This is an excellent property, We stayed as a family with our 7 year old for 4 nights. The facilities are perfect for this resort to have an nice rejuvenation. The all inclusive food package was very good. There is a 24x7 restaurant which came in handy as we reached the hotel only by 11pm and the main restroom was closed so we could eat here. We stayed at the Superior room it was a class apart. They toilets had bidets. Only few drawbacks i found were that even though they say the rooms are air conditioned it actually isn’t. When i enquired why the room wasn’t cooling they said , Quote “ I(receptionist)spoke with the technical service department and because of the weather conditions and many claims about the cold weather they decided to turn off the cooling system.“ it was difficult to sleep at 26-27degree celcius inside the room. Finally after 2 days of argument they provided me a fan. I couldn’t leave the windows open also because from 9pm to 1am every night there is very very loud disco/karoake. Another drawback I found is the bathrooms have no doors which is a privacy issue when you have kids. Also the toilet and ensuits have only a glass door(frosted glass) but everything is visible from outside, we found that very difficult. Apart from this everything was top notch. I would highly recommend

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the wonderful Selectum Luxury Resort Belek and what a great experience it was from the minute we stepped into the resort till the minute we departed. We would like to say the biggest thanks to Samet & Handan (guest relations) for the superb hospitality we were provided throughout our stay! Samet & Handan were always friendly, attentive and went over and above to ensure we had an unforgettable stay - it was truly a pleasure getting to know you both and look forward to crossing paths in the near future. The hotel itself, facilities and entertainment was 11/10 and couldn’t fault it at all. Rooms were lovely and spacious and resort is spotless throughout. Location is great and only a 35 minute transfer from the Antalya airport. We would highly recommend the resort to friends and families. Samet thank you once again to you in particular and the Selectum team for an unforgettable holiday.

Very good

Music was too loud till midnight. The service from Samet Sillet was superb. Without him we would have found it hard to communicate with the customer relations team as they didn’t speak much English.

Superb Holiday

We had a fantastic time! The service was impeccable, and the food options were excellent, including plenty of choices for kids. There was something for everyone, with great activities for families and adults alike. Sebiha and Samet were wonderful hosts who made our stay truly memorable. We can't wait to return and wholeheartedly recommend this place.

It was good experience, staff was doing their best and this was really helpful and good.

This resort offers premium amenities, high-quality dining options, and excellent customer service. Ms. Gecem from the guest services department and the front office manager, Mr. Ozgur, were extremely attentive and helpful. Kudos to both! I recommend it to everyone who wants to experience a luxury all-inclusive resort.

Hotel need to improve the cleaning staff practice and also need to accommodate the staff in a good manner and should give them free laundry service.

Beautiful but not good service with room

3 nights, two King rooms, $750 each with balcony/porch with jacuzzi and partial view of sea. We lost power two times. One room had a bad smell in the room on 1st and last day (air conditioner, smell like toilet leak somewhere). They never gave me the WhatsApp contact for personal relations, until night before we left. I contacted them 3x with no response.

Food was delicious, staff are always helpful and smiling, pools and seaside is beautiful --- Some parts of aquapark facility was not working, some stations for water, ice-cream etc. was not open

Hotel is good, food tasty, good quality and variety of drinks. Clean facility. Pillows uncomfortable. Tennis courts in poor condition. Overall had a great time.

Compared to last year's stay, the aquapark was closed, the family restaurant was closed. No alert or informatio' was provided in advance, only when we reached the hotel we discovered that these 2 great options are not available. Having that information would have impacted our decision to book.

We have arrived with our young baby and the room was right in front the SArena, very loud music was up until 2AM, not reasonable at any way. We couldn't get a decent sleep all through this week. Besides, the rest was fine BUT it's hard to enjoy when you're tired. So unfortunately I won't recommend this resort.

Excellent hotel. With amazing views. Food was very good. Staff went beyond to take care of any issues we had. Mojtaba went way and beyond for helping us achieve a great stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself is nice, food is decent , staff most of them are amazing, but it was very hot and we always had issues with the air-conditioning in the room, even the lobby and the restaurant they were very hot. Also as an expedia VIP hotel they didn't give us any of the perks promised, they even don't know anything about the program.

A magic kids village!

Excellent place for families and kids! Kids felts as they are in an magic land : the restaurant, the aqua park, the room the garden, all is designed kids-friendly!

It's fully recommended ... amazing teams from reception, guest relations, house keeping&cleaning team, animation, spa and lifeguards ... they made our vacation magnificent.

Generally a positive experience. The family room given to us was a little disappointing, you would think it's common sense to offer a male themed room to a family with boys. I appreciate they did suggest an alternative but that was no better.I didn't even think I would needto request this. The check in was cold and could have been friendlier, hardly much of a welcome. Although we appreciated the early check in, thank you. We spent the first few hours in the room getting the room in order. Telephone and TV wasn't working.

Excellent hotel

When we arrived it looked really stunning from the entrance then we entered no one speaks good English staff and mangers were VERY RUDE, unfriendly and not helpful. The rooms were dark and smelled really musty to the point my 4 year old said she didn’t want to stay and wanted to go home. They showed us two different level rooms and both were not 5* standard. They sat us at a table to fill out forms which had food and dirt on it. The service was so bad I was actually in tears thinking I’ve spent so much money and ruined my family’s holiday. It got to a point we’re my husband said let’s just leave so we left at 11pm to go to another hotel. In my opinion not a 5*!!! more like a 4* if you like Morden, fresh classy places DO NOT STAY HERE save your money. The kids club is in a small little indoor room, not enough space for them to enjoy themselves. We ended up staying at the Rixos which in my opinion was so much better, Clearner, better customer service, the kids club was amazing me and my husband could actually enjoy dinner the beach and pool whilst they also got to enjoy themselves.

Excellent service throughout, definitely recommend it

rooms and staff are great, but that's where the positives end. food was below par (something i'm not used to in turkey) plus there is not enough space to sit all the guests at the main restaurant, you're always looking/fighting for an available table... the main bar has no background music of any kind so you're listening to everyones conversations all the time (and mostly in Russian as well), the fitness/pool area closes at 19:00 so forget about your late evening workouts.

it was worse than expected

the three first days were accellent . I enjoyed my stay in whole 100 % . the territory and the hotel were clean . the room - comfortable , the personal - very friendly . the personal assistant Ekateryna and her manager Diana just outstanding . but after that the rain started !!! and ruined everything (apart from the perfect work of the personal) ! a water inserted from balcony door to the room and turned it to the lake ))) . in many areas in a hotel appeared drippings and puddles . The hotel is not ready for winter . not at all ! but i plane to return in summer

Memorable experience in the beautiful Belek

Amazing resort for a great vacation. The food is EVERYWHERE and available 24/7, and mouth-watering dishes and desserts. Will come again to the same resort for sure. Also; the rooms are very clean, the whatsapp service upon checkin is very convenient. Finally, the facilities, pool, arcade room, theatre, circus shows, DJ parties, it’s a full package and amazing getaway for everyone.

The resort is unique and luxurious. There is lots to do for kids, the kids club is of a very high standard. This resort caters for both families and couples. The only frustrating thing i would say, is that most staff do not speak English, therefore you will struggle to communicate. Having said this, the staff will go and find another member if staff who can speak English so that they can translate communication just takes a bit longer. The head chef at Puppy's restaurant 'Etam' was amazing, he listened to our requests and delivered to a high standard. Also to mention Elif and her team, who were excellent at rectifying any issues to make your stay amazing. Overall this is an excellent resort and you will NOT be disappointed !

On arrival we was greeted with Champaign and chocolates. Julia from guest relations made us feel very welcome and checked us in whilst we enjoyed our drink in the lobby. When in the lobby my son realized he had left his phone in the Taxi. I made Julia aware of this and they contacted the taxi company and within an hour the phone was returned. Thank you so much Julia and Grand transfers for your honesty. Iphone X’s are not cheap! The interior of the hotel is amazing. Myself and my two sons shared a luxury room with sea views. When booking the room I was unable to book a triple but this was not a problem. The room was very large with probably the biggest double bed I’ve ever slept in and a large single put up bed, both of which had memory foam matrasses and was extremely comfortable. There was a number of restaurants and bars within the hotel complex. All of which was excellent. I would recommend booking up the a’lacarte restaurants as early as possible as we missed out on the steak house restaurant. Service inside the restaurants and around the pool was excellent. At the end of most nights we ended up playing cards in the lobby or on the terrace. Big thanks to Our friendly bar man/ Waiter “Hasan Uslu” made sure our drinks and snacks was kept topped up. The entertainment both in the day and evening was good. Loved it!

We were here for 3 nights and could have easily stayed for 5. Super property in an equally good location. My kid had a great time too with so many pools and play areas. The food was good and the choice of drinks was fantastic. The property rates as super luxury and it does justice to its name and photos. We loved the overall experience.

I like design of family suits, walking around with many things for kids. Like puppies world very much. I wish they open it more than 4 hours a day.. so the kids can enjoy it more. I liked the main restaurant.. but i think in summer it will be crowded.. it should be larger

Good hotel but not comfortable

We stay in the family area which have main restaurant offering 3 meals in the day we very disappointed to know that the quality not the same as the main restaurant in the main hotel area and going to the main restaurant from the family territory it's not easy with to kids the hotel offering bagy service to the main hotel building but not comfortable it's not coming in time. The room very good and the beds very comfortable also the pools are very clean and the food in the main restaurant is good . The cleaning service also good. Enjoy your stay I recommend the main building not the family territory.

It was Sb amazing experience of staying in an all inclusive resort with delicious food , respectful stafff and state of art indoor and out door facilities. Room size was so big and nicely stylish placed furniture gave it very homely touch.

It was amazing . Especially out house keeper Fatma Sesli Ayak went way beyond our expectations. I never been to same resort twice within a week because of the attention of housekeeper before . In this case her excellent care and attention to detail brought me back to this hotel so fast . Also Mr Hakan was so helpful along with the rest of the stuff . They have very good DJ and broadway quality shows .

It was a relaxing stay

The overall experience was good. I will start by negatives first: -The staff don't speak English, some of them understand a little. -There was no activity at the hotel and was so boring especially at night, I guess because still the season didn't start, but the hotel beside us, the activity was on fire, beach as well as musics and parties at night. -The AC system is central, so if one room asked that AC is cold, all other rooms should follows, we suffered a lot from this point, it was so hot and we couldn't sleep at night, the hotel solve the problem partially and change our room to garden view so we can opened the balcony and take a natural cold air. -The restaurant is ok but not the best. -My iPhone wireless headphones (Eearpods) was disappeared from the room and I am sure 1000% that I left it there, I don't want to say it was stolen but take care of your personal belongings. -The Watersport activity was super expensive as well as concierge services (e.g. renting car). Positives: -The staff are very very cooperative, smiley and wish to help. -The hotel is clean and new, rooms are big. -The price per night including all inclusive was great. -Clean beach side and swimming pools. -Good desserts everywhere. -Fast check in and check out. If you asked me will you repeat the stay again ? I will answer yes.

Besonders die Vielfalt der Snackbars, die den ganzen Tag über leckere Snacks und Getränke boten, hat uns begeistert. Auch die große Auswahl an Aktivitäten war beeindruckend: Von Wasserrutschen über Tennis bis hin zu den fantastischen Abendveranstaltungen, die jeden Abend unter einem neuen Motto stattfanden. Diese Events machten den Aufenthalt besonders unterhaltsam. Der Strand war sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Bequeme Liegen und der exzellente Service direkt am Strand sorgten für perfekte Entspannung. Auch hier wurde stets auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Es gibt nur kleine Kritikpunkte: Der Essbereich könnte etwas größer sein, und das Buffetessen war gut, aber es gibt noch Potenzial zur Verbesserung. Auch fehlte in den Zimmern ein Schminktisch, was meine Frau vermisste. Insgesamt war es ein fantastischer Urlaub, und wir freuen uns schon, nächstes Jahr länge

I believe that this time stay, our summer holiday, was the best. The hotel offers fantastic cuisine, amenities, and so on. The most important thing is that hotel hosts, Handan hanim and Silllet bay, offered us warm and professional services. Thanks to their excellent hospitality, we could make our memorable holiday. Besides, the hotel rooms and facilities are great. I strongly recommend a stay here.

Otelin dekorunu, yemeklerini, hizmetini, tüm imkanlarını çok beğendik. Çok havuz var ve havuzlar çok kalabalık olmuyor. Yemekleri muhteşem. Tasarımı inanılmaz göz alıcı. Animasyonlar ve partiler çok kaliteli. Hem çocuk için, hem yetişkin için çok güzel bir otel. Otel konaklamamızda her detayla yakından ilgilenen Handan ve Nehir Hanım’a ve çok lezzetli yemekler için şeflere ve tüm otel personeline çok teşekkür ederiz.

Leider hat das Hotel im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Besuch abgebaut. Man erkennt einen deutlichen Wartungsstau in den Gebäuden der Anlage. Die Zimmerreinigung ist ebenfalls leider negativ anzumerken. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr gut.

Bin sehr begeistert alles 1a. Speiseauswahl, Snacks, Vitamin Bar, Getränke, Cocktails alles top.

Unser Hotelaufenthalt war hervorragend, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Das Hotel bietet zahlreiche Optionen für Kinder. Die Auswahl und Qualität des Essens waren fantastisch, vor allem die frisch gebackenen Brote, die Gözleme und die Grillgerichte am Snackbar waren köstlich. Leider gab es jedoch ein großes Problem mit dem Besteck im Buffetrestaurant. Es mangelte ständig an Löffeln für Kleinkinder, und manchmal fehlten sogar komplett Bestecksets an den Tischen – entweder nur Messer, nur Gabeln oder sogar nur Servietten. Es war eine Herausforderung, Besteck zu finden, und das Personal musste fast immer aus der Küche welches holen. Abgesehen von diesem Problem fanden wir die Angebote des Hotels sehr gut.

everything was super, but their are no transfer from the hotel to Belek or somewhere, only taxi , no bus too. the taxe from hotel to the airport war excelent, also the driver.

Konforlu bir konaklama

Ramazan bayramı süresince oldukça konforlu ve güzel bir konaklama oldu. Tekrar konaklama için tercih edeceğimiz hizmeti üstdüzey bir otel.

Das Hotel und die Hotelanlage haben uns sehr gefallen. Vor allem der Kinderbereich mit Kiss-Club und Kinder-Aquapark. Das Essen war TipTop und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insbesondere das Housekeeping-Personal (insbesondere Emine) haben das Zimmer einwandfrei gehalten. Einziger Schwachpunkt: Aquapark für Erwachsene geschlossen, dafür durfte man ab 5 Übernachtungen ins Land of Legends!!!

We have mixed feelings about the Selectum Hotel.

Some super and very poor services not worthy of 5*.. The hotel could use a renovation. Soundproofing 0. Above the beach, the party ends after midnight. I do not recommend it for those who want to relax. Lots of cigarette butts thrown in the sand next to beach sunbeds. Guests do it, you have to talk to them normally...Pools are very cold.Staff at the reception could be faster and more helpful.I don't like being made to look stupid. Room change. They wanted to exchange a superior room for a standard room in the worst location. The restaurant is good and everyone is nice. There is a wide selection of food. Vegyes érzelmeink vannak a Selectum Hotelel kapcsolatban. Valami szuper és nagyon gyenge 5*-hoz nem méltó szolgáltatások.. Hotelre egy felújítás ráférne. Hangszigetelés 0.Tengerpart felöl éjfél után van vége a bulinak. Pihenni vágyóknak nem ajánlom. Tengerparti napozó ágyak mellett rengeteg cigicsikk eldobálva a homokba. Vendégek csinálják rájuk kell normálisan szólni... Medencék nagyon hidegek. Személyzet lehetne a recepción gyorsabb és segítőkészebb. Nem szeretem ha hülyének néznek. Szoba csere. Superior szobát a legrosszabb helyen lévő standard szobára akarták kicserélni. Az étterem jó és mindenki kedves. Ételekből bőséges választék van.

Stay Away from This Run-Down Hotel!

I recently stayed at Selectum Luxury Hotel and would like to start by thanking Mahshid and Faryal at guest relations, Elyas at the main restaurant, and Tarkan at the main bar for their exceptional service. However, unfortunately, my overall experience at the hotel was negative. Firstly, Ali at reception was the worst staff member I encountered during my stay. He was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests with their queries, which left a bad taste in my mouth. The bar man at the pool seemed to only care about Russian guests and had a very disrespectful manner towards others! Additionally, most of the hotel staff could not speak English well, which made communication difficult. Furthermore, the hotel was very dark everywhere - from the stairs and corridors to the rooms themselves. This made it difficult to navigate around the hotel. The food served at the hotel was not up to par with what I expected from a luxury hotel. - it was the same every day and lacked variety.The quality of the food was also subpar. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Selectum Luxury Hotel based on my experience. While there were a few standout staff members who provided excellent service, it was overshadowed by the negative aspects of my stay.
