The staff was very kind and helpful. We are very appreciative!
I liked that it was close to the train station, however it is a little far from tourists attractions but it allowed me to explore Tokyo area very nicely. I liked that they offer bottled water, if you choose not to get your room cleaned every day.
Room was kept in clean and spacious condition. Location of hotel is very close to the train station and is on the direct local line to Narita Airport. Have English instructions to access Wifi and bed services. Downside is it's far from central Tokyo and limited dinning choices. So if looking for a nice quiet location this would be a good choice.
Good for Those who Dislike Crowds
My stay here was mostly really nice. I feel an attachment for the Keisei Line after staying here as you need to ride it whenever you want to go anywhere. This hotel is away from the city center and it's a pretty quiet neighborhood. It can take about an hour to get to touristy locations and sights but that was fine with us. There is a Daiso, 7/11, and grocery store very near by. The train station is basically right out the door. The train was pretty quiet and I actually found the noise to work as white noise for sleep. The room and bathroom were small but I just needed a place to crash after a day of adventure so that's fine. Unfortunately the mattresses are super hard and you can really feel the springs. After night 2 I was waking up with pain in my hips and a limp. The pillows also feel like they're stuffed with balled up newspapers. But I'm young enough to bounce back from a bad bed. Despite that, I really enjoyed my stay here as my first home base in Japan.
Sky Heart Hotel Koiwa was an extremely friendly place to stay at.
less than 3 mins walk from train station. The room is nice and clean.
Close to transportation. But the bathroom in to tiny, specifically the bathtub
They clean the room everyday which we like most. And the location is just right beside the train station.
Nice experience
Their receptionists are very humble and so nice. They serve free Japanese tea and coffee at reception for half a day. Very comfortable and felt like living in the normal flat like service apartment.
Very homely, good service. Their tub/sink drain needed a little cleaning, and one light needed replacing (couldn't turn on), but overall, I was very happy with the stay!
Comfy and staffs are very nice. Near 7/11 and Lawson which is great! I appreciated the Eco Cleaning system.
easy for transportation/ for the airport. excellent accomodation
The neighbourhood was quiet but close to train stations and shops. It was surprisingly spacious, with Eco cleaning offered and all the usual hotel amenities.
5 stars!
The hotel was amazing! Very kind staff that helped us out whenever we needed and very clean!
I loved that we had the train right in front of our hotel and a second line that was just a 15 min walk away. Made travelling around Tokyo pretty easy. There is even a train that makes a direct line from the hotel to Haneda airport (It takes an hour, which isn't bad at all). Places like Shibuya and Shinjuku were perhaps 45-60 mins away. Asakusa was only 15-20 mins away. Not the cleanest looking hotel, it is an older building, but we only spend our time there to sleep so it doesn't really bother us (we weren't looking for a 5 star hotel neither, just a place to have our stuff and to rest). We would always get fresh towels, tea, toothbrush and razor every day at our door (if you opt out of them coming in to clean up for you). Groceries store 1 min away from the hotel as well as a bunch of other small restaurants. We would get breakfast there every morning and eat at our hotel, then leave for the day. I would come back here again for sure.
was very impressed with this trip, If there is an opportunity, probably have to stay here again.
Staff was very friendly and spoke a little english. The hotel itself is ok - you can definitely tell that it’s a older hotel. Our room was quite roomy considering how Japanese hotel rooms tend to run small. Please keep in mind this hotel is considered a business hotel and all rooms are SMOKING rooms. This was hard for us, because it smelled badly and the room was extremely dusty. We always came back to the room with a thin layer of dust on our belongings. The bathroom was really small and moldy. I didn’t dare touch anything in there. The bed was pretty comfy and house keeping does a good job with replacing clean linens twice a week. The rest of the week, they will tidy your old sheets for you. If you opt out of cleaning your room, they will provide you with a bag full of essentials you need for the day plus vouchers for detergent or bottled water. The area is very cute - felt like a small, homey area. There are a lot of eateries, grocery stores, and convenience stores close by. There is also a very cute mom and pop 100 yen shop close by where you can buy just about everything - even souvenirs! The major downside for us was that in order to visit bigger cities such as Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. you would need to take the Keisei line to Skytree or Ueno and then make another transfer. Most days, it would take forever to travel back to the hotel. Even thought the Keisei line was right in front of the hotel, it took up a lot of our time and more money.
It was very close to the train station which was convienient for commuting to other parts of Tokyo which on average took anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour
Veri good hotel
Good location to the subway! The people who worked there was veri kind and helpful. Veri clean all the time. They could a little English but communicating was hard sometimes.. but would recommend this really!!
Great value, walking distance to transportation
Overall it was a good place. it was a good value. I recommend this place.
Nice big bed, best location to the train station!
We’re very satisfied! Great room I love that our bed is quiet big for queen bed. The bathroom is too small but it’s signature of hotels in Japan. The staffs are very polite! Hotel really close to the train station (Keisei-Koiwa Station)
the room size was ok for a family of 5. Since most of the time we are out and about. the only time we were in the room is at night. The issue is with 1 cramped bathroom. The bathroom is tiny and was very tight. The near by location was very convenient. However, keisei kowia station is not as busy as kowia or shin kowia. So there is less to do and takes a bit longer and cost a bit more to reach places in tokyo. Overall pretty satisfied with the experience no major issue and a friendly staff.
Exactly opposite the train station and the staffs were very friendly. The most important thing is they can speak English very well. Would recommend this hotel!
Decent hotel if you're just looking for somewhere to stay for a couple days; comfortable rooms.
It’s a little bit far from the tokyo metro, so we have to pay more to get into the town.
Very nice hotel that is 3 mins walk away from the train station. It has a very homely neighbourhood feeling around that will makes you want to stay in the hotel forever. The food are quite cheap and very delicious.
Well place, can get alittle loud at night with the trains and electrical units outside but overall a nice little hotel. Not much to do in the surrounding area but well connected with the station 2 mins away
Amazing for the price!
People in Japan are all so polite, you can’t have a bad stay!
Constantly had towels, toothbrushes, and tea supplied for us. Did the eco-cleaning opt in and also go free mineral water every day. Would definitely recommend.
They are really helpful and reasonable price
the room is small as usually for hotel in Japan from cheap price but it's convenient because it's next to Keisei Koiwa station which is you can go to the airport by this train ! My dad was disappeared and they helped us to find him ! they called my friend back and told us where my dad was ! So we found each other later in the evening. Thank you do much for your help.
Feels like living in Japanese Apartment
The hotel was great it feels like living in a Japanese Apartment but with Hotel Service. If you are not sure about AirBnB or would like to experience Japanese Apartments like in the movies or drama series this is the hotel.
Lovely hotel next to the railway station, which is very handy for getting about tokyo. Hotel was very basic with facilities and ameanities but you would need to bring ypur own pillows! but saying that the bed was comfy, a kettle in room witb cups and hot water for showers every day. For the price and location this hotel is good.
Nice hotel beside Koiwa station (keisei line)
It is nice and affordable with many good Japanese food nearby it. There is also a supermarket nearby. The hotel facilities look a bit old but well maintained. Bathroom is actually slightly bigger than the pictures depict them to be. Everything about the hotel was generally not bad except that THE ROOM SMELLS SO BAD OF SMOKE. And the hotel is also very far from the city center of Tokyo where all the tourists go to for all the mainstream attractions. The hotel is right beside Koiwa station which is part of the Keisei line but Keisei line is not part of JR nor Tokyo metro hence makes it not worth to buy any type of unlimited pass (regardless tokyo or JR line). Hence this makes travelling very expensive. The Keisei line is really pricey.
Simply ... I would stay again!... Staff very nice... ..... ................
Nice hotel close to city and Narita Airport
Good services, nice staff, good location. Hopefully I can stay again in the next future
Good size room and great location
Located very conveniently in front of keisei koiwa station with a well stocked supermarket (gourmet city) just a minute away. Quiet neighbourhood with some pretty good food around. Room is larger than most other Japanese hotel rooms and comes with a tiny balcony. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely choose to stay there again the next trip!
Nice straight to the point hotel
Great place to stay, very close to train station, hotel staff very kind.
Nice stay :)
Had a pleasant stay :) food and location wise all good :) thanks for the efficient staff too
Very good for the price.
The room is quiet, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The LCD TV is very good, compared to the TV in the hotels of United States. There's a supermarket nearby (very close), and also very close to convenience stores and the train station.
We enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay very much, everything was smooth from check in to check out, front desk was helpful, beds were comfortable, room was clean, free cofee at the lobby is always available, we couldnt ask for more. Very good. We just wished there was a wall clock in the room, the digital clock on the headboard is small and quite vague, but its a very minor issue. We will stay there again and tell friends.
Clean, and excellent staff
Great, and convenient to train
Close to train station very conbinience
Staff was very frendly, nice kind!!!! I went expensive hotel before but this hotel is good price, & clean. You can beat this price!!! I would go back again.
Great hotel for the price
The hotel is extremely easy to get to, taking only about 30 mins on a direct train from the airport. For travelling around Tokyo it was a godsend, the train station is literally opposite and it took no time at all to get around. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke very good English and though the room may be a little on the smaller side, it was expected for the price. Convenient location, great selection of local foods nearby and all around a pleasant stay.
Nice Hotel, With train station in front.
This was my first time visiting Japan. The hotel was great, the staff was amazing!! The location is a little far from most tourist locations. The only down part is that the last train in is at 12:00am. Other than that this is a great priced hotel, with great staff and perfect transportation.
A decent hotel for a no-frills vacation
Very simple hotel and simple room, though pretty comfortable. Even outside, it says "business hotel". By Japanese standards, it's a decent size. By western standards, this is small. There were a few things I wish it had, like a suitcase "table", more hangers, and maybe a clear window (it was frosted, and only opened about 20 degrees), but these are minor gripes. My one major complaint was that the bathroom/toilet was very small. I'm a large guy, 6'3", and yeah, it's crammed. The super thin shower curtain always "stuck" to my wet body, and I always had to struggle to get myself rinsed off! Even in the elevator, it acknowledges and apologizes the tiny shower room and recommends the public bathhouse a block away. But in any case, this was a good stay. It was real close to Keisei Koiwa Station, a station kind of obscure, but easy to get into central Tokyo, and also access directly from Narita Airport (an hour away on Rapid Train, no transfers). Staff was friendly and supportive, and spoke decent English (even though I mostly spoke Japanese). There's a few convenience stores in the area, great for a late night beer or chips, though not a busy locale, therefore not a lot of options for dinner. If you're just passing through or need a cheap couple nights to crash and place to wash up and hang your hat, this is great. If you are trying to room the family with minimal travel or without leaving the room, you may want to consider other places.
This was more of a motel than a hotel. Everything was functional but I didn't dare use the bathtub. On the plus side, the room was pretty big for a budget hotel and the location was great for my needs - the place was situated in a quiet but safe neighbourhood and practically at the doorstep of Keisei-Koiwa station.
the tv is too small its a business hotel cheap and cheerful. No Wifi in the room is really annoying in the ipad era.
I choose this hotel in a rush and im glad i did, never been in japan before. No problem, helpful day staff, they recommended an excellent local restaurant.
Nice little hotel. Wifi only in the lobby. Located across the street from a train station, but even with a window open it wasn't too loud. The train station is somewhat away from city centre. A 7 eleven, a supermarket, and a fast food restaurant are all within 5 minutes of walking. Staff are helpful, and rooms are simple.
Great location, terrible pillows
The hotel was clean and much more spacious than I had anticipated. It was also located directly across the road from the station, around the corner from a 24/7 supermarket, and only an hour from Narita Airport. My only issue was that the pillow was so hard - even the "soft" side - that I needed to get a neck massage the next afternoon because my neck and shoulders hurt so much!
Functional and close to Keisei Line
After landing @ Narita it was an easy trip on a Keisei train to Koiwa Stn and a 50m walk to the the hotel. Tokyo Stn (Imperial Palace) is 30 minutes away. Only able to find 1 establishment in the neighborhood for breakfast. Our room with twin beds was located at the end of a wing on 7th floor. Front desk staff are conversant in English.
Hotel Sky Court in Koiwa, Tokyo
If you have luggage, don't stay here; you have to negotiate steep stairs to get to the lobby, and no-one will help you. Bathroom was miniscule, and we did not get the two beds we requested. Staff were polite and helpful, but as far as I am concerned this hotel is unsatisfactory and I would not stay there again.
I liked it. Im fron Germany and couldnt complaine with the price aswell as the staff. I liked the cleaning system and would book again.
Thenk you
Good, but a renovation is convenient
Me and my girlfriend had a good stay here. The staff treated us always very well and the place had all the necessary things for a smooth stay. Our only constructive feedback would be that the hotel needs a renovation. The infrastructure, in general, is already a bit old and an update would boost guests' stay for sure. In addition, considering this and how far away it is from the Tokyo's city center, the price could be a bit more competitive. All in all, we are very grateful for everything and we hope the best for you! :)
Recomendo o hotel.
Ambiente tranquilo, funcionários prestativos e simpáticos, limpeza satisfatório.

Staff was excellent and patient when answering any questions presented. Amazon and Uber deliveries were also okay. It was dusty behind the furniture & air vents and the elevator had exposed lightbulbs. The leg room of the toilet was limited. There is no elevator so accessibility is very limited. The staff in charge of cleaning were kind and helpful always delivering daily amenities when the door was set to "eco cleaning". Worth it for the accommodating staff and the convenience of being next to the station as it took at most two transfers to get to popular tourist destinations.
