The hotel staff from the women at the front desk to the house keeping team we outstanding! They were polite, helpful and communicative. The breakfast was very good, the hotel was always clean. We truly enjoyed our stay

Large rooms

Checking was quick and easy. The room was clean, plenty of towels. There were 5 little pillows in the bed, all were rather lumpy. The overhead light in the living room never worked, but there were plenty of lamps so it was not big deal—however, when the light in the bathroom went out in the middle of the night, it was a big deal. In the hallway it smelled like someone was smoking marijuana. I was also put in a handicapped room—which was fine except the shower situation. Parking was perfect—easily accessible. Overall the stay was fine, not great okay. The price was good and there was a decent breakfast.

You get what you pay for

The TV in the room did not work. Crystal at the front desk NEVER came to fix it. We waited 30 minutes for her to say no one was in the room. The breakfast looked good but the eggs were hard. The sausage was half cooked, and the potatoes were chewy. Also, the linens and curtains were slightly stained and all the fixtures were rusted.

Roaches in the bathroom!

There wasn't anything unique about this property. It was a place to sleep, shower and change clothes. Nothing more. I never got up in time for the free breakfast because it ended at 9 am sharp. I looked at it on my way out my last morning, and it was the usual powdered eggs, overcooked mystery sausage, sweet cereals, sweet rolls, bagels, probably toast. I continuously had a problem getting into my room. The cover on the electric room key was broken, so I felt that it wasn't reading my card well most of the time. On my last night, I was informed that putting these keys anywhere near any electronics... phone, watch, ect, would deactivate them. This didn't explain why my card got deactivated from the time I left my room walked two doors down the hall, got ice, and returned to my room. Needless to say, I didn't have any ID with me, so had to answer a gauntlet of questions before the person behind the desk would reset my card key. Probably easier to find someplace that maintains their facilities better.

Room was very clean, AC worked great whether you wanted it cooler or warmer. Sheets and all of the bedding were comfortable as well as the staff was very nice. The breakfast was very cold all 3 days we were there but everything else was great. The area is great and we felt safe

Property had positive night Mgr Chrystal. Day Mgr Veronica was aware my Truck was stolen off Property that morning. I chose to stay additional night to benefit USAA rental. I purchased additional day via Expedia at 10:50 am and contacted the Front desk. Feeling poorly after a morning of Police and Insurance caused ill affects and I returned to bed. Apparently the Veronica was unable to view her Expedia purchased reservation. Continued harassment till 5 pm when Veronica came to room. The real purpose was so my property could be searched. I returned to find papers amiss and missing workout endurance liquids. Would check the number of vehicle thefts off this Property.

Breakfast is delicious

The stay was average, but the service at check in was horrible. The worker was on the phone 10 minutes plus while we stood and waited. Once she was off the phone she didnt offer an apology for the wait, nor did she greet us.

Very clean property and smells good 👍

The room was large with a comfy sofa and tv in half and a great bed and chairs in the other half. The room was clean and had lots of towels, tissue and closet space. It was quiet and had good lighting. The staff was courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good especially compared to most we’ve had in other hotels.

The pillows were too small for the bed and the a/c was not working well. Other than that it was a good night's stay.

The stay at Sleep Inn was incredibly comfortable. The front desk representative, Veronica, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and represented the company exceptionally well.

The room was nice and clean. The pillows were little half pillows, not at all comfortable.

Hotel had no cable/internet, and was not informed by front desk clerk- Karmin until I was checked in and I checked room. I was not refunded money back because it was a Saturday and manager was not there. I ended up getting another hotel room somewhere else. I called Monday and spoke to manger- Victoria to get refund and she stated that I booked through Expedia and had to contact them. I contacted Expedia and they contacted hotel Manager- Victoria. She said I was in room 2 hours and was informed when I checked in which was a complete lie. Nobody wants to be in a room 2 hours without cable /internet by themselves. I was in and out that hotel in about 30 mins. The whole process was not handled right by front desk. If I would have been informed prior to checking in I would have never checked in

AM staff was very patient, welcoming willing to help, friendly. PM staff not so much, she spoke in a tone of you're bothering me I'm tired feel. So grateful for the kind smile and warm good morning.

Stay away from here! The property itself is very deteriorated. The hallways were very dirty and there was mold on the lamp shades. After checking in, we decided to leave. We just didn’t feel safe in there either. We had booked for three nights and after filing a complaint we weren’t at least reimbursed for the second or third night.

Wonderfull staff and clean and quiwt rooms

We encountered bugs in our room and requested a room change from the front desk. Unfortunately, due to booking through a third party, our options were limited to either checking out without a refund or remaining in the same room. Communication with the front desk was difficult, and despite their assurance that they needed to inspect the room for bugs, the process was brief and lacked thoroughness. Literally the front desk stayed in the room for less than one minute and just by the door. Finally when we decided to check out, they eventually involved the manager and relocated us to a different room, albeit after a prolonged delay of over an hour. While we attempted to resolve the situation amicably, the process was far from smooth.

Walk in shower had two shower heads, but I could only use the overhead, and I didn't want to get my hair wet. To their credit, a maintenance man came and demonstrated the regular shower control - I thought it was a safety grip. I like this property for its proximity to a relative's house. Also, rooms will only be cleaned upon request,so not every day.

Awesome spot except for the Dog Urine smell

The front desk personnel were unbelievably kind and friendly! Check in was a breeze. When we got to the 3rd floor, it freaked of dog urine so bad that we raced to our room only to realize it was WORSE in our room! After spray Lysol and febreeze that we brought with us, and it didn’t even make a slight difference, I went down to the front desk to see if they had ANYTHING to help. The young lady at the front desk was so sweet and apologized and said that dogs aren’t allowed but people sneak them up there and she went to get me a giant can of Lysol. She also got my room number and said she would put in a work order to have the carpets cleaned. The next day when we were checking out, the hallway smelled completely different and deodorized! I only wish our room had smelled that way for our stay. The desk and furniture in the room had all of the paint rubbed off the edges which made it feel more low class than it was. I would at least get a brown sharpey and run it along the egdes because it makes a big difference in the appearance. Otherwise, wonderful service and easy access off if 288.

It is a perfect location for shopping and close to highway for driving if you have to travel elsewhere. Desk service is excellent and you can request room cleaning or not. However my bathroom door would not close, the flush on the toilet was so loud it was disturbing and during my stay I developed a terrible itch on my right arm, hand and head which have now become a blooming red. I suspect the bed coverings may be the cause. In any case I would not book this motel again.

This sleep inn location can really benefit from an upgrade of their rooms. Doors had numerous scrapes, looked like some holes were in walls/doors. The room had a slight odor as well. Other than that the staff was really nice and hotel was clean.

Very low water pressure, shower water was luke warm, first time with this issue and I stay here alot.

Overnight stay for Dr’s appointments

We stayed here in Pearland, Sleep Inn hotel because of a couple of Drs appts in the Houston Medical Center. The Bass Pro Store and Another Broken Egg Cafe are minutes away. The room was big and everything worked well. It was clean. The ladies working the front desk were very sweet. Our king bed was ok but the pillows need replacing. The bathtub was slippery for both me and my husband. On checking out, we informed the clerk at the front desk. She said they would get it fixed. We would stay here again if need be.

Nice specious room and great breakfast

Great breakfast and clean rooms, very quiet place. No recycle bins on the property. Weird wiring on how the bathroom light works… the hallway light has to be turned on in order for the bathroom light to work! ( imagine someone needs to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night… whole room is lit up!) For our room in particular the microwave was weak, could not make any popcorn. The lock in the bathroom didn’t work. The faucet was very splashy when first open.
