Spacious Suite, Amazing Location

This place is brilliantly located at the heart of Seville, but not in the bustling touristic center. It's right near Alameda de Hércules, with lots of restaurants and shopping, in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's located near the beautiful river, and about 20-min walking from the city center. The facility is awesome, with huge suites and with great service. Note that they don't have house-keeping, so keeping your room clean and organized is on you.

Great hotel

It was a nice stay but the rooms don’t really have any natural light (windows facing inward) which is a bit of a negative. Other than that, not too bad

Photos are misleading. Pool is the size of a bathtub. The hotel guest services worked very hard to fix our air conditioning.

Would consider as first option

We arrived and had no issues checking in with the self service checkin machine. On arrival to our room there were alot of wear and tear to the apartment and staining on the floors, mat and kitchen chairs. I sent them immediately to the WhatsApp number just to confirm that it was not my family who had caused the dirt and damage, we never received a reply. The apartment was just okay, it could of been amazing if a little effort and maintenance had been applied. I have never stayed at this type of accommodation without any form of cleaning materials being provided, such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets ect but there was a shop a few doors down so this did not cause any issues for me. The only day we seen anyone in reception was the morning of checkout and that was it. Pool area is also nice and relaxing but pool was dirty with bird poop and feathers so we chose not to use it but we did relax on the sun loungers. Shame as this apartment was located in a lovely area and very close to transport links. If I were returning to Seville I would choose somewhere else due to the general cleanliness of the apartment.

The hotel was great in terms of facilities and cleanliness. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred at least one housekeeping visit during our 4-night stay and some fresh towels/linen. We were provided with on request but had to make the bed ourselves! Nevertheless I would recommend this apartment.

Property was really nicely designed and in a good location, 30 Min walk to all main attractions and sights.

It is perfectly located, near non-touristy areas that are quiet and cheap but also near the town centre - 15 min walk. Lovely amenities, very comfy bed. Room nicely sized and has everything you would need. Would only suggest longer staff hours which would be slightly more convenient!

Reception staff very unfriendly / temprature control failure in room could not sleep 2 entire nights / kids and us suffered sleepless night no air no ventilation no ac working - ac system trip very often and restricted - total discomfort - requested full moneyback as compensation - so far no manager called not 1 courtesy call after 1 day of check out - bad experience

In general , hotel is fair. It has been recently renovated and it is acceptable and very well comunícate to visit Sevilla However , wifi does not work despite it is announced and TV at the main suite did not work either Worst part is that , after claiming it twice , nobody did nothing … There was no room cleaning service

Great value for money. Reception is not 24/7, so make the arrangements with them in case of late check in. Rooms are clean and has everything you need. Location is great- many good restaurants are just a few meters away. You van walk into main city centre quite easily. Parking on the street is difficult but not impossible.

Nice place but the WiFi was unreliable

The place was clean and nice just like it looks in the pictures. The WiFi stopped working on day 2, when we complained they told us it will probably be fixed on Monday (the day we left), they refused to offer any temporary solution or compensation One more thing maybe would have been nice and that’s if they left 2 nespresso capsules with the machine. So maybe bring your own

Quality condo located in famous restaurant area.

Great location. Good quality wifi. Pool is small and cold but worth having. Room quality high but the shower was on the small side. The hotel does NOT have a late check out option.

Cool apartment to stay a few days. Perfect for a small family of 3 or 4. The pool is small, but it can be refreshing. It may be hard to find parking close by.

It was walking distance to the places of interests.

Good location for walking to all areas of interest in the centre of Seville. Practical, local supermarket, lots of bars and restaurants close by, roof top terrace perfect for what was required. Will investigate other city Sercotels for future stays

Brilliant accommodation, great location.

We had a great stay here. The accommodation was excellent, very clean and well furnished. Brilliant service from the staff, particularly Barbara who helped us throughout our stay. Convenient location, away from the main tourist areas, around 20 minutes walk to the Cathedral. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by providing a large variety of eating options, and more reasonably priced than those in the city centre. Supermarket close by. The apartment was very quiet, and the design provided very peaceful nights sleep. Can highly recommend.

Personel is friendly. They dont provide coffee pods. Small shower. Bed linen poor quality.

Great Hotel at a good location

The property was clean and well decorated. I had the smallest room since I was traveling alone, and it was just the right size. The washer & dryer was a good add-on. The location was also good. Almost all “sight seeing” spots were within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was clean and the equipment looked brand new. Location was good within easy walking distance of all the main attractions.

Lovely hotel in a great area

The photos of the pool are very misleading. This is a plunge pool and definitely not a swimming pool. We booked the property for access to a swimming pool. Unfortunately it is tiny and if there are people there already, it is unusable.

Fint til overnatning. Du skal ikke være parfume allergiker, da alt lugter, især sengetøjet. Vores værelse lå gennem en masse gange i stueplan, og var ikke så hyggeligt, og alt var lidt klamt, at poolen på taget skyld

Seville est superbe, l'hotel est tres bien situé dans un environnement calme, la chambre est spacieuce et dispose d'une cuisine avec les elements essentiels que nous pouvons trouver dans une cuisine. Lits confortables, salle de bain suffisante, l'accueil sympathique, dispose d'une bagagerie jusqu'à 16h30. Petit bémol : la piscine est trop petite, 6 dans la piscine est le maximum

Son unos excelentes departamentos. No muy amplios, pero tampoco muy pequeños. Ideal para 3 adultos y un niño. Excelentemente ubicados. La atención del encargado es excelente, muy atento. Muy recomendables.

Sehr schönes zweistöckiges Apartment mit Terrasse mit Blick über die Stadt. Es lohnt sich das Apartment im oberen Stockwerk zu buchen.

Todo bien

Un excellent spot pour découvrir Séville. Situé a 20 mn à pieds du centre historique, à côté d’une grande place très prisé par la jeunesse arty pour ces bars et restaurants à tapas. Supérette à côté pour les petites courses. Bon accueil en espagnole ou anglais. L’appartement est confortable, bien équipé et agréable pour se reposer après une journée de visite. Il manque peut être de rangements dans la sdb et la rue est un peu bruyante la nuit. Jolie rooftop avec une petite piscine malheureusement pas en fonction lors de notre séjour. Je recommande cet établissement qui offre un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Appartement sans service

Appartement situé proche des bars mais un peu éloigné du centre historique (2km). Pas pratique : il n’y a pas de carte ni clé, qu’un code. Le problème est que quand le code dysfonctionne, le numéro d’urgence ne répond pas, donc on reste bloqué… inacceptable ! On a demandé un ménage intermédiaire (payant) mais il n’a pas été fait … La piscine sur le toit est vraiment très petite (taille d’une baignoire). De plus la chambre n’était pas prête à l’arrivée alors qu’on avait prévenu que l’on arriverait tôt, même à 15h30 la chambre n’était toujours pas faite. Manque de professionnalisme . Nous ne recommandons pas …

Un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

Le studio est agréable, fonctionnel et bien aménagé, propre et lumineux. La literie est satisfaisante. De nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le personnel est disponible. Un seul inconvénient toutefois, pour les touristes : un peu excentré par rapport aux attractions de la ville (cathédrale, Alcaraz, plaza de Espana). Prévoir 25 à 40mn de marche. J’ai passé malgré tout un très bon séjour (3 nuits), pour un tarif raisonnable et attractif.
