This hotel was in a convenient location. 5 min walk to the beach! It’s on a very main road though so you can hear honking late at night and early in the morning. There is a 24 hour minimart right next door that was convenient and an ATM. We rented a motorbike from the hotel which was also convenient. We have been overwhelmed with how friendly staff have been in Vietnam and just didn’t get that vibe from this hotel. There was a buffet breakfast 2 mornings (it was so-so, and the staff seemed very confused that we wanted to eat there and we would pay, it wasn’t included in our room rate) and then the third morning the restaurant was empty. When we asked about breakfast they said that it was a-la-cart and you had to order the day before. When our motorbike ran out of gas at night and the gas station was closed, we walked the bike back to the hotel and they showed us Google translate on their phone “bike broken, you pay”. Da Nang was a really busy city, not to our taste and I think the hotel just didn’t add anything great to our trip.

Staff was really friendly. Rooms were really clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Value of what you pay for

The check in reception can only speak 10% English, super difficult to communicate. The check out reception is a lot better, at least 60%. II don’t expect the reception can speak another language in different country, but have to have a way to communicate . The worst thing I don’t like is the toilet is right next to the shower without any separation, so every time after you take the shower, the toilet will be wet. You need to take the toilet paper to a safe place to make sure won’t get wet. The housekeeping is doing a good job, the room is clean. To be fair, you only pay US$20 for a night, you cannot expect anything, but those are the things for the improvement.

Overall okay. Near the beach but a bit far away from town for walking distance.

The staff were so helpful and gave us great advice on our stay! The rooms were big and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great buffet breakfast too. Close to the beach and a nice day spa behind!

Only that the Breakfast ended too early. Was given the breakfast cupond and it is written that it ends at 9:30pm. When I went done at 9:45am, everything was over.

Good hotel

Good value for the money. Great WiFi. Great location, close to the beach. Good staff. Free toiletries. Shampoo,shower gel and toothbrushes. Only negative is ok the noise from outside, not really anything the hotel can do about, the whole city of da nang, is noisee with karaoke bars and traffic beeping.

Good hotel if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Also when we called up a few days earlier before check in to organize an airport transfer, they said no. Even though their website says that they have it available. They told us to catch a taxi. Maybe there would have been a better chance to get an airport transfer if we arranged it when booking the room. They did not show us to our room. Also there is no tissue paper. Only toilet paper is available. There is no safe either. The wooden box with a latch that you can attach a lock to is not a safe.

We found Song Cong Hotel comfortable, clean, convenient and great value for price. The hotel is near the beach, with lots of restaurants nearby. The full breakfast included a good variety of foods. We especially appreciate the staff, who were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel with good service and great location

Receptionists are fluent in English and helped in the communication with taxi drivers. Hotel is very conveniently located near the beach and the airport. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread of food and hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location yet the hotel building was probably built for commercial offices and was converted later to rooms. Room is spacious but overall i wasn't comfortable an average stay.

Location: ok Staff: very nice and friendly Room: clean but the bathroom was not very well designed as the shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom meaning that you would splash the whole bathroom after taking your shower. There were also traces of mould in the bathroom

Enjoyed our stay with the children it did get quite noisy 5.30 in the morning! Great place to be though!

The hotel is handy to local eateries, the beach etc so a good location. Our heat pump automatically turned itself to heating mode after a couple of hours so during the night it was uncomfortable. Bathrooms were spacious but the shower and drain placement mean the toilet is soaked every time you shower. No bathmat also made for a hazard after showering as whole room was tiled. Staff super helpful

Great stay at the Song Cong Hotel

this is a very comfortable affordable hotel. the buffet breakfast is nice and reasonably priced. the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach.

Hotel staff are very helpful and able to speak a good level of English for effective communication. I'll stay at this hotel again on my future trips.

Song Cong hotel is terrible !

My stay in song song hotel was terrible. Firstly, I paid for 02 x deluxe room and I was given 02 different room due to insufficient rooms. No money was refund back to me. Secondly, hotel service cannot make it. No staff bother to give u a sh*#. Request for a new towel or top up soap have to call 3 times. Thirdly, hotel condition cannot make it. The lift was slow, restaurant coffee machine spoilt, hot water sometime have sometime don't have. Room cleaness, I was told that it was not their practice to do room service in the morning when client was not around. What kinda rule is that? Ended up, my 60 years old parent and my baby girl gotta sit at the hotel lobby and wait for them to clean our room. Room was not comfortable at all. Wooden chair is hard and cold.

Decent hotel close to the beach

Song Cong Hotel was located only a few hundred metres from My Khe beach. Recommended for 1 nights stay as it is only a basic hotel with no facilities other than breakfast included.

Excellent Service at a great Location/Views

Second time around just as good. Gratefully received an upgrade to a corner suite. This hotel is well positioned just a couple of blocks back from My Khe beach and within easy walking distance of good quality restaurants (especially seafood). Breakfast buffet is excellent and attention to detail/service was first rate. Only drawback was the wifi which at times was patchy. Bike hire is for free and motorbike/scooter rental 150,000VND per day so it is easy to reach anything in town. Good value for money in Vietnam. Hope to stay again sometime soon.

Room is huge with many windows. We got high floor & sea view room as requested. Very close to beach, staffs are friendly & helpful. For a 3 star hotel, they got their own huge machine to wash their towels, bed sheet and all.. everyday. Walk urself a bit to beach street, on the left hand side from hotel there is Galina mud bath & spa, quite a good deal too. Overall, quite a good deal, cheap price, more than expected. Would love to recommend family or friend to stay over.

I will just state my PROs and CONs and you can be the judge: PROs: 1. Very close to beach 2. For most part clean 3. Variety choice for breakfast 4. Large rooms CONs: 1. Old hotel and poor decor 2. Many design does not make sense(shower hose too short, only good if you are 5 feet; no shower curtain makes the bathroom wet everywhere; tub too sallow; many plugs but without electricity...) 3. Ants in the room 4. Noisy at night. Maybe the construction is not very soundproof 5. Poor Hospitality. We when to the beach and used 1 small toile to clean the sand. It was just sand and can be clean off easily. Instead they leave us a note in Vietnamese which I cannot read, when to the reception and found out the they want to charge us money because we ruin the toile. The charge was eventually waved, but not worth my trouble to deal with this

Value for price hotel with sea and beach view

The room is very spacious and a lot of sunlight got into the room which is good. The beach and sun rise is visible and that offers real good feeling when you are awake. The hotel is 3minute walking distance from the beach and you won't be worried about getting sandy and sweaty cos you can have a shower very soon after arriving at hotel.

Great value for money

Song Cong is basic, clean, spacious, lots of natural light, with very service oriented staff, and in a great location for access to everything you want in Danang. Wifi is intermittent, and all ceramic tiles and glass can be a bit noisy. But for the price it is great value and recommended.

the hotel was very new, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped with tour bookings. The hotel and the area was undergoing construction so quite noisy. When finished it will be a nice hotel.

It was a very short one. But the hotel was really clean and pretty close to the beach. The breakfast was ok and free. The staff was very friendly. The manager spoke English very well but other staff didn't.

Worst hotel experience in Vietnam

Very crowded in the afternoon at checking time. Had to work hard to get staff attention. Breakfast was a joke with no decent food. Bathroom was dirty but when a towel fell to the floor and got dirty with the sand from the beach, they made us pay for the towel!! Would never stay here or recommend it to anyone.

Niet aan te raden

Hotelkamer was goed. S ochtends werden we om 7u wakker gemaakt door geboor. Bij navraag, kregen we excuus en de uitleg dat er werkzaamheden waren. Naast excuus geen compensatie gekregen, vond dit slechte service en zou daarom het hotel niet aanraden. Vooraf geen melding gekregen dat er werkzaamheden zouden zijn.

방 시설이 낡았어요. 하지만 가격이 싼 만큼 감수할 부분이라고 생각해요. 방크기는 엄청 넓어요.

방은 넓고 침대도커서 좋았는데 전체적으로 낡았어요. 그리고 벌레 나온다른소리 있었는데 전 못봤어요.

ダナンステイの際に大人4名で2泊しました。部屋は写真通り、広さ十分で清潔でした。タオルが古びていたのと、シャワーの位置（トイレ便器の側近）は改善の余地があるかなと思います。 しかしながら親切なスタッフ（英語対応バッチリでした）に終始気持ちよく過ごさせてもらいました。 お値段を考えると、コストパフォーマンスは120点です。ダナン再訪の際はぜひまたお世話になりたいと思います。

좋았습니다

머무르는데 문제가 없습니다 방 조명때문에 어둡게 느껴지고 특이점은 없었습니다. 룸컨디션 좋았고 개미도 없었어요 주변에 현지식당이 많아서 식사에 문제없었고 경제대학교 주변 술집들은 현지인들과 놀기 정말 좋았습니다 바로 옆에 공차가 있는데 저렴해서 만족합니다

그저 그렇습니다.

아이셋과함께 5인가족이 숙박했습니다. 우선 호텔 크기는 제일 큰방을 예약했기에 충분했습니다. 주변에 식당도 많고 미케해변도 가까워서 좋습니다. 대부분의 관광지는 그랩으로 5만동이하로 가능하네여. 작은 단점은 목욕바스와 샴프가 별로라서 첫날 롯데마트에서 모두 구입해서 사용했습니다. 그리고 가장 큰 단점은 중국단체 관광객들이 많이 오네요. 문을 열어놓고 생활하는지 방으로 들어오는 소음이 장난아니었고 조식도 그닥인데 중국인들이 세치기를 너무많이해서 좀 좋지 않았습니다.

걱정 많았는데 걱정과 다르게 벌레도 없고 시설도 괜찮았음 / 611호에 묵었는데 욕조가 있어서 편리했지만 샤워기가 욕조랑 같이 있고 샤워기 높이가 낮아 키 큰 사람이 이용하기엔 조금 불편할지도 리셉션도 친절하고 영어는 조금 알아듣기 어렵지만 소통하기에 문제 없음 벨보이도 친절함 조식은 먹을 게 없으므로 근처에 현지쌀국수식당 이용하세요 대신 숟가락 젓가락 물티슈 세트 챙겨다녀야합니다~~

大理石調の室内でとても清潔で綺麗なミドルクラスのホテル。 ダナン空港からタクシーで850,000ドン程度（多めのチップ込みで1000,000ドン≒500円）。バスは路線12がホテルから徒歩3分のところにあり200,000ドン≒100円でコン市場やビックⅭに行ける。バス路線1でホイアンやハン市場に行けるが、ホテルからバス停まで約10分と灼熱時に徒歩は辛い。バスを利用したい方以外はタクシーが無難。ホテルのボーイが無線でタクシーを呼んでくれ、メーター料金なので安心です。（メーターは000単位は表示されません） 以前、ひどい書き込みをしていた方がいましたが、ダナンでは中の中～上くらいのレベルのホテルで、社会主義国ですから女性の斡旋など当然に無いし、治安も良好でフロントも英語が通じますので安心してください。 周囲は、ダナンではどこでも当たり前ですが、クラクションが一日中鳴らしっぱなしで、道路を横断するにも信号がなく注意が必要です。プールは利用できず。海まで徒歩５～６分、観光客向けの海鮮料理店も地元レストランも多数あり。１分以内にコンビニがあり食事は全く困りません。 ホテル周辺を楽しむならば、ビーチでのマリンスポーツ、海鮮レストラン、ｓｐａ＆マッサージで、３泊目には飽きてしまいました。

다른 숙소 체크아웃 후 비행기시간까지 시간이 남아 예약한 숙소였어요~ 가격 저렴하고 미케해변까지 걸을 수 있을 정도라 선택했구요~ 룸 상태는 전반적으로 보통이었어요. 크게 불편하지 않을 정도의 컨디션이요. 주변에 오토바이, 차량 소음 있습니다. 베트남 분들이 많이 묵으시더라구요.

평이안좋아서 걱정했는데 저는 너무나만족했습니다 3명이서 페밀리룸으로 이용했는데 방이완전 넓어서 좋았어요 아쉬운건 냉장고가 쌩뚱맞게 베란다에있다는거... 그리고 조식은 진짜별루네요.... 그래도 다음번에 다낭간다면 재방문의사는있어요~~

보통은 한국갈때 비행이 새벽시간이라 삼시 쉬었다 가는 경우가 많은데 금액대비 훌륭합니다. 페밀리룸이라 침대도 3개나 있고 작지만 테라스에 조식까지 추천합니다.

룸내부외부 모든것에 만족했어요.후기를 보니 새벽에 오토바이 경적소리며 바깥에서 들리는 소리가 방음이 안되 불편하다는 글을 읽었습니다만. 저는 잠을 자고 일어나는 7일동안 큰 불편을 느끼지못했습니다.. 개미나 바퀴벌레도 못 봤습니다.. 한가지 룸내 청소시에 타월 전량을 교체해주셔야하나 손닦는 타월을 다시 씻어 말려두신게 좀 아쉬웠네요..
