What an amazing property! We were very lucky and had the apartment all to ourselves. It was a bliss! Amazing views, amazing room and bathroom, great kitchen and well equipped, the veranda with the view just took my breath away. Plus Elisabeta went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommended Elisabeta. The place is very clean and have breath taking view of Okanagan Lake. Breakfast is really good too.

Elizabeth was there when needed but otherwise not seen. Breakfast was when arranged and delicious. A Very pleasant stay. 5 Stars for sure

This B&B was better than a 5 star hotel. Outside, on the modern patio furniture. We were able to admire the great view of the large lake and the city of Kelowna. Inside, the lower level unit was new and spacious with a sparkling kitchen and dining area. . Our bedroom was luxurious. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite washroom was spotless. The air conditioning was quiet and the temperature was perfect. The host was wonderful and quickly replied to our messages. She was welcoming and even provided us with a take away breakfast because we had to leave by 6:30 am the next morning. I wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to come back soon.

It was an awesome stay with top notch cleanliness. Enjoyed our short stay but definitely looking forward to future stays. The breakfast was good but would have preferred an earlier start time instead of the 8:30 am The hosts were very friendly

It was very nice place!

New well kept & clean property. Large kitchen area in center with suites surrounding it. Tasty morning breakfast. Great patio with Seating & table outside with a lake view in the distance. Paved driveway to park on and a set of outside stairs to lower suites. (Probably not good for those with mobility issues). Lower level is a walkout out so very good light. Owner very responsive. Close drive to Kelowna & other attractions.

It feels like home.

This is the best kept secret in Kelowna. Property is very very clean, beautiful view. The owner is Amazing. This is a Must stay when you are in Kelowna will never find a better location or place. Elisabeta you should be proud of your place. We will be coming back. Thanks again!!

Excellent place to stay! New, tidy and clean. Comfortable and very nice interior design with refreshing scene outside overlooking the lake. Particularly impressed by owner’s hospitality! Highly recommended!

The woman who takes care of this B&B is very abrasive. She would be happy if never contacted directly by anyone staying in her BNB. We froze the one night that we stayed. I had booked 2 nights but we went elsewhere for our second night even after paying for 2 nights. There is nothing around that you can walk to. The view is amazing. The place was very clean, almost sterile and modern.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was very delicious and very well prepared. We hope that it will be safe with the wildfire in the area as this is truly one of Kelowna’s hidden gems. We definitely plan to stay here again when we are back in the area.

Newer property. Host/owner on site and very attentive to detail. Room is well furnished and comfortable. Easy access to roads and the numerous vineyards in the area. Host was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and vineyards to visit along with information and instructions on best route to use. Would stay here again. Very clean and quiet

The place was clean and lovely. Our room was comfortable, had some nice touches and the bathroom was clean! Only thing that could be improved on would be the check in, finding the place was a bit difficult at night.

It’s a brand new building and very very clean. Shannon is carefully prepared a lot of supplies for customers to let us feel being at home.

We stayed one night at this quiet property and really enjoyed the amazing view from the quiet, comfortable patio. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen welcoming. There are 3 separate rooms with a shared kitchen/common space so it would be especially welcoming for a group.

Booked and checked in late due to a last minute flight change. Property manager texted me all of the check in instructions, super easy. Nice new home in West Kelowna, lots of parking. The space is brand new and SO CLEAN! Had a really comfy sleep. Woke up the next morning to an awesome breakfast spread, ate on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Great location if you're checking out the West K wineries, a bit far from downtown if you're wanting to spend more time there. But would definitely stay again!

We had a great time here! Super clean and nice with great views. Great proximity to wineries in west Kelowna. A little loud at breakfast time, but overall super happy with our stay and would stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The room and shared kitchen space were immaculate. The host provided a beautiful breakfast for us and the views overlooking the city from the deck were spectacular. Definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and organized bnb. Breakfast was excellent. View was very pleasant. Elisabeta was a very good host and very knowledgeable about her business. Very simple contactless checkin. She has figured out all the details of running a very efficient bnb. The shared kitchen, common area was convenient and well appointed. We found no issue in sharing it with the other guests. Would stay again as it is good value and a nice space !

A bright and spacious suite with best in class cleanliness. A bonus was the great view of the lake!

A jewel in West Kelowna

This guest house is brand spanking new in a new development and spotlessly clean. Incredibly comfortable king bed and high quality linens, bathroom and walkin closet en suite. The common area is clean and comfortable, delicious continental breakfast, beautiful views of the lake and hills. Elisabeta responded quickly to every question.

I do recommend this place , it is nice clean and safe. just a note though there are 3 separate rooms so you are going to share the place with 2 more groups . Each room has its own bathroom but the Kitchen and dinning table will be shared. Overall it is a great location and place . The Host is very nice . Thanks

Worst property ever. The space feels congested specially when you have 3 other families living on the same floor sharing the living and kitchen. Their kid upstairs run around the house all night and keep you up. Worst stay ever

This is a nice new house on the hill overlooking the lake. The rooms are clean and spacious. Nice breakfast Good parking

NOT a hotel

This is a basement with four separate bedrooms each rented out and a shared kitchen. Not what we were expecting.

Two night stay in late August

We had a great stay at Shannon Heights. The building is brand new. The room was so clean and the breakfast was acceptable. Add to this the spectacular view of the lake and the city. The only concern was the AC which can not be set independately for each room.

Such an amazing stay at this property, the host was so accommodating. Our space was so clean! Would definitely stay at this place again and would recommend it!

Beautiful property with fantastic amenities. Amazing view off the patio. Simple but delicious self serve breakfast. Good communication with the host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
