Too crowded. Food buffet is tasteless. We booked a double bed and got a triple bed. The phobe wasn't working. I do not recommend this place.

Could not fault the attention to detail & exceptional staff that couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly - it made our holiday - one of the best kept hotels I have visited

Excellent hotel. Clean, with very helpful and nice staff. Food was very good. Very close to SOHO Square, which offers a wide variety of upscale shopping, dining & entertainment. Over all, very good value.

Excellent stay at Sierra Sharm El Sheikh.

First impressions, friendly polite staff. Gardens are kept immaculate, very pretty walking around the hotel. Rooms are lovely and big, we had a nice big balcony. Lots of choice of food. Lots of choice of drinks. Big shout out to all the Restaurant staff. They are a credit to your hotel. Highly recommend staying here, we have lovely memories to take home.

Food is amazing. Customer service is gorgeous! All amazing. Love to come back!

Okay stay at Sierra

Stayed here for a week - great weeks stay in a hotel. Air conditioning and door broke during our stay but this was fixed right away. Food is okay, repetitive and entertainment not bad. Near soho square and the beach so always something to do. There are many pools on site which is nice.

Look at other options first!

Tired and average. The bedroom was a good size but its decor was tired, and the A/C sounded at times like a plane taking off. Also, the balcony door would not look! The restaurant has the feel of a canteen and the food was limited in choice and average in taste. Cats sleeping on sofas in the reception/lounge area. No late check out available! Compared to others it is lacking a lot. This was my second stay here and will be my last.

Enjoyed Everything during my stay at Sierra. So Delicious food with more variety. Clean Room enjoyed with the main pool also their was Spa included The sea is so marvelous Soho square programs overall I enjoyed every minute in my stay

Me and my wife has an amazing stay at Sierra resort, the resort is very clean, food is very nice with different varieties suitable for everyone, pools and activities is amazing, check-in was normal, however main restaurant team is exceptional, I wish I remember all the names but Rasha has a very warm welcome and always greet us with a smile and very friendly attitude, main pool bar team is working hard to service everyone on time even when it’s busy. Resort offers good discount for near bay restaurants which is very nice gesture from the resort, only point not happy with is from reservation team which I have informed before arrival that we are celebrating our anniversary however, there was nothing offered, even I ask to arrange something and I will pay for it, but no one reply back to me, which was a bit disappointing, however the warm welcome from other team members and the professionalism of the all team make my vacation is the best one, can’t wait to come back and meet everyone

First time stay in May 2023. Overall very happy with our experience, lovely hotel, generally friendly staff that made you feel welcome. Good food choice for all sittings, beautiful beach that is defiantly worth the short trip to see. The property also has cats, which for us was a bonus.

Look for other options first!

Very average. Nice looking hotel and decent rooms. However, the food was limited in choice and very bland to taste. I only stayed one night but was woken at 6.30 by persons in the room next door. Told reception who showed no interest at all. Had less than 24hrs at the hotel but not allowed to have lunch even though I had paid for All Inclusive !?

Foram dias maravilhosos. O lugar é lindo, confortável, a comida maravilhosa, funcionários atenciosos. Pretendemos retornar com certeza. Foi um dos melhores hotéis em que já fiquei na minha vida.

Personnel peu accueillant à l'accueil précisément et nourriture assez grasse. Pour le reste, d'autres membres du personnel plutôt gentils, chambre très propre et une piscine sans bruit ni musique ni cris d'enfants très appréciable.

Nice family vacation

Front desk staff especially Mina is very helpful. Room service is done at its best, a good gratitude, they deserve it. Bar tenders and restaurants providing a good service. Food with good but could be better for a full experience. Hotel grounds is very good. Activities is at its best. Best of all hotel location, I think best in all over sharm right on SOHO square. Beach was nice but bit cold during that time of the year, 9 pools were 4 heated and 1 salty pool

Fantastic service at Sierra

From the moment we arrived at Sierra the service was really fantastic. The resort itself was very nice and comfortable. I'm personally not a huge fan of resorts, as food tends to be quite average - and this was true even at Sierra. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Sharm can be expensive but the Sierra is actually a pretty good deal compared to most other places. It’s not giant but you can walk or take the shuttle to the sister properties and their beach right down the hill. The snorkeling is quite good for right off the beach. If you don’t like kids or party music, ask to stay away from the main pool. The adult-only and salt pool behind the spa were nearly empty and super peaceful. The spa has really good treatments. The staff were super friendly, the food better than decent, and drinks plentiful.

Great Staff makes a difference!

Honestly the staff is what made my stay amazing!! Special shout out to Emad and Maron. These guys went above and beyond. The entire team was so accommodating!! Now the facility: The location needs a bit of maintenance and renovation. Food was okay, I highly recommend changing the buffet options. A huge concern for me was the lack of social distancing throughout especially the restaurant. Also, I was very surprised to see the serving spoons were being used freely. I never touch them prior to Covid and I really used extra precautions now. I was also disappointed in the fact they did not offer proper Americana coffee and it’s quite difficult to find it around there. If you treasure your coffee like I do, bring a French press and some grinds if you dislike Nescafe. The pool was absolutely lovely and a lot of fun. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. :)

The staff and service was amazing! As a single woman travelling alone, I felt completely safe. My every need was attended to. Romany and Sami in reception were extremely helpful, especially with last minute requests for PCR test. Even though I only stayed for 2 days, everyone remembered my name. The dining experiences were always friendly with good food. The all-inclusive package is not high-end, but worth every penny. I also had a wonderful spa experience, and Nisreen was amazing. My room was spacious and clean. I truly cannot say enough how great this facility was. I plan to come back again for a longer stay in the future.

The resort is in good condition room is spacious and clean. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food is delicious and heaps of variety to suit all taste beside a different dinner theme every night.

Everything about this hotel is amazing specially staff and cleanliness. The staff makes you feel home, very professional and friendly. Location is fantastic in the heart of Soho Bay. Restaurant is full of yummy food and varieties. Kids friendly hotel with many pools to suits all ages and kids club. Can't say enough about this place🤗 special thanks to Abdallah from the restaurant and chef Ismail Ali. Big thank you to Mina, Shenouda,Kerolus,Emad the bar man. Thank you all guys you really made our holiday 😍 will definitely come back and I really recommend this hotel.

Hotel is decent clean and comfortable, location is direct on SOHO square but not on the beach side, 5 min. by hotel shuttle, food is not great, overall nice place with good service.

Had a great time some maintenance needs doing to the Adult pool as the edges are coming away and it needs a good clean around the sides, room was great although bathroom needs a bit of work.

Hotel was great and food was fresh with a lot of varieties, I would definitely come back! Romany at the front desk was sooo friendly and made our check-in soo smooth, Rasha, Rashwan, Christian and Romany at the restaurant were so amazing as well! they made our honeymoon vacation full of great memories.

Sierra was amazing.. 5* plus. The food was amazing. Staff were friendly and very helpful especially Rasha @ the restaurants. Would definetly stay @ Sierra again. Thank you Sierra for a wonderful holiday

That was my 6th stay at Sierra hotel for offering the best in everything from check in to check out with a smile from all employee trying their best to keep you happy especially Mr Anton , Mina & Ihab at the front desk . Really was all inclusive .

Disappointing with all inclusive yet charge you.

Disappointed, I paid for all inclusive however they select only 2 restaurants for you out of 7 and the rest chargeable and what’s more shocking is the fresh juice is NOT included :( Hotel rooms are full of ants, house keeping staff are friendly and the waiters if you are not Russian they don’t smile at your face, they barely speaking English, they speak Russian and Arabic. After I recommended this hotel to my wife for her first visit to Egypt I regret it. Advise to the hotel managers :... I stayed 4 nights and haven’t seen one single manager asking people how is their stay... another advice , make sure when you sell all inclusive to write down except 4 restaurant and except the FRESH juice. Thanks

Unexpected unreasonable fees& bad customer service

First thing I called the hotel from the airport to arrange the pick up as per my request during the reservation. I called them three times and the hotel told me that "everyone is sleeping now, you can get a taxi" I told them I have 3 seniors, two of them are on wheel chairs and I asked for a pick and it's appearing on my request. He said I will try to find someone but not guaranteed. When I reached there they charged me $250 extra. We were 7 adults and 2 kids. We booked three trible rooms (Three single beds in each room) which sleeps up to 4 guests as per expedia.com and we have availability to add a free fourth bed. They want to charge me for the third person in each room.

I prefer Neama bay rathan than soho square

the staff are very rude, you will be completely ignored if you are not Russian speaking or sexy lady if you are Egyptian or any other nationality don't even think to go there I was really so disappointed to visit that hotel, the staff even don't smile to you or say hi, good morning, have nice day just they speak to Russian guests no more

We were made to feel very special. Sameh from the main pool bar was fantastic. We will definitely go back because of him. Food good, very clean. Our garden view room was a bit tired but it didn't distract from this fantastic hotel.

Our booking confirmation included our request for refurbished and adjacent rooms only The rooms were a shock! Not adjacent and most certainly not refurbished! Tatty old wooden furniture, small plastic bath with cheap sliding doors over - disgusting. Straight back to reception and demanded what we'd paid for. After waiting 5 minutes for the manager to be summoned not impressed to be asked 'What was the problem?' He'd obviously already been informed! After mutterings about being fully booked, not knowing of our request for refurbished rooms and the possibility of an extra cost upgrade I pointed out in no uncertain terms I did not want an upgrade, just what I'd paid for. Eventually shown a suite in another part of the hotel and advised they could put 2 beds in the lounge and a single beside the double in the bedroom. I refused and pointed out I'd paid for 2 rooms - one for myself and my wife and one for our children, each with their own bathroom. Returned to reception where after further discussion we were offered another 'suite' (Effectively 2 adjoining rooms) which we accepted. Manager advised this was more expensive but there'd be no charge. (It looked exactly what we'd booked to me!) Dining akin to motorway services - find a table then find someone to clear and set it. Dress requirements completely ignored. No seating control - a free for all. Observed people tasting from serving spoons Raised with guest services who thanked me and assured change. Nothing changed.

Stayed with my parents for 3 days and we really enjoyed our time at Sierra Sharm El Sheik hotel. Lovely hotel with extremely friendly and kind staff. Buffet was amazing with a great variety of food. I will definitely be staying again when I go back to Egypt. Rooms are clean and all staff really want you to enjoy your stay.
