Lovely staff great location

It is a great property because of it's location, but until you get used to the layout, it's kind of strange arrangement with surrounding buildings. It could use a little updating here and there, but it was very comfortable and the staff there were magnificent. Obviously ownership and management are focused on the right things.

We stayed at the Silver Resortel for 5 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The staff is very pleasant to deal with and take the time to get to know you and ask questions. Centrally located, it’s easy to get to the night markets, beach and of course Bangla Street. I would stay there again if I return to Phuket.

Hotel was located just from main streets in paring but very quiet. Place was quiet and clean.overall would recvoemnd as very central.

Phuket stay

I think I found my go to hotel in Phuket. Yes the room didn't have a window but the location to Patong Beach and the blue building food court makes up for it. Plus the staff were nice and smiling.

This property is a good value for basic lodging very close to the beach. Room was large and staff were helpful when needed. Just very basic and bare bones. Certainly clean and would recommend for a value for basics near the beach

The place is quite good and it was worth the amount we paid,not so many facilities but fair for the amount we paid.

The ladies here were wonderful and the cleaning service was excellent. I was worried staying the weekend would be loud here but I slept great and couldn’t really hear the neighbors. Loved my time here in Patong

its a very convenient simple hotel located just a few minutes away from the beach and restaurants. The staff is most kind and efficient.

This hotel is very close to the beach, and has food stalls a one minute walk away, and has two 7-Elevens on the same block. The hotel itself is well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great location but hotel very dated and didn’t feel clean. Walls were paper thin! The room next door brought 2 girls back and we heard everything (plus very loud music). Made noise complaints but the noise remained the same. Kept us up all night.

Achtung Abzocke! Ich hatte für 2 Wochen ein Zimmer im Silver Resortel gemietet. Ich hatte für ca. 150€ Mehrkosten ein Luxuszimmer gebucht. Der Luxus daran ist, dass das Zimmer über einen Balkon verfügt. Am letzten Tag habe ich das Hotel um 18 Uhr mit einem Taxi Richtung Flughafen verlassen. Leider war der Checkout schon um 12 Uhr. Das heißt ich hätte für 6 Stunden kein Hotelzimmer. Ich habe dann an der Rezeption gefragt, ob ich später auschecken könnte. Dies wurde verneint mit der Begründung, dass ein anderer Gast schon mein Zimmer bekommt. Ich habe dann ein günstigeres Zimmer für 900 Bath für einen kompletten Tag gebucht. Die Älteste der 3 Frauen an der Rezeption, hat dann gefragt, warum ich nicht für 1500 Bath mein Zimmer für einen weiteren Tag gebucht habe. Obwohl die gleiche Frau vorher gesagt hat, dass ich um 12 Uhr mein Zimmer verlassen muss, weil ja schon ein anderer Gast mein Zimmer ab dann gebucht hat. Als ich mein Zimmer um 12 Uhr gewechselt habe, wurde mir vorgeworfen, dass ich Flecken in 3 Handtücher gemacht haben soll. Die Silikonfugen in der Dusche meines ersten Zimmer waren mangelhaft. Dadurch lief beim duschen immer das Wasser an der Seite herunter und verteilte sich auf dem gesamten Badezimmerboden. Ich habe dann die besagten beiden Handtücher in der Ecke neben der Dusche auf den Boden gelegt, damit das Wasser welches immer aus der Dusche lief sich nicht auf dem Boden vom Badezimmer verteilt. Dadurch sind gelbliche Flecken in den Handtüchern entstanden.

I can't talk about the other rooms, but the bedsheets in mine had a bedmite infestation. I've only noticed after a week of my stay.

Perfect location! Very good value for the price

Good value for the price. We took the room that was a little more expensive than the basic one. Room was big, very clean, king bed. Plenty of hot water in the shower!! The ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. No pool but the hôtel provide beach towels to bring at the beach. Location is PERFECT ! 2 minutes walk to the patong beach, 10 minutes walk to the bangla Road. I recommand !!

Was close to everything, staff were friendly and helpful, room was really clean.

I absolutely loved all the staff. They were very nice and accommodating. However, the bed was one of the worst beds i have ever slept on. The pillows gave you an all day neck cramp and the rooms were built for people under 5 foot.

Very Nice Hotel - Convenient To Everything

A quiet spot at one side of Patong beach that share the same amenities as other more expensive hotels. Facilities are aged but still in working condition.

Good service and helpful

Do not recommend staying here. On arrival, enter room to inmediately find huge cockroaches on bed. Staff was informed and killed visible roaches with broom then advised us room was “clean”. Refused to provide us with new room and refused to provide refund when we didn’t want to stay.

Great location close to everything in PATONG and staff was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were clean and serviced well. Highly recommended for the budget traveler!

What I didn't like was the view from the window iny room. It was just another wall and no sunlight coming in and also no net curtain.

Decent place to stay in Phuket

The female staff were very nice, the male one was miserable. Location was good, and the room was fine for the price.

Terrible

Location is not bad, only couple blocks from Bangla Road and right next to the beach. Hotel condition, cleanliness etc. are terrible. Its not even value for money. They charged my friend for cleaning towel explaining that they have to pay for it to a cleaning company. Which means that they usually just slightly clean them?

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet was a little too expensive (230 baht) but the location is surrounded by restaurants, and is directly across from the outdoor street food market. It's also half a block from the beach, and a 5 minute walk to the (in)famous Bangla Road. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location and friendly staff

Everything was great. I enjoyed my stayed at Silver Resortel. The front office staff was very professional and friendly. In fact, all Thai people I come across are very friendly. The location was perfect. Only 4 minutes walking to Patong Beach and 10 minutes to Bangela Walking Street. Would recommend this establishment.

It’s not a bad place, kind of tucked away, not too far away from everything, most things are walkable.

Silver Resortel for the win

Location of Silver Resortel puts you close to the beach and not far from Bangla Road and the Jungceylon Mall. At night Its far enough away from the sounds and activity's to let you get a full night's sleep with out the thump thump thump of all the agogo bars. Silvers staffs the Resort with friendly people. Next visit to Patong Beach I will book my stay at Silvers again.

Great little hotel

The staff were really friendly and helpful. I normally would stay in a larger hotel but found a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere which made my holiday more enjoyable.

Good hotel for the price!

This hotel was surprisingly bigger than expected. The staff were friendly, the hotel and rooms were extremely clean. They have a restaurant downstairs, I never tried, so don’t know about the food. It was close to the beach and the hotel loans out towels. I stayed here for a week. Couple complaints: the king beds are 2 mattresses pushed together, and they are hard as rock. Every single morning from 8-10am someone in the hotel, (maybe cleaning services) would move the furniture by dragging it across the floors and it literally sounded like nails on a chalkboard for 2 hours straight. Also, there was a small dog that barked non-stop in the room down the hall. Staff said it was the building next door, but it was in someone’s room. I know because I walked to their room and knocked many times to ask them to stop the noise. Nobody ever answered. Overall, outside of the noise issues, the hotel and staff were great. The air-con works very well, but the units are too small for the rooms. Takes awhile to get cold. I’m ok to recommend this hotel, I felt welcomed and safe while there.

A place where basic things are given and cleaning keeps everything in their eye clean enough. However for example the don’t wipe the floor on a daily base, even if there is something sticky on the floor. All over a good budget place, 24 hours accessible and bathroom with basic soap equipped

I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand and in Patong. This hotel does everything excellent and is the best value for the money I have ever come across anywhere in Thailand. The staff is friendly and professional, both the front desk and housekeeping. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright. The room cost is very economical, and you get a wonderful room, great location in Patong, walking distance to the beach, guest friendly, quiet place. Its in a secluded alley so you need to find it on the map first, but once you find it, you appreciate that it is not right near the busy street and actually its very quiet at night for a comfortable sleep. I absolutely love this place.

In the heart of Patong but the rooms were surprisingly quiet and comfortable. We thought it very good value for money but thought the receptionist was amazing - So friendly, helpful and efficient.

Great location 1/2 block from beach and a block away from Bangla Rd. Low key hotel clean rooms friendly staff for a good price. A hidden hem. Bed was quite stiff but other than that no real complaints. This is not a luxury hotel but I’d definitely recommend and stay there again

The hotel was very nice and clean. However, wouldn't let you checkout with out someone checking the room. Which is very poor service, as well as having to wait ages for this to happen.
