A wonderful property. A little out of town but worth it. Service was great! New took care of all of our requests.

Very nice quiet and clean staff are very helpful and friendly

The staff were very friendly and efficient. They made my stay very enjoyable. My only problem was that the mattress on the bed was rather hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise i rate the hotel as excellent.

Fabuloous

Fabulous stay .. highly recommended! The privacy and peace that I was looking for and fantastic service when I needed it, but not at all intrusive.

This is an amazing Boutique Hotel just outside the old city. Very private and secluded. The staff was very friendly and our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast on our Studio terrace was delicious and the cooking class so much fun!! We hope to come back soon.

This was hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had. I was there on honeymoom, and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. My only regret is not staying longer.

Gem in Chiang Mai

The hotel is stunning. It feels like you are staying in a wealthy Thai king's home. It really is a special place. There are only 11 rooms so it truly feels like you have this amazing space to yourself.

Outstanding boutique hotel with spacious villa style look and feel. Excellent amenities including two restaurants, bar, spa, pool. Not to miss in Chiang Mai, will absolutely stay here again. Great value for the money and a unique experience

Simply the best!

Best experience at any boutique hotel in all my years of travel. Highly recommend.

Imagine you had just won the euromillions lottery. You decide to build a sumptuous Thai villa in classical Thai style near but totally secluded from the city of Chiang Mai, with only a single security guard to alert you to the entrance behind large gates. You build 11 bedrooms/suites for guests and employ 30 staff to attend to your every need. You request that breakfast never be at a set time or place, it’s your house after all. When guests are few it reverts to your private house but if on your own can be a little daunting. You request dinner to be either Thai or Italian but when few guests it can be preferable to dine out, David’s kitchen being an excellent choice. Swimming eating and drinking cocktails in a very relaxed setting is usually the order of the day

Hidden Paradise

What a fantastic unique boutique resort. You are treated like a king and queen from the moment you arrive. All the amenities and services are explained by personal tour of the complex. Only 11 guestrooms to experience that special touch! From the cool jasmine tea on arrival to the special delicacies and drinks in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. The breakfast is unbelievable and you can choose to have in your room, the restaurant or anywhere within the resort amongst a beautiful garden setting. Hope to be back soon!

Small and private boutique hotel with great service and nice facilities. Close to the airport, so the peace can be disturbed by flights but not a significant distraction. Very attentive staff.

This is a lovely boutique hotel set away from the hustle and bustle of central Chiang Mai. I was at the tail end of my Thailand adventure and this was a great retreat for me. Only 11 suites at this resort, but they have all the features of a larger hotel. Restaurant was excellent, get the spring rolls, massage was very nice as well. What really stands out is the service, all staff is there to please. They assisted with tours, arranged transportation and also simply were good conversationalists. I highly recommend a stay here, it’s a treat.

Amazing Service

Its a beautiful property and the staff really makes you feel special. Its a bit outside the city center but its fine for all kinds of activities. The rooms are nice. We loved the breakfast which you can have all over the property. And again...the staff was very friendly, helpful, hospitable. We had a great 2 night honey moon stay!

Good hotel, poor language

The hotel and staff were very nice. However the language barrier lead to some problems. We expected the staff to speak proficient English. The restaurant and food were very good but overpriced

Great boutique hotel, the Manager its GREAT! The only problem with the hotel, but I think its a general issue in chiang mai, its the proximity of the airport, you will hear planes landing and taking off every couple of minutes.

Great rest

We had previously stayed at another boutique hotel in Chaing Mai that we enjoyed very much, but when it wasn't available during this trip we tried the Sireeampan, and it was wonderful. We can't wait to go back, just for the hotel.

An Oasis

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights on vacation to Chiang Mai, and it was outstanding for a "boutique hotel". Although it wasn't a large property, you really couldn't tell because of the layout of the complex. Upon arrive to the entry, you are greeted by a hotel staff and taken to registration via a large golf cart. Registration will then welcome you with a snack, drink and a cold towel. You will then be given slippers to use while on the property (Thai custom). The property has many little hidden areas to explore and to relax with a pond with gold fish and various tropical plants in the center, a pool in a corner and many little hidden areas to sit and just relax. The gym, although small, had all you really needed for your stay. And there was a nice "business center" with 3 Macs and 1 PC, refreshments and a large tv. The lounge and dining area was nice too. Breakfast was very good and you can eat it at any place on the property. We had ours right outside our room next to the pond. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The nice thing was all items in the refrigerator are free. NOTE: Chiang Mai is not pedestrian friendly. DON'T TRY TO WALK IT. The side walks are narrow/nonexistent. Most people use the taxi services but this is not like the taxi services we are used to (NYC, London, Paris, HK or any other big cities). There are 4 types: red trucks, motorized scooters, regular taxis (not many), personal driver (GET THIS FOR A FULL DAY)

I'm only give this property a 4 stars because its missing a some critical personal preferences otherwise they should get a 5 stars no questions asked. 1-Rooms size: we stayed in the suite and the suite was spacious. For the facilities provide in the room was good and very much expected from a 5 stars hotel. The only comment i had was the entertainment cable where the channels were limited and there wasn't many options to watch. The also provided apple tv in the room however it was very slow and pretty much couldn't play anymore hing due to slow internet. 2-Food: the menu for the food was decent and including several Thai dishes. The hotel provides creative way for Breakfast they call it "anytime,anywhere" basically you want throughout the day and its served in a picnic basket. This meal can be eaten anywhere in the property. The really know how to make you comfortable. For the rest of the day menu for both (Lunch/Dinner) it only includes Thai food. 3-Hospitality: when you first arrived they gave us a nice welcome drink/canapés it was nice. The staff and of the hotel were avery friendly and try there best to make us feel welcomed. The hotel provide a shuttle service from/to the hotel and its free from charge. They will take you anywhere in town. 4-Location: it's about less than 10 minutes from Niemman Rd/Maya Sh

Amazing Experience

I have never had such an welcoming and comfortable hotel stay. Every component of our stay was focused on our comfort and experience. We checked in on New Years Eve, and there was an amazing special meal for the occasion, followed by a local (in the hotel) show of fireworks and Thai dance, followed by a champagne toast of the New Year at Chiang Mai's Royal Gardens (2558 pieces, based on the year). And when that wasn't going on, we sat by the Koi pond, the most peaceful spot I have ever seen. I have never had such a wonderful stay anywhere. Credit goes to their amazing manager, Gino, and their outstanding Chef, Scott Waxman, and to the place itself.

Nice boutique hotel with extraordinary service

Extraordinary little gem of a hotel.. Exquisite personal service. Could not be happier about the place. The staff treated us like royalty. While everyone was very friendly, the personal attention of the guest relations manager, New (that´s her nickname) was above and beyond what anyone can expect. Only issue with this hotel is that is quite remote from the center of town, but this is no problem as we always had access to a Hotel car and driver to take us to wherever we wanted to go... Definitively will return

pricy, not well maintained but excellent service!

have been in this 5 star resort for the last days of our thailand travel. expected for the price (200 EUR per night) higher standard in terms of facilities and cleanliness. glasses in room were not cleaned from previous guests so tooth paste staints and coffee leftovers were in the glasses. service itself was really good however it seems like they are understaffed. Mr. New was super nice and tried to care a lot by handling breakfast, check out and even driving golf cart from reception to exit of hotel. all staff super nice just facilities bit old and not well maintained.

早朝、隣家の？ニワトリが゛コケコッコー゛と大きな鳴き声を何度も上げた。おかげでゆっくり寝ていられなかった。廊下から室内に入る際、段差があり、躓いてしまった。室内にも段差があった。朝食に付いてくるフルーツは、☆５ランクのホテルとしてはお粗末。外出には不便なロケーションなので付属のレストランで夕食を済ませた。美味しかったが値段もハイクラスだった。

プールがかなり小さいということを除けば非常に素晴らしいホテルだと感じます。ゆったりとした時間を過ごしたい人にはいいと思います。

庭の雰囲気は南国らしく、部屋も快適でした。スタッフは親切でにこやかで過ごしやすかったです。チェンマイは何処のホテルもそうかも知れませんが、空港が近いので飛行機の音は気になります。テレビの配線と、裏側ですが窓から見える庭の配管はもう少し見えないように処理してあると、より良く思います。チェンマイに行くなら、また泊まっても良いなと思います。

Paradijsje in Thailand

Na 5 weken backpacken in Vietnam en Thailand hebben we onszelf 3 nachten cadeau gegeven om uitgerust weer naar huis te gaan. Wat een heerlijk verblijf, zacht ruim bed, veel aandacht voor details en het zelf kunnen bepalen hoelaat en waar je kan ontbijten, genieten. Een keer niet de wekker zetten. De sfeer is rustig, zwembad mooi en schoon, de kamer erg ruim en voorzien van alle luxe die je kan bedenken. Als we weer in Chiang Mai zijn komen we zeker terug.

Little gem in Northern Thailand

Peaceful experience, lovely staff , exclusive and personalised service. A pleasant heaven to go back to after exploring busy Chiang Mai or the parks and mountains around.

honeymoon trip at chiang mai

I have this trip with my wife. The hotel arranged the driver to greet us at Chiang Mai International Airport. When we entered hotel, the staff offered welcome drink and snacks. We felt so warm and just like we came back home. Everything is good, the staff are helpful and nice, the spa is pretty good as well. Highly recommend to stay again.

Maravilha de Hospedagem

Um belo hotel em estilo tailandês com decoração prioritária em madeira. Capricho em todos os detalhes, da decoração ao atendimento aos hóspedes. Recebemos muitos mimos: frutas in natura, docinhos em formatos de frutas , chocolates, chazinho levado ao quarto e até nossa foto tirada na recepção. Equipe impecável e sempre pronta a nos atender. Café da manhã delicioso, servido no local e no horário escolhido por nós. A decoração do quarto que ficamos lindíssima . Chinelos em fibra natural à disposição dos hóspedes. Desde o momento que fizemos a reserva recebemos o e-mail do hotel dando boas vindas e se colocando à disposição. O hotel fica a cerca de 20 min de carro do Night Bazar e existe um transfer cerca de quatro vezes ao dia para qualquer lugar dos pontos turísticos . Se escuta barulho dos aviões e talvez incomode aos mais sensíveis porém a nós não nos incomodou. Tivemos uma hospedagem maravilhosa!

The best experience ever

It was so peaceful and beautiful. If you want to have a private holiday with your family or friends this is the right place to choose. I have stayed for 3 days but barely see other guests. Facilities are great, they have everyting like swimming pool, spa&massage and all staff are so nice.
