Good location
Pleasant hotel, close walking distance to town centre. Bed was ok I guess, a touch hard but pillows good and had good shower. Breakfast was nice.
Great value. Large rooms. Central but quiet
Love this hotel!!
Love this hotel staff lovey - arranged all travel and gave great advice, good location too
I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa. Multi-lingual hotel manager and all the staff were outstanding in their friendliness, helpfulness, breakfast service… everyone at this hotel made a big effort to make me feel comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with many options and served in a beautiful dining room. My room was comfortable with nice pillows, sheets and comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with lots of hot water. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location for seeing the sights around Sapa town.
This was a great hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast, and it's in a great location in Sapa.
Mountain View no more!
I have stayed here before hence I rebooked. But the weather was cold and misty throughout and in fact no view at all! A large hotel is being built just in front of the Elegance which sabotages its advantages. Indeed, post-Covid, Sapa as a whole is pretty depressed not the fun it used to be. But staff helpful and friendly as before. We sat around a log fire trying to keep warm..
It's in a quiet location in Sapa, and has good sized rooms with all the usual facilities you need, recommended.
Everyone here is super helpful and efficient! Nice place with a great view. I highly re ommend it.
The balconies are small and face the area under construction. In another area that does not turn to the area under construction, the rooms are very old and maintained at a low level
Fabric on chairs in room heavily stained, made one not sit on. Mouldy teraline curtains. TV reception poor. Wi fi poor Poor welcoming. Breakfast very ordinary. Room was not I booked. Construction work of lift near bedroom, offered a room on 4th or 5th floor. Unable to walk up many stairs. Checked out a day early as it did not have a nice vibe.
Lovely hotel in central location
This was a nice hotel with spacious rooms and a big comfortable bed. They offered a tour of the villages/ rice terraces for 18 dollars but we rented two motorbikes with drivers and did the same tour for £18.00 for two persons and two drivers. The room was clean and had tea and coffee , with little free toiletries. The hotel was on a small hill about a three minute walk but in centre of town with restaurants/ shops on yr doorstep. Many local village people offer u treks in the village.Cat cat village can be easily reached by a short downhill walk or by taxi motorbike 100000vnd (£2.50 return)).i had a tummy bug on my last day and the sweet reception girl allowed me to rest in their spa until it was my time to go.very friendly place
Good
Really good hotel. Only missing a lift. Really helpful receptionist. Good breakfast. If I only have some good weather...
This place was over the top friendly, helpful, and very comfortable. They went out of their way to ensure I had a great time in Sapa. I would definitely recommend his place - clean, comfortable, right near the center of town, and the best staff.
Quiet location, short walk to central square. Nice clean room
Amazing staff, comfy beds
Phuong was Fantastic. She was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was great but she is what put this hotel above any others I've stayed in in Sapa
Pleasant stay
We only stayed for one night. the room was fine and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast wasn't as good as most we had in Vietnam though.
Sapa town
Very good I enjoyed the staying value for money nice area and save
Great hotel. Great staff.
We loved our stay in Sapa. The hotel was wonderful. Situated on a hill in a quiet area the hotel was only a 2 minute walk from the main street. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful with organizing transportation to local sightseeing areas. Breakfast was delicious with a menu with numerous choices - the banana pancakes are amazing! I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Quiet hotel
We were really saddened by the town of Sapa it is one huge construction site covered in dust! But to find our hotel up a quiet street away from the noise was a huge relief! The staff here are welcoming, caring and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and ok. We had a late train and they didn't mind us hanging around the foyer and offered us showers, lychees and tea. We made a little friend who keep us company (Z I am not sure of the spelling) A great stay!
Good location, great staff
Enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Felt right at home especially with their 3 dogs and their little boy running around. Breakfast was filling, they always made sure we had enough to eat. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to help us with planning our time in SaPa.
Boutique hotel close to everything
Hotel and staff great for the price .stayed for 4nights .weather hasn't been very kind to us very heavy mist so you can't see much, you are up in the clouds tho ,but had one day of sunshine were we went up mount Fransipan on the cable car .definetely a must do .
Great spot in Sapa!
Excellent hotel, somewhat quieter than the others. The room was great, the beds were just a little too hardnfor my liking. The service was wonderful, everyone was kind and helpful.
Wonderful experience. Surprised me with a birthday cake and flowers. Thank you all staff. Clean room, great location.
nice hotel.
beautiful hotel, big and very clean room. the breakfast is very tasty. the reception girl very helpful and nice.
Great room and excellent friendly staff
We had an excellent stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. We were even invited to join them one night for a special dinner in the lead up to Tet - a rare privilege. The room was great value - spacious, heating was good, great for us and our 3 yr old to spread out for four days. It's also in a super convenient location, just metres from the town square but still quiet. Sapa was blanketed in fog the whole time but was nonetheless beautiful. We loved our stay in Sapa and will definitely return to the Sapa Elegance.
Great value
Great location and really excellent staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Good service and location
I'm satisfied with this hotel. One disadvantage is that the breakfast has limited foods. Staffs are very enthusiastic and helpful. And it is located in the center, near western town so it is very easy to move and do entertainment.
5 Star service at a 3 Star Price
Looking for a hotel close to the action but away from all the noisy traffic (1 block from cathedral) with friendly, attentive, curtious and professional staff. Book this place. Ms Phuong is the super star at this place. Having someone with incredible local knowledge with the highest standards in hotel professionalism saved me time and made Sapa such a heart warming experience. The food is your typical Vietnamese breakfast made to order, so it comes out hot and delicious. The rooms are enormous, large enough to layout any wet items you may have from your day of adventuring or trekking. All booked at the hotel less then I could find else where. The room may be a little tired but the bed is one of the most comfortable I slept on anywhere is Vietnam. Overal this is great value for the money. I spent 3 nights here and was sad when I left. Thank you Ms Phuong.
Perfect hotel
This hotel has the perfect combination of quality rooms, great location, great price, and very friendly staff. they did anything possible to help us with everything we needed and when we left to catch the night train they even gave us snacks and drinks for the trip! 5/5
Nice hotel in good location
Very close to the center of Sapa, 3 min walk to the church and sapa square. Staff are kind and speaking English well. They can arrange tour and minibus back to Laocai at reasonable price. But unlike the outside, room condition is not so updated and ,in humid day, mold smelling a lot.
good to stay
Staff are very helful. Breakfast is great. I recommend this hotel.
great
very nice and clean
good choise for a family
pleasent, enjoyed. the family room is big with nice balcony.
Great location with view
Helpful staff greeted us with a complimentary drink and were very friendly. Great spot just a short walk to town square and main streets. Nice breakfast.
Nice view and friendly staff
We stayed for three nights in this hotel. Very convenient location in the town and everything is clean and neat. The room, with a cute balcony, is facing the square and church. The view is particularly amazing during sunrise and sunset. The staff are nice and the complementary breakfast is delicious!
Very cozy hotel. Convinent to town centre.
Wounderful staff & owners. They engaged with guests to make stay memorable. Breakfast was great - Vietnamese style.
Peaceful but near city center
Only 5 mins walk to city center. Recommend room 302 and 303...big balcony.
3 days in Sapa..
Descent place to stay, large rooms, very basic, great location, not guest friendly.
Nice quiet stay
This was a wonderful place to stay after 3 days of trekking. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I was able to leave my bags in the hotel after checkout until it was time to board my bus for the train. I would most definitely stay here again.
Great Customer Service
We stayed here for two nights. The staff is really helpful especially if you need to book a hike or a taxi. The hotel itself is in a great area. The room (beds, floors, etc.) is clean. The doors to the outside have a gap so that small insects can come in and the bathroom does have a bit of mold. However, for the cost, we were satisfied with the stay and would come back.
A nice stay for a family
We stayed for two nights and we were quite comfortable. We had heat in our room which was a plus as some of the other guests did not. So if traveling in the cool season make sure you ask if your room as a heating unit. The reception was friendly and helpful.
Close to downtown Sapa. Nice handicraft shops, cafes & restaurants. Easy to get around.
Very friendly and reasonably priced hotel.
for the price we were very happy with our stay here. The family and staff were very friendly and always sharing some food or drink with us and being genuinely friendly. The hotel is in a very good location for the town square and restaurants. We were there in off season and the hotel does not have central heat however the beds have an electric blanket so we were very cozy.
Overview i'm okey with the room but, ...
I have been there for two nights (booked via expedia), and i saw from their site is if u stay two or more than, they would pick up u from Loa Kai station for free ( but i dont notice that just only booking from their site ) . By the time i been there, they came pick up and dont tell me anything about the pick up cost untill I was check out !!!! --> may be this is normal but for me i think they should tell me at frist day i'm check in. The hotel have no good information for the guest ex. Travel guide , clear map , rule of sapa etc... For motorcycle rentel ; we have to ware a helmet all the time we ride , even the hotel staff did not tell u to wear or not . My case the staff just show me that they were have that but dont tell me any vietnam rule !!! , __and also my bad__ i think the rule that might same as the other up - country of SE-Asia . I know that it's not exactly the hotel false but I expected to get more information or help form the hotel but i did not.
Lovely hotel.
Lovely hotel, easy to find and close to the central area. All the staff very nice and helpful.
Good choice in Sapa
The family room is well laid out. Location is OK, but Sapa in general is pretty small. The main pitfall is the tiny water tank supporting the shower; they'd be way better off swapping the tank-based device for a demand water heater. This way, you'd get more than 5 minutes of hot water and not have to wait 15-20 minutes between people.
quaint hotel with a view
Great view and great value. Support nice staff that really caters to families.
Welcoming and great view
Very warm welcome. Big and clean room. Nice view
Family rooms are great
Our stay at Sapa Elegance was very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and the family room that sleeps 4 was perfect for us. The location is out of the hustle but still convenient to get everywhere easily. Breakfast was simple but yummy! I recommend to stay 2 or 3 nights at least in Sapa. I could've stayed a week easily.
A bit expensive, 24$ per night when othera more in the center offers 15$. Good breakfast, weak wifi in the room and no a/c. Near to trees so many bugs. Good bed and service is good and helps.
Great staff, great location, great experience
Really kind staff. They helped us with several other travel arrangements. They had a washroom to use prior to our trek. Laundry was great. Good experience. Highly recommended.
Great location +beautiful scenery, no lift though!
The hotel is simple and comfortable, a great location in the middle of town with friendly and helpful staff. It is up a small hill and then has no lift (we were staying on the 5th floor) which after a day of trekking is a little tiring. However the view from our bedroom balcony was certainly worth the few extra steps!
Nice hotel close to everything, Quiet,
Excellent service. Staff very helpful with all requests. Assistance with phone calls, bookings and extra services. Stairs to rooms and small hill to hotel from main drag, No A/C but fans provided Lovely room with comfortable bed (not too hard), safe, great shower. Shuttle bus didnt take us up the small hill. Suitcases could be a problem for some.
Nice hotel, closed to town, and shops.
Beautiful small town, interesting people to see and enjoyed beautiful sceneries.
Rooms were clean enough. Breakfast wasn't served in a buffet style and is limited to 1 serving so it was not so enjoyable. Service staff was just average. Not the best we received in vietnam.
good hotel
I recomend this location. Irs clean, good location and the front desk is nice,
lice place to stay
This is a very pleasant small hotel slowly being extended/ The staff were very helpul and the hotel is 5 minute walk from the market. A nice touch... as we left the reception asked to see our passport. Why? Just to make sure you have not left them behind.
Hotel in a great location.
The hotel was close to town and various restaurants. Rooms were very spacious.
BEST.VIETNAM.HOTEL.EVER
We arrived at 6:30am by overnight train from Hanoi and the town was misty/cold. The hotel is across from Sapa church, everything is w/n walking distance. The hotel was full so we couldn’t check in that early. But the receptionist let us use their lobby bathroom to freshen up and held our bags while we checked out the town. A room was ready for us by 11am. The hotel opened about 1yr ago so their rooms are one of the cleanest and modern looking in all of Vietnam. The décor is colorful, charming and each room comes with a balcony overlooking Sapa. The beds are very comfortable, comforters are thick, high quality sheets and bathrooms have a walk-in glass shower! Towels were arranged in animal designs on the bed. The breakfast was simple, but it was free, filling and tasted good. You get 1 food item (pho, pancakes or eggs) and 1 drink. If you want to do laundry, ask the hotel or you can wash your clothes and hang them up to dry on the roof. It gets sunny and hot in Sapa around 11am, temps reach about 85F. Service was superb. The receptionist was very knowledgeable. She recommended places to see and rented us a motorbike for $8 a day and enabled us to cover the entire city in 1 day. After we checked out, they held our luggage for the day while we went hiking. Then they let us shower prior to connecting to our overnight train. The hotel arranged a minibus to take us to Lao Cai station for $3pp. This is a wonderful place to stay!
Fantastic hotel and amazing staff!
Fantastic hotel, good location and a very nice room. But the best thing was absolutely the staff, the women in the reception was amazing. I was going for an early hike to Fansipan and she made me breakfast at 6 am to bring on the hike, she made both bahn mi and pancakes, amazing! Would really recommend you to stay here!

The hotel is located on a hill and access to it is a bit of a challenge.
