Simple nice

The Silverwood was the most affordable place to stay during the nights we were in Fredericton. The owner was very friendly and upgraded us to a suite. We spent an extra night in one of their regular rooms. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage room. The beds were very clean. The only downsides were that the wifi was on the slower side, and the walls were not soundproof. We would stay again.

We stayed for a tournament just for a night so we weren't looking for anything fancy. For the price it was worth it. Although we did have a table with a broken leg maybe it could use a little renovation. Overall I'd stay again if needed.

Quiet and comfortable rooms.

The place was nice, a bit noisy because of the road being so close. The colour choice is very dark. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. They had a little café for snacks and coffee they had the best iced coffee of my life.

The property was clean and comfortable and perfect if you are just looking for a reasonably priced place to stay. Will stay again.

The rates were very good compared to prices for comparable rooms within the city. The motel rooms are dated and when renovations are completed this will be an excellent motel for price and location.

It was a little tough to find the front desk, however the room and customer service was off the charts awesome!

We stay often as it is convenient to my son in Upper Kingsclear. The staff are very friendly and nice to talk to. Since our last visit they opened a French bakery and it is to die for! Beautiful baked goods and though I don’t like coffee the smell of the coffee is amazing.

Several things broken in room, like window latch,bathroom door lock. Was told on check-in that there was a $200 charge for damages and i did not eant to be charged for existing damages.

Everything was good and clean, only thing is that cleaning service came knocking on our door at 9 am even though checkout was at 11.

This motel is a work in progress. You can see where the upgrades are starting. The bathrooms have been thoughtfully upgraded and the room was refreshed with paint. The next steps should be the HVAC systems to provide quiet cooling and appropriate ventilation. Both would provide a more comfortable stay. The service was excellent and accommodating and they made us feel very welcome.

After reading some questionable reviews I was unsure but this place was a great stop for the night with our two young kids. It’s not the Hilton but it’s clean, the staff was friendly and called me to ensure I got the key because we arrived late. The beds were comfy. There’s a delicious bakery attached that has fantastic coffee and baked goods.

We check in so late and owner wait for us even though the office will close at 10. The room are clean and smells good. The electrical circuit are not that strong because when the fridge are on and the microwave is on the the circuit turn off but overall everything is good. The pool is also clean

Decent rooms, great service. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. There's a wonderful Korean bakery attached. I highly recommend a visit.

We found ourselves in an unfortunate situation and had to attend to som family matters. We spent 3 nights at the Inn and we were very pleased with the cleanliness and friendly service. The price was unbeatable and we would stay again.

WiFi service is unacceptable. Unable to use our streaming due to everything freezing and then minutes later if would catch up. Even tv took minutes to connect to the channel and the position of the tv isn’t set correctly. Couldn’t watch from bed No coffee machine in the room but realized it was because it is to encourage you to go to their cafe which was charming. Really too bad about the WiFi because we will probably not go back.

It was an excellent stay, it was nostalgic. It took me back to the early 2000s with the vibe the room was giving us. The room was very clean and very spacious, and we even had a little mini kitchen inside.

When we have to travel to Fredericton, Silverwood has become our go-to. Sure, it's a basic motel but it's clean and affordable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My wife has a scent allergy and we have been able to request scent free for our room.

A memorable stay!

We stayed the weekend due to a recent winter storm. Our room was upgraded on arrival due to storm but the online rate was identical for both nights. Room had full kitchen with separate bedroom. Although it is an economy motel, very clean, comfortable with bathroom upgrades. The Cafe was a bonus with an upscale authentic bakery. Wonderful and kind staff! Although parking is visible front and pack it is all greenery in back and except for building next to pool a beautiful green valley country view in front.

Comfortable, well maintained and fully equipped suite with kitchen. Great value. Appreciate the effort made by family owners to ensure satisfaction. The adjoining cafe is a real bonus- exceptional pastries and sandwiches.

Quiet location. Amenities good, service good, staff excellent. Cleanness ok. The owner Jay is friendly and very honest. I left after checkout my professional 2 Nikon Cameras, one drone camera in the room. Jay called me back to pickup all of them!

One of Kind

This Motel is one of kind!!! Spacious, clean bathroom, bed sheets and pillows, Like one bed condo with Patking front and back of unit. Love to come back.

Owner is outstanding

The room and the pool were very clean. Needs renovation and a more love. We were earing people living in the rooms around us, and the main street in front is loudy. We didn’t sleep well for those reasons.

The facilities are immaculate. Clean,and complete.

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating! We checked in late and they kindly waited for us to arrive. Upgraded our room which was spacious and homey. The water pressure in the shower was refreshing and the room was very clean. The pool looked nice but we didn’t get a chance to go for a swim since the weather wasn’t great. I would definitely recommend spending the night at the Silverwood inn and suites!

We were greeted nicely and given a free upgrade to a larger room. It had a noisy fridge and the tub drained very slowly. It did not have any safety grab bars for exiting tub. The floor felt sticky, but I think it was just from a cleaner that is meant to be rinsed. This seems to be an old motel that new owners are working to restore.

It was just an overnight stopover for us. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again!

This is our second stay at the Silverwood, it is the closest hotel to my son. It’s not a new place but it is clean and very comfortable. There is no restaurant but there is a Tim Horton’s and a convenience store just a few minutes down the road. A lot of the rooms have a kitchenette so you can cook for yourself if you wanted to. They will be getting a lot of business from us as my son and his wife just had a baby.

I liked the fact that we had adjoining rooms. Unfortunately it was easy to hear outside noise.

Good place for a good price

The stay was good. The Staff is very helpful. Good strong Wi-Fi. Unfortunately there were no machines in the laundry room. Other then that, we really enjoyed our time there.

It is a motel and NOT a hotel at all. Old facility. Locks on doors are not reliable. The Internet connection was so slow, it jeopardized my stay as I needed to work remotely from work. Too expensive for what it offers. Truly disappointed.

Spent one night here and woke up to hundreds of tiny ants all over the floor. Told the person working the front desk and all they had to say was ‘sorry about that’. Disgusting.
