I thought the property was rated higher than it actually was... The rooms and lobby area were terrible... The pool area was terrible... I could never recommend this hotel.
Very Pleasantly Surprised
If you need a place to do some work and sleep, while you are otherwise off doing what one does in Vegas, this is everything you could want in a secure, convenient, comfortable and clean place to stay. Being adjacent to a Walgreens and having a microwave oven and fridge is outstandingly convenient if you don't feel like spending $25 a person for a breakfast sandwich at the nearby Resorts World. Also, since it is a 24 hour Walgreens, they have 24 hour security in the adjacent parking lot. I've stayed at Resorts World several times and at nearly three times the price they will not provide something as simple as an in-room coffeemaker. No, it's not a premium mattress and, yes, the shower curtain was a little dingy at the bottom. That is the price for staying somewhere that isn't ripping you off every time you turn around. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There is a late check-in number to call, since this is not a 1000 room property which 24 hour desk service, which some of the negative reviews seem to be about. I came with the idea that I would bail out if there were any problems, but this place was really great for a simple place to sleep and work.
Great place to stay clean and quiet convenient to strip and shopping
good
It was good
I was surprised. If I had known it was that good then I would've stayed longer. I will consider them again next year when I return
Good people. Everything worked out. Car wasn't damaged. Room was okay. All around good.
I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS!!!
This place is disgusting, it needs a deep clean. There are stains on the floor in the bathroom. The carpet was stained. The sheets were stained. There was hair in the shower tub... The shower curtain didn't work, the rod was broken, so the bathroom floor was wet and slippery, a liability. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows inconsistent sizes and some had stains. The towels were dirty, all of them had minor staining on the edges, gross. The bathroom sink had rust in and around the drain holes. The desk had chips in it. The desk chair had stains on it. The front door didn't close, it was hitting on the door jam! RIDICULOUS!
A total nightmare,
Not this one
The mattress felt like the springs where going to come thru it. There was a damn loud squealing noise coming from the building next door. . But the absolute worst was the smell of paint thinner in the hallway and in the room
Clean and nice staff
Awesome front desk. Room is nice and large.
Great overall
Everyone was so nice. The room was perfect and very comfortable especially the bed. The only downfall was the hallway. It smelled really bad but thankfully it didn’t in the room
Clean, fresh, friendly & comfortable!
This hotel was very clean & fresh! The staff were always friendly & helpful. The location was perfect for my needs & being next door to Bagelmania let me start my workday with a terrific breakfast! I highly recommend them - especially if you prefer a smaller property instead of a huge casino!
Good
I booked the room 20 minutes prior and wasn't able cancel. They have security doors that don't work!! We felt unsafe. The key card wouldn't open the door. We had to put it in over 20x!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! You're better off paying more but feel safe!
Clean, comfortable. Front desk lady was very friendly and helpful.
Convenient and clean! Only negative is that there are no elevators.
This is one of the most affordable hotels near the convention center. The building needs maintenance, and it's not attractive. But the room was clean and the staff very friendly.
Good place for Convention Center
I chose this place due to proximity to LV Convention Center and found it to be perfectly fine for my two-night stay needs. It's an older property that has been refurbished to a decent service level. Extremely nice desk clerk on check in.
Property was definitely below standards figured for it being by convention center might be decent the bed felt like it was from the 60’s smelled like a gym locker room
Bad
Property had no one at the front desk to check. I was not able to check in.
Staff was amazing
Poppin
It was one of the best hotels i stayed at nice rooms nice spot it helped make my stay better
The best thing was the price, when compared to surrounding properties. Its just off the Vegas strip but half the cost. Our room was clean & comfortable. The staff was helpful, friendly & accomodated any requests. Its important to note that there is no elevator, so request a ground floor room if you have mobility concerns. My only complaint is that the after-hours entrance, which should only be accessible with a valid room key, was unlocked the whole time. Definitely a security concern. We didn't use rhe pool but it looked clean and in good condition. Overall, i was pleasantly surprised by this property. Would stay again.
Surprisingly nice bed and pillows
Very comfy bed and pillows even when compared to places I've stayed for much more. Room is very dark with the shade pulled down. I'm a light sleeper and slept like a baby here.
Pleasantly suprised
We we're not sure when we booked because of the age of the hotel, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that it was in good shape and looks like it was recently renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was handy with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. There was also a nice desk with plenty of available outlets. We were surprised to note that they did not have an ice machine in the facility. There was ice available at the Walgreens and 7-Eleven store a block away and a freezer in the in-room refrigerator. The facilities were patrolled at night, and we had no issues with parking. It was also walking distance to the Convention Center so no need for Uber or Lyft. Also convenient for dining with many options within walking distance. All-in-all a very nice stay.
Price was good, room was a little weird. Booked for one night because there wasn’t a resort fee. Staff who treated us Dawn was very friendly and helpful
Really enjoy our stay and had a brilliant rest
Staff was so nice and helpful!
Friendly staff and you cannot beat the location for anything happening at the convention center.
Siegel Select was as advertised. No frills. Room was clean, but a little tired. People who worked there, including overnight security, were great. We spent three nights with them and for the price and location, we would consider it again.
Would definitely stay here again. We only had a car for part of our stay, but it was still convenient. Staff bent over backwards to help with a couple minor inconveniences. Best pastries in Vegas.
✨
The room was not cleaned well, dirty towel over the shower, shavings still in the sink, toilet did not flush! Even after bringing it to their attention, they couldn’t do anything about it. The only reason I gave them two stars is the lady in the front was very nice and apologetic other than that, I could not wait to get out of that place!
We may just be simple people, but I loved staying here! The rooms have been updated and fit our needs just fine. I loved that on our walks to our room, we had such a great view of the sphere. Anything that you could need while away from home was just a short distance away. I also really liked that it was quiet. If we wanted crouds and loudness, we walked the strip. When we wanted peace all we had to do was go to our room.
I keep returning to this hotel because of the close proximity to the Convention Center and affordability. The building is outdated. The staff is friendly and does a good effort to keep things clean, but the overall sensation is that the place needs a deep overhaul.
Room was great morning staff not so much .
It was great the hotel little kitchenette. Parking was a lil small but property land was limited so it's understandable. We enjoyed our stay till the morning. There is a younger Hispanic girl whom was VERY RUDE to both myself and my husband just any chance she got any interaction she was rude. As I stated to the MANAGER it costs absolutely nothing to be kind and courteous to people. Giving me an attitude because I simply asked how much it was to stay an extra night and then for a later check out is literally CRAZZZY when you work in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry. Then to be rude to my husband over our vehicle being parked to be loaded not in a stall all the way is again ridiculous. To owner or GM, I highly recommend serious classes on proper customer service and she needs to shopped. Also, ad said breakfast and they put stale hard donuts out so idk, not much of a breakfast and or healthy options as I don't eat donuts. The night lady who checked me in very nice and courteous welcoming very patient. The gentleman who called me back regarding wifi code was nice efficient fast response.
Close to the strip. Fine facility. Quiet. Complimemtary donuts a perk. Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Wished there was a coffeemaker though.
Close to restaurants and convention center
Very friendly staff. Area was well lit and security seemed good. Super quiet and mostly young couples, travellers, students.. Good place to sleep and recuperate after a long day/night of casino bling. Close to tacos el pastore (better than el gordos in my opinion) and walking distance to walgreens and Dennys.
Overall its fine but the bathroom was pretty nasty. The shower is still from 1970 and barely worked, literally the water was hardly coming out. They could spend a couple bucks and update the bathrooms.
Great room and location but outdated bathroom
The front desk lady was super nice and even let us check in 2 hours early as we arrived vegas unexpectedly early. We were there for a 3 day con and the location was extremely close to the convention center which was nice. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom however was a bit small and outdated. Not the best shower. Water was hot but water pressure was pathetic. Overall it was good enough for us average con attenders.
Don't expect any stars.
No hot water. No dishes or cookware. (This is an extended stay facility right?) No cooktop/stove. Shower curtain rod was broken & pulling out of the walls. Place is dated, they've painted and added some not-outdated quite yet furniture. For the price & timeframe between reservation & stay was just alright. I'll book further in advance elsewhere in the future.
There was clothes underneath our bed from previous guest. After a certain time at night we had to walk around the building to get into the building to get to our room. The door wasn’t even locked to get inside when you were suppose to use the keycard to gain access.
We really enjoyed this hotel. Stayed 2 nights and would have stayed more if available. A bit of a walk to some Strip locations but you are also out of a lot of commotion. Free parking and no resort fees that can really jack up your price. Good sized rooms and decent bathroom. Nothing fancy but I loved that it didnt have a casino. Im a non smoker and to be arpund it a lot messes with my sinuses. I always get sick when we stay elsewhere. It limited my time in that air and instayed healthy! Short walk to the Sphere and as you walk from hotel to the Strip, younget a view of it. Cant wait to go back and hopefully stay here again!
TV Sucks
Tv wifi keep going off unable to see any television no technical support available
Good stay
Not an Ideal place
I don't like the idea that they are not open 24 hours a day, we checked in late and the office closed, we called the alternative number and waited for a while before a security officer showed up and checked us in
It's a rare find for convention goers - all about location, an easy walk to the West Convention Hall. A reasonably clean room with hot shower and a comfortable bed. It's a little sketchy with all the homeless in the area, but keep your wits about you and you'll be ok.
Pool
Great spot if you need a quiet place to stay for a convention. A little rough around the edges. It is definitely an older building with a fresh design on the outside but still reveals some age when you get in your room. Don't expect a fancy Vegas experience this is a place you use for a bed and shower only
This place is more reasonably priced than the big Las Vegas hotels (unless you're a gambler who gets everything comped, I guess) and the rooms are spacious, the air conditioning is powerful, and the wifi works well. Also, I found the staff to be unfailingly polite and helpful. On the other hand, the advertised "kitchenette" consists of a sink, a microwave, and a fridge--no cutlery, no plates, nothing--and the area is uninspiring (and a bit scary after dark) even by local standards. Also I was facing the road, which made the room quite noisy and hard to sleep in, even with earplugs and the room fan going.
🙂All good – clean room, comfortable beds, working shower, air con, fridge. 😒No housekeeping during our three-night stay. Kitchenette has only coffee maker, nothing else.
For the price, and proximity to the Convention Center made it work grea.
Great accomodations near the strip. Great rooms, clean and large. Would stay here again.
Great!
I ran out of toilet paper on first day. I asked for more, but no toilet paper came.
Serviceable
OK and well priced. If you arrive after desk hours you have to call to be let in. Staff was very helpful, though.
Fair stay
Lady on the front desk was very helpful. Had trouble with TV getting the remote to work, she arranged for it to be looked at the next day and it was fixed. Room was ok but needs updating, kitchenette has microwave but nothing else in cupboards. Be aware the deposit was credited to my Visa card account not to authorisation. Now waiting for deposit return to be credited to my card.
Would stay again, but don't be excited by kitchen
The location was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The walls are thin and noise can be disruptive. The room was clean but the end tables had stains on them and the "kitchenette" is just a kitchen sink, mini fridge and microwave. No dishes of any kind (not even silverware or a cup), and our shower curtain didn't have a liner. I would definitely stay again but do not expect to be able to make meals here. The manager and team really helped make it a great stay - they let us leave our bags with them early on arrival and let us check out an hour late to keep our bags in the room while we went to breakfast before heading off to the airport. The convenience of the monorail at the convention center really helps make this location work even being as far north as it is. We opted out of daily housekeeping and they were great about exchanging towels as needed.
The price was great fora quick stopover in Vegas and it was really close to the Strip!
Great convention hotel
Staff is friendly and helpful and hotel is exceptionally convenient to Convention Center. Rooms are fine with little kitchenettes and plenty of space. It's not a 4 star property but doesn't pretend to be. I've stayed here for years and will again for the next show.
It's a no frills hotel with great doughnuts!
It is a clean property close the strip and the convention center. The staff was nice and helpful and it has a refrigerator, microwave and sink. It is very basic with few amenities and the decor is minimal. If you want a bed, a TV, and a refreg, you're set. It's a no frills hotel with great doughnuts!
it was near the convention and the stay was good for the couple days but dont go if you go for luxury or view.. The bagle restaurant next door is well recommended. It was busy because of the convention held nearby
Rude bad customer service needs to get fired
The manager there is very disrespectful rude and has horrible customer service and needs to be fired actually the whole crew that works there needs to be fired
Pros: Staff & customer service were excellent. Room is fairly clean. Cons: Hotel needs to change the room curtain, shower curtain, shower head, tub drainage, include clock/alarm clock in room.
Last minute booking. Actually pretty impressed. Id definetly stay here again. Building was hard to find. Pretty clean, polite service desk, and extremely quiet area, no sirens, no yelling or drama!
If you are attending any event at the Convention Center, the location of this property is very convenient. A Walgreens is nearby for last minute groceries. The area is not particularly appealing, although generally safe enough
Friendly and helpful staff!
Close to the Las Vegas strip
There was a smell to the room that we couldn't identify and they adverise a safe but it was broken- lots of donuts appeared one day and the boxes sat there for 3 days. I have not received a deposit of my refund as promised - it's been 4 days since our return.
I really enjoyed the cost of the room to rent for the time i stayed at the hotel, what i did not like was that the facility had a moldy and smoke smell that was either in the carpets or from the remnants from previous tenets. If that was addressed and the smell eliminated that would be much more of an enjoyable stay.
The location is very good. It is quit, safe and comfortable place.
Great location
Pretty ideal if you want to be near the convention centers or Resorts World/Encore. Monorail also a ten minute walk away.
A good rate for a holiday weekend
The room had a mini-fridge and coffeemaker an 2 bottled waters - but no ice machine :( - but it did have a laundry room - The air conditioner fan seemed weak, but keeping the heavy drapes closed helped. The property isn't new but has been redone and the bed was nice and there is a pool, but no availability on the extended stay side, just the hotel, but it was a restful room and stay
Great place to stay because the staff was very friendly and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable.Definitely a 5 star rating in my opinion.
I will never visit. Terrible service
Very quiet. Short walk to the strip.
I think it is the BEST Hotel in Las Vegas. No resort fee at all. Convenient to walk to the main strip. So many things I like.
Convenient location
Amazing
Amazing
Not very clean
Celeste
Wonderful and price was reasonable.
I is a very nice smelling property. The beds are very comfortable.
Overall it was definitely a middle of the road experience. The staff was great, especially the housekeepers while my son was napping. My biggest issue was the floor. It was so dirty that my son's feet were BLACK after playing in his walker for no more than 5 minutes.
bed needs to upgrade unconftable to sleep no pool no ice limite to almost nothing
Warier feeling will staying there
Banking loan , But about hotel felt uncomfortable filled out paperwork as if I was buying the house $100 deposit credit card use to pay with Hotels.com pitcher of ID , while staying there feeling of being watched shadows change’s door and window ?
Could Have Been Better
The worst part was the moldy/musty smell of the room, likely from the carpet. No chair or lamp at the desk. Institutional style overhead lighting. The bed was comfortable.
Holiday getaway
Holiday getaway
Service and cleanliness of the rooms terrible. Staff very unprofessional. Wouldn’t ever go back. Smelly hallways and staff are yet the rudest I’ve meet. No value for money at all!!! Save yourself the pain and avoid at all costs.
Terrible staff rude and unfriendly Very unprofessional Sheets were dirty no hot water in my room. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs! So far from the centre of the strip too.
The worst service and customer service ever. Sheets were dirty, no hot water for 24 hours! This is a horrible place snd a long walk to the centre of the strip. Check in was crap. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! AMEN.
😊
Price was just right. Carpet wasn’t fully vacuumed tub was dirty and closet door was off the tracks. Other than that the bed was clean and comfortable
Pool was dingy. Can tell it was cleaned but ok. Tub leaked.
APA Championships
Hotel was literally just down the street and to the left from Westgate I can walk it comfortably in 10 minutes flat or 15-18 max slowly. Walgreens and Denny’s and PepperMill just block away.
Paid for a room for 3 days came in late put me as no show. If I paid for the room for 3days it shouldn't matter when I come in the span of the 3days the room is mine because I paid for It. Another thing. When your coming in late night at 6am I want my key card to work stuck out back in a scetchy part of town I don't want to be on the phone for 15min. trying to get a hold of someone and I still didn't get through. Luckily found Security to let me in had to give him an Id the whole nine. Just make sure my key card works its 2021. Was put on first floor on street side couldn't fall asleep listening to people yell at each other. Not a bad place. Just don't act like it's my fault when I come in a day late. The room is paid for therefore it doesn't matter if I show up on the last day. Would come back. Just hope they fix these few things.

Wet nice place and comfortable
