The room is well equipped and made for an enjoyable stay. The location and views are amazing. Having been to SaPa many times, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. This hotel is a short walk to the station for the train to Fansipan, also SaPa lake and the church. The hotel is on the road to Cat Cat village, which for me is totally walkable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!
The hotel is conveniently located to the area attractions with many coffee/dining options and shops. It has an incredible view of the mountains and rice terraces. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Buffet breakfast was decent—can’t expect too much at this rate. The room is basic and the bathroom could use some adjustments to make it fully functional and comfortable. Overall, it was a reasonable value for the money.
Nice, but noisy
The room and hotel were nice and clean, but they put me directly above the front entrance and it was quite noisy. The picture window mainly showed the other guests at the coffee shop… I recommend a stay, but avoid the 2nd floor, if possible!
The location and the view in higher floors r the reason to choose this hotel.
Good location, amazing view
We stayed at the Sapa VISTA hotel and had the mountain view room and words cannot describe the view we had. So much so that other people were comming to the lobby of the hotel to take pictures. We definitely suggest staying here, centrally located, although a bit of walking uphill is required to get to the city center.
Cozy Hotel in good location
Hotel was as described in the listing. Even though it was so cold during our week of stay, the staff (esp the lady receptionist) was all smile and friendly. It was a hassle free trip as we the hotel was able to suggest and plan itineraries for us. The view from the room was awesome too! The location is fantastic, short walking distance to shopping
The counter staff on check in day was superb. However, when we were checking out and asked for help with directions and taxi booking to the bus station, another staff was dismal and could not be bothered to be of any assistance.
Room for improvement
We stayed here on a trekking visit to Sapa. Tip - ask for a sealed room as the one we stayed in had an opening by the side of the window onto the landing beside the lifts. It took us a while to figure out where conversation was coming from. Additionally, only one side of the building has views. On the other it looks over what appears to be a cable car or light railway construction site. Breakfast could be improved. Views are amazing.
Nice hotel BUT be careful!
Travelling with my two teenage children and booked 3 nights at Sapa Vista hotel through expedia. We booked a delux family room with a double bed, a single bed, with a beatiful mountain view balcony room. HOWEVER when we checked in, the hotel staff gave us a room with a queen bed, and told us they going to bring a single mattress for us! Straight away I said to them this was not the room I booked. they then took me to a room on level 3... and yes there were 2 beds but outside, instead of a glorious mountain view, we got an ugly view of a big power poles with power lines!!! I was very frustrated by then! So I talked to the supervisor..... At the end, they finally gave us the exact room we booked, a spacious family room with 2 beds and beautiful view on level 5. Overall we enjoyed our stay in sapa, vista hotel have good view of the mountains from rooms on level 5 to 7.... however not happy with checking in and the room issues. Hotel staffs need to make sure their guests get the right room they booked.
Great hotel with amazing views.
Amazing mountainside views at this hotel. Comfortable beds and good showers with plenty of hot water. Had an excellent stay here. The hotel staff were great. The only minus for me was the breakfast.
The stay at Sapa Vista hotel was excellent. They organized a lot of stuff for us. They fixed a good guide for trekking, organized further transport and had a good laundry service. Web also had a good meal in the restaurant. The staff is is super friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room because they had one available when we arrived. The view was fantastic! I only have good things to say about this hotel. I highly recommend it if you are staying in Sapa for more than one night and want some comfort.
The most amazing view from this hotel. So helpful with local tours for both group or private options.
Most amazing views!
Obliging and friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay.
Wonderful view, helpful staff
Made our trip to sapa very easy, fair and honest in booking walking tours and buses to hanoi etc.
nice place for good price
the hotel was better than I anticipated. Very cloudy around the area, but the window was nice and big. the shower water was too weak
Just for the view
Awesome view. Comfy beds. BUT... horrible breakfast, little to no housekeeping and frustrating wifi. Staff is better suited to a hostel.
great mountain sight but bad balcony sound
Good mountain view but got very noisy early in the morning from the vehicles moving below my room. Should have better sound proof balcony glass door. As a result my sleep was adversely affected. Another negative pt, although the hotel is 5 month old but its condition looks like 5 year old . Need better property maintence.

I like the view from the window to see the valley, while the hotel is not so far from the Downtown. Service is warm and pleasant. Bike rental is available, laundry upon request...
