Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Not to mention the variety of breakfast was huge. One day I was late for breakfast and they are already serving lunch, I asked for a togo coffee and they gave it to me free. The area it located has multiple other big hotels too and it makes me feel safe even i was out till mid night.
Good service!
Clean hotel and staff was friendly.
Excellent!
Great location
Nice clean hotel! Area around hotel was convenient. Next to a mini shopping mall, with a market and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the staff were nice. But, the a.c. in our room was a bit noisy. The subway station was a bit of a walk, about 15 minutes. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
A nice place to stay for doing business in the northern part of the city.

Good location and good services
Location is great.
Awesome
It is nice hotel
Poor wifi.and intenational communication Language barrier
good business hotel in quiet area
Good business hotel in quiet area, great if you want to get away from busy, crowded areas like Shinjuku or Tokyo station but still close to major entertainment and business centers Harajuku, Shibuya and Shinagawa. Free Shuttle bus to Meguro station is convenient, runs every 15 minutes. Easy transportation options to and from Haneda and Narita airports. So so fitness center. Nice lap pool but can get crowded sometimes.
Very comfortable stay
A very good property with everything in lines of what a would be expected to be!
Bed is like sleeping on clouds, amazing facilities, great location with western and Chinese shops within 200m
Good but expensive.Good Good but expensive. expensive.
Another great choice!
Chinese restaurant did excellent job! I like this hotel - highly recommended -
Nice!
Really liked this hotel and would recommend it for business stays.
Best hotel in Beijing
Very smart clean and comfortable. Great food. Great service.
Nice hotel with good amenities and friendly staff.
5 stars
Great place. Fairly close to subway and taxis usually available quickly. A la cartel worked for us at breakfast.
Top quality
Top grade hotel. Large room fully equipped. Iron and board. Wifi. Great gym. All day dining and a Jap and Italian restaurants. 30-40 minutes from airport.
Good quality
Very happy with the hotel. I enjoyed the room which i was upgraded too. This was because they had some conference and book out my nonsmoking room and only had a suit left. So the service was well received. The restaurants have a wide variety and are extremely good. The breakfast and dinner at feast is really good catering for western and Chinese so truly enjoyable, added to that it’s very tasty. Enjoy
Great hotel, staff went beyond expectations.
Had trouble exchanging money at Bank of China, they sent a staff member with me to the bank to help in the process.
it was a good stay. We had dinner in the Italian and Japanese restaurant; very good food especially the Japanese.
Nice hotel and comfortable room
The room is comfortable, but the strong smell of problably detergent or old smoking not good. ALL others very good
Nice hotel to stay
Very convenient location and easy access to airport, restaurants and major attractions. Facilities are all new and clean and stuffs are friendly. Space to improve on the breakfast offered.
Nice hotel. Excellent for the business traveler
Clean rooms. Attentive staff. Stayed 10 days for business and had no complaints.
A place where Google works.
On business with meetings with a local utility company.
First time in Bejin
It was my first time in China, and staying at this hotel, have made my visit very enjoyable. Fantastic staff! Thank you.
Average, a little pricey in view of the condition
Near to my meeting place
Very good hotel. A lot of nice food close by.
We are 4 people in our family. The hotel bed is double size. Good for one Adult and one kid. Very clean room and big. Love it.
Perfect stay
Great location for business travel. Restaurants, park and supermarket close to the hotel. Efficient staff. Beautiful room and bathroom. Excellent!
Hotel was very spacious & modern but far too busy & noisy.
Excellent

Very nice hotel
Excellent hotel. great service.
Great stay
My stay is awesome! But around the bath tub, there is some sticky dirt...
Amazing concierge staff
We stayed with a group of seven for the 2015 World Track championships. None of us had ever been to China and most of us don't travel internationally very often. We were a big messy loud group of Americans and the staff at the Sheraton treated us so graciously. The concierge staff especially helped us. Thank you so much to all of them.
Quick stayover
The hotel was easy to find and we checked in with ease. The staff were the best part of the experience. When we got to the room we were met by the usual high standards of a Sheraton. The only grumble was that the WiFi was troublesome and we had to pay for a troublesome service. Other than that, it was a fab experience.
Convenient hotel
good rooms, good location and well maintained - was there for business and it did the job
A most pleasant visit.
A western cultural oasis that was both a jolt and a welcome change, after three months in rural China. The multicultural amenities made the transition easier and especially the food choices which allowed sampling of old favorites as well as the daily Asian options that have been my staples and prefered choice for these last few months. Overall a most pleasant visit.
Hardware good; software (i.e. people) so-so
My overall experience and rating of this hotel would be five stars if I didn't receive several text messages about "beautiful" girls and their implied "services" on my international mobile phone shortly after checking into this hotel...
Luxury hotel
Great hotel but in a commercial district. For a visitor to China the location wasn't ideal
Good Sheraton just need consistency
Was here for business trip with a colleague. Due to delay I checked in at 5AM. I book through hotels.com and the confirmation state include breakfast. But my colleague said during checkin they said it didn't, weird. Overall design was nice, finishing is not bad too quite luxury. The pathway can be confusing and not enough direction signage. Hotel location on the address is written North East third ring road, but geographically it's on the middle of North third ring road. The surrounding is office and there are some nice restaurant nearby, plus there is a cinema nearby too. But location wise is a bit uptown, however not far from Chaoyang Wai. Room design and size was nice. Here's some pro and con. Pro Room is nice. Clean layout. High tech media hub that is hidden nicely. Amenity is nice. Walk in rain shower, gotta love those. The rest are just great, clean and functional like a Sheraton should. Con Bathroom design is weird, there was 2 doors, no locks and it doesn't close tightly. The rainshower leaks badly to the main bathroom, I guess the rubber seal is not enough and you just have to make a fortress of towels. Last the walls are paper thin and you can hear the water running through the walls in the morning, if your neighbor take a shower. There is a small place for soap in the shower, but it's really small. All of these issue are hardware, so I doubt they can fix it. So just best to know your way around it. Here's a small thing, I put my pajamas on the bed and when they were cleaning the bed. Instead of putting it back on the bed, they just left it on the table. Something the housekeeping or a bit of training can work on, I've experienced this in other hotels where housekeeping would help fold and put my pajamas back nicely on the bed. They did do it on the second day, just training and consistency is needed. On a final room note, the housekeeping push the bell notoriously like 3-4 times non stop on Sunday 10AM asking if there is laundry, I thought they are suppose to bell once and wait a bit instead of pushing non stop. I know there are a lot of rooms to serve, but at least wait a bit? Again, training. Breakfast was good and decent, many options. Including the Sheraton signature restaurants. There seems to be 3-4 restaurants. But didn't have time to try it this round. Though the kitchen counters could use cleaning a lot, as it gets really messy all over the place due to volume of people eating. They should assign someone to just keep cleaning, otherwise the furniture and kitchen will stain over time. They don't proactive serve coffee, so you need to look or ask; then some time they serve you the coffee without spoon. So just some training a will fix this quickly.
Good Sheraton
Spent 1 night on the club level, taking advantage of the club lounge. High quality all around. The room's air quality was better than the common spaces. Beijing's air quality was abysmal at the time.
Nice hotel, business oriented, not tourist
This is a quality hotel. I picked it because it was close to where I was meeting people (Beihang University). The surrounding neighborhood doesn't have tourist attractions in walking distance. I walked a lot, always felt safe. Only possibly negative comments - the pizza in the Italian restaurant used Chinese mushrooms ... odd taste. While not bad, I've also found better English skills at other hotels in China.
staffs speak very little English.
I will not stay there again
Lovely hotel and great help from the concierge
The purpose of our trip was to see The Killers in concert. We could not get tickets unless we were in Beijing, so I contacted the concierge and they were able to get the tickets in just a few days! We were pleased when we arrived to a gorgeous, comfy room, and our tickets were delivered within hours of our arrival. We especially enjoyed the Dim Sum lunch in their Chinese restaurant. We will surely stay here again on our next visit to Beijing.

My First Staying Experience at Sheraton Beijing
I was satisfied with my stay in this hotel. Staff were polite and friendly. My room was spacious. Most importantly, the pool was long enough, even though at times, it was a bit crowded. My only comment was the unavailability of a business center for guest use. (Its center was restricted for privileged guests.) I did inquire the availability of such facility prior to my booking and was told that it existed, but no mentioning of privileged guests was given. I would have brought my own laptop (prefer not to do that during my vacation) or booked some other hotel. At the end, I was given the privilege to only visit the center and use its computer ONCE... this was somewhat disappointing. I started my trip in Vancouver and now continuing with my trip in Hong Kong. The hotels in both cities provided desktop computers, printers, etc. for general use. (Otherwise, why would I be able to type in this comment now!) There will not be much overhead to set up a business center for general use and it will bring much convenience to guests.
