The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our room, the views was beautiful and the beds were super comfortable.
Good.
Would stay again.
Staff are very accommodating.
Horrible experience Do not recommend The room was nothing like the pictures, there was no view except buildings and street noise all night, ambulance passing by frequently. Shower water pressure was very low, room service had very limited options for food or snacks.
Enjoyed our stay. Room was nice. Convenient walking to downtown and English Bay Area.
Good
Scary experience during the last night of the stay. Someone started to bang and try to open the door from the adjoining room at 11pm. Didn’t sleep a wink after that.
We Appreciated the kindness shown by every staff encounter. Our 10th floor room ,Very spacious, comfortable and
Easy and safe to walk to restaurants and theatres.
Very disappointing, arrived at 7pm and was told my room wasn’t ready and May not be ready until 8:30pm. I had already dropped my car at the concierge so I had to check my multiple bags at the front desk. Not impressed…
Very nice, but busy elevators.
Good place to stay
Very conveniently located downtown. 6 block walk along Hornby street to get the Aqua bus ferry to Granville Island. Lots of restaurants north of Nelson on Hornby Street down the North Tower escalator back entrance to the left. Recommend The Alley for teas and coffee, and Shizenya for Japanese food. Lots of homeless mulling about around the hotel, similar to downtown San Francisco but they rarely interact.
Convenient location
Nice hotel in a good location
We love staying at the Wall Centre. The staff is great, location is perfect, we can walk everywhere and enjoy the shopping and great restaurants.
3/5 stars
Room was good. Bed and pillows are hard. Price is fair. Food was disappointing. Really not a fan of the containers the food was brought to our room in. Felt like I ordered skip the dishes rather than room service.
Enjoyed our stay.
Comfit Stay
great location for shopping and eating. Room is spacious. Pool and hot tub is a bit busy with kids. Front desk staff are friendly.
Inspirational to say the least. Luxurious and fancy albeit perhaps too much for this casual solo traveling teacher.
Location,
Good
Great service
Perfect accommodations for my family!
I enjoyed staying there
Big thumbs up for Twinkle from the Club Lounge
We loved everything about the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre. Prime and convenient location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the area. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming, especially Twinkle from the Club Lounge. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our short but sweet staycation.
All went well.
Nice pool
Great location, lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice room.
Noisy neighbors & small beds
Lovely hotel with lots of amenities in a great location. For a hotel in this class, however, they really need to upgrade to queen beds. Doubles just do not work for most couples sharing a bed. I ended up sharing with my young daughter because my spouse and I couldn't get comfortable. Also, the shower head could use an upgrade, and the towels were pretty thin. And finally...we were on the 33rd floor and I could hear every word my neighbors (and their noisy kids) were saying in their room. It sounded like they were outside on a balcony - it was an odd transfer of sound. I had to sleep with earplugs in all night. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason alone.
Very nice
We were 5 girls and i stumbled onto deal for their 2 bedroom3 bed suite. They said the bigger room had a king size but i swear it was queen. Ive fit way more people into my king size lol. Other than that super comfy, great for a group. The pool and hotub were e tremendously clean and the pool was warm... but... i expected it to be more fancy. Just like a standard pool you might find in a rec centre. Staff was great. Walkable to pretty much everywhere downtown.
Good
Great view of the city from the high floors. Parking was tricky and expensive.
Great accommodations!
Came to attend a concert. Booked a suite. It had two rooms. Perfect for us and the kids! Beautiful view, friendly staff. The perfect stay!
Good
Easy check in. No hassles going in and out of the hotel. Safe.
Enjoyed my stay, nice room
Spacious. Friendly staff , good rate.
Great stay! Early check in was much appreciated. Clean and very great location.
I book 2 nights for my girlfriend convention weekend. Before leaving to vancouver,i call to make sure everything was ready for hrr. Manager told me that i had to be with her and that she cannot use my credit card to xheck in...aso i cancel with sadness for her and wo was very desapointed. Manager did Lnt wand to rembousre me saying it there policy!! 15 years with my girlfriend and i call to authorize her tu use my. Ard and they refuse and still want to chatge me for the room!!! We teavel 3-4 time a year in vancouver and will NEVER recommend the shetraton hotel nevers!!!
Staff were fantastic as usual.
Awesome view, nice room, walking distance to everywhere we needed to go, and friendly staff.
I really enjoyed my stay. But I was a little bit upset because I arrived for an early check-in and they said that they will call me when my room was ready. I never got a call so I was assuming my room wasn’t ready….. turns out the room was ready within the hour, and it completely set me back on the other things that we had to do that day. It was a pretty big inconvenience.
The staff were amazing, check in, valet parking, room service and check out were easy and quick.
Favorite place
Super clean, friendly and kind. Id rather stay at the Sheraton then anywhere else.
Great
Good helpful staff. Swimming pool not accessible for persons using walkers - had to use stairs to go from 3rd floor to 2nd floor pool. Need to do better, especially with the Invictus games completed recently where competitors were staying at the hotel.
Great location and very clean hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating
Hit an Upgrade to a higher floor and had a stunning view over downtown and the sea.
I really liked the view, and guest service.
Great quick service. Check in/ out was very quick. All the staff was polite and helpful.
Awesome hotel. Great location, and service was superb. Will definitely stay there again.
We had a great stay here! Loved our room as it was on the corner with a balcony and beautiful view of city and ocean! The breakfast we pre-booked with our stay was very good! We ordered a dessert from room service and I wouldn’t say it was worth the price. The only real downside was noisy neighbours playing loud music till 4:30am. We had to call guest services at that time and they sent security to find the room and ask them to be quiet, which they did and then it was fine the rest of the night. Overall, it’s a great location, nice views and we would definitely stay here again!
Great location
Clean and high class
Everything was perfect
This is a great hotel in every aspect.
Friendly staff and quick check in.
We love staying in the towers and enjoying the exceptional view of the city and ocean while we are in our room. It would be nice if there was a good restaurant or bar in the hotel. Bar One is outdated and the food is underwhelming and overpriced. Starbucks is nice and the grounds are pretty. At an offseason price, these rooms are worth it for the view and location.
The property has all the necessary facilities, but a bit old and needs more upkeep.
Great location with several great restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to Granville market (take the False Creek Ferry). The hotel has large rooms and very comfortable beds.
clean, quiet. helpful staff.
Great place to stay at and very welcoming guests. One of the workers, Maria at food service was amazing and tended for our dessert needs!
The staff were excellent!
Great room for a family of 4
We a great check in experience. The room was clean and great view.
We request to have room next to our friends room at front desk, and she managed. make us very convenient.
No issues.
Great location from shopping and good resturants.
Convenient
Convenient!
Great
Nice hotel but a bit noisy as located across the road from hospital er. Exceptional service though which made up for it
Worst experience with room and security
I booked a high end room on the executive floor. The room was old and dated. I had 2 other rooms in the hotel for my family so we could have a little stay cation during the holidays. I had flown in from Toronto and the check in was slow. The room was dated . The carpet was gross and the drapes looked like they were from 1985. I had taken my young niece and nephew to the pool and when it was closing a big security guard ( 6 foot 5 ) came in like a beast yelling and screaming the pool is closed now and to get out. I was not happy with that. He could have been polite and said please and thank you as there were kids around. No reason not to be polite. Then we had a run in with the same security guard at the front desk as we were trying to talk with the front desk. There was no reason for him to even be involved with the conversation. Again I would think twice when booking with this place. The staff they hire should be working in a night club as a door man not yelling at kids in the pool.
Easy five minute stroll to restaurants and shopping districts
Clean, nice view
Dated
My husband was very pleased by the extensive weight room equipment
The hotel was great! We were in the south tower, which was slightly outdated, but well kept and very clean. Easy access to downtown Vancouver as well as places like Yaletown are fantastic! Highly recommend staying at this location :-)
Beds are smaller than queen. No one made up our room. Elevators took forever. Pool was chock full of screaming kids
I like the rooms and the view from the rooma are really nice
Nice
Average stay
Hotel is good but far away from shopping and eatting area
Location was good
A little bit noisy at the downtown area.
Dirty, noisey
It’s located near to the most of the major attractions
Check in was brutal and slow but hotel was nice
Ahmed was amazing! I got a great room, and the restaurant is fantastic!
Outstanding customer service! We have stayed here before and will definitely come back!
The staff was lovely, we were from out of town for an appointment at St. Paul’s hospital across the street and they checked us into our room when we arrived just prior to 10am rather than the 4pm checking in time.
Great lounge for aperitif and breakfast Baccus the restaurant one star Michelin
Clean building, housekeeping services everyday and free gift for Christmas. Walkable distance to skyline and buses, makes it convient to stay. Have gym and swimming pool but a bit old to use. Not a new hotel but comfortable but overall comfortable to stay for 1 week trip
good location
we were here for just 1 night. good location
Best location
Have stayed many times wouldn’t stay anywhere else

The pool required a long walk, including changing building, and when we arrived we found out that it was empty and under maintenance, and we weren't told about that. Otherwise, everything was great
