering the cheap price I paid, I wasn't expecting a very nice hotel. I was very wrong. The suite was spacious and clean, the facilities were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Hopefully I can stay for longer next time.

Property was nice and clean. Just the construction around the property was not good.

Been here multiple times before; nice, clean, and spacious rooms; came back because of location; place was undergoing renovation for a Korean bbq restaurant; breakfast buffet was good for a short stay but limited for any stay beyond a few days.

The place is comfortable and clean

The property is located near the main roads and busy street. Roadway noise is still bearable. There were 2 convenient stores, a small shopping center near the property makes grocery shopping easier. All are within walking distances. The downside of the property is the Soundproof of the room. Had a noisy neighbors who were party till midnight.

They have good restaurant and pool however could have the maintenance and shuttle schedule announced ahead of time and online. Need to have their own service desk email address for communication

4 rooms for 8 people. But there are only 6 sets of toiletries. Also not every room had slippers and laundry bags. The staff is not helpful with air-conditioners setting.

Convenience store was just across the road, nearby shopping malls and eatery easily accessible.

Very convenient area. There is a Japanese restaurant, supermarket, and convenient store near here. On the first floor of Somerset, there is a Starbucks and El Gaucho restaurant. The room is very clean and easy to use. Very good hotel!!

Location is great in Tay Ho Westlake area, everything easy to walk to. Studio Exec room was plenty fine for a night, very accommodating

4 star hotel in Hanoi totally worth it

One of the nicest hotels in Hanoi, built with Japanese influence and attention to detail. This apartment-hotel is in the West Lake village, with plenty of foreigners (Korean, Japanese). Nice amenities (swimming pool, sauna, children room, golf simulator, yoga studio, gym). Studio size room is very functional. Can cook simple meals, and has washing machine-dryer combo. The area was quiet. Not too many local food choices around, but the Old Quarter is only a 15 minute taxi ride away.

Very nice place. Wonderful for families. Has everything you could need. Also very good location. Furnishing was like new or new. The staff is friendly and always willing to help if you need any information. The price is exceptionally low for this type of accommodation. Strongly recommend this property to anyone going to Hanoi.

The location is good. It has Starbucks and ElGaucho on the first floor.

Very clean, modern and chic. Negative - we asked the staff at front desk if Lotte Shopping Mall was open. They looked it up and said yes. We take a taxi there and find out Centre does not open for another 1.5 hours. So staff gave us wrong information.

The hotel is well set up for the travelling business person, or short/medium even longer term stay when on business .. well located in Westlake area, apartment style washer dryers, cooking, clean and spacious, close to good eating places, swimming pool and meeting places

The room is really spacious, modern, stylish, clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen and bathroom! The pool is also spacious and open from 6am to 10 pm. I feel like staying at my ideal home. The location might be a bit far from main attractions but I like its quite environment as well!

good location next to lake with spacious rooms

located from main area but next to the lake with views of city and lake. The we booked a two bedroom. Our room was spacious and comes fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, washer/dryer.

Incredible staff

Very grateful and appreciative of the staff being so helpful and caring after injuring my ankle while in Hanoi. They went out of their way to arrange me crutches and bandages on a Sunday... something that would’ve been very difficult to arrange on my own. Hotel and facilities itself are very good too.

Nice Place

The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The reception staff is friendly. It's only a 30 minute drive from the airport so it is really convenient. The restaurant is good and the staff very nice.

Nice hotel in west lake area

The hotel is located in west lake area where only 20 min from airport. There are many shops and restaurants on the ground floor.

nice new modern hotel but still developing

This is not exactly a full service hotel but more of a serviced apartment arrangement. Check in went well. Nice staff. Check in was smooth and quick. The room AC was not on when we arrived which is a very bad thing in always hot Hanoi. The room took sometime to cool down. The room was very large. Two bedrooms: one small room with twin beds; one large master bedroom with attached large bathroom. Another bathroom was attached to the living area. The sofa and chair in the living area are too short for most western folks. The remote for the TV in the living room area was missing the batteries and it took nearly two hours to get new ones. There was no room service menu in the room. The master bedroom do not have proper blackout curtains. It only has a roll down blind which was completely inadequate for the blazing afternoon sun and allowed too much light into the room at night. The kind bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The single beds in the other room moved to easily when bumped and made a lot of noise. There is still some construction on going so there was a bit too much noise for my taste. The breakfast was ok with a very good omelet but otherwise the selection was limited.

Good stay- would be very good for long-term stay

The building is a new one. The room was well laid-out and had a nice set of appointments. This is a serviced apartment rather than a full-service hotel, but there is a pool, gym, "resident's lounge" and there is a Starbucks and a very good steakhouse (El Gaucho's) in the same building. The residential tower also has a restaurant that serves a basic, but good buffet breakfast. This area is a more residential area (many foreigners live in this part of Hanoi) so not much in the way of tourism sites and/or convenient access to CBD.

서머셋 웨스트포인트 하노이는 최악 입니다. 방음이 전혀 안되있어 옆방의 tv 소리도 들리며, 주변이 너무 더럽고 시끄럽고 이상한 냄새도 납니다. 또한 교통편도 너무 불편합니다

깨끗하고 친절하고 좋았습니다. 바닥이 마루인데 맨발로 다녀도 때가 안묻네요. 레지던스라서 기본적인 그릇과 가위,칼,집게,큰냄비까지 구비되어 있어서 일정마무리하고 들어가는길에 먹을거 사가서 간단히 해먹기 좋았습니다. 세탁기도 있고 세제까지 제공해줘서 빨래도 하고 좋네요. 근처에 작은마트도 많고 주변상권도 좋아요. 한식아니면 안된다 하시는 분들은 밥해먹기 좋습니다. 에어컨도 빵빵하고 모든게 좋습니다. 호안끼엠에서 그랩 7만 아래로 나와요. 대가족 숙소로 너무 좋습니다.

Jeg bestilte et værelse på dette hotel til mig og min kæreste. Dagen før check in spurgte jeg om de kunnd gøre værelset romantisk til vores ankomst og det gjorde de til et helt niveau som jeg slet ikke havde regnet med eller forventet. Alt var udført til perfektion og jeg er meget meget meget tilfreds og evigt taknemmelig. Jeg vil klart benytte mig af dette hotel en anden gang og vil også anbefale det til familie og venner som skulle rejse til Hanoi i fremtiden. Tak for et godt ophold hvor alt bare var 5/5.

Large and nice apartment

Nice clean large two-bedroom apartment for us. Good English and fast check in. Breakfast very good suit international travelers. Very good service, nice gym and pool, and everything up to expectations. Around 20 minutes drive to the old quarter tourist area, and there are restaurants around and also walking distance to the West Lake. Need to use Grab or taxi to go to other tourist areas. I would definitely stay again, as I am a bit overwhelmed by the traffic in the old quarter. See whether you want convenience or more relaxing area.

Schönes, Modernes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und beflissen. Besonders kompetent ist Herr Chris Ngo. Er konnte all unsere Probleme lösen. Bei der Organisation von Tagestouren war stets der ideale Ansprechpartner.

직원들 모두 친절하고 가족단위 여행객에게는 최상의 호텔이네요. 조식도 괜찮았고 주변에 카페, 식당 등이 있어 좋았어요. 주요 관광지에서는 다소 떨어져 있지만 상대적으로 조용한 장저이 있네요. 하노이 재방문 시 다시 묵고싶은 호텔입니다.

Great place were to stay

Quite new structure in West lake area with confortable and silent room. I stay in a deluxe apartment fully equipped with all comfort and high quality appliances. Aside for a little misunderstanding the hotel provide me a great service and I have to thanks all the staff for their kindness and professionality. Recommended

綺麗で設備も充実したホテルです。 英語が不慣れなため、チェックインに少し手間取りましたが、あとは特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。気になった点は蛇口の水量とシャワーの水量に差があった程度です。

このホテルは、非常に使いやすい。部屋も清潔で他の人にも勧めたいホテルです！ダウンタウンのブティックホテルにも何度か泊まったが、エクスペディアで4星でも星数に合ってないホテルが多いが、今回は、大満足、部屋のトラブルも無く、設備！料金！共に良いホテルです！

위치가 조금 아쉬웠지만 그만큼 조용했고, 신축이라 그런지 시설상태 또한 만족스러웠습니다. 베트남 여행 중 만난 사람을 통틀어 호텔직원분만 웃는얼굴에 친절했어요. 또한 청소상태나 조용한 수영장 모든것이 완벽했어요!!
