The property is old and the room is not clean especially the bathroom which has a urine smell the property is old needs updating specially the smell

Located at nice beach , outdated property,no usb connections,mini fridges are room temp,no microwave I had to switch rooms twice due to plumbing issue bidet was dripping,toilet didn’t flush it will qualify as 3stars if you have kids open your wallet for everything!

I’ve booked this hotel for one of my relatives, unfortunately was left embarrassed and upset for such unpleasant experience she had. The electricity kept going off damaging her medications which she relied on and need to have it daily, there was issue with the toilet that she had to complain off multiple times despite having plumber sorting it her keeps going bad, she even mentioned that the card which keeps electricity going was displaced while she was gone.., and similarly to her belongings. Moreover, whilst she had do not disturb tag on, they didn’t acknowledge it instead the tag was dis-activated.

Property so clean and very good and location amazingly mr Hassan the manger he was so helpful and great team with him the only thing we didn’t have any breakfast in the hotel because it’s high prices the cafe shop on the lobby it was amazing

Best hotel in Sharjah

I always visit UAE for business. I've been in many 5 star hotels. But better than this hotel I never found in term of services, location, food, view, beach, swimming pool, staff. I really mean it. variety of restaurants in the hotel. welcoming staff every time I enter the lobby specially Ahmed from the reception. Mohammed Sharaf checked me in with very special welcoming and advised me for better room for my two kids (family room with bunk) it was really amazing. He really served me well. Thanks for all staff, really Nazim, Samy, valet parking guys.

30 mins from Dubai, away from the busyness and noise and located on the Persian Gulf, Sheraton Beach Sharjah is an oasis. Highly recommend walking down the road to many of the beachside restaurants. Very helpful staff. The restaurants and buffet on site are a bit expensive, but still very good. Highly recommend this hotel!

Damaged my bag

The staff has damaged my new luggage bag and are only offering me bonvoy points, I don’t need points as I don’t plan any holidays for a few years. Damaged the bag in front of me by forcing it into a tight space, even though I said please don’t put it there as it won’t fit. The manager is not helpful at all with the situation. We have been emailing back and forth and he won’t give me anything but points. He is forcing points on me when I don’t need them. I asked for a replacement bag or fix my damaged bag, but they are very unhelpful. I’m extremely saddened by the managers choice of discrepancies. I will not recommend this hotel.

One of the lady on our last day want us to pay for breakfast which we left around 330am and breakfast won’t open until 6am. I kept telling her that we are leaving 3 hrs before breakfast time. Why should I pay for the food we won’t be there to eat? She was very rude about it too.

Honestly really disappointed by Sheraton. Won't call it 5 starts hotel. The reception people could have been more friendly. All the other staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but definitely not the price. Busy hotel, we paid for the supreme King with balcony and sea view, but we didn't get it and had to fight for it, which was really odd. I understand if it was a special request, but we already paid for that future. We got a decent room after telling him we would cancel if we didn't get that room. I also asked to add my points; they took my Marriott membership number, but nothing was added.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

This hotel is amazing from the outside in. Everything top of the line. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to spend time there. We only slept at the hotel. I wish we could have used the pool and beach. It was beautiful.

Lovely beach resort hotel

Really nice resort hotel in Sharjah with a lovely pool and private beach. Service in the hotel was excellent and the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the cakes in the cafe really nice. The only niggle was a very loud call to prayer from the adjacent mosque that woke me up early in the morning but outside the hotel’s control. Overall an enjoyable 1 night stay.

Nice hotel, the regular room is more valuable

Booked the superior king bedroom with balcony, did not realise there is connected room until a loud noise from next room, don't think the balcony is worth the extra fees, the food and facilities are great, 7/10 overall!

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful but the staff, especially Olesya is RUDE and arrogant. When I checked in, they assumed I couldn’t afford it (idk if it’s because of my skin color or age) and made me pay for the entire stay upfront before even charging me the deposit. Then they never gave me a welcome letter which has the hotel rules on it. As a result, I ordered food from a nearby restaurant and when it was delivered, I was scolded from THREE different staff members at the same time. While walking through the hotel, I was asked by quite a few staff members if I was a new employee (even in my bathing suit) rather than greeted as a guest. This was the most unwelcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I ended up staying only one night and moving to a different hotel. I WOULD NOT recommend. Also, they advertise having drinks and a pool bar, but this is a DRY HOTEL. They don’t tell you until you get there that they don’t serve alcohol.

Worth the trip

A first class hotel

The hotel is well-sited and the rooms are above average. It is not well located if you want to see Dubai. As you would expect in the UAE staff are friendly and helpful. They are sometimes a bit ineffective though. The hotel is in an alcohol free area (Sharjah) so if you want to sip a cold beer or enjoy a cocktail by the sea not the place to be. (Just a short drive up the coast is Ajman which is not dry and probably has a prettier coast and has great hotels and bars.) However, the disappointing item was the food. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional. Dinner in the buffet was not what you would hope for on holiday. The selection was not very extensive and the selection was downmarket. For instance, one evening the main items were meatloaf and chicken burger. Doesn't seem upmarket to me. Given that the hotel is not near restaurants having the dinner option in the buffet is almost necessary, So instead of recommending eating out for dinner I recommend going to a different hotel.

Excellent Vacation

Wonderful experience during our stay when our room were upgraded to Presedential suite, thanks soo much to the receptionist Mr. Islam who kind heated to upgrade our room. Facility is superb. Check out was extended till 2pm.

Not a typical 5* you expect from Marriot

Disappointing! Hotel is 5 star but rooms are more like 3 star they are tired and dated. Tiny window in both rooms. Shower had mould & mildew and a pungent damp smell. Breakfast was a mess don't waste your money completely disorganised and zero customer service in fact the restaurant manager was telling guests off. The Staff all seemed tired and unhappy yawning continuously. Building from outside is beautiful buts that's all. It's advertised as Sharjah but it's actually more Ajman, not near the city centre!

The front of any hotel is the reception desk. Unfortunately, there are only two, and this does not reflect the hotel's interest in guests due to crowding and not serving them properly. Secondly, an amount of 500 dirhams was taken as a guarantee, and in most hotels that provide snacks or drinks in the hotel are the ones who take this amount, but the hotel does not have this matter in the room, and an amount was paid for something that does not exist and is not convincing at all.

Very comfortable to stay in a family friendly hotel but be aware Sharjah is dry Emirates.

The hotel is short of staff. I spent around 20 minutes for the check-in and the same for the checkout. There was almost no staff around the pool to attend guests orders. The staff is dominated by males, almost no female. The hotels lacks the touches that would add sense of comfort to the stay such as entrance at flowers. The breakfast is above average. The hotel is beautiful and nicely built, but it does not offer the guest its best possible experience...the management issue is v obvious.

A great location and structure. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. The fridge was broken and was replaced right away. The free wifi doesn't work and they tag you on the "premium" with an exuberant expensive price; utter ripoff!

i was celebrating my birthday...i was upgraded to a room with a view...nice of the hotel to do so....the breakfast buffet was very nice but the dinner buffet was not so good..tasty, but lacked variety....overall, a pleasant stay..i was happy they agreed to extend my check out by a couple of hours.

We will stay in the same place again . Nice breakfasts and restaurant .

A lovely hotel with excellent service, beautiful views and great food. Covid etiquette ensured and hotel has a stringent cleaning and sanitization protocol in place. All in all, We will be going back there again.

There are better places....

The stay was OK. I was positively surprised by the upgrade of my room. However, both tv's in my room were not working properly. Negative to mention is the "fee" what you have to pay one time for using the Sauna, Jaccuzzi and Steam one time. And last but not least I was extremely offended during checkout. In reality a small thing but it came extremely negatively to me.

It was so good and quite. I like how the staff welcoming and helpful.

Love the peach and location, excellent service great food, From day one I felt like I was in my own home. The only problem was their was no outside delivery was allowed in the hotel. I order Mc Donald’s online and the delivery driver was not allowed in the hotel. For safety point Of view I agreed with the hotel management, however, the hotel reception should have informed me before they turned away my delivery.... offer all great hotel 5*

Amazing hotel. Cant go wrong staying here. I've noticed that both times I've stayed at this hotel, the staff has failed to fill up the bar fridges. Small thing, but when you want something to drink (and willing to pay) and its not available, it sucks.

It was a very bad experience with the first room that I checked in, the room was dirty and very bad smell in toilet. The second thing with the Shine spa in Sheraton, they didn’t respect my appointment and I was waiting for 45 minutes for the therapist. I don’t think I will repeat it.

Wonderful hotel

Wonderful tour we really love this hotel everything was perfect, one thing I should say they need to bit improve more food variety in breakfast buffet. Rest is brilliant.

A week in January

We booked (breakfast included) a club room, which gave entry into the lounge. This provided excellent lunch and evening snacks, so we never had to use the restaurants, except for breakfast. The hotel is situated at the very northern end of Sharjah, about AED100 by taxi from Dubai airport. To visit the various museums and sights of Sharjah we used the Hop On bus from right in front of the hotel, so a hire car was not necessary. There is a heated swimming pool in the central courtyard and a decent fitness room, so we worked out every afternoon following a morning's tourism. We hoped to swim in the sea off the small beach, but it was too windy and the red flag was flying. In calm weather this would be an extra attraction, though, as the area is part-protected by a breakwater. We had a couple of minor problems, particularly the failure of the hotel's own shuttle service to pick us up one day, but the Guest Service Manager, Hassan Ayad, came to see us and apologize, and was then very helpful with advice on various matters. Reception provided a packed breakfast when we had to leave early to catch our flight back to UK. All in all, a most enjoyable stay. There is improvement work proceeding on the beach south of the hotel, which should make it possible to walk (lengthily!) right into town. We'll come back and do exactly this.

Why mandatory new years eve dinner? If it is mandatory with a ticket , why 45 minutes waiting line at the enterence ? Managers explanation was the worst ; Customers are inviting people out of the hotel ...so un organized check out at Dec 31 and return on jan 1st to by pass this event . The location and the beach was excellent . very friendly and helpfull reception and concierce staff Recomended

Winter stay in Sherathon

Anazing hotelwith private beach and pools, has a good set of restaurants. Personal are friendly, rooms are clear and well equipped. Highly recommend.

Very little hot water. I told the front desk several times but no fix. Trickle of hot water not enough to take a bath or shower.

Everything was perfect, service, view, breakfast, seafood rstaurant is excellent! A little bit was not pleasant the glass on balcony, because was very dirty, you can enjoy the sea view, beauty of hotel but this dirty glass was really disturbed us.

Personnel / staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very testy and nicely presented dishes in all restaurants, especially in Seafood one and Arabian one. It is amazing Viennese coffee house and cafe on reception. Very nice pools (but very busy). It is very nice private beach with facilities and another one - just beach but under security control. It is very nice place to have comfort and quiet holidays with good shuttle and taxi link to shopping centers and to Dubai. Only problem - it could be very busy on the beach and pools during school holidays in former USSR countries.

Me and my daughters stayed at the sheraton for a week, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was really clean. The gym facility was really good and the free bus to the malls was really convenient and helped to save on taxi fares.
