Second time staying here. Wonderful resort

Beach was beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy inside and on the grounds. Walkable to plenty of restaurants, and grocery store to pick up few things if staying for few days etc. Nice options for dining on resort!

Total disaster!

Booked two rooms with Ocean view so we Could enjoy the new years fireworks - total Disaster is a nice way to put it! Room was nice, big screen fell off when we tried to open the patio door - we kind of fixed it The plan was to enjoy the view and have drinks on our balcony with friends - the live entertainment was so loud we could not hear one another speak - it was also dreadful out of tune and simply awful We headed down to sit and have a few drinks - the Deck restaurant was set for a private party so the bar was a make shift affair with 50 people in a queue- it would have taken an hour to get served - very slow service even based on Turks speeds We ended up heading down to the beach in front of Grace Bay Club What a total waste of money this booking was - 5 Star my foot!

This property is in great shape and the rooms are spacious and updated. We had a problem with our room but the manager worked hard and got it fixed. Most of the employees were excellent and we particularly appreciated Julie the server at The Farm.

Its not worth rhe money at all. Very pricey

Amazing!

Nice resort with a great location on the beach. I was disappointed with many of the interactions I had with staff. While being polite as possible we still encountered blank stares and annoyed looks when we would ask questions or when ordering food or drinks. There were notable exceptions to this: Lila was a server working the beach front that was amazing and attentive. He remembered our names and took great care of us. Mild homophobia (although this may be cultural not specific to the resort). The overall experience wasnt becoming of a 5 star or the price we paid.

Beach is beautiful, staff very friendly, breakfast buffet is amazing. Recent stay, I was extremely annoyed at the amount of solicitors on the beach, who don’t take “no” for an answer.

Seven Stars is just amazing! From check-in through check-out everyone is so pleasant! The breakfast is not to be missed!!! Beach service and pool service is very attentive! The rooms are very spacious and a great home away from home!

This was one of the best resorts I've stayed in. Only issue we had were mosquitos in our room. But the staff came and sprayed our room and everything was Awesome! 10/10

It’s a Paradise on earth! I had an amazing experience. The food, accommodations, pools, service, and location are a 10! Excellent stay.

Rent a car as taxis can be expensive as well as dining near the hotels.

This was an absolute dream of a stay. We had a 2 bedroom Oceanfront Suite and the view was incredible, the accommodations lush, and the staff was knowledgeable and recommended so many great places to eat off-site. Would give them ALL the stars if we could ;)

This resort was absolutely amazing. The beach was out of this world. We loved to spend every moment we could on the beach and in the ocean, the staff and the facilities are top-notch. The complementary breakfast was wonderful and lots of items to choose from . Our room was so nice and well kept, we loved the feature of having a icemaker in our fridge and the tumblers that were provided to get freshwater a d ice for the beach, eating at the Deck during the night with the openness, and ocean breeze. Was so relaxing. The beach has no seaweed, rock or jellyfish to contend with, we absolutely loved our stay and we can’t wait to book another trip to seven stars ⭐️ we rate this a 12 out of 10!!!!!

Located on a stunningly beautiful beach. Recommend Early morning walk on beach before it gets too hot followed by dip in the ocean.

Perfect Everything

This property was an amazing!

Seven stars was amazing. We received a room upgrade from a junior suite to a one bedroom suite upon check in which was a significant upgrade. The beach was out of this world. Lelo was our beach server. He was very friendly and was very attentive. He had such a great attitude his presence brightened our day. Plenty of chairs at the beach. Not many children in general. The Farm restaurant had great food and a great outdoor vibe. It is just a stroll from the guest rooms. Turks and Caicos in general was a bit pricey as was our stay. But it was well worth it. Upon check out, there was confusion on our transport to the airport. The Seven Stars staff stepped and resolved the matter on numerous fronts. Grace Bay was amazing in the color and the soft white sand. Been to a number of beaches in the world. Nothing compares. Access to shopping and excursions was very easy. I would highly recommend Seven Stars for the beautiful beach and accommodations.

The managers and staff are very professional and caring. We really had a wonderful time! At Seven Stars and we will be back ! Peter was exceptional at the beach restaurant great service. The front desk managers and staff was amazing. Especially Jamey he goes above and beyond to help his guests thanks so much . And to all the waiter and waitresses great service my wife and hi appreciate you all so much. To all the staff that clean out room we thank you. And to the staff that take care for the lawn and garden we love it they work hard in that son to make it so immaculate thanks . Thanks to all the Chefs and cooks the food was delicious . It was our 21 anniversary.and because of the great service it was home away from home . We thank everyone for their service. We will be back next year.

I had the time of my life on your resort; however, I didn't like when one of the house cleaning staff entered my room and after me yelling from the shower that I didn't need my room cleaned because I had just arrived he continued to ask several more times until I yelled at him to close my door! Other than that the rest of my stay was great!

Great location.Helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was awesome!! Overall a great time on my wellness retreat. Only recommendation- have sanitizer wipes in gym to wipe off equipments after use. Oh and have the delicious welcome cookies available for sale.

This property was amazing. The one bedroom salon suite with pool access was huge and had everything you need. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The beach and ocean incredible. Would definitely come back.

Resort grounds were well maintained, rooms were clean, and the beach was beautiful. Everyone from the front staff to the housekeeping crews were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would like to go back for another stay. When our flight out was canceled we called the resort and they were very helpful in getting us accommodations for the extra night.

If you are looking for a combination between beach and hotel there is no better place than Seven stars. Wonderful place! Well recommended

Where can I start? I'm going to definitely leave something out because this place covered so much. Upon arrival a lovely welcome drink and cold cloth if handed to you. The staff greeted me by name. Shout out to Nakeisha (her customer service was next level. Norvan and every one else in the service areas. I did not meet one grumpy person. These people are humble and beautiful. The grounds are immaculate, just what my husband and I were looking for. We got so much rest. If your looking to party club aziza is about a 15 minute walk away. There are walkable casinos in the area and so many food options off the resort. There is a grocery store where you can load up on almost anything you want, but beware it will come with an expense. We are planning our second trip back already. Things I wish I knew was the $300 a day hold on the credit card. The beach area can only be billed to your room. The food was just okay, but that was the least of my concerns. The Beach is everything. Breakfast included only

From the time we arrived we were met with smiling faces. Daphne, made us feel right at home and even upgraded our room since it was my birthday! Amazing property, people, and ocean views! I agree it is 7 Stars! We will be back! Ask for room 1703!

I’ve been going to Turks and Caicos for years, this is the first time we stayed at Seven Stars. I will only be staying at this resort from now on! Excellent service, friendliest staff, the BEST of everything! I just got home today and I’m already booking another stay here! Perfection!

It's the most beautiful beach 🏖️ we have been to. Our group stayed for 5 nights and we loved it from the bottom of our hearts. The facility is well maintained with beautiful tropical plants. Rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is more equipped than other hotels. The staff at Seven Stars were all friendly and welcoming. Fabulous place to stay in Grace Bay. Special Thanks to all staff from Beddingfield, Pimenta and Bryant we can’t wait to go back!

Great stay at Seven Stars! Beautiful resort and beautiful beach with powder white sand and no seaweed. Our August visit was very hot and the resort had just the right amount of people to not feel crowded. Ate at the Deck on the beach for most lunches and it was great food. Lots of nice touches like stainless steel water bottles provided, water bottle filling stations around the resort, automatic blackout blinds that can roll down over your bedroom windows, someone to find you beach chairs and lay out towels for you. Everyone we encountered was friendly. It was great. Would definitely come back!

2nd time at this resort. Super clean and luxurious rooms. Property grounds just as nice. Pool temperature is perfect for relaxation but showing its age and requires some tile work. Restaurants are good to excellent depending on what you ordered. Front staff are excellent. Can't say the same about pool staff particularly the chubby guy with facial hair wearing hat who tells my kids not to walk past the adult entrance to the beach or use the tanning lotion by the same area. Likely will not return back since this resort is not kid friendly.

Every part of my experience was exceptional. Seven Stars staff goes out of their way to ensure you are having an enjoyable stay. Dining options were fantastic, all food options were tastefully prepared. kitchen and wait staff were always happy to make suggestions or to support you with any dietary needs. The grounds are beautiful and the beach stunning. Loved my stay and will return.

Breakfast was included with our stay and it was excellent. The adult pool option is a great amenity.

This was my first visit to Turks and Caicos. I booked two other properties until someone suggested Seven Stars. Seven Stars exceeded my expectations!! The customer service was simply EXCELLENT and AMAZING!! I’m big on customer service and I’ve NEVER experienced customer service at this level!! It was truly second to none!! Vernis, at the front desk, was such a pleasure!! So kind, friendly, professional, and loves her job! She does it extremely well! I was offered a free upgrade, ocean view, because it was my birthday!! I was actually going to check availability and price for an ocean view once I arrived. She made me feel very special. She’s very knowledgeable. She made my dinner reservation at Seven for me. Gave me a tour of the property. She truly went above and beyond! My mouth literally dropped open when we walked into my suite! Breathtaking views! My suite was beautiful, clean, and airy. Franseley greeted me with a cold towel, brought me a welcome drink, and was very welcoming, such a gentleman, helpful, friendly, kind, and gentle. When I was leaving, he saw me struggling with my bag and came to assist me. I just couldn’t believe I had these interactions with just about every staff person I interacted with. It seems to be the culture there at Seven Stars and I absolutely loved it! I will DEFINITELY be back! Oh and the breakfast buffet that’s included with your room was DELICIOUS! So many options!

Loved everything about this place other than the marijuana smokers next door that made our room smell every day. Multiple complaints to staff and plenty of threats but ultimately nothing down about it and they never stopped smoking. Other than that, we loved it.

In terms of service, Larrica and Carlos stand out at breakfast, and Charles in the adult pool section was THE BEST. I called him King Charles! The housekeeping was wonderful, too. Grest beaches and water. Although i was pool front and not necessarily oceanfront as i thought id be, i cannot complain about this stay.

My wife and I stayed at Seven Stars for 5 days for our anniversary. The staff was great to us and the resort was clean and accommodating. Nakeisha who greeted us in the lobby was super nice and helpful in checking us in and giving us a brief tour of the property and it's facilities so shout out to her. We visited during the offseason so it was nice not to have large crowds at the beach or at the restaurants. The beach is absolutely amazing and we took full advantage of the free paddle board rental. Food is a bit expensive but it is like that on all resorts in turks and caicos. We would def recommend this resort to any couple or family looking for a relaxing vacation with some of the best beaches in the world.

This place was amazing!!! It looked even better in person. I was amazed when I entered my room. It was beyond clean and so spacious. All I mean ALL of the employees were beyond nice and welcoming. The breakfast every morning was delicious and I’m a very picky eater. This place was just beautiful. I didn’t even care to leave the resort. I definitely will be back. Don’t hesitate to book, book NOW!!!

This place was amazing. Perfect location in Grace bay. Walkable to many shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. The staff were for the most part were very friendly and helpful. We went end of July so the resort was not as crowded as peak season so we had no trouble getting chairs at both the beach and the pools. The beach was amazing with calm waters and nice sand. Would definitely return here one day.

Seven Stars truly deserves seven stars. Gorgeous property on one of the world’s most perfect beaches at Grace Bay. Professional and warm staff, spacious and beautifully appointed rooms with spectacular ocean views, kitchenette, fridge, ice maker in the suite, remote shades and large baths. The property has four dining options, including true fine dining at Seven, a fantastic culinary option at the Farm, a casual grill with killer beachside location to watch a sunset, and a sports bar on the edge of the property (which we had no desire to frequent). Great location walkable to shops and other restaurants, including the well loved palm-surrounded Coco Bistro, or the excellent Infiniti at Grace Bay Club (short walk down the beach). Complimentary breakfast is excellent - egg and omelet bar in addition to rotating buffet options including some Caribbean specialties. The spa at Seven Stars is not quite what we expected or hoped for - while the services were top notch, there are none of the typical facilities expected of a five star resort - no sauna, steam, whirlpool, quiet room or showers (except in treatment rooms). Other than that, this place is truly outstanding. Thank you to Jamy, Stanley, and everyone at Seven Stars who made our stay amazing.

The property was outstanding and everything was as described. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and answered any questions. One of the staff offered to drive us to a restaurant that needed a reservation and without one he was able to get us a table within five minutes. We were celebrating our anniversary and everywhere we went on the property, we were welcomed and reminded of our special occasion. Highly recommend and will definitely stay at Seven Stars again one day soon.

Great place

Seven Stars Resort is absolutely outstanding in every regard. The accommodations were luxurious with great amenities and the staff very friendly. The beach is to die for and the swimming pools were excellent also. Matthew and Dominique at the Concierge desk were most helpful with booking tours and dinner reservations. Ms. Sperry the Front Office Manager displayed amazing hospitality standards from the time we checked in until our departure 5 days later. The suites are truly pure luxury and very well maintained. We will be back!
