I really like the complimentary shuttle service to Citygate and back to the hotel—it’s very convenient. They now also offer a shuttle to Disneyland for an extra charge, which is especially helpful if you’re traveling with kids. There are also a few restaurants just across the street, which is a nice bonus. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better. We love the ocean view!

I really liked the place; I do recommend… it’s very close to the airport. They have shuttle to the shopping center.

The Sheraton Hong Kong is a wonderful place to stay either overnight or for a long holiday. The views from our room were outstanding and the room itself was so comfortable and cozy. The staff at the Sheraton are super nice and really accomodating allowing us to check in early and then organising a late check (extra charge) which we really appreciated. It's my new favourite place to stay in Hong Kong

I really like everything in this hotel I definitely recommend it.. I went with my two kids and they loved it.. the pool was amazing , and the house keeping Mandi was kind and friendly the best . She keep my room clean every day and helps with my needs.

Excellent place to so

Rooms are kinda small, and the phone system is really bad—when you’re talking with someone on the phone, you could hardly talk nor hear what the person is saying—really really bad. Since the hotel caters to international market, employees should understand at least basic English. I requested for toilet paper, the attendant gave me a different one, and some other stuff. We were six people but the accommodation was only for 4.

I enjoyed my experience overall at the Sheraton. The hotel is very nice and the service is great. My room was very nice and the facilities are nice too. I enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant almost every day. The entire staff, especially Davis, were extremely helpful, kind and attentive. This gave me a positive feeling and I will plan to stay at the Sheraton Tung Chung in the future.

Very nice hotel, not far away from the airport, I had a early flight, didn’t have time for breakfast , they started a@6:45 。

The room was amazing. The water dispenser was a good find. Staff is courteous. The front desk manager of nearby four points even offered us to carry our luggage. Restaurants at the backyard are awesome.

We had a comfortable stay here. The hotel is very well maintained & the room was perfect for a long layover break. The hotel shuttle runs once an hour & so good to plan around that.

Closer to airport

We only had 1 night stay over between flights but would have liked to stay longer. Really nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable bed and great staff. Very convenient airport shuttle which bypassed traffic at the airport. Looked like there were some great surrounding restaurants and things to see but we didn’t have time to explore.

Hotel had free shuttle bus. There are shops in front of the hotel. Very clean. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food.

Pleasantful stay

Stay was pleasant, nice view, amazing room service, didn't find the breakfast much appetizing but it was still good, the best part was location, near from airport and it also has bus shuttle services, friendly and approachable, helpful staff, Spa services were little costly but still a deal breaker, overall I would rate it 04stars

Close to airport and Disney.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Disneyland and the airport. We stayed here during the last leg of our trip. The heated pool is not heated at all, it’s freezing despite being reported at 21c, felt like 2c. The breakfast selection was excellent. The rooms were cleaned regularly however there were parts of the room that need fixing up like the bathroom floor tiles/grout which were turning black. There were regular shuttle buses to the MTR and airport. A few restaurants and a bakery opposite the hotel. There’s also a laundrette opposite the hotel which costs £8 a load (washing and drying).

Room is too small compare the other Sheraton in other city in China.

Close to the airport, close to restaurants and take away and most importantly, worth every single dollar.

Staff were all friendly, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond, we arrived well before check in after an over night flight, they gave us access to kids play room, change room with showers, pool and sauna. We had great coffee and fresh fruit for the kids in the cafe in the lobby. Room and facilities were all clean. Bed comfy and hotel was quite enabling a great sleep before early flight the next day. Airport shuttle service was very convenient. Plenty of food options but we did room service which was also above expectations. Great stay!

Shuttle service was excellent

Convenient location close to airport with shuttle bus to/from airport. The room has great views of sea. I found this place way overpriced, the buffet was $50 us. The staff is very professional as bd friendly. Good place to stay if you need to be near the airport.

Lovely hotel but we arrived at 3 in the afternoon and both of their restaurants were closed. Not obvious alternatives especially if they did not take credit cards and we had no hong hong dollars. Finally found a great Indian restaurant tucked away in same complex. We had asked at desk an about alternatives and they were no help. Hotel first rate but this aspect well below par

Exceptional service that was kind, understanding and polite. I would highly recomend staying here and having dinner on the top floor, the food was great and they even served a Tannat, a rare treat!

Good airport option

We used this hotel because we needed to be near the airport and the airport shuttle was included. We didn't find many options for eating in the area, so chose one of the main hotel restaurants, which was very expensive. Most of the facilities in the bedroom were very good, although it was quite a small room. The free lunch boxes at breakfast were a very good idea.

Great service

The Sheraton Tung Chung is conveniently located near the Hong Kong Intl Airport and they offer a free shuttle service to/from the airport. The location is quite a distance from Hong Kong and Kowloon and a Taxi will take 30 minutes and cost $265 HKD. The area outside of the hotel offers very limited services and options. I stay here for one night before I fly out in the morning. For that purpose it is perfect. Do not stay here if you intend to tour the sites in central Hong Kong and Kowloon. It is too far away.

Great service and location, wonderful

Hotel is great, very happy with customer service and accommodations. Only negative was the lack of signage at the airport for the shuttle and considering how close the hotel is to the airport it was disappointing that the shuttle only runs once per hour. Also, I checked in with my family of 4 and yet our room came with only enough towels for 2 people and just 3 coffee pods for the morning.

The room is really clean & nice. We enjoyed the stay. We also spent half a day at the mall nearby, which is within walking distance. There are more than ten restaurants in the mall, several great ones!

Value was ok. Shuttle service convenient. Unfortunately, they close the pool ALL THE TIME. Slightest chance of rain, they close the pool. Might be sunny and dry but if HK has any thunderstorms they close the pool. HK is not that small, most of the time it did not even rain or has any thunderstorm and the pool sat empty and closed.

The shuttle services of the hotel was a big plus. Hassle free check-in and out procedures. The facilities were superb. The location perfectly matched our itinerary for this trip. Glad we availed the buffet breakfast, we enjoyed the food selection. Would have been great is there was complementary drinking water.

Staff was soooo friendly and things ran like clockwork. Loved the stay!

It was fine. I just wish I’d known about the gondola to the Buddha sculpture that was nearby beforehand so I could have taken advantage of it

WE LOVE SHERATON

Our stay in Hongkong was extra special because of Sheraton Hotel. The room has a very nice view and spacious. Its so clean and comfy. Staff are all nice, helpful and friendly. Its also a plus because of the free shuttle going to tung chung and airport. We love our stay here

An amazing stay.

It’s an amazing stay at Sheraton! The front desk manager, whose name I don’t know, but she is amazing, upgraded us to a child friendly room. They also offered an adapter to us, as our charger did not match. The room was clean and modern, recently renovated. The view was beautifully facing the sea. The location is also close to the airport, with a free shuttle bus from airport and MTR to the hotel. It’s a big bonus added to our stay. We will choose this hotel again if we are coming to HK.

We inly stayed one night but it was lovely

Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant very much, especially the patio with a view of the harbour. Highly recommend the garlic shrimp with sourdough toast. Lovely cocktails too.

Nice hotel but still construction zone all around makes it slightly inconvenient with no easy transport options.

The chef at the buffet was rude and gave me a hard time and attitude when I asked him if he could make my eggs/omelette with a dif spatula being that I am allergic to regular eggs. He had an attitude, told me it’d be 20 minutes when there was no one else in line. Finally, we had to get the attention of the other wait staff to hurry things along, as we needed to get the shuttle so we didn’t miss our flight.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. They gave me a bag of ice for my ankle when I arrived (when they saw that I had twisted ankle) The next day the concierge was amazing! He made sure that I catch the morning bus to the outlets and then he also made sure I got on the bus to airport. Overall a very great experience !!
