Lovely design throughout featuring lots of wood. The breakfast menu isn't designed for long stays (dishes repeat) but it's delicious and served efficiently in a nice environment. The bath is nice, though it did get a little busy at times.

Friendly staff, great service. room is comfortable, well-designed, good use of space. Parking is not included, but easy to find and within 1 minute walk.

Loved it. Only advise is to put a small chair rather than the small table.

Stay for two nights and have no complaints. The front area staff were very nice and attentive and I enjoyed the Japanese style breakfast as well.

The atmosphere is zen, comfortable, The hotel has a a modern Japanese concept, However, we found the room a bit too small to manoeuvre. We love onsen but found dirty spit in water. Didn’t want to go back to onsen the next day. Just too bad.

The hotel has its own private baths and it was so relaxing. Great location close to restaurants and the main market. The room was massive and bed comfortable. The breakfast is Japanese style which we weren’t the biggest fans of.

the staff were nice, the self check in machine took longer than a regular check in with a person though, creating a long line. they didnt have enough space for breakfast for everyone which is fine though bc there is plenty in the area. the location was convenient, and the design very modern. the room was smaller than i expected from the photos and the room type that i booked but it was ok. nothing amazing either way. the lobby does have a really cool and modern design though.

We really liked this property it was clean/modern, wonderful mattress… ir was my favorite out of the 5 places we stayed. Walkable to the park/castle. Breakfast was traditional Japanese cuisine. Was pretty good so we did that just one morning of our stay to try. Staff was very friendly. We walked from the station about 15 minutes

Nice hotel in the middle of kanazawa

The hotel is very nice with a minimal and eleant design. The breakfast is lovely. However the room was very small with little to no space for luggages and to hang clothes.

SOKI was a beautifully peaceful stay very close to key areas of Kanazawa. We enjoyed the zen vibes of the hotel and the friendly staff. The room was a bit small but smartly designed so it didn't feel cramped once we got our luggage sorted out.

Very limited guest services. Check in, you go through a kiosk. Luggage send/delivery service, they do not do. Bathhouse supplies, bring your own towels from your room. Eco cleaning means they just bring you fresh towels in a bag.

Very clean, comfortable and close to the station. Breakfast was not available for us and very limited dinner options unless you want to spend a lot for a set menu.

Convenient, clean - across the street from Omicho Market and very close to the castle and garden. Staff spoke English, and the check-in and check-out processes were the easiest and quickest of the 5 hotels at which I stayed during my trip. Self-service luggage lockers are available for storage on check-in/check-out days. The room was clean and comfortable - minimalistic in its design, but certainly had everything you needed. Breakfast was very Japanese and very, very good.

Spa like experience, clean, beautiful. Pajamas were lovely, relaxing, and toiletries were top notch. The garbage receptacles were very tiny. It’s a beautiful hotel.

We really enjoyed this property. My only suggestion would be for the rooms to have storage area. There is no place to put your luggage. Staff is amazing, have excellent english and are very friendly. I would definitely go back there.

Located right across the market, the hotel is modern, clean and well decorated. The rooms are large for Japanese standards and the public bath was lovely. The amenities and breakfast was amazing.

My third stay and my goto place in Kanazawa! Service and rooms are awesome and so comfortable. I wish I could take the pajamas home too! Breakfast every morning was delicious and never the same each time. The onsen was so soothing and relaxing especially after hot summer days of walking around and exploring during Bon season

We stayed in Room 815&715 on August 4th 2024 for one night to celebrate our doughter’s birthday. We stayed in Soki 金沢 before and had a wonderful experience. However, Soki 金沢 is no good for summer season for temperature inside the room. The staff told us the room temperature cannot be set lower than 28 °C….What！！It is totally unacceptable. You should told your customers before they checked in. You should stop selling those “hot steamer” rooms any more.

Amazing modern onsen!!

It was amazing!!! The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was the space was small, struggled with my suitcase, but they have bigger rooms so next time I’ll go for that one. This hotel is in an amazing location, literally a three minute walk from the market, coffee, shopping and two minutes from the bus station. Everything was so clean and clean looking. Super modern onsen, my first experience too, and it was clean, relaxing, and beautiful. Staff is super helpful and loved the welcome gift!! Would 1000% stay here again

Loved this hotel - great location for exploring and opposite the market. Modern Japanese style rooms with brilliant onsen to sooth the muscles at night. Fantastic value and was icing on the cake to 3 brilliant nights in Kanazawa. Great town..

Uniqueness: nice to offer drinks at the public bath. They introduced local products made in kanazawa. The bath wear and cardigan were so cute too What I didn’t like: too bad the public bath did not have an outside bath; only indoors. It got stuffy indoors

Elegant design, a memorable stay in Kanazawa

Charming hotel, with a minimal design perfected in style. Placed in a very convenient location, at 1 min from omicho market and 20min walk from the castle and all the museums, the higashi chaya and the station. Plus, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They helped me combine 2 separate reservations so that I don't have to change room during my stay, which was a huge help. The big bath is also great. Room is spacious.

Very relaxing spa hotel with a great aesthetic

A very nice hotel in the walking distance from the train station, and a pleasant walking distance to restaurants, shops and the castle park. The staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are super clean. The area is relatively quiet despite the fact that the hotel is in the middle of the city.

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. We arrived into Kanazawa late in the afternoon and we struggled to find something for dinner. We decided to eat at the hotel restaurant and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Breakfast the following day was also a divine work of art. Highly recommend Soki Kanazawa. Hotel, facilities, staff and restaurant all excellent. Well and truly exceeded our expectations.

One of the few hotels in Japan we stayed at that actually had full size rooms and beds, which were very comfortable. The rooms were well-appointed and staff were polite and helped us check in very quickly. The public baths were excellent, clean, and easily accessible.

SOKI KANAZAWA was such a relaxing hotel to stay in. The Japanese Style King room was so spacious and comfortable. We loved the low bed and the sitting area was great for relaxing and enjoying tea. Shower wet room was also excellent. Enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast offering is a fantastic traditional Japanese breakfast so don’t skip this. The public bath was absolute amazing. A stunning facility with high end toiletries. I was able to luxuriate in the bath without any other guests for at least 30 minutes. Finally the staff was more than helpful. I asked for assistance making a call to book a dinner that ended up being a bit involved and residing a few calls. The woman helping me was so patient and helpful until averting was completely sorted. I can’t thank her enough. Strongly recommend staying here. It is also only a short walk to the park (10 min) and tea hour district (10 min).

Had a great time at SOKI, the staff was very friendly and good at English, the room was nice and clean and I had everything I needed and it was very spacious. The location was also really nice and in short distance of the castle and other picture perfect places.

We arrived before official checkin time and staff was very unfriendly, directly telling us we need to go and come back to official checkin time. Hence our very first impression was not so good. Also, room way smaller than stated on the booking plattform. We could hardly open our suitcases. Hotel though very clean and good location, we also liked the Onsen at the Hotel.

Except for the TERRIBLE WIFI (I had to use my phone’s data most of the time), this is a very nice hotel. The onsen is very nice but hotel is not a spa. I stayed in 3 different rooms (because I kept extending) and the wifi was nearly unusable in all of them. Great location! Nice, quiet and clean.

If you can get past the TERRIBLE WIFI (I had to use my phone data most of the time), this is a very nice hotel. I kept extending my stay. Clean, quiet, nice onsen (but to call the hotel a “spa” is a stretch) and a great location directly across from the amazing fish market. Again, the wifi sucks. Did I mention the sucky wifi?

This is such a lovely hotel! From the minute you walk in it smells beautiful and the staff are so friendly. Absolutely worth it for the spa - luxurious and comforting after a day of excursions.

This place could be much better

New and minimalist but has several annoying features. Noisy air conditioning unit in ceiling, poor acoustics could hear people moving about up stairs and they use the lobby to temporarily store luggage it was packed. No free water bottles in the room, no shavers.

Arrived 25 minutes before check-in. Staff wouldn’t even start process. Check-in all done by customer on computer. Help given when needed. No service behind any desk. Room tiny, and so much room given to fixed table/mats that moving around room very difficult. No one with any degree of limitation to physical movement should stay in this hotel. There is no place but the bed and the floor to sit. If I had known I wouldn’t have stayed here.

It was not easy to find the hotel at the beginning but once you find it the rest is a breeze. It is only a 3 minute walk to Higashi Ginza station and the best thing is, there is a direct train from here to Haneda airport though you need to board the right train as the trains coming to the same platform are going different ways. It was raining heavily on our departure and the staff was kind enough to give us an umbrella each upon request. A big thank you to the kind soul! Right across the road there is a Lawson and that comes in handy when you need something at the last minute. I would recommend and would stay here again.
