Don’t buy breakfast

Breakfast was terrible again- I have tried breakfast several times now and each time the selections are COLD. It does not matter what time you arrive 7,8,9 am American situation. Service inside breakfast marginal at best. My photo each item COLD. Otherwise hotel, room, check in/out, location all good.

This hotel is my choice of stay whenever I come to Wuxi. I like the comfort of the room, good breakfast spread, and friendly staff. Good value for the price I pay.

My stay was comfortable and beat due to location and easy to subway and RR station. Also optional shopping and near by coffee.

Excellent

Excellent location, condition and service. Breakfast buffet is one of best I have ever had in all hotels. It is next to a shopping mall with many food options. It is close to major tourist attractions, including Tihu and HuiShanGuZheng. It is not in the Wuxi downtown, but not far from it. Walking distance to subway station which takes to the train station. The hotel sent some one to buy train tickets for us, which is really nice. A nice hotel to stay for Wuxi.

Beautiful, clean hotel, situated across the road from Wanda Plaza shopping centre and adjacent to a taxi rank. Visited the hotel for a wedding and stayed overnight before transferring back to Shanghai. The hotel staff happily purchased bullet train tickets for us and informed us of the trains we would need to take to reach Pudong airport, informing us that the tickets could be collected at 1700. When we went out for a walk at 1500, the concierge followed us outside to personally give us the tickets, it was quick and efficient service. Although not every employee speaks fluent english, they speak enough to get by, and try to assist you the best they can. There are employees that are fluent that can assist as well. Shout out to Jackie Wang the bell boy who delivered our bags so that we could immediately attend the wedding, fantastic service.

Location is very convenient as it is next to Wanda mall. Rooms are comfortable and food is good.

Shearton Wuxi

This a excellent hotel very well managed. staff speak English and well trained.

Sheraton Wuxi, China is a great hotel, which made me feel welcome to the local and convenient to the nearby shopping mall in a 3-min walk. The front desk was friendly and kind, my king size bedroom was clean and comfortable, the gym was decent with weights, the indoor pool with 25-m lap was adequate for me to swim laps in the morning, and the dish selection at cafeteria was plenty from western and eastern styles. I’ll definitely stay there again next time when I travel to Wuxi city.

we changed from 1 king bed to 2 beds without any issues and upgraded for free. The hotel stuff are very helpful taking care of our luggage and calling taxi. Great experience, nice hotel. Thank you

in our shower room there was a broken tile that was quite dangerous if you would step it on with bare foot. anyway after informed hotel management they immediately offered us another room

Standard Hotel

This was my first trip to Wuxi. The hotel is in a good neighborhood, with a large shopping mall next door. Starbucks and many restaurants there. However, it is a little out of the way from the main attractions to Wuxi. Easy taxi ride though to anywhere. Also easy to get a taxi. I was pleased with the service. All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and bed was good for China. The breakfast was quite good! However, not included in the hotel price. The condition of the hotel was good, but I believe it could use some updates. I would consider this hotel a solid 4 star. Overall, pleasant stay.

Value: Pricey; Service: Basic; Cleanliness: Pleasant; bar staff are lazy, food was not to the standard of other Sheraton Hotels. Location is very ordinary.

Wanda full

This hotel is everything that you would expect from a quality Sheridan Hotel. It is also located next to the Wanda Shopping Center, which has a wide verity of restaurants on the upper levels. Very convenient.

Nice hotel with great location (for Wuxi)

This is a very nice hotel with nice amenities and good location. Decor is nice. There were couple of main issues: 1) The hotel staff is not really clear on what comes with our rate. We ended paying more than we expected. 2) The room was very warm and we were not able to make the room cooler no matter what. 3) The swimming pool is nice but all patrons need to purchase and use swimming caps. They fear that hair will drop in the pool. This is the first time I ever had to wear a swimming cap in any pools (from public pools, to 5 star hotel pools worldwide). Otherwise I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Beautiful hotel and a great value

This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city at an amazingly low rate. Truly a five star in every regard yet we paid three star rates. It is also right across the street from a major mall so everything that you might need is close by. The only potential issue for me was English. The staff had very limited English. Since I had a native Chinese speaker with me I did not have to test that but it may have been a problem. Otherwise it was a great hotel and a great experience.

Very Old Chinese Style Hotel

My room is stinky and noisy. There is a machine turning on all day. Food smell all around my room. Disastrous. Using the brand Sheraton doesnt mean quality. The restaurant does not have much food available. Have 4 bottles of black pepper but no salt. Black pepper only 10% filled. It is very impolite to ask us to pay at the start of the main course and I had to turn down. This was annoying and I expect better for a 5* hotel. Terrible experience. Staff training is needed.

The hotel is close to the metro station. Easy to arrive. The exhaust fan didn't work, need to call the staff the fix it.
