Ok hotel depends on what price you get it for.

Was an ok experience. The place is quite loud alot of wedding events untill very late. Sometimes till 2am which was annoying. The staff are very nice however the room is fair but not a true 5 star more of a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok nothing special very average.

New hotel with great dining (excellent buffet), excellent staff and service ! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay as no request was too much for the staff … probably the best value for money hotel in Baroda !

Front office standards have dropped significantly and I can say that because I have been staying at Sayaji near Bimanith bridge for the past 6 years consequently and at times twice a year, the service level when it first opened was exceptional unmatched and second to none wow everyone delivered exceptional exceptional service at the front desk but one bad Apple spoiled the whole overall experience. Not Recommended

Door lock never repaired, refrigerator was replaced but new unit worked poorly, spots on all furniture, served water in bottles with seals broken, reception staff not friendly, difficult to understand and and answers were incomplete.

Five star property Great food

Excellent Vegetarian breakfast. Staff would come over very quickly for any room service request. Reception were very helpful in giving us extra time to check out.

Overall good experience

Hallways too noisy for me

The room was large, but very hot when we got in. There were no towels in my room so I had to call down after my shower, which was annoying. Overall it was comfortable enough for a night stay, but the hallways were very echoey - you could hear everyone walking, talking and slamming their doors. Because of the noise factor I’m not sure I’d stay again.

Short little stay at Sayaji

The hotel is good but lacks in few basic amenities. The food service can be better and quick.

The hotel was really well maintained. The staff was friendly. Overall stay and food was really good.

Excellent service

The service at this hotel was impeccable--concierge was right on--great restaurant recommendations, drivers were polite and accommodating. I stayed in the suite--nice and spacious and serviceable but the bed and sheets were not of high quality--but that was to be expected in a smaller city like Baroda. It was just fine for a one-night's stay while on a business trip.

Vadodara

Not really a “Western” hotel but more of a local experience and enjoyable for it. Restaurant is simple but the Indian buffet was really good, authentic local food really well done. Rooms were ok. I was there only one night and it was perfectly good for that. Could possibly lack some facilities for a longer stay. Service and personnel were very good and friendly.

Excellent policies: free unlimited water, free snacks in room, free cut fruits per day, no tipping policy. Rooms were world class level. Mouthwatering food at reasonable price

Excellent and god food

One word sums it up"OUTSTANDING" in all areas was superior and matched next to none and the service level was above and beyond this was our fourth time staying at the Sayaji and rest assured it will definitely not be the last.

Nice clean rooms with friendly staff right from reception. Ala-cart served on the rooftop has great ambience. Good food quality with nice breakfast spread.

Not very good experience

Staff is trying to get too personal. I did not like the fact that they cant allow your friend to come see me if they dont bring ID. It seems they see you as terrorist or criminal.

Convenient Location, Great Service

It’s a newly constructed facility with great location and excellent service. Staff was very professional and helpful throughout the stay. Only downside was th ongoing construction. The property is still undergoing completion and as a result there is constant noise throughout the day. If possible, request rooms at lower levels since most of the work is towards the top.

綺麗で安心して泊まれるホテルでした

ディワリ期間にも関わらず、当日のディナー予約にも対応していただきました。フロントでの説明も丁寧で良かったです。部屋も綺麗で、無料のお菓子などもついていました。 夕食はビュッフェ形式でしたが、料理の種類は多数ありました。また味も良かったです。もう少しインド料理以外があると嬉しいです。
