Very friendly staffs, will definitely recommend to anyone

Overall great, but the location is not the best. Breakfast needs improvement, except for the fruits and eggs. Don’t understand how ikea’s cups end up in a 5 stars hotel.. I don’t want to drink my morning coffee or tea in these. It’s the first time in my life that I see that. Staff and room were great.

The service was good and the the staff was nice and good service all the time. The cleaning of room amazing!

Great Hotel with Poor Food Service

This Marriott Parkview hotel is located near a major city park and shopping center, and quite close to a subway station. The facility is excellent, but food service for both breakfast and lunch buffet is declining in quality, not fitting for a 5-star hotel, and not nearly as good as the other Marriott we stayed previously.

It was loud with children running around on the floor at night. It was a non-smoking floor but it was smokey.

Pleasant

It was a pleasant stay. We arrived around 11pm and we wanted to eat but restaurants in the hotel were closed. We ordered room service but it took an hour to bring to our room though we were told that it'll take 20mins only. But overall stay was good.

Great business stay

Fabulous service, good food, and my room had access to the executive lounge which offered free food and drink in the evenings including wine and beer, and snacks and drinks during the day. Room was spacious and comfortable.

We like to hotel a lot and this is the second time we've stayed here. Although it's a bit far from where most of our activities were, we found it to be value for money. Highly recommend it.

Excellent in many ways, the room is large and very clean, the breakfast is amazing, good location, free parking, will stay there again.

Modern Hotel

Checkin was easy, room was tidy clean though had a feint smell of smoking unfortunately. Bathroom was excellent. Buffet breakfast had a huge selection. Staff all friendly.

All round a great stay

Nice new hotel with loads of amenities - great breakfast. Location not the best but has restaurants and small shopping centre two minutes away which was handy

Nice hotel and facilities. Room is good size and clean. The only thing is the carpet seems slightly dated, other than that everything is quite good. I booked when it is at a discount so it is good value.

Perfect Stay in Shanghai

Marriott Hotel Parkview is a true home away from home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is super helpful, there is an actual gym, and the breakfast is fantastic!

Park Marriott

Definitely one of my favorite hotels to stay in Shanghai. It is in the north of the city but still walking distance to metro. The park across the road is great. I wish their Japanese restaurant had not been terrible. Worst Japanese food I have ever had and overpriced to boot. Their breakfast buffet is very good but also overpriced at 32 dollars if not included in your room. I suggest you go down the street to music center and get food or Starbucks there. Pool and gym are nice.

The Receptionists are friendly & professional. The room is quiet & superb clean. The bed is firm. Linens are well washed. The room is served with reasonably fresh ground coffee & tea. Toilet is reasonably large with a good supply of toiletries. There are separate shower & bathtub. The breakfast selection was wide & fresh! I tend to like their Chinese restaurant where they serve quality food. The surround areas have plenty of international restaurants/cafe! Supermarket is within walking distance. Botanical garden is just across the road! Wonderful gym, sauna & Swimming pool.

Every staff member in every department was friendly and helpfull. If they could not speak English they found somebody that could. I would stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights, in general an OK experience. I arrived at 2am in the morning after a 20 hour transit,unloaded my own luggage from the cab and proceed to check in. Normally this is not a problem except that the night porter watched me do it. Check in was a bit of an issue, the check in attendant wanted to charge 5000RMB as a room deposit. Really, my room was prepaid. Otherwise the hotel is clean and tidy, close to the metro and a decent shopping area with plenty of restaurant options, even an IMAX cinema. Travel to the airport by taxi was around 150 RMB.The daytime Concierge and porter staff were very helpful, in contrast the night staff

Convenient for seminars or work

Staff lost suitcase 10 minutes after arrival, and the wifi is not included in the room price, which does not make any sense in a Marriott

Fantastic Experience

The location of the property is fantastic, close to a mall and restaurants, banks.... Hotel was very clean and had a modern/futuristic look. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Hotel Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Nice and Sweet.

The Room was great, and location was a bit far from the central area. But I like their Breafast and Wifi also good.

Comfortable, Convenient, Delight

The stay was comfortable with the service staff trying hard to make it covenient. Allowed late check out without a fuss which was a delight. Buffet had a good collection and offered multiple cuisines in breakfast. The hotel's location opposite the circus world (a major shanghai attaraction) makes it ideal for tourists.

Very new hotel, clean and good facility. However, the location is bad, it's pretty hard to get a taxi, especially in a raining day...

호텔방은 크고 깨끗함. room 배정 받을때, parkview 받지 못해 아쉬움. 조식식당은 벽으로 둘러쌓인 방이다 보니, 개방감이 없어 좀 답답함. 식사는 일반 호텔 조식, 다만, 과일이 종류가 많음. 주위에 아케이드, 새벽부터 입장 가능한 park가 있어 좋음. park 호수 물이 깨끗하지 못해 죽은 물고기도 있으나, 다양한 종류의 새가 많아 가볼만함.

Ótimo custo benefício. Hotel 5 estrelas de padrão médio, bom café da manhã e localização boa, fora da rota turística de Shanghai, mas enfrente a um parque bem grande e com um shopping outlet ao lado com alguns restaurantes. Estadia ocorreu sem nenhum problema.

挺不错～ 行政酒廊使用也很好 就是时间有点短 下午两点半才开始

ホテル内のジムとプールは充実していて、利用者も少なく、近くの大寧広場にレストラン多数あり、満足している。

A little old but swimming pool is nice

I love the swimming pool size around 25m. Also there are spa inside the male bathroom.

Value for money

Check-in staff was very kind. Overall, the hotel was very clean, the bed spread was very clean, it helped a good sleep. The breakfast was quite satisfying even if 3 people’s breakfasts were all inclusive. The gym was great, the pool is not big but good enough. The sauna is outstanding, very clean and big. Only one shortage is the smell of the hotel overall was not good. Value for money. Will Definitely visit again/

酒店很干净，真的也很舒适，酒店工作人员服务也很好，很热情。

테니스코트 청소가 필요합니다.

방 컨디션과 조식 모두 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만, 테니스 코트 시설은 조금 아쉽네요. 테니스코트 이용을 위해 이 호텔을 이용하였는데 직원들이 테니스코트의 존재여부를 처음에 알지 못하였고, 청소가 안 되어있어 매우 더러운 상태였습니다. 그리고 네트도 축 쳐져있는 상태였네요. 사전에 코트이용을 예약하였는데도 전혀 관리가 안 된 느낌이었습니다.

很讚的住宿，下次來內地會繼續選擇，旁邊有家大型超市，很方便，也有自己選海鮮可以加工，很好吃，周邊環境不錯，晚上適合跑步，推薦

大堂比較舊，其他大致上可以，酒店隔離就有個大商場，裏面個Food court 好多食物選擇好方便。

朝食は美味しかった。フロントの対応は担当者によって大きく違う。

部屋は十分に広くゆったりとしている。毎日、ボトルウォーターを補充してくれて、快適に過ごせた。

エグゼクティブラウンジアクセス付きの部屋に宿泊。一流ホテルらしくスタッフの気が効いていた。部屋は綺麗で快適、静か。夕方のラウンジは夕食に外に行かなくても済むほど充実、特に小籠包が美味しかった。欧米のマリオットに比べて高級感があり、コスパの面で抜群にいい。虹橋空港から渋滞なければ40分くらいで、市街地の喧騒からは外れた静かな公園沿いで、この価格なら、今後も使っていきたいと思う。
