Amazing hotel will definitely stay here again highly recommended and furthermore they went above and beyond to sort out any issues that I had during my stay.

Close to the main area. Modern property.

Nice place

Good place to stay in Phuket. Close to all of the action in the center of town with major malls close by. Even though a no smoking hotel, expect marijauna smoke since some occupants will smoke on their balcony. Do not pay extra for their breakfast buffet. It wasn’t that good. Starbucks and McDonalds close by.

The room was fine, nothing extra good or bad about it. The rooftop pool area was relaxing and we appreciated that there were saunas in the locker rooms. The hotel is in an area with a lot of restaurants and nightlife, but noise wasn't an issue. The hotel is set a little away from the street and it was quiet in our room. In room amenities and furnishings were somewhat minimal but this was expected from the price and overall we felt it was a good value.

Walking distance to the mall and beach. Room condition was average. Shower drainage was clogged and air-conditioning was leaking. Front desk sent technician to sort it out. Overall, service was satisfactory.

This hotel is just average. It’s in pretty poor condition and in some areas of the property (like level 6 where I stayed) it looks like they ripped out skirting boards etc to renovate, and just left it in pieces. The rooms are big, but like the rest of the hotel, are in pretty worn condition. The location is nice and central, but honestly for cleanliness and comfort, not worth the money.

Great 2 night stay, staff very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Excellent location for Jungceylon shopping and Banghla Road. Beach an easy walk. Room and bed were very good. There is noise from the corridor as no door seals, also nowhere to put an open suitcase. If planning to work on a laptop, rooms do not have a desk area of table and chair. Electrical outlets below the wall mounted TV.

It was such a pleasent stay, from the front desk staff to whom always very courteous and to room service personals whom were always very helpful. it was beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and colorful, and loved the pool and sunna. Hopefully I will be back soon!

Located near Jungceylon n central mall about 10 miin walk to Patong beach.

The Rooms were neat and clean. The entire hotel was maintained incredibly. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again

My only feedback is the menu. The breakfast menu needs a lot of improvement . I was served American breakfast. It’s a hot day but the juice was warm, the fruit was a bit off and overall it was just dull. Lots of improvement needed

Great place to sheep

Great stay and loved the sheep theme. The hotel was close to the beach and the night markets. Bus stop right outside made it easy to travel to other beach towns like Kata. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of foods to choose from and it changed each day. The pool and rooftop bar were well used during our stay. Overall an amazing stay in Patong.

Excellent for the price. Staff goes out of the way to help you. Definitely will stay there again.

Close to Bangla road

Great location, next to major centre and 5 minute walk to Bangla road, but without all the noise. Comfortable room and good rooftop pool and bar

FANTASTIC LOCATION

Hotel was ok very Basic The pool was out of service and they had another alternative to visit other pool in different hotel, I would say this is 2/3 stars

Property is well located. Only issue I had was with house keeping. Ask for extra towels for everyday day but won’t get it unless I ask. Never refilled toiletries. Also biggest problem I had was housekeeping kept on taking my room key card. That’s huge for security issues if they’re giving it to somebody outside the property. I had issues with ac because I booked 1 bedroom suite and ac would not cool fast enough. 2 times house keeping took my key card from holder. I even complained about it. Plus I am extremely very good tipper. Didn’t help. Also they don’t have house keeping supervisors. They would leave towels in my living room and not even actually set it up in bathroom. Lucky if you get hand towel face towel. Room was awesome but considering I paid 2 1/2 times more than my friends. Hopefully next time it’s better.

I like everythings about this hotel.

The staff at the front desk upon our arrival made our check in easy. The concierge was great and was good to see a recognisable face upon entering (been there on many occasions)

Wi-Fi intermittent. Never worked from my bed, only near hallway in bathroom. Had to go to lobby for best signal strength. Really annoying aspect of an otherwise great stay.

Absolutely love this hotel! It's right next door to the Jungceylon shopping mall and about a block away from Bangla Road. Restaurants, ATMs, taxis and tuk-tuks are all right there. So easy and convenient. The room was clean and spacious, on par and perhaps even better than the rooms at the Hotel Clover or the Best Western. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely be planning to stay here again the next time I visit Phuket. (I vacation here every year.)

this was adequate for a nights stay. good parking and a lot within walking distance. the facilities are a bit dated, and could do with an upgrade.

Excellent hotel. Staff very helpful. Room cleaned every day. The facilities were great; we especially enjoyed the rooftop bar! Can’t wait to stay here again :)

Not a high end hotel as advertised

Dirty water. Tub jets dont work in all the tubs. Room reeks of cigarettes. Front desk staff play dumb. Advertised discounts and freebies are not actually honored. Staff took forever checming us out. Eventually just walked out because they took to long to verify the cindition of my room upon check out.

Was clean, convienient and very well located. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the roof top bar and pool was an added bonus. Good place to rest your head in Patong!

I only got one key when I booked 2 guests which I thought was strange

If you dont tip the people that cleans the room does not do a good job and they make it obvious.

Not bad

Overall the stay was good. I stayed here many years ago and it was outstanding. Over the years the quality of the property has deteriorated. A few things that I expected from a 5 star hotel were lacking. Ie only 2 pillows on the bed and only 2 towels.

Awesome

The rooms didn't have any foot towel or hand towel for use. When asked the front desk to send a few, they just sent 1 foot towel. This property lacks amenities for the stay and the pillow smells of sweat :|

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I've read reviews about them charging for guests and bad customer service but that was not my experience. Customer service was great and the reception ladies very professional. My AC had a leak with water going all over the floor. I told them when I went out to get food and by the time I came back they had a replacement room ready and waiting for me. Great location, close to everything within walking distance. My experience was a good one and will stay here again if I come back to Patong Beach.

Unfortunately the room had some dirt sheets, damaged mirrors, dirty floor and significant Wear and tear in the room, hairs throughout the room. Due to arriving at 10pm slept in the dirty sheets.

Great location, mediocre service

The location is fantastic, with the beach and the giant Jung Ceylon shopping mall just a few minutes' walk away. The price was really wallet friendly as well. I also liked the rooftop pool with the view of the nearby sea. The service at the reception, however, left much to be desired. On check-in day, the room wasn't ready and the lobby was strewn with luggage. We got locked out of our room on Day 3 although we booked 4 Nights. While the problem was quickly resolved, there was no apology from staff. Kudos to the cleaners though for the very clean room.

Room are old with lekage of water, breakfast are altenate day same food and taste no so good.

better WIFI, cleaner facility, better staffs, better condition bed.

I was a bit wary because i stayed there under the sandbox system and after booking had read some negative reviews but it couldn't have been better. Staff were very helpful and friendly at all times clean room with balcony and decent aircon. Only had to wait for 4 hours before i got my negative pcr emailed to me and was free to wander. Its a well situated hotel with everything in walking distance however they will arrange a motorcycle to rent for you.i really don't understand how anyone could post anything negative, what do they want at this price some people just try to find fault i suppose. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thankyou

The room was nice and big. Staff were friendly at check in. Breakfast was okay. The television is too small for the room. Also, the fridge does not work. You have to buy ice everyday to cool your butter and drinks down.

I like the place is clean and have a nice staff to serve well and also the breakfast is delicious, but the room don't issues toothbrush and toothpaste.

Whole style of the hotel, modern and refreshing on th eye, closeness to all parts of town and beach. Stairwells and lifts not too clean, lifts stopped working in the end.

Only one of the 2 elevators was working as the other one broke down. Waiting time for getting up and down our rooms took a while. Shampoos and bath gel can be better. Does not form nice lather. Rooms are clean. Although we asked for non smoking rooms, the room allocated to us has bad smoke smell. Staff came to spray air freshener, but still can’t get rid completely. Did not offer change of room. Which is a bit of a shame.

the hotel is so close to everything, very good size room and very comfortable. only complaint would be no bacon at breakfast! and the pool area is a little on the small side (opted for the beach instead)

Our stay was supposed to last 4 nights however after a group of men were banging and smashing doors, yelling and screaming and at one point we think even had a prostitute screaming and making a horrific racket we decided to change our flights at 4am in the morning so we could just pickup and leave. We called for assistance many time with the answer being security will take a look for you. Never did we hear anyone speak to these people and ask them to be quite. We also asked if we could be relocated and were told to wait until the morning. This nonstop noise went on from 10pm to 8am in the morning with no reprieve. When we spoke face to face with the manager the next day he advised they called the cops and no one came. Extremely poor service as we felt very UNSAFE and trapped in our room. After all this we still were not offered a refund for our stay either. Would not recommend!

Advantage : Easy access to the heart of Patong. Inconvenient : same as above. The noise will prevent you from sleeping before 2:00am

Very clean very good service breakfast was very good

I have stayed at this property on many occasions. The reasons why I keep coming back are as follows. The staff, they really make the stay so enjoyable. They are professional and are always happy to have a little chat with me. Tha hotel is of course located in a very convenient location, near major conveniences and tourist attractions. The hotel itself offers first class facilities too.

Break away from work

Great feeling new hotel in excellent location breakfast was great with many choices extending my stay by an extra four days at this same hotel it was that good in the right area

50th birthday getaway

Book 3 rooms for a 50th birthday getaway with family I recommend book hotel early as we got better prices than last minute breakfast spread each morning which come with the room was plentiful with choices? The egg station was superb. Suggestion to hotel which is very popular is adding pancakes to The already well spread of choices Hotel is well positioned in the middle of everything but far away from the noise of Bangla Road which is only a one minute walk away

Only issue I had is one of the security guard charged me for bringing a guest in for 30min, he didn't care that they weren't staying over night. I suspect this is a rogue guard, because he first wanted me to give him 1000 BHT, but I firmly said no and offered 500 and to my surprise he accepted. This seems strange to me, shouldn't it be a set fee? Anyway overall 4/5. Great location. Fairly quiet at night, far enough away from the main party area. Under a minute walk to the main shopping centre, a few minutes walk to bangla road and the beach. Nice pool on the top floor with 180 view of the area.

We stayed at room B 430. The bed spring was spoilt, when you lay down you will sink, therefore my husband and i had back ache over the four nights. The wall above the top left side had water trickling down, hence the wall was always wet. Otherwise all were Good...:)

This was my second time staying here . Much better stay this time then last time. The only thing I didn’t care for was once you check out it takes about 10 minutes because they have to send someone to check your room. I guess they are looking for if you stole anything? They have 3 sheep pillows in the room for decoration. Other then that the location was good and so was breakfast

Staff are so friendly especially Kate and New. The hotel is very clean breakfast was great. I personally loved the pool area on roof. You can relax get something to eat and drink and great service. The only thing is the pool area should open at 7am so we can have a swim earlier.

The property was very nice and had some modern updates. The location is great. It’s central to food and shopping. The staff is very helpful and has a great attitude. I don’t have any complaints.

good rooms & location but bad Manager & staff

We have stayed at this hotel before and found it quite good as far as breakfast, rooms and location . This time when we checked in we were told that our booking had been cancelled and we had to pay to book again if we wanted to stay. I told them that the money had been taken out of our account so I couldnt see why it would say it was cancelled. The manager spoke to us and gave us a price to stay for the 5 nights which was much higher than what we had paid. He said because it was going to be booked last minute that was the reason for the higher cost. So we looked on the internet on our phone and saw it was cheaper to book it ourselves on this website. We told him and showed him the price but he said that he wouldnt match the price or make it cheaper than that. We were really angry as we have stayed here 3 times before so were going to book somewhere else because there were other hotels nearby cheaper but because it was late we couldnt be bothered having to carry all our luggage elsewhere. So we booked it ourselves on Hotels.com and showed it to him then stayed. Staff were really rude to us the rest of our time there. We had friends who were staying at a different hotel nearby who came to visit us and they werent allowed to come up to our room at all. I told reception it was only for approximately 15 mins because we were all going out for dinner straight after but they said it wasnt allowed, so we had to meet them in the lobby. Will never stay here again.

Though the hotel was great value for money. Nice pool on the roof, decent breakfast each day, it didn't change that much from day to day, but they had a fresh cooked egg bar, and that was great. Heaps of stuff around it, shopping centre, restaurants, markets, close to Bangla, 10 minute walk to Patong Beach. Rooms were basic, a little worn, but really very good value, cleaned every day by really nice people. Bathroom area was a little small, but OK. Bed was soft and comfortable. Limited english channels on the TV, but not a huge issue, we were out mostly. Overall we'd stay there again for sure.

Location of the property is convenient to Patong center.

I wonder why there is many unpleasant comments on this hotel. But during my stay it seem good. Room clean, NO bad odor in the room. The floor is clean. If there is a next visit I will definitely stay in this hotel.

This property will be my preferred location from now on. the Breakfast manager (female) was absolutely fantastic. i arrived to breakfast after service had finished and the manager organised my breakfast when she did not have to. for that reason alone, i will always stay at this Hotel. its reassuring to know that you will be looked after when staying here. A big thank you to the Lady in question.

Location: centrally close to everything Patong Beach has to offer. Very decent price for the location. Excellent breakfast included. Across the street from 2 major malls. Despite being centrally located, the noise insulation is very good. The sheeps are very cute. Will come back again next year if everything stays the same. Only complain that i have is the room can use a fresh coat of paint and hot water takes 3 minutes before it is warm enough.

Not bad really.

Hotel is near shopping and food. Cash deposit only no credit card deposit. Sofa was falling apart and the lighting system is not smooth and the touch screen is not responsive. The suite has a jacuzzi and spa bath which was the awesome point of the stay. Breakfast was not bad. Egg station was a nightmare. Requested for 2 sunside up and scramble. Everything was put in the same small plate and the york was everywhere. With abit of changes this place will be good place to comeback to.

Many issues here. I used to stay here a lot and I will no longer stay. Rooms are falling apart, they have water stains all over the walls. The lightning int he bathroom is horrible, I shaving blind practically. Cash deposit at the hotel is required, no idea why they can't accpet CC for that process as every real hotel does. Upon checkout we had to wiat nearly 20 mins so they can check our room, again, not needed and was way too long of a wait. The breakfast was the same exact thing every day, they should consider adding some variety every day to shake it up. Will no longer stay at this hotel, really disappointing.
