Great place to stay for late arrivals or early departures. Convenient, with helpful staff and room with most amenities. I would only recommend it for airport stays, as there’s not much in the area apart from the airport.

A couple of small issues

Upholstered chair leg collapsed when chair was used. Door lock very difficult to lock and front door cracked. Bottled water was a nice touch. Typical “American “ style hotel. Fantastic location.

The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. But- The room was very dirty/dusty. Could see along all the carpeting along walls and corners . Black mold in corners of shower, water leaked on the floor from shower. Room need a deep clean and replacement of Carpet - so atleast you can “see” how old and in need of updating this room was.

We enjoyed our one night stay at this property. Being able to just walk across the street to the terminal is very convenient. The early flyers free breakfast we appreciated very much. Beds are very comfortable. We were not happy with the bathroom. Half glass shower makes it easy to flood. Also the shower head was difficult to use and there was some mold in the corner of the bathtub.

The close proximity to the terminal is definitely a major plus. It's just a short walk. Wished it was easier to find. Had to ask someone for directions. They do wake-up calls, but nobody answered the phone when I called to schedule it. There is no convenience store for snacks, juice, etc. You have to walk to the terminal to shop. I feel the room is a bit overpriced but the benefit of the convenience to stay at this hotel if you have an early flight is worth it.

Everything was very well organized and clean and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional!!! Hotel is directly next to the Airport and everything is in walking distance!

Great hotel for incoming/outbound flights. We had a few spare hours the night before the flight, so took the easy Train into Dusseldorf for the evening.

WiFi doesn’t cover the entire property- some rooms have no coverage as confirmed by staff

Excellent stay

The WiFi connection was really poor in my room. Had to use the network cable to get decent connection but even then it was slow.

my bedding had a bad smell of sweat. Unusual but that was the case... stayed there because I had a very early flight.

Convenient for the traveler

The hotel is so very conveniently located just a few meters from the airport terminal which makes it very easy for short stays during layovers. The staff at the concierge were extremely helpful and kind. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. In addition, I loved the fact that there was an espresso machine with the two pods, which I was able to use first thing in the morning as I had to depart at 5:00am. Finally, I am a smoker, and I was very please to discover that the hotel had a covered smoking area in the open terrace area. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.

Good hotel. Shame about self check-in

Self check in was very strange… it did not feel like a high end hotel, but more like EasyHotel. The room Service was really terrible. I ordered salmon with risotto and received salmon with some sort of baby puree which I assume was meant to be mash. Staff were nice. Great location and very clean room.

It’s the one floor, the rooms are very clean. It’s good size the bathroom well off television has channels, which are English. Very quick and efficient. Easy spot for Uber. Pick up as well as the connection. Only 15 minutes away from downtown.

A/C was not working properly

All around solid experience. Plenty of help with directions from staff. My favorite was the restaurant staff. I ended up not liking my salad I paid for, so they gave me two free pints on the house and a glass to take home with me!

Overnight stay

Superb. Perfect for airport. Arrivals/Departure 5 min walk. Gives you that extra half hour to snooze! Train connection directly below hotel, no faff finding it. Brilliant bus and rail links again rifht next to hotel. Great quality hotel to which you pay for of course, not cheap. Would recommend

For what is a 4* hotel, the rooms were extremely basic. The location was perfect being a two minute walk to the terminal, but otherwise unremarkable.

Not as good as expected

Convenient for late evening arrival and early start, but incredibly expensive and terrible internet. Internet was seriously slow - I mean it was similar to the old dial up speed! I resorted to tethering my laptop to my 4G phone. Shower head was like a wild snake, plus dirty attachments. Note: this is not a Sheraton. It's a Marriott Bonvoy.

I was greeted by a very sweet lady, and was upgraded to a higher room type without even asking. I would stay again and totally recommend it!! It was quiet, clean and I actually slept all the way trough the next day. Great Hotel, way better then the Hilton.

The front desk staff were amazing. Not only was the check-in friendly and efficient, but they actually came to the room to reset the wifi and demonstrate how the coffee machine worked. In other hotels, they would have walked you through it on the phone. I was very impressed!

Perfect location

I stayed at the Sheraton DUS airport before. Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to the Terminals. The rooms are nice, the beds are very comfy, beautiful sheets but they don’t have a refrigerator or mini bar. I prefer the Maritim Hotel at DUS airport.

It was very convenient and expedient. A short walk from arrival to the hotel makes life easy for a tired traveller.

Only problem for us was the shower didn't work. We were there just for the one night and caught an early flight. So informed the front desk at check out.

Very friendly service, very clean & quiet room. Hotel staff super nice & helpful: even at 4:00 AM! Very convenient access to the airport - just across the road. Great bed - got a good night sleep before my early flight next morning. They even had a free grab-to- go breakfast set up at 4:00 AM - which was very convenient! I had a perfect stay!!!

Great location right at DUS airport terminal. Rooms are small but nice. entire hotel is on parking structure rooftop and all in one level. Convenient and value for money

Could not get through room service - even after 2 attempt for about 20 minutes, so gave up!

Super quiet, friendly and helpful staff, proximity to trains and busses was great, proximity to food/restaurants other than hotel restaurant and airport offerings isn't great, but the airport does have a supermarket for snacks, drinks, etc. Wifi in the room was terrible to non-existent but worked fine in public areas.
