The first night we could not sleep well. Everytime someone showered or flushed in an adjacent room, we could hear it as if they were right next to us. We asked to changed room and they obliged until we discovered that it was infested with cockroaches. They were all over. We had booked our stay for 6 nights but checked out after the first night. The staff was very accommodating and friendly but I feel bad for them, having to deal with these issues the management could've and should've fixed.

Great Customer Service and Location

Fantastic hotel with big room and Twin Tower views. Easy connectivity to the mall and PWTC station for commute. Breakfast had a good spread of local and international. Mr Fauzi from front desk was extremely helpful and friendly to guide and provide any customer support.

The breakfast was amazing so many choices. Transport to city right on the doorstep and Sunway Putra mall across the road. Plenty to eat and shopping was very reasonably priced.

Amenities like phone not available in room. Fire alarm went off but no calls from reception as no phone in room. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved. No face towel or hand towel or bath wash provided

definitely not a 5star hotel. during my stay the air condition broke down. inroom desk phone doesnt work. everytime youneed reception you have to go downstair. hotel quite old and beat up they did change my room and floor at 4am cause i cant sleep because of the heat. wasted half of my day because i was told maintenance team will come up but end ip waiting for nothing. i would not.stay here again

Disappointed!!!

The worst experience during check in!!! waited from 2+pm until 10.30pm standing at the lobby......excuse given was we were short of staff and our linen was delayed!!! Worse service ever!!! At least compensate customers with some food and not just the free flow of cold drink......after all we waited for almost 8 hours!!! Worse, I just finished giving training at another hotel. Thought I could rest, but disappointed..... Not sure whether I'll stay here again after this.

All ok except breakfast

I've stayed with Seri Pacific numerous times. Just that breakfast spread during my stay is not up to expectation. Perhaps newly hired staff with a lack of experience or difficulty in hiring experienced staff. Room comfort and facilities are ok. Just that needs to improve on the breakfast.

Wifi is slow, pool is small and crowded with families children playing water, not suitable for relaxing or swimming.

Kettle in the room couldnt function. Hope that the staff there can have a constant check on the electrical appliances, even the smallest thing in the room. Please check everything. Plus, it is better to add more TV channel, to avoid boringness. Overall, the stay was amazing.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big and cosy for my parents. Since it’s connected to the mall, it’s easier for us.

The hotel was nice and clean, with strict SOP due to covid, Beds were comfy, channels was good on TV, and bathroom and room was clean, water pressure was good as well, Staff was friendly and welcoming, will surely come back to this place

I got a leaking pipe from upstairs in my toilet. I'm not sure whether it was clean water or not. Spoiled my rating towards them. However, staff is super friendly. Keep it up!

The staff name Siddique at the counter was amazing. He know how to handle customer very well. We were like old friend. The others staff also very friendly and always smile. The room was superb. I ordered chicken chop for lunch in my room and it was marvellous. You all must try !!!

Good place to stay. Nearby shopping mall... quite and calm place.

Spacious room. Nice working desk with good lighting. Free WiFi with constant access. Very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast suits every taste. Excellent impression. The staff fixed my wardrobe light but it breaks down again so for 2 nights the bedroom cannot be completely darkened.

Great location connected to the trade center with a decent mall with some food options across the street. House meeting was great.

The hotel was close to an indoor mall. It was a couple of minutes to walk to the train station.

i stayed in this property while attendng a course in the same property...near to public transport ktm putra and the sunway putra mall ..so convenient..wll defintely stay here again n the future.. and good food too

Like Good sized room. Good buffet variety. Next to Shopping mall. 24hr KK stall. Dislike 1. No access to belcony. 2. Booked a king size bed but given a triple single bed; asked the staff he said only smoking avail but went ahead to make decision on his own.. Not sure who paid for the room, gv him a lesson since nobody trained him. Hope kenneth learnt his lesson. 3. Other than stubbon kenneth others r feiendly n courteous. 4. Key card suddenly not working, think its the staff mistake again. 5. Mould in the shower room. Overall.. Fine with the hotel. Take note.. Even smoking room the hotier should take step to deodorize it each day through air freshener or air ionizer.. It is easy and make the guest feel someone knows his job as hotelier.

An older property, quite rundown. The room was marketed ad Superior, however it was a budget room with minimal facilities

I have booked a Club room. During check-in the staff told me, that I have a room on their top floor including a nice view, the 30th, right next to their lounge. I was excited to hear this. The only bad thing was, that they only had smoking rooms, depiste booking non-smoking room... I first went to a friends room. It was nice and modern. Looked good, therefore I had high expectations to my room! After I went to the room, I was shocked. The room itself looks old, the furniture was old, out of the 60s. The bathroom and toilet was as well looking old. But the most terrifying thing was the wardrobe. It was supposed to be a wardrobe, but it looked more like something randomly built out of wood... I also didn't had much power socket outlet. Overall, wasn't like their photos on the website! So I went immediat back to the lobby and complaint about the situation. I felt betrayed, paying more for a room compared to my friend, but getting less than her. I told them I want a room change. After my complain I received a room meeting my expectation on the 27th floor. The view was not as good as before. But at least I got the room meeting their photos! The breakfast was ok, buffet style and the check-out went smoothly.

The breakfast served are very basic and do not really justify 5 star rating. The pillow too soft and not comfortable. Except the pillow, everything else are ok

The hotel was good overall, but the facilities seem a bit old. As a vegetarian, I found the breakfast buffet to be very limited. What little options were there, were not replaced quickly, and many dishes were empty for quite a while.

YELLOW BATH WATER

The water for the bathtub was full of rust and it was yellow even after running it for more than 20 minutes.

Convenient to PWTC for my convocation (OUM) during September 2019.

The staff were fantastic, they went out of their way to help us and were a pleasure to deal with. On our second visit our bed was rock hard and we couldn’t sleep, the power points didn’t work. When we spoke to reception they had us moved to another better room within a few hours.

This hotel located in strategic place, breakfast that available was decent ,free parking,fast check in and check out. However, the bed mattress was old and not comfortable to sleep and the room kinda rundown.

Comfy for sleep BUT...

During check in male reception ask me what type I want actually all request I did I form during booking and reservation did sent email what I required for. When I checking the room found out floor carpet not vacuum found food crumbs everywhere near sofa'open curtain to look the view glass mirror a lot of finger print and when I want take a bath shower hose long hair stick on it. Because tired I didnt bother to complaint but next morning i did list down what wrong in my room and past note to Duty Manager on duty. 11am back to the room everything was great thank to him past the message to concern department. Suppose 1st impression counting not after i give feed back just do recovering it bit late. 1 more thing swimming pool close at 6pm??? REALLY...too early for close swimming pool at that time ..thank you

Hotel is gorgeous, but a five star facility is a bold claim. I think cause it’s so big and busy I didn’t feel the most personal touch that I got at some other places. The breakfast buffet has a large variety but I think the food choices and taste could be better. I didn’t find myself finding too many things I resonated with. There were some slight WiFi issues at times that drove me crazy, but overall it was great to stay there, I would recommend it to a friend and I would love to stay there again.

Near to Sunway Putra Mall and public transport. Near to Kampunh Baru ... Everything was okay except the bath tub. A bit dirty and old.
