Room is too small compare the other Sheraton in other city in China.

Close to the airport, close to restaurants and take away and most importantly, worth every single dollar.

Staff were all friendly, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond, we arrived well before check in after an over night flight, they gave us access to kids play room, change room with showers, pool and sauna. We had great coffee and fresh fruit for the kids in the cafe in the lobby. Room and facilities were all clean. Bed comfy and hotel was quite enabling a great sleep before early flight the next day. Airport shuttle service was very convenient. Plenty of food options but we did room service which was also above expectations. Great stay!

The staff were very helpful when I landed in Hong Kong and didn't have any cash or an adapter for my phone charger. Great stay overall

The Manager was very accommodating, and the staff was very friendly. We loved the bedding, absolutely comfortable. Overall it was wonderful stay. Absolutely recommend.

Shuttle service was excellent

Convenient location close to airport with shuttle bus to/from airport. The room has great views of sea. I found this place way overpriced, the buffet was $50 us. The staff is very professional as bd friendly. Good place to stay if you need to be near the airport.

Lovely hotel but we arrived at 3 in the afternoon and both of their restaurants were closed. Not obvious alternatives especially if they did not take credit cards and we had no hong hong dollars. Finally found a great Indian restaurant tucked away in same complex. We had asked at desk an about alternatives and they were no help. Hotel first rate but this aspect well below par

Exceptional service that was kind, understanding and polite. I would highly recomend staying here and having dinner on the top floor, the food was great and they even served a Tannat, a rare treat!

Good airport option

We used this hotel because we needed to be near the airport and the airport shuttle was included. We didn't find many options for eating in the area, so chose one of the main hotel restaurants, which was very expensive. Most of the facilities in the bedroom were very good, although it was quite a small room. The free lunch boxes at breakfast were a very good idea.

Great service

The Sheraton Tung Chung is conveniently located near the Hong Kong Intl Airport and they offer a free shuttle service to/from the airport. The location is quite a distance from Hong Kong and Kowloon and a Taxi will take 30 minutes and cost $265 HKD. The area outside of the hotel offers very limited services and options. I stay here for one night before I fly out in the morning. For that purpose it is perfect. Do not stay here if you intend to tour the sites in central Hong Kong and Kowloon. It is too far away.

Great service and location, wonderful

Hotel is great, very happy with customer service and accommodations. Only negative was the lack of signage at the airport for the shuttle and considering how close the hotel is to the airport it was disappointing that the shuttle only runs once per hour. Also, I checked in with my family of 4 and yet our room came with only enough towels for 2 people and just 3 coffee pods for the morning.

The room is really clean & nice. We enjoyed the stay. We also spent half a day at the mall nearby, which is within walking distance. There are more than ten restaurants in the mall, several great ones!

Value was ok. Shuttle service convenient. Unfortunately, they close the pool ALL THE TIME. Slightest chance of rain, they close the pool. Might be sunny and dry but if HK has any thunderstorms they close the pool. HK is not that small, most of the time it did not even rain or has any thunderstorm and the pool sat empty and closed.

The shuttle services of the hotel was a big plus. Hassle free check-in and out procedures. The facilities were superb. The location perfectly matched our itinerary for this trip. Glad we availed the buffet breakfast, we enjoyed the food selection. Would have been great is there was complementary drinking water.

Staff was soooo friendly and things ran like clockwork. Loved the stay!

It was fine. I just wish I’d known about the gondola to the Buddha sculpture that was nearby beforehand so I could have taken advantage of it

WE LOVE SHERATON

Our stay in Hongkong was extra special because of Sheraton Hotel. The room has a very nice view and spacious. Its so clean and comfy. Staff are all nice, helpful and friendly. Its also a plus because of the free shuttle going to tung chung and airport. We love our stay here

An amazing stay.

It’s an amazing stay at Sheraton! The front desk manager, whose name I don’t know, but she is amazing, upgraded us to a child friendly room. They also offered an adapter to us, as our charger did not match. The room was clean and modern, recently renovated. The view was beautifully facing the sea. The location is also close to the airport, with a free shuttle bus from airport and MTR to the hotel. It’s a big bonus added to our stay. We will choose this hotel again if we are coming to HK.

Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant very much, especially the patio with a view of the harbour. Highly recommend the garlic shrimp with sourdough toast. Lovely cocktails too.

Nice hotel but still construction zone all around makes it slightly inconvenient with no easy transport options.

The chef at the buffet was rude and gave me a hard time and attitude when I asked him if he could make my eggs/omelette with a dif spatula being that I am allergic to regular eggs. He had an attitude, told me it’d be 20 minutes when there was no one else in line. Finally, we had to get the attention of the other wait staff to hurry things along, as we needed to get the shuttle so we didn’t miss our flight.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. They gave me a bag of ice for my ankle when I arrived (when they saw that I had twisted ankle) The next day the concierge was amazing! He made sure that I catch the morning bus to the outlets and then he also made sure I got on the bus to airport. Overall a very great experience !!

It’s not the properties fault but right next-door. If you have a Bayside section, there is full construction going on another high rise or something and it’s at ground level and a lot of noise. Also, they drain the pool. The second day is there so we could not use it. Other than that everything was good.

The Property is well situated and the facility is immaculate, the staff are very hospitable and the breakfast spread was very impressive and of high quality.

I want to stay everyone there was great especially Angel. She went above and beyond in assisting me as their guest. I felt like VIP status staying there. It’s very convenient with the free shuttle service to and from the airport and the Tung Chung Station MTR. Also don’t expect the shuttle to run on time that they say they do.

The and staff are wonderful. However, it’s close to the airport, but a long way from downtown Hong Kong a great place to rest up after a trip, but not the best for sightseeing.

Dinner buffet cost effectiveness not so good, drinks are not free (except tea or coffee), also limited varieties. Room no bathing tub, no sofa.

Excellent proximity to HK airport. Hotel provided excellent shuttle service to both the airport and Tung Chung. Above average for a short stay airport hotel.

The front desk staff were unattentive; the rooms were small and not clean, and the same was true in the hallways. I had just spent three weeks in China, and the hotels were spotless, and all the personnel were very gracious and helpful at half the price.

The free shuttle to the airport and train terminal was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. It was a perfect hotel to stay when you are passing through Hong Kong.

Excellent staff service, food and environment. Totally appreciate the clean air, strictly no-smoking property. The hotel is a 7 minute cab ride from the airport, so this is great choice when arriving late with sleepy children. There is shuttle to/from the nearest MTR station (Tung Chung) and airport. Tung Chung to main town (e.g. Central station) is about 20mins MTR ride. If u want a sampler of 'local', there is a couple of eateries, mart, 7/11 just across the street. Don't miss Citigate mall. Great range of brands. Enjoyable experience overall.

Allowing esrly check in solves our dilemma as nothing is open on the day after the black rain.

No surprises. Happy with this good, safe option where we stayed for two nights. Close to airport, Disneyland and Tai O or to cross the bridge to Zhuhai and Macau. Good that hotel allowed two young kids to share double bedder with parents and kids welcome in exec lounge. Shuttle to Citygate and MTR every half hour and shuttle to airport every hour regular as clockwork
