Nice, could be better

Helpful and personable staff (Nicolas, Reyna and the barman at the cafeteria). Cool design and vibe as always at Selinas. Facilities need some love (in the room: curtains didn't close well, lamp broken, dim lighting, cold at night). Competitive price point.

Lush private space in Cusco

I spent 3 nights in a private room in this hotel/hostel. The two sections are separated based on room type. The room was spacious and i appreciated the warm bedding since it was wet season and cold overnight. If i stayed again, i wouldn't pay for breakfast with my booking because the restaurant there has lots of other breakfast options at a similar price and I would have preferred the variety.

The breakfast was quite sad, just toast and jam basically. Room was nice and clean but quite small. It is a bit far from the central plaza and the guy at the front could have been friendlier

When we arrived they did not have the reservation; They do not know the booking system with Expedia. They hesitated to provide accommodation; the heating did not work; the television is totally old and with faults in its transmission. Spiders were found in the sheets and walls, the bathroom showed not cleaning. Bad attention by reception staff, NEGATIVE

Convenient location and helpful staff

Our family of 11 had to move to a hotel after previously laid out plans did not work out. The facility was a bit outdated but it made up for the great staff and location. A simple breakfast is provided.

Check in confuso e demorado Me deram a chave e ao abrir não era do quarto compartilhado que reservei e sim de um quarto privado onde acordei assustado o rapaz que dormia. Após isso o funcionário trocou a chave e me direcionou pra outro quarto, onde a cama que me direcionou estava claramente utilizada por alguém pra sentar e largar coisas em cima, não estando 100% limpa pra uso, mas ao reclamar ele disse que era aquela a minha cama. Tive que aceitar, ainda bem que sempre levo fronhas e lençóis pra esse tipo de situação desconfortável. No check in também não foi orientado sobre onde seria o café (externo), nem onde era a cozinha comum e outras informações básicas. No dia seguinte ao fazer perguntas na recepção só recebi respostas rápidas e sem nenhum cuidado extra. Os banheiros estão descuidados, alguns sem lugar pra pendurar as roupas pro banho ou toalha. Água acumula no chão do banho. Ponto positivo: atendimento no café e comida. Localização também não é muito próxima.

Eu adorei o hotel, tinha visto comentários sobre barulho fiquei 4 dias e em nenhum teve nada pra reclamar. Estava em um quarto individual com banheiro privativo. O quarto tinha água quente, cama confortável, limpo, corredor silencioso. Bem localizado.

Excelente servicio por parte de TODO el staff. Deberían de tener hojas de coca para que los huéspedes dispongan de la hierba al momento de llegar al destino. Y por las noches, asegurarse de apagar las luces de las áreas comunes o jardines, ya que es molesto dormir con las luces que se filtran en las habitaciones. Amé la decoración del lugar. El trato de Héctor en el bar, es sobresaliente.

El servicio y atención al huésped es INCREÍBLE, todo el personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Nuestra habitación siempre estuvo limpia cuando llegábamos, las toallas perfectamente enrolladas, amenidades suficientes para nuestra habitación. La cocina siempre limpia, las áreas comunes también, y la decoración del hostal es HERMOSA. Las habitaciones tienen calentadores que ayudan mucho con el tema de las bajas temperaturas de Cusco. El servicio del bar a cargo de Héctor es I N C R E Ì B L E. Tiene todo para brillar, te hace la plàtica, te da recomendaciones y es muy atento y servicial. La comida que te ofrecen en el restaurante es deliciosa, pero debería de tener platillos tìpicos de la región. El único pero que le pongo es que està poco alejado de la Plaza de las Armas.
