Amazing customer service, upgraded our room for a small fee for my mistake of booking the wrong room
Great spot. Thanks.
Good
Hit or miss
Elevator was having issues not opening between a couple of floors. Rooms are a nice size. Bed is comfortable. A little dusty on floors in the room.
Location
Loud club in the middle floor of the hotel on 7th floor open until 3am
I loved the place will be booking again soon
Not horrible but far from lux
The hotel is very run down. I called twice to make sure the pull out sofa was made up as a bed and there was a crib in our suite but when we arrived it wasn’t done. They don’t restock the minibar or coffee pods during your stay. The shampoo etc is large format which is less wasteful (good!) but all look half-used which is off-putting. They should at least fill them back up for each new guest. All in all, the staff was nice, location is awesome, Blue Ribbon Sushi is excellent, and the room is astonishingly cheap but it’s no frills and very desperately needs a refurbish.
We were quite pleased with this hotel. We had an early 5a flight so by the time we arrived at 10:00a we were already 8 hours into our day- I literally almost cried when they said they had our room ready (we just expected to drop our bags). What an amazing first impression. Room was very large for NYC. A little worn down, but my husband is still raving about how comfortable the beds were. Love the location- across the street from the F train, and more laid back than other areas we considered. Really quite happy with our choice!
I love the location.
friendly staff and easy check-in process.
Always my favorite place to stay in NYC, great location and staff.
Shoutout to the awesome help and attention from Joseph and Destiny who helped execute a surprise for my friends birthday! We were upgraded to the penthouse and had a lovely stay. Overall the hotel is average , def needs a remodel. Rooms need deeper cleaning, dirty bathtub etc and our shower didn’t drain. Staff was super helpful with bringing things we needed and also accommodated a slightly later checkout. The blue ribbon inside the hotel is great but very pricy. Beds are comfortable. The elevators are possibly the worst I’ve ever seen, they take forever to arrive and constantly packed. Our elevator in the penthouse broke and one of us was stuck in there . Then both elevators broke. It takes 15 min average to get back to your room.
Sixty LES
The rooms were OK, there’s no privacy in the bathroom, the glass doors are like having no doors at all. Every night you had to call down to get a water glass or wine glass. They did not leave them in the room. Also, if you went to the restaurant in the hotel, which was very good. You could not charge anything to your room. Everything was separate. Location was ok
Thanksgiving Stay
The hotel was decent and the staff were as nice as you’d get in NY. We drove from the south to NY for Thanksgiving and found that the hotel didn’t have its own parking garage. There’s a few a couple blocks away for $50/24 hrs. I paid $1700 for Wed-Sat which seemed like an overkill since nothing was complementary, not even small bottles of water. Only positive I’d say for anyone traveling and staying here is that the subway is less than a 5min walk.
The hotel offers clean and updated rooms. The showers are luxurious. Great staff, comfortable lounge area on the second floor, and the Sushi restaurant is amazing!
Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Great spot for easy access to areas. The food was great around the hotel and loved to sushi from their restaurant. Great stay!
Very smart and affordable hotel in the SOHO East Village
It caught me by surprise that there's no parking at this hotel. However, it's a beautiful space and dining room.
Good property and location. But the lobby smelled like weed all the time and it is not well lit. It would be nice if it were bright.
Convenient location to many places to eat. We stayed in a room with a balcony leading to the pool. Would stay here again for a staycation option in the summer
Good stay
Good stay. Super friendly check-in experience and a great location. The property is a bit dated and my room wasn't that clean. I've been staying here for many years and there hasn't been any updates in that time. Plus there is a nightclub on site so it's possible your room will be extra noisy (outside of normal NYC noise) so bring your ear plugs.
Great location, comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
Loved the location. The room was OK, pretty dark, but really pretty views out the window. The gym is very small but has a peloton bike!
Amazing customer service, great aize rooms, convenient location this is my 3rd time in 2 months I stayed and I love it!
Good
Everything is good
Very clean, nice size rooms, needs better lightingp
So very noisy! The club on the 7th floor blasted music all night long making for horrible sleep even with white noise on full blast. Suite was roomy and front desk staff were nice/helpful.
Great location and nice staff. Room was perfect for a small NYC room with a good view! Workout room nice with sauna but treadmills all out of service. Quiet lobby. Lovely lounge on the 2nd floor for reading or meeting friends.
Great location with LOTS of options to shop &/or eat all in walking distance! Spacious, clean rooms with a comfortable bed!! Would recommend this hotel AND will def stay again! 👏
Very nice stay. Staffing nice. Lobby could be cleaner.
Solid hotel would recommended
Nice room with a comfortable bed.
Room was very noisy
Great spot for my work trip and always solid rooms, albeit small but appreciate the simplicity and function!
Nous n avons pas eu la catégorie de chambre réservée à l arrivée , nous avons du demander à changer de chambre le lendemain… quartier super sympa .
I thought the room was nice and the staff were all very friendly. We were greeted by a friendly smile and hello from everyone, bar none. I was put off by the fact that there was tons of snacks on the counter and a refrigerator full of booze at exorbitant prices. There was no coffee machine or even room in the fridge for personal drinks. They wanted you to buy their products only! I guess we're used to the lower class hotels where expense is a consideration.
Great staff and location!
.
People were banging on the walls , almost like they lived there and my tv was to loud at 8pm. Do not stay there if you’re going to have relations or if you have a loud friend.
Hotel is showing its age with wear and tear and some much needed TLC required. All three of the treadmills in the basement gym (which smelled like mold) were broken. Was given a room that had long black hair in the bed and on the sheets when I checked in and went to bed on the first night. Also, appeared the bed had been slept in and then the sheets just pulled up Hotel management apologized and assured a deep clean of the room but when I returned there was still crumbs all over the floor and more hair (that didn’t belong to me) in the shower. The most problematic issue however is the nightclub they have on the 7th floor. For any guests directly above it or below it on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night, like I was in room 900 on the 9th floor, forget about sleep until it closes down for the night. Not only is the music and base so loud you can hear everyone partying on the outdoor terrace. Hotel management’s solution, ear plugs and the offer of a bottle of “champagne” (sparkling wine). To management’s credit when I said I wanted a refund for the last night he said he would take care of it but would have to be done through Expedia so I doubt I’ll see any money. Avoid rooms either directly below or above and ask for something on the south east side of the property if you want peace and quiet. You can also hear EVERYTHING in the hallways including the slamming of other guest room doors and any conversations guests/ staff have while waiting for the elevators.
Incredible staff & service
The hotel staff is superb - truly excellent. Every person I encountered was a problem solver and very competent. The room I booked was underneath the bar and it was like being in the bar. When I moved two floors down the following night, it was still really loud. It's too bad because the rooms are really lovely but I was up really late both nights because of how loud it is. Lovely if that is the vibe you're seeking.
Had a wonderful experience here! Staff were so helpful, they made everything super easy. The view from my room was amazing. LOVE the free water and coffee/tea in the lobby! Only thing is the club is quite loud, so if you’re sensitive to that, try to get a room farther away from it if possible.
Its attention for details transforms this hotel’s looks. It’s a fine property but not very spacious. I wish I had options for the pillows. They kept me up all night but it could be a preference thing. The restaurant in the hotel is one of my favorites in nyc. Would go back for that alone!
I enjoyed my stay. There is a lounge by the hotel so if you get a room next to it, you’re going to hear music all night.
Great location, great customer service, decent size of bedroom and great view.
Great stay- spacious room!
Loved the location. The room was clean and spacious, especially for NYC. I would definitely stay here again!
Staff was amazing and efficient
Great location and beautiful rooms! Staff was very helpful :-)
Awesome room
Great location for getting around Manhattan either by public transit or Uber. Check in was a breeze and they do have ear plugs upon request since there's a club on the 7th floor. Room clean but could use a refresh. Easy to get food or other necessities close by like CVS, pizza, burgers etc. Toiletries are just ok quality. Overall for one night it fit the bill.
Good Spot!
It was a unique experience being able to have luxury but also step outside on the balcony looking at manhattan buildings
Spotless, friendly and accommodating staff, 9 straight hours of blissful uninterrupted sleep in a comfy bed. Will definitely be back
I like everything
Keep in mind some of the rooms face the hotel across the street that has a rooftop bar. You're in NYC so noise is normal but if you don't want added noise, request a room in a different spot! That being said, we had a great time!
Best hotel in les
I found it incredibly disappointing that i have stayed here quite a few times, and upon check-in we were told that if we didn't want to stay on the same floor as their "lounge" we would need to pay an upgrade fee of $60. The "lounge" was a full nightclub with pounding bass and obnoxious guests that thought yelling in the hallway was acceptable. I used to love this place, but i will never return again. BTW this club goes to 3:00 AM.
Great location
The staff were very accommodating!
Lots of food options within a walking distance. Great and welcoming staff. Was a wonderful experience and My room was just beautiful! Tens across the board! I will be returning!
I love the staff always helpful
There were many damages in the room. The room was not really clean. No private balcony for the price it was expected. Very loud - overall for the price not worth it
Property does not meet luxury standards.
I really liked the hotel. The only problem is the noise from the nightclub is loud and goes on until early morning. But I liked the room. The view was amazing.
To much noise from the night club!!!!!
I like having a Terrace at a hotel in new york city
Great!
This is a vibrant area with lots of things to see and do, great restaurants. Disappointing that the in-room coffee pod (you only get one small one!) was only replaced once during my 4 night stay. Also, the hotel has a night club on the 7th floor, if you're in a room above it, you'll hear it until around 2 am - might be an issue for some, and the hotel is apparently flexible about room options. Rooms are modern, comfortable (great A/C), and have great views of the city
One of our "go to" hotels when we visit NYC. Located in a vibrant and convenient neighborhood, we always enjoy our stays here.
Some people say it’s loud and hard to sleep but it’s in the middle of party district! If your going to party this is the place…
Great spot. Amazing view. Wonderful staff.
Great place, great value.
Great place, best value in NYC. Nightclub is a little noisy but personally I don't mind it.
I made a reservation on Expedia for a double queen bed room for $375 a night, when I arrived they said all they had was a $500 a night junior suite available. We were forced to pay the difference. Not totally sure if it was Expedia or the hotel that made the error.
The room was great and the view was amazing. The only issue is the club music was a little loud at 2 a.m. and we could hear it in the room
I really like the area and the staff were very nice and accommodating, but there were tiny roaches in the room and one dead one in the bed. Traumatized.
So amazing
Everyone was so nice and helpful and very professional
Very nice property! Walking distance to every bar in the LES or the subway is across the street to get anywhere you really need too! Prime location
Easy location, Nice beds and soft pillows.
Not so good
Very noisy, there’s a club inside hotel with loud booming music till past 2am! I never received room service for my room to be cleaned and….
Had an amazing time the Staff were all amazing Destiny and Joseph went above and beyond I appreciate you guys so much ❤️
great place to celebrate my birthday with my boyfriend
Great staff. Good location!
The staff went above and beyond.
Things were broken .. address on link was misleading
This place is a gem! The junior suit was really nice. Spacious, sexy, very clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the rain shower head. This was the best experience I had in NYC from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out! France’s set the tone of my stay, very friendly. All the staff was nice.
Location Location Location
My favorite when is the lower east side
Room was not very clean, also furnishings were stained and had cigarette burns. Bathroom faucet lever fell off several times. Club music also kept us awake until 3 am on Friday and Saturday. And the topper was the screeching malfunction of the fire alarm that woke us early on our last day. It seems like the entire hotel needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Not worth the price.
This hotel was nice and cute and staff was friendly and accommodating. They kindly stored our luggage while we had time to wait before catching a flight. The area is nice and we could walk to little Italy and Chinatown. The pool area is small but awesome and you can order drinks and food poolside. The pool does close kind of early however. We enjoyed our stay!
👍
As just about everyone says, that nightclub noise is just too much. Rooms looking worn and dated. Great view. Super staff. Pool is a nice option. It hip hood vibe matches the area. Would stay again if I get a better price and a quiet room
We loved the 3rd floor pool. The staff was great.
Nightclub too loud for rooms
This property has a nightclub. Which is why the music was really loud and I was unable to sleep. I tried cali g the front desk and no one picked up. Bottom line if you like good nights sleep then be aware there is a nightclub that is very loud.
More cool than great
