Decent location but way overpriced for the small room with no dining and scarce ammenities

5 min walk from metro... 15 mins from centeal station.... room ha everything i needed and was clean..... would deffo use this hotel again.....

It was simple but warm blankets were not available

For 2 two nights we stayed in this hotel, didnt change the beddings even some marks of stained on it. Noisy on the other room . Smell cigarette in our room ,not sure where the smell coming from.

This hotel is very old. There is no phone in the room so you will need to go down to the reception each time you need something. They are very helpful and will provide the necessities if you ask. However, certain items such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, hair dryer should already be in the room without the need to ask. We stayed for one night and couldn't wait to leave.

Ok for 1 night

We checked in late after a long train ride, subway ride, and walk with luggage. The check-in person wanted to keep our passports until checkout the following morning which was odd and we refused. He took a picture with his cell phone. The room itself was okay. We booked three beds. The shower was leaking right out of the wall and there was no hot water. It was right off the reception desk and we heard the phone ringing and people coming in all night. It was for one night sleeping but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great stay. Not luxurious hotel, but comfortable and clean. Staff are very nice and the hotel is ~8 min walk from subway. The area is just a little run-down but I felt safe. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a affordable stay.

Dirty, smelly and noisy

This is the worst hotel I have been, dirty, smelly noisy no elevetor. This hotel is not better than a shelter.

Very happy customers

We had to move from the Milano hostel (would NOT reccomend) and hotel Sara was amazing, decent size rooms beautiful area, the only downfall was how small the showers were but not an issue, Thankyou hotel Sara!

Unpleasant experience

Had a dirty blood stained bed cover and a cold room was informed that the heating wasn't on till 6pm because it was on a control. The breakfast was mediocre the croissants were stale and obviously a few days old. Would not suggest you stay here ☹️

Bad Stay

I would not recommend it. Staff in not friendly. No heat during the day. They have the heat on a timer that gives you heat on and off from 7pm through 6am. I had a discussion with the clerk regarding heat because my kids and wife were cold and they would not provide any heat during the first morning we woke up. No real breakfast. In my opinion it should not be listed in Hotels.com. We stayed on the first floor, but still had to climb stairs to get there. I did not see any elevator.

Convenient and safe

5 min walk from Metro M1&2 station, street parking was super easy at apprx 5 Euro per day during weekday, and my room was clean and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. I would stay here again. Oh also, one of the best cappuccino I've had at free breakfast!

for a two stars hotel...i think it is a very good option to take for a short period when traveling as a tourist. Positive: -high speed free wifi -close to loreto metro station -close to Buenos Aires street -quiet area Negative: -small rooms -very small toilet -poor breakfast

Average hotel for the money

We weren't expecting a palace when booking this hotel, but would say it's nothing special, but ok for a cheap hotel just outside of the main centre. We had a small back-room, it was clean but basic. The shower was tiny, you could just about turn round in it, but it was powerful and hot. The air-con didnt work, there's no tea/coffee making facilities, but they did supply soap and shampoo. Breakfast was basic, coffee, tea, coissants, fruit juice, jams, small packs of crispbreads. It was more than 10 mins walk from Centrale Train Station, and not easy to find from the nearest subway station. Fairly quiet location and friendly staff.

Decent lodging for a good price

Came whit no expectarions, and was pleasentky suprised. The service was quick and pleasant. The rooms had aircon and good clean bathrooms, easy wifi. Only thing that could hace been better was a mini fridge for water and the bed could have been a bit comfier. Still slept good all the same.

Comfy bed and nice views

Stayed for one night in the single room. The room had all you need, comfortable bed, a spot for laptop work and a hot shower. Access to balcony was a nice surprise!

La posizione della struttura è buona (4/5 minuti dalla fermata metro Loreto). La camera era un po' vecchiotta (come tutta la struttura) ma pulito.

Hotel vecchio, con camere vecchie, poco pulite, assenza di ascensore ( un disabile o una persona con problemi motori nok potrebbe salire in alcun modo ); I servizi sono praticamente assenti. Hotel da incubo!!

Struttura vecchia con moquette anni 80 a costi elevati…sconsigliata se non in casi di emergenza (come il mio). ottima solo la location

Hôtel avec chambre propre et literie correcte. Petit déjeuner moyen. Par contre Hotel très bruyant la nuit, dû essentiellement au gérant. Le soir passage de beaucoup de monde à la réception qui discute toute la nuit. Obligé de sortie à 23h30 de la chambre pour demander que le bruit cesse.

Отель "Сара" удачно расположен в пешей доступности от метро Loreto, где пересекаются 2 линии: зеленая (2 станции до центрального вокзала) и красной (5 станций до DUOMO). Отелем управляет китайская семья: очень вежливые и приветливые. Белье и полотенца белоснежные. Для отеля 2 звезды хорошие условия проживания. Wi-Fi бесплатный, отлично работает.

Good location, but you get what you pay for

The location of this hotell is quite close to the central station (15min by walk and two stations by train). The metro station Loreto contain both Red and Green line which makes it easy to get around in Milan (1,5€ per trip). The staff are limited in English although one of them speaks fluent. However they are friendly with a smile on their faces and tries their best. The front desk is always staffed. The rooms are Ok, it's not super fancy in either size or furniturewise yet they are clean. I had two different rooms (one single with a balcony for a start then a twin when a friend arrived). The AC / ventilation system is limited, ours wasn't even possible to turn on in any of the rooms. The location of the TV is a bit suspicious and the shower was a bit small in the twin room (bathtub in the single room was nice though). But the water pressure and temperature was good! The breakfast wasn't that funny so I'd recommend a cafeteria or such nearby instead. The pictures aren't up to date but what to expect on hotels.com

Wenn man schon in Mailand ist, sollte man wissen, dass dieses Hotel von Asiaten geführt wird. Da fehlt halt das italienische Flair schon ein bisschen... sonst ok.

Buona comparazione Qualita/Prezzo

Ho soggiornato due notti all'hotel Sara e mi sono trovata nel complesso molto bene. La struttura e in po vecchia e avrebbe bisogno di essere risistemata, ma il personale e cortesissimo e la camera era pulitissima. Considerato il prezzo, quindi, ho trovato il tutto molto adeguato. La colazione era inclusa, ma io non ne ho usufruito dovendo uscire molto presto. Comunque, se avessi bisogno, ci tornerei.

pessima struttura con camere piccolissime, strette, scomode e maleodoranti. inoltre la struttura è in una posizione complicata per raggiungere la metro più vicina.

Bem localizado

Hotel bem localizado, porém um cheiro forte é insuportável de cigarro!!! Um barulho com uma criança chorando sempre... uma limpeza boa... mas frio.. o aquecimento muito precário só liga em deprimindo horário 18:00 e demora para ficar quentinho!!! Os donos apensar de não entender nada por serem asiáticos foram bem simpáticos !!! Café da manhã simples mas muito bom!!!

Hotellet stank gammal frityrsmet, allt var som insmort i fett, möblerna vile man inte röra och golvet fettpolerat. Packade inte ens upp väskan. Frukosten har jag ingen aning om, jag ville bara komma därifrån!! Det enda positiva var duschen, mycket bra tryck på vattnet.

엘리베이터가 없어서 무거운 짐을 들고 올라가기가 좀 힘들었던 것 빼고는 전반적으로 나쁘지 않은 호텔입니다. 로레또 역에서도 가깝고, 중국인이 운영하고 있더군요!

Die Zimmer sind klein und ringhörig, aber Preis/Leistung ist top.

Hotel pro nenáročné, s dobrou dostupností

Hotel byl spíše pro nenáročné klienty, kteří hotel využijí jen k přespání. Výhodou je vzálenost ke stanici metra, cca 5 min. Hotel je starší, ale není špinavý. Recepční k nám byli vždy vstřícní. Snídaně ok. Cena odpovídá kvalitě. :)
