Staff was nice and attentive. Hotel restaurant food was good, loved the bison chili. A little overpriced. Views were great. Overall, relaxing and enjoyable trip.
Room was right next to the elevator. We could hear it going up and down 24/7.
Facilities were important condition. All the managers were terrible. The pool never work. The Jacuzzi was full of lies and terrace , full of crap. Literally.
Great!
Hot tub and pool was heated
Perfect for a day getaway
Difficulty with check in our room, our room was given away as well as our friends rooms too. We were given a condo instead which was nice but super far from main area/hot tub. Constant issues afterword with dirty dishes in restaurant daily, staff who were very unsure of things and no manager around to help them. Felt terrible for staff for the position they were in as. No towels in hot tub/pool. Rooms were comfortable. Very old TV’s. It’s was okay but not worth the money.
Great hotel! Very kids friendly. Easy access to the slopes. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Rooms with a view
Great hotel, friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms
Not worth the expense
We came for the Hill Climbs. Unfortunately this "resort" isn't worth the nightly rate at which they charge. We paid for the convenience of being close to walk to the event, not quality. The breakfast buffet was such a mess yesterday. We were there for 15 min before anyone even acknowledged us. We walked it to so many dirty tables- we got the last 2 (had to split our family to sit). The 3 girls "serving" were not attentive and wouldn't even try to clear a table though there were many families waiting to be sat- for the entire time we were there they cleared not 1. There are no trash cans to access outside any elevator or on most floora. Floor 4 outside or in the laundry on ground level- not even by the ice makers. Our thermostat in our room was constant- either AC or heat, always blowing. Complementary coffee downstairs "we are out", "it's empty". There are no microwaves in rooms. On a positive note. The food at the buffet and the restaurant for happy hour was delicious- had the service at breakfast been better it would have been a much better experiance that day. "Darion" and "Alyssa" at the bar were the most fantastic employees we encountered there while visiting for happy hour. The gym has multiple selections of equiptment. They have an arcade room- one doesn't dispense toys as it is suppose to when kids hit a prize level. The bath tub was peeling.
We travel extensively and have stayed all over the world. The resort itself was average at best. Maids did make the bed, but didnt refresh the towels, empty the garbage, or even restock the coffee cups. The restaurant was the worst service we have ever experienced and the food was less than ok.
Property was great. Service was great.
Very Luxurious
Fantastic stay. Very comfortable and clean condo with views and slope side location. Private garage underneath. Will be back for sure. Loved the fireplace.
Has everything in one place
We were given a room next to the elevator. I asked politely to be moved to a different room as I have a hard time sleeping. Was treated very rudely by the front desk staff. Pool area was dirty and no pool towels were available.
Snow King is a close walk to town. We enjoyed the restaurant, the rooms and the western vibe.
Some staff were amazing like the women who brought us hot tea in the restaurant we tipped her well but the young men were rude non helping and condescending this is our 3rd stay also a worker from snowking got drunk. And would come to the hotel spa at night he said his name was skillet and at breakfast he was rude and loud every morning it was rude and uncalled for we love snowking and have had a amazing time every other time someone who had worked in the hotel the previous year explained to us they didn’t write down our airport shuttle either way and we paid 100 each way every other time we used the airport shuttle it was 65 but we tipped well or we would have missed our flight I’m disappointed we also had a extra 50 in tips when we only tipped our girl who brought the tea 20
Great Stay!
We were there for the HS Alpine State Championships! Very convenient. Our room had an amazing view! It was quiet and comfortable.
Overall enjoyed the stay. Pool and hot tub were great, clean, good hours. Gym also excellent-good selection, equipment in order, clean. Room was spacious and clean. Overall staff very nice. At times, certain CSR members did not have same responses as other CSR members, so this was somewhat confusing. Would be better to have a shuttle directly to JHMR since many people were doing this daily, and 40 mins to mountain on public bus was a bit of a hike. Airport shuttle was very helpful. Mountain had good varied terrain. Mountain staff was not very helpful and signage was not so easy to figure out.
It is In a beautiful location
Very loud with children and dogs barking all night.
The staff was friendly the room was great the hot tub outside allowed you to relax while staring into the slopes. Michelle up at the grille was awesome
We absolutely loved staying at this resort. All the staff was helpful, but Mr Michael especially. Having the restaurant upstairs was so convenient. We looked forward to the happy hour menu every day. I would highly recommend this resort.
Clean, friendly host, excellent dinning, and ideal location.
High value in Jackson Hole
Great property and location with high value for the price in a city where prices can be very high for not very much given. Highly recommend and will return next time I'm in the area to ski.
Property was lovely. Only inconvenience, the bar staff was not very aware of guests wanting to order drinks and bar tables weren't clean. But still very much enjoyed our stay.
We thought everything was great! They were very friendly and efficient on check in, room was clean and ready. My only complaint would be the breakfast buffet. It was quite expensive and not very good. Everything else was fantastic!
Hotel is nicely maintained. Bar service is slow.
Amazing stay!
Great place, highly recommended
We had a lovely time!
Nice place but a bit pricey and the food wasn’t the greatest especially for the price
Hotel was nice and comfortable, I did not like paying resort fees when I didn’t use many of them
Wonderful
Great location near town. Free shuttles to town and from airport. $3 dollar shuttle to jacksonhole resort.
Great hotel
Recteation area
I'm glad they brought the airport shuttle service back.
Staff was so kind, big rooms, safe and quiet.
The views
Snowking has everything you need in one area! Great restaurant on the property as well as a couple walking distance and even more just a5-8 min uber away. Arcade and cute hot chocolate bars for the kiddos. Pool and hot tub. Ski/snow board rentals onsite. Mountain coaster, maze, hockey arena, snow tubing and ski lift all right outside your doorstep. We’ve been in January twice now and we have been so pleased with our stay both times. Not crowded at all and super friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Sadly the shuttle no longer runs to Teton & wasn't working for our airport transfers. Other than that, I've always loved Snow King & their amenities.
Loved the property, modern and very well maintained. Close to town, easy to get to.
Property is an older property that was renovated. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable. There was pee in the toilet when we checked in the room. The hot water took a very long time to warm up. One night they forgot to clean our room.
Love this place a lot and will book again!
Fantastic.
Great place!
Not just skiing
Great hotel for a short winter vacation with kids. We don’t ski but there is plenty of fun things to do.
Newly remodeled. Bus drops off in front of the hotel. Beds were great. Would stay here again.
So much to do and the restaurant in the main lodge had very good comfort food for breakfast and dinner. Short drive to downtown or walkable too! The Alpine slide was a favorite and fishing at Jackson Lake was awesome. Great trip and fun place to stay!
Our first time in Jackson and the Snow King was amazing. Amazing staff! Best ski experience, they make everything just too easy. Too much to do just steps from your door, restaurant inside is great, free morning coffee and they even hide little glass birds for kid (and adults) to search for. We will be back. Our kids cried they wanted to live there and didn’t want to go home.
Great rooms, modern and clean! Outdoor hot tub and heated pool after a day of skiing is what you need! Convenient located for hockey tournaments and ski vacation!
Everything that was promised was delivered excellent location.
Newly remodeled Stuff we’re helpful
Amazing hotel in a cozy mountain-side setting ~ we saw elk while sitting in the hot tub!
We had a wonderful trip! Location was perfect! They got 14” of snow while we were there… beautiful!!
My first time staying in Jackson was wonderful. The hotel is conveniently located near dozens of great restaurants, shops, cafés, and local attractions. I spent one day on a guided nature tour with Xavier who was beyond knowledgeable and skilled showing me all of the great places in the local parks so I could maximize my timing and opportunity to capture great photos of wildlife and landscapes highly recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for an all-around great experience with convenience and nice amenities
Love snow king! Favorite place to vacation with my family.
Great property, great location for walking to Jackson restaurants and shops. Bus stop out front makes it convenient for travel to Teton Valley /Jackson Hole or stay at Snow King for skiing, tubing, mountain coaster, outdoor pool and hot tub. Overall great place to stay. Staff are very friendly and the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was very helpful. I hope to come back and stay here again.
Excellent
Always fun and love the ambiance of having an epic hot tub, dining options and great location to downtown.
Family friendly hotel with lots to do nearby. Very conveniently located to the ski activities and town.
Strangely not good
It was strange, it had everything we thought we wanted to be comfortable, but the attention to detail wasn't there. The pillows were not comfortable, the pipes screeched every time someone would use water which would actually wake us up at 3am. The rooms were super quiet otherwise so you could hear everything else that was happening. Very strange, some of this could have been avoided if you let people run the fan on the air conditioner, but that was also locked out. There was a night we went to the bar and tried for about 45 min to get two glasses of wine, then when they were finally poured I had to walk over to the bar and ask the server if we could grab them. All of the checks include 20% grat which kinda sucks when the service is that bad. The highlight was the spa. Everything there was pretty incredible.
Everything is average Room decor , meh Why white light ?! Sink was clogged and reported it at night , I not in the morning when I went to the front desk did they fix it
Awesome hotel and great restaurant!I will be staying again! 5 stars!
Fantastic location being directly adjacent to Snow King. Convenient free transportion to and from Jackson. Enjoyed the breathtaking snowy views from our room, as well from the 'bar' on the balcony. Spacious room, comfy linens. Would definately stay again next time we are traveling through Jackson!
Very clean
First time in Jackson hole and this resort made the trip. Amazing location with incredible views. Tons of things to do at the resort even if you don’t ski. Quick walk to the square. Couldn’t have been happier, especially the price point. Must Stay!
CLEAN, FREINDLY AND CONVINEINCE
Great location to ski snow king and rent gear. Unfortunately not many demo skis available in the size. We stayed one night. Not a lot of snow early but we had fun. Main issue was hot tub chemistry was off and very irritating to the ski.
Great experience staying in this property. Highly recommended
Hotel appearances lacking!! Renovations were happening. All together not great
It's a wonderful piece of property. The staff were really helpful and energetic.
I enjoyed my stay, no complaints
They closed the floor with access to parking. With the closure, getting luggage to/from the car was difficult.
Loved the view of the ski slopes!
Room was good, we had a balcony with a partial view. But the hotel is a bit weathered and the out door restaurant was not dog friendly.
Nice staff and great food
Snow King Resort is fabulous always. From the comfy rooms, tasty dining experiences and close walking proximity to downtown Jackson … it’s a great stay and location. Highly recommend!
Beautiful scenery. Conveniently located in Jackson Hole.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, plenty of parking
Great spot!
Kids loved the arcade! We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Close to everything in Jackson Hole and really nice we could have pie dogs with us! Everyone there was kind and helpful. Would definitely go back.
We had a great time!
We had a wonderful time! Will definitely come back!
The pool was warm enough to swim even though it was 40 degrees outside
Quiet room, great food at the restaurant.
Condo was small and not like the pictures on the Expedia site. When we arrived staff was very helpful in placing us in a space with an elevator.
Great location and service.
Confusion
Check-in was a tedious process. The clerk had to go into the back room multiple times to check things. I was given a card that offered an upgrade on the room, but when I inquired, the clerk didn’t know anything about it. The room we were given was exactly what I reserved, so I’m not sure what the upgrade was. Check-out went much smoother and clerks were friendly. The room was cleaner than most others we stayed at in the area with nicer towels. It was quiet. Appeared to have plenty of on-site entertainment.
Nice hotel, away from the town hustle but at a walking distance from the main town square (1 mile). Clean, however the bathroom had a bad stanch. I stayed in a comfortable king bedroom in the 7th floor with a view of a tiny top peak of Grand Teton behind hotel’s surrounding hills - not much of a view. Due to daily smoke cover caused by wildfires in the area, everything was shrouded in heavy smoke that may, I found out online, envelop Jackson Hole valley in summer and fall. The service at the bar was slow and breakfast is one of the worst i have seen: scrambled eggs, bacons, potatoes, salsa and nothing else! I couldn’t believe that this resort is so unimaginative about breakfast. I would rate them a zero for that.
Nice hotel in a great town.
Wonderful stay! Very dog friendly and nice area to walk/play ball with your dog. We will definitely stay here again.
Very nice condo!
Some of the staff were rude. I was being told 2 different things and when by different people. When I would inquire about something one of the staff was rude about it. I was only following directions from the other staff member.
It was in a quiet location and a very short ride (3mins)down Cache street to the main square.
Perfect place to stay…highly recommended
Could not stay in first room because it was near elevator and the elevator shaft had bad cooking exhaust. They moved us...but had to take bags to the other side of the hotel...and lost a few things in the transfer.
Location and view of Mountains. Property was clean and fun atmosphere.

Check was a little bit of an issue and my husband and I had to come back 3 time to finally get checked in. We had a VIP room, which was just a view of the mountain. No microwave in the room. The Hot tube amenity was a flop as the jets barely came on and the water leave seemed low. There was another hotel that had kitchens and views of the Elk refuge that was cheaper. The grounds of the resort seemed to need some clean up, but maybe it was the season. None of the fire pit were kept up except 1.
