The location is great and the overall lobby design is so modern and unique. Staffs are very nice and friendly, was able to do early check in, this helped a lot! Love our stay and will definitely come back.

Nice hotel walkable from Central Station. Modern hotel and felt very fresh. Room small but more than adequate for our stay. Not impressed with staff attitude for check in or check out. Very offhand at check in and walked off before we could ask her any questions, had to wait until she helped someone else and then noticed us still sitting where she had left us. Check out was just as bad, the guy practically just grabbed the keycards out of my hand no hope you had a pleasant stay, goodbye or thank you! My staff and service score would have been a 1 star were it not for 3 lovely girls on reception during our stay who were fabulous and chatted while we were waiting in reception, helped us with directions and generally acted as I would expect staff in hospitality to do

No AC on Hot Nights

The staff was wonderful, but the air conditioner was broken during our stay and the room was 80 degrees at night. They provided us a fan and suggested we open the windows, but the lack of outlets and furniture made it difficult to set up. We ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed with the fan balanced on our luggage. To get the breeze from the window we could not close the curtains which meant the sun was shining in our room at 4:30 am. We spent most of our time out and about, so the other hotel amenities seemed fine, but as sleep was the most important thing we were to do there, it was a difficult stay.

Fine for a solar traveler or if you don’t intend t

The room is very small, it does not have a table, so not suitable for a business traveler. They do have a nice common public space downstairs. The café in the hotel was very nice. The room itself was fine, with blackout curtains and a hot shower. It would be very tight to have two people in the room I stayed at. But, its location is great and if you don’t intend to stay in your room much, I think it’s fine for a few days. One other thing: there were no closets in the room some, so be prepared to hang up just a few things on the pegs on the wall.

Liked everything

Good location and budged friendly. Rooms are old and there is only central air conditioning - which they are not willing to use. Basically rooms get very hot during the summer (and probably cold during the winter). No tables to put your stuf on.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to plenty of great bars, cafes, and restaurants. If you get there in the middle of the night though, and everywhere is closed, don't worry. The friendly and helpful team can knock together some great midnight treats. The rooms are fine, if you're just looking for somewhere clean, with a comfy bed and a decent shower. Even the windowless rooms are perfectly fine (remember, in the summer, it is 22+ hours of daylight in Stockholm). I'd be happy to recommend this hotel, and I hope I'll be back soon.

A couple days in Stockholm. Hotel was a short walk from the train station, very convenient. I got in early and they had lockers you set a code for to store luggage which was very convenient. Very cute lobby/lounge area. Room was small but that’s typical in Europe. Staff very friendly.

The sign in for the room was a non responsive tablet and a pain in the ass. The room needed a key card to turn on the lights and did not have a sign explaining this. The hotel cheaped out by not providing shampoo, claiming body wash was good enough and that it would make guests take showers faster. Hard pass.

Perfect location for getting around, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Easy check in and check out. Basic room but very cosy and had everything you need for a couple of days stay. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Excellent value in the city centre

Super location right on the edge of the downtown area, and one block away from the pedestrian shopping artery that runs through the city centre. Clean and modern, comfortable but small rooms and smiley reception staff who are happy to help in any way.

The staff was helpful enough but as a customer staying on the 6th floor and having no control over the temperature in our room and not being able to open the windows (even a crack) was extremely annoying. Due to our own personal reasons, we need the room to be cooler at night and this is a system controlled A/C system. Our room was way to hot for us. Also, since we could not control the A/C we could not even just run the A/C circulation fan in the room. The staff kindly let us use some tiny fan that we plugged in and helped immensely but I would not stay here again due to the A/C decision.

Amazing stay ! We really enjoyed the proximity to everything in town. It was super easy for the checkin process and even the checkout. The rooms were as described. The bedding and the size of the room were as detailed. The design was minimal and fit the purpose of our stay. The staff were super friendly and amazing. The fact there is a luggage storage area is great for going out and about when you’ve checked out. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks so much Scandic Go

Good for your budget

This hotel is for budget travelers and i would not recommend statying here is you are looking for some comfort. Rooms are tiny with no chair or desk. There is no breakfast included and cleaning comes at a cost. There is no water in the rooms. Lighting was terrible and the TV did not allow regular TV unless this was done through a QR code which did not work for me. The only positive here is that the location is near the shopping street. There is a wonderul cafe Doge - a few blocks up for coffee in the morning.

I had a great stay at the hotel. There were places to eat nearby.

This hotel feels tailored for Gen-Z travelers, backpackers, and those used to hostel vibes, but at a higher price point. From check-in to controlling the TV, everything is done through your phone, which gives it a modern, tech-driven feel. The room itself had a clinical, almost hospital-like design, with more mirrors than storage space for your luggage or toiletries. While the area is quiet and safe, there isn’t much to do, and most restaurants were closed during my stay—except for an Italian spot across the street. The staff were friendly and attentive, but overall, I’d rate the experience 4 out of 10. I’d recommend it only if you’re a backpacker or just looking for a minimalist place to crash.

The room probably needs better lighting

Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel for a solo city break to Stockholm. The rooms are compact but very well thought out. Staff are lovely and the communal/lobby areas are really nice. Perfect location for transport links and exploring the city! I’d definitely book again.

Little Stockholm Gem

Love this little hotel with a modern Scandinavian vibe. Immaculate and well decorated, nice lobby cafe and working space. Our room was tiny, yet still very comfortable and well appointed. Our go-to spot in Stockholm, hope to stay there again soon.

Good price and close to Arlanda express and taxi’s. Room was small but clean- my issue is for the price I don’t want to do an exhausting self checkin at a kiosk inputting page after page of address phone and passport info.

The property is a total yes if you’re going to Stockholm for a short time. The property is 10 min walk from the city central station, close to restaurants and bars. You can walk easily to main attractions and the property is self service. One thing I did not like was that housekeeping is not included however this could be due to the brand.

Good location and price. First hoteI I stayed at with monitor, but no TV channels, you had to use your mobile or laptop to output on the monitor. Missed news channels.

The staff was very helpful and friendly whenever we had a question or concern. It was nice to have a washer/dryer there, but there was only one and it took 5 - 6 hours for it to complete one load of laundry. It was difficult to find a time when it was empty, so I got up at 12:30 in the morning to do laundry.

Honestly i think i got a bit of a dud room in that it was level 1 overlooking a bleak area of inner rooftop .. upper floors i imagine are much better.. really amazing staff and location so easy to access the city ..

I really enjoyed my stay at Scandic Go. Both check in and check out were very straightforward, and they were even able to accommodate my early arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful too. The hotel is in a central location, with great transport links. The metro is less than 10minutes walk away and there are lots of nearby restaurants. I’d recommend La Neta, which is around the corner, for Mexican food. However, there did seem to be a slight lack of security, I could get easily onto my floor without needing a key card which could pose a potential risk. My room was a good size and clean. There were sufficient plugs and the light features were very convenient e.g. dimming ability. The design of the hotel and room were refreshing and modern. I also loved that I could use my phone to watch Netflix on the tv. My room was at the front of the building so it did get occasionally noisy, such as bins being emptied and people coming back late. I found the pillows were a bit soft for my liking and ended up hurting my neck towards the end of my stay. The other issue I had was with the room temperature, I found it was cold and despite increasing the temperature using the thermostat it never really changed. It also would’ve been nice to have a small fridge in the room for drinks. I will admit I didn’t try raising these issues with staff so there may have been a simple fix. Overall, I had a great time at this establishment and would definitely go back.

Very helpful staff!! There is one washer/dryer for the entire hotel. It was free for guests to use and the detergent was provided - however, It took 5 hours to run through both cycles and nearly impossible to find it unoccupied. I got up at 12:30 AM to put laundry in the machine.

Our room was very small. We borrowed a chair from the lobby so we could have at least one place to sit in the room besides the bed or toilet.

The room was small but we’ll designed but for a couple of issues The shower was excellent The TV was difficult to navigate and stated it didn’t do ‘old skool’ TV programmes which we wanted. The TV also wanted us to use our phones to use for entertainment but we wanted to give are phones a rest The room heat exceeded 24c just after midnight but the climate control wasn’t able to reduce the heat and the windows are sealed

Did not like being told on arrival that they were overbooked and may need to go to another of there hotels. We booked months ahead. Had to wait while staff talked to management to find us a room. We finally did get a room and didn’t have to change.

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again it’s very basic, you have to pay for cleaning your room. The air con is centralised which hardly works. There are no sofas or chairs in the room if your friends want to come & relax with you. Initially they gave me a disable room, the shower was awful which flooded most of the bathroom. Location wise, it’s in good area but I won’t be staying at this hotel again if I ever visit Stockholm.

Very good budget hotel with clean room, comfortable bed, good shower and that's about it. A/C wasn't up to much, but staff supplied a fan.

Great stay in a good location for everything. Only issue was the shower - I couldnt get the temperature to be hot and it was either very cold or just cold. I don't know if I couldn't get it to work properly. Other than that, brilliant stay and would book again.

Love this concept in a hotel!

Thoroughly updated historic hotel, with a very hip and modern vibe. The entrance is not the typical reception area as it appeared more like a comfortable cafeteria and lounge; check in was done by touchpad (with help if you needed). The hotel was an easy walk to the train station but was very safe and quiet. Our spacious room had a great view and was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food and coffee (for purchase) was great.

This was the perfect hotel for a short stay in Stockholm! The area had good food around it and the service was excellent. The hotel is mostly digital and we had no problems at all. The beds were comfortable and provided all the necessities at an economical price. The rooms were smaller than typical, which was to be expected given the concept of the "Go", but still plenty of space for 2 people. They used the space really efficiently. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were very helpful. The area is downtown but quiet with restaurants and the main shopping street just around the corner. Our room looked into a construction zone over a roof in the center non courtyard area. We just kept the shears closed. Common spaces were good for relaxing after a day exploring. Food to order was really good.

Clean and comfortable. Room was on the smaller side but it was well designed so never felt cramped or like there was a lack of space.

Awesome location and for a small room, it was well organized and the space was thoughtfully designed.

We were after something central, affordable and this hotel ticked those boxes. We opted for a room without a window as it was even more affordable but were there so little it didn't bother us. The hotel was very quiet, we didn't really see many other guests while we were there. It's relatively central, just a 20 minute walk to the waterfront and the Old Town, and really close to the train stations, so a great location for us. It's all self service when you arrive, so not only do you not see many guests, you don't see many staff either which is a bit strange but it didn't bother us too much. Overall, a good hotel, convenient, quiet and would stay again.

No frills at its best

Checkin and check out was painless. There's no facilities in the room, not even a waste bin. There are free laundry facilities (it will take several hours to wash and dry your clothes so be warned).

You're not right amongst the action but there's a few cafes and bars around. Still, you're barely 5 minutes walk to the start of the city centre anyway, with the central train and metro station about 10 minutes walk away. I got the windowless room by choice (i.e. budget reasons), but was pleasantly surprised by the skylight, which also has a motorised blind to control the amount of light you want. There's a common area that doubles as the lobby and a cafe on the ground floor that's staffed pretty much 24/7 with a choice of food, drink, and seating arrangements. The laundry is free. But there is only one washing machine and one dryer though so be prepared to wait or be flexible.

This property was an easy walk from the Stockholm Central Station. It is also very well situated for restaurants, shopping and old town. Trams are a very short walk away as well. The hotel room was clean, the staff amazingly helpful and the breakfast was something that we looked forward to each day.

it was just an overnight stay, really, but it was cozy. my room was the small kind, but was very functional and actually quite tastefully furnished. (I think I came across as somewhat jerkish towards the night clerk at the reception when I arrived. my apologies for that, it wasn't my intention)

Weekend away with friends

Good location close to central station & only 15mins walk from The Old Town. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is amazing, so much choice & fresh quality food. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The room is nice and clean. The hotel is located at the center of the city. It is easy to walk from the central train station to the hotel, or from the hotel to museums and city hall. The breakfast was included. We really enjoyed the stay.

Great budget hotel close to the main station and excellent links to the airport. Walkable to the old town and beyond. Staff were great, yes rooms are small but absolutely fine for a few nights stay. Clean warm and tidy throughout. Fantastic free breakfast with hot and cold options. Tea and coffee available as well throughout the day. No issues through out our stay and recommend this hotel.

Very good overall, but the breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel... we had to return to the room and try in different times to try to get a table... too overcrowded... all the rest was very good

Fantastic Visit

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff helpful. I was surprised to be told the room would not be cleaned unless we asked, but when it was explained this was part of their environmental campaign it became more acceptable. In fact the bin was emptied on one day. We stayed 3 nights so the lack of cleaning was not a problem. We don't change our towels every day at home. The only thing I missed was tea and coffee facilities in the room. The hotel is centrally located so very easy to walk to most parts of the city. Overall we had a great visit.

Central hotel with tiny rooms.

The rooms are tiny and you don’t even have space to put down the suitcase without having to step over it coming in and out from the room. The AC doesn’t go lower than 23’C, and windows can’t be opened. The bathroom was nice and clean. The staff was nice. Limited options for breakfast, but you have the basics.

The property exceeded all expectations: the room was big , spacious, and had large windows so we're full of natural light. Don't be deceived by the plain grey hallways, because the rooms are bright and lovely! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic - a really good array of food and lots of it! There is definitely something for everyone! The location is also good!

The room size for the basic room is very small however, it felt adequate as the space was highly functional, with hooks everywhere for things to be hung, giant drawer under the bed for luggage storage. Everything was very well thought of and designed. An absolute value for money.
