The property was good but there was no way to turn the light off behind the tv at night without turning off the master switch which defeats the ability to have HVAC or charging. We ended up sleeping in a bright room which was not great. There were a lot of instructions attached with renting this property but no instructions for the lights or the room tax required.

Very secure in the middle of town centre, quiet with own terrace. Great bakery cafe not far. Property has a kitchen for use. Very central to all attractions.. taxis very cheap. Staff very polite and helpful Would recommend ❤️

Great place!

Nice and comfy with a patio in the backyard. Even if the place was very central there was no disturbing noise from the surroundings. Five minute walk to the Metro and a big shopping mall across the street. I will definitely stay there again 🤗

This is a nice place. No front desk but it doesn’t matter—the staff are around a lot and are responsive. Also it’s right across from El Corte Ingles. :)

Everything was excellent

Friendly staff & good location

Stayed one night and the information given by the host is faultless. Everything is done remotely and information all sent via social media messenger. The accommodation is well served in relation to transportation with the metro station being yards from the property. Entry to the main door and the access door to your room by keypad. Upon entry to the main door it looks really shabby and all the rooms are located on the bottom floor. The room was clean but a definite musty smell in the bathroom. There was no window in my room and relied on the aircon to keep the room cool. There's a shared kitchen to use if needed.

Everything was fine but the room we stayed smelled like sewage! Not sure if the other rooms were like this but at least our room even tho aromatic smells did not hide it! And it came from the toilet! Even saw a small worm in the shower which we had to flush it down! I’d advise the establishment to take care of this because the room it self was great clean and everything, but the smell ruins everything.

Endroit bien situé ligne rouge du métro. Belle terrasse extérieur au niveau du sol L'endroit étais très propre malgré le moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain. Les chambres sont situé dans le sous-sol de l'établissement. La chambre que j'avais n'avait aucune fenêtre. La cuisine étais bien équipé sans plus. Je ne retournerais à cet emplacement

The room was as described, at the basement of the building.Actually the whole establishment is located at the basement of the building but it is very clean and comfortable. Communication was smooth up to a point. My only complaint was that the voucher for the breakfast was nowhere to be found and when I tried repeatedly to get in touch with the owner he couldn’t be reached

Nice stay in lisbon

We had a nice short stay in here , room is very clean but very small but it is very close to the center and it is expected to be smaller .They have open porch out side your room and it is good. We didn't know that there was a kitchen, so we missed it They should have informed in the message they send. Only thing was we had an issue when we arrived, we reached the place at 10 PM and we couldn't find our room SD? for half hour. I kept on calling the owners on his two numbers but he didn't pickup the phone . That was kind of disappointing but he called late at 12 AM that his phone was charging (but I think phone will ring while it is charging!) There were no instructions on how to find our room, all it said was punch in this code to enter the building. Instructions should say that you need to punch in the code total 3 times to enter the room. our instructions didn't say that. We thought that code is only for the front door. Finally we figured out to go to basement and found our apartment. We were tired and no one was around to ask. At least they should pick up the phone to help us. I talked to owner and he was sorry , I understand it. Other than that we didn't have any issues. This place is close to center by half hour walking., big market Infront of it. Value for the build is good. I am only writing this so others will not face the same thing as us. Thank you.

A cashless option is missing for the city charge, nowadays it is hard to come up with the exact change

It was really nice, the place was clean, neat, quiet accessible, the owner/manager Amir was very friendly and helpful.I will recommend this hotel to anyone, who will need a place to stay in Lisbon.

Great one night stay

Great hotel, I like the concept of no personal interaction. Breakfast needs to have more flexibility. I couldn't get a coffee and an orange juice.... Either or.?

Excellent Place to stay

Excellent room with everything tidy and clean. Very comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast at the bakery was really good as well. I will definitely go back.

Great location opposite to a huge mall and two different metro lines and plenty of restaurants / cafès. On the downside: the walls of the rooms are very thin and you hear a lot of noise from people talking in a normal volume. You hear everytime someone walks in the corridors and doors opening/slamming.

La habitación estaba bien salvo por el olor a humedad. Había una buena limpieza y una rápida respuesta a los mensajes. También tenía buena comunicación con la línea azul del metro.
