The staff at this property are brilliant and go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable stay. The location of the property is awful, it is surrounded by busy roads and freeways.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff

Absolutely incredible hotel, the service from the moment you arrive is like no other. The location is great, the rooms are spacious and staff are the main reason for its success.

Good hotel - kept high standard through the years

Staff is very attentive, rooms are comfortable, hotel has quite a few restaurants, gym is decent. Location is pretty central. The hotel is old but well maintained.

Sheraton Kuwait provides a grand guest experience

The Sheraton Kuwait is a grand hotel well situated in an interesting part of Kuwait City. It is currently undergoing a muitli-year renovation but this is being done in stages by tower so there is little disruption to guests. The staff are all very service-oriented and go out of their way to accommodate guests’ needs. The rooms are well furnished and the lobby and public spaces are beautifully appointed. There are several restaurants on a high floor serving a variety of cuisines (Indian, Persian, Lebanese) as well as a ground floor restaurant offering a full buffet for breakfast and also at lunch and dinner. The hotel is also a ten minute walk from a park area that contains the opera house and a dozen or so restaurants of its own (as well as a dancing water light display to rival the one at the Bellagio in Vegas). The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off from the airport as well as ample free bottled water for the room. The only even slightly negative thing that could be said about the Sheraton is that the wi-fi in the room was fairly spotty such that phone calls made via wi-fi would frequently drop and computer connections would have to be regularly reestablished. On balance though, this was a minor inconvenience compared to all the plusses the Sheraton has to offer. It is right next door to the Sheraton Four Points hotel (which has a Starbucks). There is also a gold market tucked behind the hotel with a supermarket on the second floor which is very convenient.

The property is really old and needs remodeling, definitely not worth the price for a “5 star” hotel.

I can’t describe the hospitality of staff. they are amazing and super helpful they treat you like family . everything you need and more is available n the room. late checkout is available till 5 pm ! food is great. I have stayed in a very new 5 star hotel in kuwait before but it doesn’t exceed cleanliness and hospitality of Sheraton also Sheraton has central location

Best hotel in Kuwait

I've stayed in few 5 stars hotels in Kuwait & they are even newer than Sheraton but even if they had more facilities ( beach / restaurants ) still Sheraton rooms are cleaner and staff nicer & more professional. Also they upgraded our rooms from standard to junior suits!

This hotel needs some renovation, however the service is absolutely wonderful. Also my towels were pressed to perfection. Wonderful. There is a newer 4 Points by Sheraton next door, but I love this place better. Breakfast was amazing!!! So tasty, such a variety !!! I still talk about it. That said there is nothing around the hotel - the Opera building is just across the street- but to cross the street you will need to be James Bond. There is also a small, dingy mall nearby - i wouldn't recommend it. Starbucks in the adjacent Four Points by Sheraton next door. Great for business.

Luxury and cleanliness with fabulous service

I was pleased with the level of service, hospitality and luxurious amenities which seem rare in Kuwait. Will definitely return again.

Nice staff, upgraded my room to a junior suite, complied to me high floor request. Junior suite is spacious, big TV, printer, iron, garment steamer, partial view of the Arabian gulf, bed is very comfortable, coffee. I asked for milk twice and they were happy to provide free of charge. Bvlgari amenities in the bathroom. A bit noisy of you open the window but nothing that can't be handled. Highly recommend it for business travelers.

I've been staying at the Sheraton over many years and always had a good experience at the hotel. This time there was a hick-up at check-in. When I got to my room, it was a smoking room even though I had clearly reserved a non-smoking room. The issue got fixed quickly though, and I was moved to a non-smoking room.

Had a stay of 4 nights with the family. Excellent restaurant. Great Gym. In summary...a great hotel.

Very good service, friendly staff, but design too , "local" & flashy, room was excellent, except for low speed wifi connection. I would recommend it for a business stay.

Nice hotel- but not worth the price

I can't really find any faults with this hotel-other than slow internet- but nothing spectacular either. The included breakfast buffet was very good. However it just didn't seem like a 5-star hotel. If it carried a 4-star rating, and was a little cheaper, I would be raving about it.

Das Hotel macht einen sehr neuen Eindruck, alles ist perfekt, liegt im Zentrum, Gym sehr gut, Frühstücks-Buffett exzellent, Service hervorragend, Limo-Flughafentransfer und Shuttle-Bus zur großen Mall sehr gut. Tolles Hotel zum Entspannen.
