For first time visitors to Zurich, the Sheraton we enjoyed the Sheraton. Access to Public Transport was excellent, we had driven and found it easy to access the car parking at the Sheraton. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton Zurich hotel and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of service provided exceeded all my expectations.

Typical hotel experience

Not well maintained or serviced. Missing facial tissues in the bathroom and tried to call front desk, the phone did not work. But pretty standard hotel for a quick trip.

Everyone was great and helpful

Inconvenient location. Room looked over railway tracks. Trains were noisy. Closet was broken and so was bar to secure door at night.

Property and rooms are very nice. Breakfast was outstanding and dinner the night before was top notch.

We stayed 3 nights. Area was easy to walk to local dining or downtown. Tram to downtown was right in front of the hotel and only 12-15 minute tram ride to downtown area. Room was exactly what I expected. Only negative were the pillows which were very flimsy. A quick call to staff and we had more pillows which did the trick.

Great location. The floor lobby could be cleaner, was smelling bad. Also the AC in the room was incredibly loud during the night.

Property was re modelling so a lot of reconstruction. Access to the airport was complicated, so was easier to walk out of the hotel and enter the airport from outside, 5 minutes walk, but in snow or cold weather can be an issue.

Very good hotel, convenient location, tram right outside. Service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent with multiple options. Club members lounge is good but not much meal option. Our stay was great.

We were not aware when we booked, that the property was so far from the town center. However the tram transportation was very efficient and transport each way was only 10 minutes.

Amazing Hotel, Great Location and Wonderful Staff!

The hotel location is great, amazing service, great staff and good breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again with family. The hotel has a Tram Stop front of Hotel (2 mins walk -- Toni Areal No. 4) which is under 15 mins to and from Zurich HB (main train station), very Convenient! If traveling with family or friends, I highly recommend this hotel. COOP Supermarket is 3 mins (walk), great for shopping and nice area! This property is close to everything and we enjoyed our stay, wish it was longer!!!

We visited the Sheraton for the Taylor Swift concert and it was a walkable distance to the stadium. They even had a bracelet making station, which was perfect. My girlfriend proposed using one of the bracelets she made, so this will always be a memorable stay for us! Kudos to the property for this experience.

You can just take tram 4 to reach this hotel if you come from the Zurich HB, it’s faster and cheaper compare to riding on a taxi.

Great staff nice room but very dull location.

Very friendly staff who do their best to help you. The hotel is clean and room comfortable. The AC wasn’t working and they immediately moved us. The location is very dull there is nothing really around. Parking is very expensive.

Stall shower didnt had a door and water was gushing out. Was a mess and smelly.

They don’t allow guests to control the air conditioning. Room temp was kept at high temperature. Otherwise, the facility was clean and orderly.

Not Recommending it

The rooms are not cleaned properly, I found a pizza box and a big bottle of Coca cola. It was mentioned the room are air conditioned but the room temp couldn’t get below 24 degrees while the weather outside was 35 degrees While checking in the hotel porter was asking us to push the luggage trolley which I don’t mind but this is not the service of 5 stars hotel.

Overall very good experience. Nice property, good room size. Liked the "need your room card in the elevator" for security. Great location right off the #4 Tram. I few extra minutes to get to the Bahnhof and Altstadt but well worth it.

Hotel is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area yet close to it by bus ride (bus train) 10 min. The staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. Would stay here again if I ever visit Zurich again. P. S. Special thanks to the Asian lady (sorry, didn’t get her name) in charge of morning breakfast. She is nice and has great attitude towards hotel guests.

Just near trum line, so convenient. My money was theft from bag n it was just before check out while we went for breakfast. So it was terrible.

Cold aircon , covered underground carpark were positives . Negatives - No espresso machine in room . Parking is 2.50 chf per hour capped at 25 chf for 24 hours provided u do not remove car . Not 25 per day with in and out facility . Family room have a glass shutter to the shower area is not practical . Whole room is lighted up whenever one goes to toilet . Excellent stay overall . Great chefs at breakfast too .

Little things can spoil your impression of a stay. While the property is meticulously maintained and there were no issues with the room . Property is less than 50 meters from the tram station. The downside was the check in process. We reached the hotel at 3:00 pm. After the check in formalities we were informed we would be delayed by 30 minutes and were offered complimentary beverages for the inconvenience. We appreciated the gesture. However, after following up twice we finally got our room at 4:20 pm. This was clearly dissapointing. Given we were there only for a night, it dispropriatonately impacts my /our review of the hotel.

Without his help we couldn't have make an useful itinerary for our short stay. As I was not well till 3 days before our trip I was not fully ready.

Busy hotel in business commercial district

Hotel was super busy and packed. It is used by airline crews and cruise ship passengers for pickup spot and for business conferences. It is right next to train lines and a highway. Lot of ambient noise even though we were on the 9th floor. Hotel staff was good. Breakfast was good. We were there on holiday and spent all 3 days out sightseeing and touring. It worked out fine.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zurich.

We stayed for 5 nights and while the front desk systems need updating as we had minor hiccups with the checkin and billing. The front desk staff were polite and patient. The restaurant staff were excellent they went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast to our needs as we were vegetarians. The rooms are spacious and with great amenities. The location was at least to our liking as we needed someplace which was quiet and away from the crowds. There is a tram stop just out side the hotel which takes to the main train station and bus station within minutes. And few minutes from the airport as well. Good eating options in the hotel as well as around it. Would recommend for families.

Hotel is very convenient ,very clean, staff is excellent and very nice. The restaurant its very good and the servers and the cook are wxcellent . Deffinetly will stay here again .

الفندق جميل بشكل عام لكن يعتبر بعيد عن السنتر شوي لكنه نظيف ومرتب و كل شي متوفر فيه، سلبياته ان سعرها عالي تقريباً و جمب الفندق في محطة قطار تزعج بشكل خفيف في بعض الاوقات لكن في الغالب ما حسينا فيها

Nothing unique at all about the property, very basic, "business" hotel. Restaurant staff excellent, but had to change rooms twice (put in wrong one first time round), coffee machine(s) broken etc etc

No laundry service on weekends. Outsourced. No shower doors and drainage issues. Staff members are in a rush for you to leave. Plus point it’s steps away from the train station.

The hotel room pricing was reasonable - breakfast is insanely expensive. Could use better (discrete) nighttime bathroom lighting, USB chargers beside both beds, UHT milk instead of powder milk for coffee. The room is equipped with a coffee machine and fridge (even though the coffee machine in one of our rooms did not work). Whether your coffee supply is refilled is inconsistent and the controls for the outside blinds do not work. The windows are not well soundproofed and you hear a lot of road noise in the rooms.

I forgot my Moncler $400 hat, and I am 100% that it was in the room as I did not get to wear it. The hotel lied and said they looked for it, when they clearly did not and someone stole it. So unprofessional, it's unbelievable.

Great hotel property, modern spacious room. Perfectly located, only 7 minutes in team to the city center. At check-out I wasn’t allowed to use cash as payment for my stay. I was disappointed about this.
