Muy buen hotel , personal atento dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, lo único que llamo la atención fue que la calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba .

A comfortable stay

The Sheraton Quito was a wonderful hotel in a good location. The food was excellent in the restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay

The staff was quick to help and anticipate my needs. Beautiful lobby. My room was spacious and had nice toiletries.

Todo bien

Walking in nearby park and Botanic Gardens in the pleasant Quito weather was a great start to our short Quito visit prior to flying to the Galapagos.

The peoples

Don't go to this hotel, in the next room there were people taking drugs, partying with prostitutes, we couldn't sleep, we didn't complain either because we were scared, they could do something against us! Staff at the front desk, very rude! Horrible experience in a hotel that is supposed to be one of the best!

I contacted Expedia as I noticed that all inventory in the Expedia reservation is always seconds class and staff at the hotel told me that Bonvoy member get many priviledges- 1- check in priority 2- the stay wouldn’t count on my membership 3- my coworkers paid less and got better rooms 4- I made a reservation for a double from and got a single 5- late check in total Expedia benefit $2.88 not worth the nightmare and rather use my hotel memberships

Hotel is very nice. A big mall with a food court on the third floor is just 5 minutes walk. Literally just across the street. The Coffee Lab with great coffee is just next door. There are a lot of people walking even at night. The room is quiet. Bed is comfortable. Pillow is just ok. Everything is very cheap there. I was tired from a long tour and ordered room service. The price is very good with no extra charges. I have to give the guy some tips which he didn’t expect! Highly recommend this hotel. Oh, I see policemen around the hotel all the time. Very safe!

Very close to everything around the city

Loved everything about this property, location, service, style of hotel and rooms. Loved how they provide fresh water and lemonade throughout the day. Being gluten free and dairy free, they were very accommodating at the restaurant. Only negative was, I felt the room and everywhere was clean, except inside the bed we found hair. We did not bring this up to the staff, as we were only there for one night and it was already too late in the evening to change rooms or sheets.

More than your money’s worth!

You make fabulous pisco sours at your bar! I loved the bar service! And everyone at the hotel was friendly and very courteous- and the price is good. Keep working on eco friendliness, something in the lobby re what you are trying to do. And good restaurants at walking distance. Thank you!!

Absolutely terrible service. It feels like they don’t care at all. I am Marriott Gold Bonvoy member as well. It seemed that they were not happy that I used Expedia, hence providing a lower level of service. The issues started with them charging us more than what Expedia reservation was for. Once I pointed that out, the agent made it feel like she did me a favor by discounting the tax and charging close to the reservation amount, but still higher than that. The major issue was that the bathroom kept getting flooded if one took a shower. Their shower was not leveled. I called to inform them, and rather than offer to address it, the agent asked “what do you need”? Well, I asked for several towels and once they arrived, I had to wipe dry the bathroom floor. The staff couldn’t care less. Upon checkout, I informed another agent and he couldn’t care less either. It was a terrible experience. This hotel does not deserve to be rated 5-stars. Beware!!!

Excellent hotel and very convenient to stadium

Everything was absolutely perfect. Very convenient to the stadium for a concert or game. Could not have been in a better area with lots to do within walking distance to anything you need. Just great! Everyone was super friendly and helpful too!

The hotel is safe and way many staff there to keep an eye on anyone who walks in. Location is in uptown/new city, close to the big mall and the Quito central park (Parque Carolina). No microwave access is very inconvenient. Arrival after midnight and trying to get hot drinkable water takes 10 minutes for the staffer to get the bottle filled. No concierge service available means they only target the business people, not tourists. Checking in after midnight the front desk lady showed slightly impatient trying to get me away ASAP when I asked a few questions. No email address available to communicate before arrival. When booking I indicated I wanted a quiet room upstairs. But they assigned me a room on 1st floor. When I persisted a room on higher floor, the front desk lady relented. Some staffers' English level was not proficient.

I don't usually write reviews but I thought this was necessary. It's very noisy if you are on the side of the giant stadium just outside your window. Our toilet did not flush. There was nothing open in the hotel past 11pm to get anything. A snack, water, toothpaste etc. The staff was not very helpful.

i loved everything in this Hotel.

$61 charge to check in 2 hours early. $25 per person for breakfast buffet. No coffee or tea in room. Over charged my credit card so total cost was $1100 for 3 nights. Will never stay at Sheraton again

The cleaning staff is fantastic! The surrounding area is easy for walking to dinning, shopping, and really anything you may need.

Hotel is in a great location for restaurants, mall and close to a large park. The gym weights could do with upgrading but has the essentials. Food is not great in the hotel but, there is lots of choice outside.

Property was centrally located on a safe to walk at night street and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Amazing service and staff friendliness. Not so good food

Many hotels in Quito did fancy interiors much better than Sheraton. But if you are looking for a quiet, safe, convenient, and friendly hotel, I definitely recommend Sheraton. I think Sheraton did basic systems much better than other hotels. I believe the good things are not visible, but you can feel them. The room is quiet, and the clothes dry fast...all these mean the construction team might add enough insulation for each demising wall and exterior so I can feel a comfortable environment. Also, the internet is fast. That supports me to work remotely. Sheraton staff are very professional, helpful, and friendly.

I would recommend the hotel- it is clean and well located- but it didn’t have a great vibe.

Every was awesome just a few issues. Sink faucet sprays water everywhere and iron not working. Otherwise everything was great and your staff was excellent.

The hotel is located in downtown Quito within walking distance from the big Quicentro mall to the north and the Megamaxi supermarket and a big cinema to the east. Great restaurants around the hotel.

very nice hotel and friendly staff with good knowledge about what to see and do. as there was an earthquake during my stay, it was great to know that the building is made to tolerate strong earthquakes. I will be back!

Best location in Quito Ecuador!

Muy buenas instalaciones, lamentablemente su staff no es pro-huesped buscando soluciones a las necesidades básicas, necesitaba hacer check in más temprano, y la unica respuesta fue, es a las 3:00 pm; estamos full; que tal ofrecer guardar mis maletas, o esperar en el Bar o Restaurant del Hotel. Por ultimo, al momento de retirarme necesitaba un taxi a una zona cercana, y el botones me hizo mala cara al darse cuenta que no iba al aeropuerto, entienodo que los locales no somos el core del negocio, y que probablemente yo no vuelva pero si seguramente no lo recomendaré para quienes vengan de visita.

High end service, unbeatable location

Definitely a five star experience. I wish my stay had been longer. The accommodations and service were exceptional. They key detail for Sheraton Quito, however, is the location. Quicentro shopping mall (and therefore the incomparable Crepes & Waffles) is right across the street. And the street that the Sheraton is on is loaded with restaurants.

Amazing experience in out first post- Covid adventure. Luggage was strap disinfected as we arrived, every one in masks and when I forget as I left the restaurant, I was corrected. The room was marked “disinfected.” The front desk staff dealt deftly with a change of breakfast plans. The staff and chef extremely helpful with a gluten-free guest. They couldn’t be more helpful and professional.

The best thing this girl has is its staff; super friendly and helpful. The location is great, next to many restaurants and shops and a nice mall. I stayed in a Club Room on the 10th floor. It has everything I needed and a nice city view.

Excellent service, great facilities and location. The only opportunity to improve is the room’s temperature which in the evenings is extremely cold and the hotel doesn’t have a heating system.

Sheraton in Quito

This was a nice hotel and it was great to stay there on our last day in Ecuador. I wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities. The hotel gave us a wonderful recommendation for a restaurant in the area: Achiote.

The hotel had excellent service and was located in a vibrant part of Quito with shopping and restaurants close by. The reception area was under construction but the directions were clear to go to another floor for the reception area.

The Sheration Quito Hotel is well located. The rooms are clean and very comfortable beds. The gym area is very nice with a large Jacuzzi the only downfall is that it doesn't have an outdoor pool. The staff is number one very helpful. This hotel has a lot of amenities. Would definitely go back loved it.

It’s an ok hotel. Checked in at night and everything was closed.. no bar no restaurant available. I guess the good thing is 24 hour room service. At check in they found my reservation but not the correct information- receptionist thought it was just 1 adult checking in and it took forever to check in. Doorman and bell service excellent. Hotel looks old and gloomy

Luxury stay, good sleeping and safe neighborhood

Sheraton hotel and staff are outstanding. Each detail from staff to fresh flowers in your room and nightly baked small sweets by the bedside to the coffee/coca/tea/juice bar in the lobby all day. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Free wi-fi and computers in business area are convenient. Cafe on site with good prices and amazing desserts. All most all staff speak English well. The street has several restaurants of different prices and across the street is a luxury mall with high-end stores and good quality shops. The Quito Centre "Quitcentro" Mall https://www.quicentro.com/ is easy to walk to and has all you'd need. The Sheraton neighborhood is safe (unlike many outside of the northern area). The breakfast buffet is quite expensive at $28 (compared to any other restaurant) although opulent. Not the best buffet for vegetarians or anyone trying to avoid carbohydrates. Guests dress up for all meals at the restaurant. The bar is casual and prices are very reasonable. Some late check-out requests are honored (if they don't have many check-ins) until 3:00 PM for no charge and 50% fee for late check-out until 7:00 PM. (most flights leave the airport near midnight). Don't have your sheets changed and they'll give your $5 voucher for the cafe (about 2 lattes). Rooms have black out shades because the day in Quito is 6AM until 6PM. AC works well. Bathrooms have a huge tile shower and robe. Use the safe. The Guest Services staff will show you how to use all items in the room.

Beautiful, clean & friendly

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son. He is an exchange student. Everyone at this hotel was extremely helpful. Whatever you needed, they provided. The rooms were are beautiful and clean. The cleaning staff will go around in the evening to find out if you need anything or if the room is up to your standards. The very last day, I was extremely sick. We asked if we could extend our check out to a later time. The young woman at the desk didn't even hesitate. She said; "Yes, we can extend it until 5:00 for you at N/C." She asked if they could do anything or provide anything to help me be more comfortable. When we were leaving, the staff asked how I was feeling etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing exceptional, but comfortable.

The Radisson is a perfectly adequate business hotel. There is a decent breakfast and the staff are friendly. The rooftop pool is quite lovely too. When I was there, they were repairing the AC so it was extremely hot one day, but the rest of the stay was fine. There's nothing exceptional about the hotel, but it was comfortable enough.

Very kind staff which gave us all the information needed The hotel is in a good location and very clean. There should be a little bit more variety in the breakfast buffet, if you compare with Hotel Sheraton Guayaquil which Is more complete.

Sheraton Hotel Quito

The hotel is in a great location. Right in the heart of the city. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, a couple of malls, movie theater, super markets. All within a two or ten minute walk. Taxis are inexpensive. I did not ride their buses, they seem to always be over crowed.
