Very dirty. Sheets were stained and mouldy. Bathrooms ceilings were covered in black mould. Cockroaches everywhere.

This is more an air bnb - checking in after hours is a nightmare

Average apartment

Location is superb. Near shopping areas. However, room is just basic. Still can’t get over the fact that another room is like a storeroom that was converted into a room. I won’t recommend my family and friends to this apartment but if you are not fussy, worth staying for that amount of money.

the location is quite convenience in the middle of KLCC, petronas tower and pavilion shopping malls are within walking distance. there is no receptionist so checking in is quite confusing as we have to ask permission from security to get the access card to the apartment. they only provided 1 access key for a 3 bed apartment and we need the key to enter and EXIT the building so it is quite inconvenience.

Cleanliness will need to improve

The cleanliness was not satisfied. Found a lot cockroaches and dusts. The agry part was we still need to pay RM70 for cleaning service. I was feedback the issue to the staff and she replied no matter what they using the issue still persist. She said they even ever appointed pets control but still found a lots of cockroaches. Beds all are queen size and comfortable. Of course if the beds are kinf size will be nicer. The in-home wifi speed really fantastic. It helps to save me a lots of data usage. Talking about my shower experience. The water presure is strong enough but there was many suffer from inconsistent water temperature. When showering at master bedroom bathroom using rain shower head the ceiling light flickering on and off. Wow its really freaked me out. But when i turnoff the rain shower head by using the normal shower head the ceiling no longer flickering. The entrance of the residential area a bit hard to find. We attempted to find the entrance for few times by waze and goolge map end up still need to navigate by 1 of the helpful guard. The location of the residential area still considered good as it located at heart of the attraction area. Overall i am satisfied as i could booked the unit with the most attractive prices to have a wonderful night wilth my family members.

Good location

it was a pleasant stay and the location is pretty good. The only thing we don't like is the car park that near Block A2, the path is super narrow and it will get scratches easily, so for whoever needs to go into that car park please be careful and take note of this.

Great accommodation

OVERALL: Highly recommended for group stay. - Few minutes walk to KLCC, convenience store, LRT station and pubs. - Tight security via access card and basement seems guarded 24/7. - Relatively clean apartment no ants or insects, maybe can just do better with the quilts but its good enough for us. - Coffee and basic amenities (towels, soap etc.) provided. - Cooking stove, iron, microwave, washing machine,bowl, plates etc. is available. Maybe just plates with microwaveable safe stamp and clearer instruction on the use of the Awesome TV set would be good (only figured out on the last night). - Toilets seems new with two showering options with good pressure and temperature controls. - Good view to the menara (tower) from one of the room. - Responsive & friendly team. Thumbs up!

Not recommended

In the description of the apartment it said there was a pool there. When we were going to use we were then told it was NOT included and we has to pay per person everytime we used it. I would never have booked there if I has known. The bathrooms were dirty, and the apartment was run down. One of the beds were horrible to lay in. I would not renommend this apartment. If you want a swimming pool, do not book this one.
