Had a great stay at Soha, the room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Mona was very attentive & informative. Everything was close & walkable.

The hotel was in a prime location, minutes away from Trevi Fountain and all walking distance to the major attractions. Mona was very helpful at reception, guiding us to the places we needed to go with straight forward directions. Lovely hotel, would stay again

Our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is nice and clean, close to all attractions as well as metro and busses, and reasonably priced. The check in process was smooth and pleasant thanks to Mona who got in touch with us in advance and got our room ready for our arrival.

Very clean and convenient. Host was only there on arrival and then we never saw her again but she always answered very promptly when I messaged her. Area was perfect location to most major sites. Host arranged transportation from the airport and he was there upon our arrival. Everything went perfectly and we were very pleased. We would stay there again

Soha and Mona made the stay extremely accommodating with great touring suggestions and setting up private tours. Room was better than appeared in pictures. Close to venues but on a very quiet street.

The location was perfect and host was very accommodating with our early arrival and check-in. Soha was reachable via WhatsApp and iMessage prior to our arrival and it was a peace is mind to know our stay would be hassle free. I would definitely recommend it.

DON’T STAY HERE

The hotels website description/pics were deceiving. The host/owner Soha was very nice but the hotel NO. The pics had to have been old because it looked very old not updated.The street to the hotel looks like an alley with lots of cobblestones that was very hard on our luggage. There was no lobby upon entering into the small hall of the hotel( I would not this a hotel it’s more of a bed/breakfast minus the breakfast) when you enter there’s a small hall and an even smaller elevator that barely fit our luggage that we had to stack and only 1 of us can go in with the luggage that was my husband, I went up the staircase to the 2nd or 3rd floor where you check in then to our about 100 sq ft of a room with a very uncomfortable bed. It took us a while to figure out the AC, no amenities. I definitely don’t recommend especially since it was expensive.

Excellent location in the centre of the old city. Close to all amenities: shopping, dining, hop-on-hop-off tours, Trevi Fountain (9 minute walk), Spanish Steps, etc., all within walking distance. Decline the 65 Euro shuttle from the airport as taxis and Uber are only legally allowed to charge a max of 31 Euros and they’ll drop you off at the door.

Fantastic location

The hotel is in a fantastic location with short walks to all the major sights. It's just off a main road so there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars right outside. even though it is near a major street, it has a quiet, peaceful feel and you can get a good night's sleep. The owner is lovely and gives you all the information and more you could want and need. She gave us lots of restaurant recommendations and all the ones we tried were super. Fantastic hotel for a couple exploring the city's sights.

The location was perfect as it was a short walking distance from Romes main attractions. The service was great from the staff who quickly got us things we needed such as an extra pillow and ironing facilities. The road outside is very noisy therefore it would be difficult to sleep without ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Also the curtain in room 4 is too small for the window, therefore it was also light in the room.

Your water and heating is in control of owner, you have to ask for turning hot water and heating on if you come back to your room early.Guess it’s on timer for few hrs in morning and evening. Very inconvenient if you are traveling with family.

Great stay for our time in Rome

Love it!

We stayed for 3 days for my fiancé's birthday and had an amazing stay! The host is absolutely brilliant. She arranged our transfer, and arranged flowers for my fiancé - she even insisted on not charging me for this. She helped us with plenty of recommendations and was always on hand to help. The property was in a very central location and we found this very useful as we were able to walk to all the attractions and best restaurants. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Rome and we will definitely be back!

The location is great, walking distance to everything. The best thing about our stay there was the owner. She went out of her way to help us and tell us where to visit. Even to the extent of booking restaurants and transport for us. We had a great time in Rome and this is a very good little hotel that we would recommend.

Absolutely perfect location for a great stay in Rome. We found the room to be quiet and relaxing. Despite its very central location, the property is located in a small connecting road which blocks the room from the noise of the street. Rooms are very clean. The host does an exceptional job providing guests with recommendations and we found all of her suggestions were truly the best (which is hard to do given the staggering number of places to eat and visit in Rome). Would absolutely stay here again when we return to Rome.

Gem in Rome

We loved this place. Excellent location. The host is fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. The rooms are exactly like the photos. Clean, modern and very nicely done. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, nice shower with high pressure hot water and a great view of the city streets. absolutely lovely place and we will be staying again when we return to Rome. We can not say enough good things about this place. LOVED IT!

The location is perfect - easy walking distance to the Trevi and Spanish steps. The Colosseum was about 20 minutes walk and the vatican about 40 minutes walk. Plenty of good affordable eating in the area - and the staff are super friendly. So glad I found this place and I would definitely stay again. Ciao

Great location, friendly staff, solid base.

When I booked my room through Expedia I booked a Comfort Suite with 2 beds as I was travelling with my adult son. When I arrived I was give a tiny room with a double bed. Had it not been late in the evening I would not have stayed at the hotel but as it was we had no choice. The Owner was apologetic and said it was Expedia’s error and that they had agreed to discount the price paid. All I received was $10 euro for breakfast. I felt the room was way over priced for what we received.

Cannot rate this property highly enough. The room was clean and spacious. The owner and staff were gracious and helpful. The location is centrally located and provides easy access to transportation. A great choice for a visit to Rome.

This guest house was in a perfect location. 5 mins to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. Plenty of dining options on the doorstep. Easy to get an Uber taxi from too if needed. Room was very clean. Shower really good and lovely and hot. Bed very comfortable. Owner was so helpful and knowledgeable sending us lots of recommendations for restaurants/ice-cream via WhatsApp. We went to a couple of places recommended which were amazing! Overall, guest house is best for location, nice room and was perfect for us as we were out most of the time seeing the sights! Would definitely stay again. Perfect base.

First of everything since we made the reservation Doha the owner of the place send us an email welcoming us to the hotel In case that we need transportation or any other services One or two days before arriving she contacted again to have instructions how to get to the place and to check if she can help us with something check at what time was our arrival and as soon as we arrive to Rome send us a text to welcome us to Rome Call our driver to see if he was on time and a lot of details that we never saw in another stays in Rome or other parts of the world. As soon as we arrive she welcomed us to the Hotel and showed us around teach us how to move around the area and everything related to our elegant suite We will like to thank her for the bottle of Wine it was an excellent touch Keep the good service congratulations for an excellent Job And we will see you again soon

Best stay in Italy!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel! Very convenient to the metro, Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. Modern and updated rooms in a perfect location for shopping as well. The owner was so wonderful as well, helpful every step of the way in finding nearby parking and recommendations for food and attractions. I will never stay anywhere else! 11 out of 10 stars!

Property was difficult to find, but in a great location. Somewhat noisy as it was just off a busy street, but that is the trade off for such a great location. Close to Metro, Trevi Fountain, & Spanish steps.

AMAZING! Cannot say enough nice things about our stay. Small hotel with gorgeous, modern rooms in a beautiful building. Very close to Barberini metro station (direct to Termini one way and Vatican the other). Steps to Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. The owner, Sohol, was very kind and helpful! We were luckily able to check in early and our room even had a wonderful little balcony. Best stay in this incredible city!

Amazing service!! Very walkable. About 5 mins to the Trevi, 15/20 to The Colosseum. We took a cab to the Vatican (about 12 minutes) but cab stand was very close as well. Marta's recommendations were all amazing and great. She was able to answer questions and help quickly as well. Thank you for everything!

The receptionist was honestly the best , what a great stay we had. She was so helpful the service was exceptional , I highly recommend you stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Soha Piazza di Spagna Boutique in April 2023. The owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful and available 24/7 via WhatsApp. She explained the most efficient ways to get around the city and highlighted the particular places that we said we wanted to see and how to get there. The owner also suggested some places to get the best pizza and gelato. She allowed us to leave our cases after check out and when leaving called us a taxi. Taxi took a while to answer the phone so she personally went outside the hotel and flagged one down for us. The hotel itself is very clean and modern and has plenty of space. We have recommended Soha Piazza di Spagna Boutique to our friends and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!
