Enjoyed that was close to Disney at a great price. Staff was kind and quickly checked me in. Had everything i needed for a quick nights stay.

We loved our stay here. Very quiet and staff was friendly and accommodating. The housekeeper was so sweet even though we met didn’t meet he/she was very detailed. The walk to Disney isn’t horrible just because you walk uphill although there is a few way to get to the parks for cheap. When we come back we will be staying again.

This was the second time I've stayed here and the staff is super nice and he remembered me which I thought was very nice. I can't wait to stay here again!

It was a nice place

Affordable property for a quick trip to Disneyland, but that comes with its trade offs. We did have a small roach under our bathroom sink, mold above the shower, and a very old and rusty shower head with oxidation. My girlfriend and I also became itchy throughout the night. I was tempted to ask for a refund or a different room.

When i walked into the hotel it was very clean! Did not smell like a hotel and you can immediately tell it was going to be a comfortable setting

We chose this hotel for the price and location (20-minute walk to Disney). Check-in was easy and staff was welcoming. Pool hours were not convenient. Would recommend to save some $$$ on Disney vacation if you’re only looking for a place to sleep without any other amenities.

My stay was alright. The room was nice & clean at arrival. The free soap available in the smelled awful so I didn’t use it and pretty much the same for the hand soap (cheap stuff). I could hear everything from the room next door and there was a door that led to the other room (which my mom and I didn’t like). We locked the door but it made us skeptical. We did appreciate having a safety lock on the main door to prevent intruders from entering.

Hotel room was clean but a little run down. Check in experience with Felipe was great. He was so professional yet kind and polite.

Hotel was nice and clean. Conveniently located near Disneyland and it was easy and quick to get an Uber or Lyft. The people who work there are very nice and helpful.

Front desk lady needs a raise, she was amazing! Very nice and welcoming, check-in & check-out was quick and easy. Rooms are clean, and updated, well kept location. Daily cleaning, and there’s mini mart & taco truck 2 doors down! We will definitely be back.

Not welcoming staff

Stayed for one night but everything was perfect. Easy check in and out. Room was equipped with all the basics, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again

Goof location for Disneyland adjacent; but would not say I recommend for "walkable". We used Uber and it averaged 7.00 each way.

Customer service is excellent! They held our bag after checkout since out flight wasn't until later in the afternoon allowing us to enjoy our final day at California Adventures.Every staff member was welcoming and kind. I accidentally booked an accessible room and Natalie (who works night shift) helped us to switch to a different one. We interacted with her quite a bit and each time she was always so friendly. We were also very pleased with the walking distance to Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were cleaned at a minimal standard and a lot of the times unswept even at initial check in. The floors have probably never been mopped

Nice Stay

I have stayed here a couple of times and each time its been very convenient for us. The room fits our needs, close to the freeway, Disneyland and Starbucks and plenty of parking. It doesn't offer breakfast, but the front desk said it has grab and go but none was available when I asked for it.

This is my only hotel I stay at when I’m in Anaheim. They don’t charge for parking which is the best part cause the surrounding areas of hotels cause we’re near Disneyland does charge for parking. But overall the rooms are newly renovated, super clean and comfortable.

Recommend for anyone who is doing a Disney trip on a budget. Only 20 min walk to the parks and 4 minute car ride. Rooms were nice and clean. We would stay again.

Perfect for a day or two at the parks. Clean and close to entrance! We don’t have small kids so no need for a fancy pool. Will definitely stay again.

I would have to say that the staff was awesome. Norma was the best in solving all my problems. They were more about transportation issues. Our room was beautiful

Hotel is decent but room has a strange smell and is missing little touches like kleenex tissues but it's otherwise an acceptable accomodation

I didn't like how you could hear the footsteps of the neighbors above. Some of the neighbors were liud enough that you could hear them through the walls. But other than that, no problems.

Succinct Solara Stay

I really like staying at Solara. Clean room. Great prices. Large beds. Plenty of parking spaces. What you get is what you pay for. Straight forward and to the point.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We did have issues with our tub not draining well and being able to hear noisy people above Ilya and next door, but other than that, everything was great!

Another Great Stay

Second stay here and just as good as the first one. Mickey and Friends parking lot 5 minutes away. Speedy check in & out. We will be staying here again for future Disney trips.

Decent motel near Disneyland.

This is our third time staying here. We stay here because it’s very cheap compared to the other motels/hotels near Disneyland. Cleanliness is ok, can be better. The staff are very nice but after a certain time if you need extra towels you have to go to the front desk which ain’t a big deal. It’s not walking distance to Disneyland, neither have to drive or take the ART. Check if your room has a fridge and microwave. Not all of them do.

Disney Trip

Excess rooms are provided to homeless people and you do have to encounter mentally ill individuals in the parking lots and on the corridors of the hotel. We actually had to change rooms because one of them was staying in front of our hotel door with all their bags on the sidewalk instead of them being inside of their paid for room. The hotel gave alus a free upgrade and changed our room to compensate for the negative experience and encounter. We heard the man arguing with hotel staff for being told he could not stay in front of people room doors.

Disneyland trip

Great place to stay for a Disneyland trip. Clean and quiet and close to the park

Room was very nice and clean. Walls were super thin. Could hear the plumbing of the other rooms. Showers whined. Beds were very comfortable. I slept so well.

The room was very clean and updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy with our stay at such a reasonable price. Just keep in mind there is no fridge unless you pay for an upgraded room.

I like this hotel a lot. It is at a very convenient location and the staff is very friendly.

Very thin walls. I kept getting woken up by the people’s voices next door. Roaches in our room on both days of our 2 day stay. We checked out at 5am and no one answered the bell at the front door and all the lights were off in the office despite there being a sign that said to ring the bell or knock on the door & someone will help you.

Amazing beds and bedding and easy access to everywhere. Love the rooms and layouts of the rooms. Our fave place to stay. Affordable. Close to Disney. This was our second time staying. We are staying again in April!

The office staff was very Friendly Room was clean, sheets were clean, room service is included totally recommend 👍 Very close to the mickey & friends parking structure only about a 3 minute drive if you plan on using the parking. If you plan on walking your looking at a 20-25 minute walk

Not walking distance to the park

Good price for the location. Rooms could use some updating/fixing. We didn’t spend much time in the room but it was comfortable and walkable distance to Disneyland.

When we got there, we were given keys to a wrong room. Wehn back and was corrected easily. The 2nd night, when we came back to our room, outside was a very strong smell of Marijuana. When into the room and it wasn't as bad but had a strong oder of it (probably from apartments behind the hotel). It was almost to much for me. I had brought some room freshener and that helped. Overall a very nice place but i wouldnt want a room on the back side again.

This place was great! Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and my room was cleaned every day, pretty close to the Disneyland resort, about a 20-minute walk but super cheap ubers and lyfts. We will stay here again!

It was a quick and easy check in

This property was very clean. It was super easy to check in. Close to everything!! We came for a Disneyland trip. This is now our hotel choice!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities felt clean and safe. Short walk to the Disneyland area, approximately 25 minutes, close to bus stop that leads to the park as well. The amenities in the room were basic but not lacking. I would recommend this location to all of my friends and family as a good budget hotel for the area.

still thinking about our wonderful stay

i’m not usually the one to leave reviews.. but this place really was amazing for the price. 5-6 min ride to & from disneyland, free parking for BOTH our vehicles & plenty of parking to choose from. room was replenished every day that we was there. our window had a clear view of fireworks! the area is decent too i did not feel uneasy walking at night at all. the room was also very very clean! all staff was super nice. will definitely be staying here again.

The bedsheets were not as clean as I had hoped (under very close inspection) but the staff was kind, the towels were clean, the location was pristine

Close to Disney park and very quiet.

I witness the customer service interaction with another guest. The staff was extremely rude and unconcern with the issue being brought up. Wouldn’t allow the customer to voice their issue and talked over the customer the entire time. Guest asked to speak to management and was denied his request. Staff seem unconcerned about losing business. The issue the guest was reporting was an error on the hotel and they were unwilling to make it right. I understand that this is a popular vacation spot and rooms probably always fill up but I would hate to be treated so poorly. For the price I paid I expect more professional staff and actual customer service. Beware place has zero customer service.
