Esta propiedad fué muy accesible y céntrica. La administracion fué muy efectiva en todo momento.La condicion de equipo de cocina y cama, baños muy buenas. El estacionamiento muy bueno y cerca de la entrada del edificio.Hay varias cafeterias y restaurantes caminando. Repetiremos y lo recomiendo.

Great property, excellent value, lots of space and convenience

Very clean and safe

Property is well located. The temperature was far too cold, the bedding inadequate being just a sheet and a very thin “duvet”. In addition on this stay it was noisy as there was work being carried out to the building directly opposite with workers repairing the outside of the building with considerable noise. This was not communicated in advance and was awful. This stay was a complete let down. I had stayed at the property before without such issues. I suggest double checking everything in advance as there is no on site assistance.

Great for a longer stay

Well-sized suite-style room, well-equipped, perfect for a longer stay. Self-check-in did not work, but fortunately there was security person who helped us get in. The place is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the historical center.

Great city hotel in Rioja

Very satisfied when we found the parking which was difficult, also spaces in the car park were absurdly narrow. As there no reception I was lucky to see someone who maintains the suites who guided me to the car park. Once we were in the suite it was very comfortable, safe and central. Would recommend it fir a city break.

Quiet, clean and lot of space

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. luggage storage for early checking was wonderful and very thoughtful. Love all the technology for check-in. Thank you. We will be back

Modern and comfy!

Apartment was modern and clean. Well supplied with cooking utensils. Check in was very easy. Would definitely stay here again! However, for longer stays, the laundry room only has 1 washing machine. On two separate days, I had to go multiple times to see if the washing machine was free as it was in use a lot. The apartment was occasionally a little bit chilly and the heating wasn’t always working.

Extremely clean. It looks like a newly-built establishment that is so tidy and well-furnished. Excellent lay out of space.They provide you with everything you need during your stay.

PERFECT RESTFUL BRAND NEW ACCOMMODATION!

Perfect! Everything we could’ve wanted was in the apartment including washing up liquid, washing up sponge, shampoo, and beautiful towels! It was amazing. Everywhere around there were squares where the dogs could exercise on the grass, children could play safely, lots of bars and cafés. Absolutely perfect! Cleaners came in each day

Modern and very comfortable property

Very nice, modern property with great amenities. Very comfortable. The main attractions of the city are all in a short walking distance while you are in a quiet area at night. While we got email informing that the check-in would be without a live person present, there was a person at a tiny front desk who checked us in and provided directions to the hotel's parking garage. If you plan to park your car at their parking, make arrangements in advance. The only negative was a bad smell in the hall as you enter the hotel and in the stairwell. The rooms did not have any smell. Definitely would stay there again.

Probably best what you can get under 100 bucks! One bedroom unit just a block of walking distance to the historic old town

El hotel está bien situado y las instalaciones son buenas. Está muy limpio y bien equipado. En cuanto al mantenimiento, las paredes de la habitación podrían estar más limpias en algunos puntos.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville à pied. Stationnement disponible sur place moyennant des frais. Check-in sans individu, se fait à l’aide d’un terminal. Coffre-fort, vaisselle disponible, plaque de cuisson, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle et cafetière filtre. Literie et serviettes de qualité. Détecteurs de mouvements dans toutes les pièces de l’appartement.

Todo perfecto!! Lo único que no sabíamos como funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Por la tarde hacia mucha calor y habrimos las ventanas, después por la noche la pasamos bien.

Aparthotel SENZA personale. Check in da remoto ed arrangiarsi. Una volta entrati, appartamento spazioso comodo e ben arredato, letti comodi, teleria bagno di buona qualità . Difficile da oscurare per la notte. A 700 metri dal centro in una zona ricca di attività . Se privilegiate lo spazio ai servizi ( e la convenienza ) e’ un’ottima scelta. Se invece non volete rimanere fuori dalla porta, nonostante abbiate comunicato mail e cellulare , in attesa che una voce al telefono si decida a darvi un codice per entrate …… allora (pagando di più) scegliete un hotel con un receptionsta umano

Es un alojamiento moderno, limpio y cómodo. La cocina es muy buen equipada para estancias cortas, el baño moderno y limpio. La cama y la zona de estar muy cómodas, tranquilas y sin ruidos.

El apartamento muy limpio y funcional.La cocina es un plus ,con placa de 2 fuegos,micro,cafetera electrica,hervidor,lavajillas,frigorifico y menaje.Disponibles te y café soluble.Sencillo check in automatico.Muy recomendable sobre todo para ir con niños.

La calefacción estaba limitada y no se podía subir a 21 grados, tiene stores en las ventanas y por el día entra mucha luz no pudiendo dormir comodamente. Puerta de entrada estropeada y para ir al parking tienes que salir del edificio no hay comunicación directa con las habitaciones

Excelente. Muy limpio, moderno, con todo tipo de detalles. El check-in sin problemas y pudimos disfrutar al día siguiente de Logroño ya que nos dejaron dejar las mochilas en la consigna.

Precioso apartamento para dos personas, o familia con niños. Muy confortable y bien equipado. Muy céntrico. El aparcamiento en la calle está complicado, pero tiene un parking en el que se puede reservar por un coste diario.

En mi opinión le dio a Sercotel 5 estrellas perfectamente. Amabilidad, trato muy bueno, resolutivos, haciendote la estancia agradable y hacer mención al servicio de limpieza . Felicitar a la dirección por el equipo humano que tiene. Un Saludo. Juan

La estancia perfecta. Cerca del casco antiguo y con posibilidad de alquilar parking. El apartamento muy limpio y muy bien equipado.

El apartamento esta genial. Cerca del centro y con muchos servicios en los alrededores.

Instalaciones impecables y atencion del personal muy atenta a cualquier necesidad. Ubicación en zona tranquila y cèntrica, a 100 metros de Gran Via y tan solo a 10 minutos a pie del casco antiguo (Laurel). En futuras visitas repetiremos sin ninguna duda

Pequeño pero funcional

Apartamento pequeño pero funcional. Para pasar unos días cocinando poco es ideal.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, muy amplio, limpio y muy céntrico.

Hemos estado muy cómodos, zona tranquila y para acceder al centro en 5-10 min.

Nuevo y bien situados

Estuvimos solo una noche, pero sirvió para darnos cuenta, que estábamos muy bien situados, y ademas el hotel era genial, comodo, silencioso y nuevo. Muchas opciones para desayunar en las proximidades.

Apartahotel acogedor y muy limpio con opción de parking si se necesita. Bien situado.

El apartamento estaba bien pero fallaban muchos pequeños detalles, manguera de ducha rota, colgador dell papel de wc, mando sin pilas, aire acondicionado que no climatizaba bien, falta de persianas...
