I am fond of all properties of Sarovar. It’s home away from home. In one word my experience was awesome.

We Were forced to attend and pay Gala dinner on 31st night and it was a poor show for the money we paid ....pathetic crowd and poor quality of entertainment was organised for the amount that they had charged ...food was just ok for the brand name that we had paid for

The check in is alright. The hotel food is good, just that we didn't get chance to try roof top grill as weather is good and food may get cold too quickly. Happy with the 1st floor food. Wanted to compliment one of the waitress (slightly dark with specs). Had a fall at the restaurant, hurt my knee, lips and hands, straight away asked if needed ice, that helps to reduce the swelling, great 1st aid. Hotel assist with our car transport which we had some mishap with our original arrangement. The room attendant also deserve some compliments, ensure room guest has addition towels. Overall value for money place to stay. Check out quite swift.

While checking in, it looked like a fish market at front desk, there was only 1 receptionist, had asked to speak with front office manager about the service at front desk, he mentioned it's the company policy to have one person to serve at desk. While checking out I settled my in the night to avoid fish market at morning, person name yuvraj asked one training person to see my bill to make sure I had no outside bills while right on my face he was busy checking personal stuff on the phone.i had to carry my own luggage until my car. Very poor service at the front desk to bell desk, I believe lack of management is the concern. The room was very comfortable and clean, also restaurant food was delicious and so as great service.

Nice hotel with unpleasant staff

Staff was very unpleasant at times and gave us a very hard time about extending our stay. Other than that the hotel was very clean and had all the necessary resources.

Avoid year end party extra pay

Hotel rooms and breakfast is good. Gym is not properly maintained. Hotel Mandatorily charged 2950 pp for year end party though it was mainly for alchohol and non veg food. Veg food quality and variety was not upto mark at new year party. we haven't use any alcholol and non veg food, since we are pure vegetarian. Better to avoid this by pure vegetarians during year end party time.

Good place to stay in a nice and clean hotel. Market is also close to this place which is an added advantage

It was really a comfortable stay. Food was also good. But snacks variety in dinner should be increased.

Some issues

The elevator is quite small and slow. Out of the two elevators, one was always kept shut down. The pool is only for namesake. Very small and not worth using.

Noisy & costly

1) Noisy... Thru the night, the kitchen next door ruined our sleep 2) Costly 3) The rooftop pool is a bad joke 4) The so called gym, a poor joke 5) We were "upgraded to a premium room"... U gotto see it... Such a big rip off.

Good hotel for long stay

Best facility is open terrace dining space where u have access to bar, snacks and pool at 9th floor. Gym also avlbl but with limited space and equipments. Buffet was average. Staff is good. Overall good.

Good for families couples n business travellers

The rooms were very clean n customers are treated very well. The staff is very supportive n quick to respond. Would highly recommend a stay at this Hotel

Beautiful serene hotel in Jaipur

I stayed for a day, and it was cool staying in Sarovar Portico, away from the hustle bustle of the city in a serene and peaceful location. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Food is another thing which I liked here.

The hotel was excellent and staff behaviour and staff also good. But I think room was lit bit small for travellers and good for business people and executives. Also hotel had good ambience.

Comfortable, value for money but needs improveme

Stayed for 1 night on short business trip. Good comfortable rooms, pleasant staff specially at Reception, Peaceful location and a prominent Mall within 1.5 Kms. One major concern though was that entire set of towels in the washroom looked rugged-old, Not befitting a class of Sarovar group of Hotels. Overall pleasant stay

Good business standard hotel

Enjoyed my stay especially the great Jaipur grill restaurant on the roof at night was great ... I would say that the location is not convenient as its a good 30-40 mins to the pink city... And same to the airport but it's a good business standard hotel with great food so u don't need to go out if u don't want to... The front desk staff could have been more helpful but overall a good experience.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff were efficient and courteous. The food in Pavilion is consistently good. Only problem was with noise from adjacent rooms/corridor.

Very nice hotel

It is a value for money. They gave a complimentary breakfast which was awesome. They kept almost everything in the room such a biscuits, chips and fully equipped mini bar too. But for all these they charge additional. At the least they should provide water bottle freely.

Front desk people were very cooperative, arranged vehicles for drop pickup sightseeing. And also for early check out at 5 am given packed breakfast. Overall nice stay

Most disgusted hotel in hospitality industry. Cheap & poor communication skills at front desk office who are just spoiling the brand value. No refund yet.

Nice hospitality & stay

Ours was a comfortable stay with nice amenities. Options in TV channels are fewer. At least running current events channels like FIFA World Cup 2014 which was at its peak during the time should be made available.

Room anterior was too good ...... I forgot all my tentions and felt relaxed , from shower to bed everything was giving heavenly feeling

Quite a pleasant experience

A little way out of our way but this was one of the better hotels we had been to. Since i had recommended this to my family, it only made sense for it to turn out a good experience. And it did. Well done.

good business hotel

I stayed here for 3 days on company visit. The hotel location is very close to my office hence convenient. Away from all the crowd in city junction. It is a good business hotel. However the bed was very soft - felt like quick sand. I developed neck pain. Others may like this sort of bed. I asked for replacement, the hotel had no other option. Room service food was okay. But however there is a very nice restaurant just 100 feet away - offering good veg food at budget prices. The complimentary breakfast was well spread and ok. The staff are helpful. Would again stay if they change the bed.

GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY !

A new and very well kept property. Room decor, amenities, interior set ups were very good. Very impressive Roof Top Restaurant. Wish they would serve a La Carte Menu!
