Overall stay was pleasant. Hotel was clean and caters for adults. Air conditioning was turned off during my stay. Food was average as most items were cold. Variety of food was good. Staff needs to be more customer oriented and more friendly

Antalya trip

It was very nice stay..we were busy with the activities that they make all the time like water gym, water polo, dart, badminton, and beach volleyball. Also they have activities through out the week like boat trip, gala dinner, pool party, and color party, in addition to that they have a show every single night, and for Disco fans the make free transportation for Disco nights twice a week.. actually it was a lovely stay i would do it again definitely. I need to mention also that the animation staff were so friendly and nice specially eda and cihan. I will have to say that the restaurants and bars staff need to be more professional and to be English speakers.

Middle of nowhere hotels

I had dioreah for the last four days of my five day stay at this all inclusive HOTEL so my judgement of the food on offer was tainted by this somewhat. Suffice to say the Turkish vegetarian, salad and fruit options on the buffet meals looked good enough but the meat dishes all looked overcooked and/or greasy. The air condiditining would sometimes be switched off, almost always in the very slow lifts, in many public areas of the hotel and sometimes for no apparent reason even in the rooms when no doubt the hotel management presumed the rooms were no in use. No coherent reason was ever given for this except that yes they were working on the aircon system. The hotel was sited between another much grander looking hotel on one side and a building site on the other. Unlike the hotels in Side several kilometres away there was nowhere to go promenading outside the hotel complex and only the small and over priced Lyra Park Mall intended for hotel guests which the hotel provided a small shuttle bus to and from. "Dullsville" in the extreme. What a thoroughly disappointing place for a holiday. The staff had no idea how to mix cocktails and none of the bars appeared to have a cocktail shaker between them. Most of the guests were Russian and they didn't seem to mind either way. Some staff were nice but spoke almost no English. Other staff including the concierge were surly and unfriendly. This was the most dismal hotel stay of my life and I have had a few.

Excellent hotel close to the beach and lovely staf

This was an experience to remember the only negative point was the AC. It was very hot and we had to sleep in this heat and humid weather, it was very uncomfortable indeed. The hotel staff went out of their way to give us a pleasant stay, the food was excellent and the location and hotel were modern and new, the view was excellent. Only one message to the hotel FIX THE AIRCONDITIONING. I will certainly go back again without a doubt, Hopefully the AC would be working

It took almost 45 minutes to check in. Front desk staff have to be more courteous and trained to deal with their guests. General Manager and the Executive cheff were extremely helpful resolving issues.

On a passé 10 nuits à cet hôtel de 15/07/2024 au 25/07/2024. Le personnel était très serviable et gentil. Je voudrais en nommer quelques-uns pour les remercier : Eugenia ( accueil des visiteurs), Sukru, Sehriban, Merve. La chambre était avec 2 lits vue sur la mer, mais les lits étaient trop étroits (90 cm de largeur). Malgré la largeur, les lits étaient confortables. L'isolation est bien. La plage est privée, bien surveillée et à 5 min. à pied de l'hôtel. Il y a des douches et des cabines pour se changer. Sur la plage il y a un bar avec des boissons locales et importé et un snack bar qui sert des salades, des BBQ, des fruits, des pizzas et des hamburgers et cheeseburgers. Assez varié pour ne pas revenir au restaurant de l'hôtel. Nous avons aimé le Wi-Fi gratuit (inclus dans le prix) partout, même sur la plage. Très rapide, 6 Gbit/s. On pouvait facilement envoyer des vidéos via WhatsApp en tout temps et dans n'importe quel endroit de l'hôtel. Le coffre fort aussi est inclus dans le prix. Sauna et hammam étaient en marche. Il y avait beaucoup d'activités à côté de la piscine. Le soir il y avait des divertissements avec des soirées dansantes sur la zone avec le sol en marbre, qui se trouve entre le bar de la plage et la plage. Les décorations ont été adoptées à un thème de la soirée. La musique était multiculturelle, très adaptée aux différentes cultures des visiteurs.

Moin Das hotel ist schon heruntergekommen Das personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich Essen gabs jeden tag das selbe und war nicht wirklich lecker Entertaimant war grauenhaft Es hat vielen nicht gefallen und sind schon ftühzeitig aufs zimmer gegangen ausser die zahlreichen besoffenen russen die fanden das toll Ich emphele das hotel auf gar kein fall weiter Es ist sehr sehr langweilig

Super Hotel für Erwachsene! Der Service ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Spa Bereich mit sehr gutem Personal! Jeden Tag unterhaltsame Veranstaltungen und Partys mit Niveau am Strand! Perfekt für junge Leute und Singles. Komme gerne wieder! Danke für den wunderschönen Urlaub:)

Yemekleri çok kötü ,kötüden kastim ;yemekler bir iki çeşit ve sanırım kalitesiz yağ ve malzeme kullanılıyordu, Deniz rahatsız edebilecek şekilde dalgalı ,şezlongların bir kısmı ücretli,Denize giremeden bir tatil yaptık ,Yetersiz personelden kaynaklı hizmet gecikmesi

Memnun kaldım tekrar ziyaret edeceğim

Mükemmel bir hizmet aldığımı düşünüyorum, odalar temiz, personel A’dan Z’ye aşırı ilgiliydi. Bugüne kadar bir çok her şey otelde tatil yapmış bulundum personelin en ilgili olduğu otel diyebilirim. Yetişkin konsepti benim için çok iyi oldu bu sayede kafa dinleyecek ortamlar bulabildim. Tam kapanmanın olduğu, müziğin yasak olduğu döneme denk geldim, bu sebeple etkinlikler hakkında yorumsuzum, önceki senelerde yapılan etkinlikler baya iyiymiş, tekrar ziyaret edeceğim. Kaldığım oda standart otel odalarına göre daha büyüktü, belirtmekte fayda var her standart oda binanın mimarisi gereği aynı boyutlarda değil, bazı odaların balkonu büyük bazı odaların da oda kısmı, yine standartların üstünde denebilir.

Calisanlar oldukca icten , samimi, guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi. Tam anlamiyla kendimizi evde hissettik . Yemekler lezzetli ve sunumlar gayet basariliydi. Yeniden gidecegiz.

De receptionist, die de general manager bleek te zijn, was haastig en zeer ongeïnteresseerd. De airco op onze kamer werkte niet. De zeep automaat en de ophanghaakjes vielen van de muur. 's Avonds heel veel last van het entertainment programma van het naast gelegen hotel. Door de herrie konden we 's avonds niet op het balkon zitten. In de avond was er slechts een bar open. Daar was veel te weinig personeel en veel te weinig glazen. Je kreeg daardoor je wijn en bier in warme glazen, die net uit de afwasmachine kwamen.

Yemekler Aşevi kalitesinde

Temizlik ve konfor iyi, lakin personel sıfır, yemek kalitesi eksi yirmilerde, Otel değil sanki suriyelilerin Aşevi. Tatilin sonuna kadar dahi bekleyemedim parasını verdiğim halde bir gün önceden çıkış yaptım.

Fotoğraf ve bilgi hilesi

Rezervasyon için baktığımız sayfada bize odada 2 yatak olduğu gösterildi ancak gerçekte 1 yatak 1 çekyat vardı. Fotoğraf hilesi kullanıyorlar. Otel görevlileri ile görüştüğümüzde ise çekyatın da yatak olduğu söyledi ve çarşaf serdiler. Odamız veya çekyat değiştirilmedi. Eğer odanızı paylaşacaksanız ikinci yatak ibaresine kanmayın. Bilgilendirme eksiklikleri çok fazlaydı. Otel yerli misafirleriyle yeterli ilgilenmiyordu. Etkinliklerden daima son anda haberimiz oldu.
