Clean but kinda hard bed

The bed was kinda hard

Not a satisfied stay

Had a bad experience with the room key. Every day that we were there we had to have our card keys reactivated to enter our room. The people at the desk to me didn't have the best customer service nor very friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable and sliding away from the head board.

Was a great hotel, but haven’t received my deposit refund. Hoping it shows up so I don’t have to call

Unapologetically Dirty

My room on the 3rd floor (305); it was provided with dirty towels and blood spotted sheets. I had to take them down to the front desk to get new sheets and there wasn't a sorry ma'am or nothing but instead some more sheets just slapped into my hands. I understood better the next morning when I the front desk manager telling a housekeeper 306 and 310 only need light straightening up because they only stayed in there 20 minutes. Now that is just nasty and unsanitary!!!! Stay away your health my depend on it.

Pictures on the internet doesn’t reflect reality. Room was dirty, wall in the room was dirty, bedding was stained. Towels were dingy even the clean ones we requested specifically the scrubbing shower towels, once they got wet we could see how nasty grey/brown dirty they were. We had to ask ourselves for toilet paper and toiletries . I had to wipe the floors myself because once I removed my shoes and stepped on it my feet got dirty . Staff was friendly and helpful upon requer. Common areas were clean but that was it. The pool was full of leafs that were sitting there for a while so we could not use the pool. Overall it was too pricey for what they were offering. I had stay at way better hotels with restaurants and full bar with great clean rooms for the same price I paid for this one.

Over all the suite was very spacious and clean the ac didnt work right but they offered us a fan which was nice pool was down which made my kids upset never got our rooms cleaned or done by housekeeping but other then that i would stay again

The fact that the room didn't have carpet was a plus for me. It makes a hotel/motel room feel cleaner. Everyone I encountered was very nice. Everything was clean. I'd definitely stay here again. The breakfast was a bonus.

Wrongfully charged

I was charged a $100 deposit for room damages that I did not do. I will never stay in another Sleep inn!!!! Especially mot this one. Whe i was trying to talk with the attendant about the situation she hung up on me. Very rude!!!!

This hotel need some major upgrades. We will never stay at this hotel again

OUT DATED BATHROOM, SHEETS & TOWELS WERE WORN DOWN WHERE YOU CAN SEE HOW THIN THE THREAD WAS... WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN INTO THE GARBAGE !!!! AS THE SAYING GOES: "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR" STAY AT A LOW BUDGET HOTEL

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Sheets were stained, ice machine on floor inop, numerous cosmetic blemishes due to age of facility, disgusting sink drain plug.

The front desk person was extremely friendly even with it being after midnight. I was extremely happy that my room was clean and free of pests. I have a good amount of horror stories from this week so I'm just happy you guys were able to turn my week around.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture, cabinets, etc had some pretty noticable wear and tear but nothing that made anything unusable.

Do better and get a paint job and new furniture!

The walls were filthy and the furniture in the room was all damaged. I found hair on my pillowcases and just didn’t feel comfortable in the room at all due to the dirtiness of the walls in the room. Ew

Stayed here for Army graduation. Had to check in at 6 am made arrangements with Liz. She was extremely helping and has exceptional customer service. Checking in, lobby doors were locked, unless room key. Ben night Auditor and security was also very helping and again exceptional customer service. He served in our military along with his father and son. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff. Its not a 5 star hotel. But the staff treats you like it is. The hotel was clean and I slept well here.

The workers were wonderful. The room had a roach and another bug in it. While the beds were clean the walls looked very dingy and dirty and in need of some attention.

Front desk was great. Our room was fine except the dresser drawers don't stay shut... watch out at night! The breakfast was not good

Staff went above and beyond

From check-in to checkout, my experience was very positive, even with the 12-hour electric outage (not anything that could be done by hotel). The staff was attentive and caring. Dakota was especially helpful. The manager was there throughout the outage. I will be returning to Sleep Inn in December.

The rooms weren’t well cleaned (including dirty sheets on one bed) and the hallways smelled like cigarettes. The stocked towels in the room were all hand towels and it was a hassle getting them replaced with regular towels. If they would clean and stock properly this place would be adequate, but as is I wouldn’t stay again.

Hotel is old. Staff is nice. Room smell like smoke. Door to bathroom did not lock. Expedia advertises Gym and Gameroom for this hotel which do NOT exist on the premises. There is only one washer and drier for the whole hotel and there is a line to use it.

The hotel reception guy asked to copy the credit card and ID. He said this is a standard procedure and they destroy the photocopies in 3 days. Well, there are 5-6 people working there all the customer financial info is at their mercy!

The pictures provided for this hotel do not match up to what is in the room. The bed was very worn and sunken in. The sink was in the room, and the toilet and shower were not clean. Overall, I would not recommend it at this price point. There are much better hotels in the area for the same price. Very outdated.

Don’t count on a good stay.

Elevator broken. Only beds bigger than double were on the 4th floor. No remote for tv. Floor in room was sticky. The breakfast that ran from 6-9:00 was disgusting. At 8:20 almost everything was gone. What little that was left was inedible. Our view out our window was the backyard of a home that was nothing but trash, scrap and 2 dogs on the porch that were in horrible conditions.

Clerk did not explain that deposit would take 5 to 7 business day to be out back on my card. 100 dollars for BB third party bookings

They had construction remodel on 4th floor. Which I understand, but they put me on the 3rd floor directly underneath it. When I called to complain about the noise they said "Yeah well there is construction and the 3rd floor is the only floor with a 1 king bed". Understand. However, I feel they should have let you make an informed decision. As well the pool was closed because of construction. I understand they are trying to improve their property. However, I feel this information should be made aware PRIOR to booking or at very least at check-in so you can decide if you want to endure it or not. I stayed for 3 (three) days with pounding noises above my bed and zero amenities because of construction.

In the middle of the night went to the bathroom and turned on the lights to find bugs running rampant. Told and showed video to clerk with no concessions.

The information online did not match the hotel. We booked this hotel for a pool and fitness center. Upon arrival, pool was closed and no fitness center.

Don't Stay Here Unless You Want Your Money Stolen

They took a photo copy of the credit card used for the $100 hold. The card was charged for amounts that were not approved. When questioned, they denied any type of charge and continued to get hostel. Will not be going back and had to report it as fraud to the card company to get it back.

We arrived late and got into one room and the linen on the bed was stained. The room had a scent. We called the front desk and they changed our room. The 2nd room was just as bad except worse. It had a dirty, dried towel in the shower and bug. The linen on the bed had someone else’s hair and stains. We called Hotels and complained. The relocated us. They did call other hotels and report that they were full. We believe staff at one hotel said they were full because they were changing shifts and didn’t want to be bothered. We called to confirm they were full ourselves, as we had Hotel’s staff on the line. The new hotel said they could accommodate us, but we’re changing shifts. We told the Hotel.com staff to call the hotel back. We were successfully relocated to a nice room. The management at Suites called the next day and continued to charge for the first night. They said they could have changed our room. We told them they did and the 2nd room was worse than the first. They tried to argue about it. I was over it already. Never again!

It’s a Toss Up

Customer service is very good! The bed was a 4/10 compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. There were a few bed bugs in the bed when I pulled the covers back, so I stripped the bed sprayed the bed with Lysol, Microban, and bleach. I bought a new fitted sheet and regular sheet and I asked for a freshly washed comforter. Pros: it was secluded, right up the road from the mall which is close to a lot of restaurants. It was also 10 mins from the place I would spent most of my day.

Hotel was clean, but rooms could use updating. Would not stay for more than one night.

The inside is not nice. Carpets seem to be poorly installed. There were stains and marks on the walls and lamps. Bugs in the rooms. Beds felt very cheap. Walls are very thin.

Nice stayover

A nice quiet stay in an above-average hotel. The area was was accessible to many nearby amenities.

Front desk would not allow my out of state employee to check in without a personal credit card to use as a 'deposit'. Room was paid for and employee had confirmation numbers. I had to book another room with a different property for my employee to stay in. Will be looking for a refund and will not use this hotel again.

The property lacked cleanliness, I had to clean the toilet, the shower, not even bottled water

The staff was great, however: we didn't get the room i signed up for, on line. I specifically looked for a hotel that had a pool and served breakfast. When we got there, the pool was closed and had BEEN closed for quite some time. And "we don't do breakfast anymore, we just put some bread in a bag." I did not see bread, bags or anything resembling breakfast. And the Wi-FI was terrible.

The trip was for us to link up with old friends from the military. The hotel where we stayed was very convenient to our needs.

The mattress in room 307 is so old that there is a permanent indentation where you would normally side on the side of the bed (closest to the bathroom).
