We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was worth every penny! While it’s expensive, it is the quintessential experience with the views, pool and accommodations. I could (and did) just stare at the caldera views all day. The staff was helpful, provided great recommendations and set all our reservations. The included breakfast was unexpectedly incredible as well! You are right next to the main foot traffic road so you will be in many tourist photos during the day if you are in the pool but if you move the umbrella you can have privacy (or smile if you don’t care like us). In the morning and at night the walkway clears up so we had great moments to snag the perfect photo and peacefully stroll the area.

Utter Beauty! The bed was comfy, the shower water pressure was amazing, the room had plenty of room for everything we had! I can't say more about this place. Even an app to connect to the front desk and everything was done on the phone if you didn't feel like walking to the reception...lots of steps!

This was the loveliest of place we stayed at in Santorini. The location, restaurant, facilities and especially the staff made this place memorable. Once you stay at Santorini Secret Suites and Spa, you will be family.

This property is awesome and BEAUTIFUL!!Everyone makes you feel so welcome .transportation back to the port was very easy and convenient with the Hotel private transport.

Staffs are very nice. Room is very clean and spacious. And… of cause the unbeatable caldera view! Location is very convenient too, just beside the Main Street and also the pick up point, can easily access to all the attractions. Highly recommend!

Great accommodations

Wonderful experience, awesome, helpful staff, clean accommodations & in walking distance to lots of shopping, food etc. Please remember Santorini has a lot of stairs & the stairs to enter the hotel are a steep, imo. Other than that it was amazing and I would stay here again.

The location was breathtaking Very relaxing

Santorini Secret was an absolute dream and extremely luxurious. We were able to set up transportation through the hotel for pick up and drop off at the airport. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was in an amazing location with all the shops and restaurants close by. They had all the amenities we could ever hope for. The room was beautiful and very clean! We have been and will be recommending this resort to everyone we know. And we cannot wait to return.

Amazing hotel The best I would recommend in Oia

Our room was the nicest room they offer, but had zero privacy at our private pool. The hotel has signs posted saying the walkways are for hotel guest only, but it's not enforced whatsoever and hundreds of tourists from cruises and Instagrammers would do photo shoots right next to our pool and it was terrible. We complained numerous times, but the hotel doesn't care or do anything. It's ridiculous to call this a 5-Star Hotel when privacy is not respected for a room you are paying $1,500 per night.

This place had a gorgeous view of the Aegean, very helpful and attentive staff, and a great bar and restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Paying for the view This property capitalizes on its location. The rooms are generously proportioned but the furniture is IKEA quality and an expensive suite has a shower kit. Amenities are basic. Breakfast is served in your room and while the menu offers many options the quality of the food is average at best. The staff are very friendly. Note that depending on the location of your room, and this applies to all properties in the cliff side stairs are a consideration. It’s an average property with a luxury price point.

Excellent location just off the Main Street in Oia with beautiful views and lovely staff. The room was very comfortable and nicely clean, although the hot tub was a little disappointing vs some of the other pool/hot tub options in other accommodation nearby.

Definitely stay at Santorini Secret Suites.

From meeting us in the parking lot of the hotel until we checked out and got in the van to leave, the staff at Santorini secret Suites was amazingly accommodating and took care of every tiny aspect of our stay. They greeted us with complimentary cocktails and walked us around the resort. The concierge booked us dinner reservations, scuba reservations, car transports around the island, spa reservations, etc. The room was clean and super comfortable along with the deck and private pool. Each day you can pick your choice of breakfast and time for delivery and they bring and setit up on your balcony for you in the morning. Phenomenal way to start each beautiful day there. All staff always had a smile and you could ask anyone to help you with anything. Vagos at the bar was maybe my favorite and made the best cocktails I had in Greece.Additionally, the hotel is located right below the main walkway in Oia across from some great restaurants. Just make sure you do your leg workouts before going because the stairs at any of the resorts there are killer on the thighs. Enjoy!

Wow heaven is a place on earth! The most heavenly relaxing resort! Views cannot be beat. Staff is super accommodating and helpful- we had a flight issue (United sucks!) and missed a night. They were willing to move our one night to the end of the trip so we didn’t lose anything. They made us lots of reservations for activities and always seemed to have spots available at hard to book times! Really amazing trip

Amazing hotel in Oia with beautiful views!

Santorini Secret Suites is a gorgeous cliffside luxury hotel in Oia! We loved our spacious room and seaview terrace with heated hot tub. Breakfast is ordered the day before and brought to your terrace in the morning. Breakfast was outstanding. The heated infinity pool is lovely. Be careful not to slip on the wet marble when you get out of the pool! This hotel is on the quiet end of the promenade so the location is perfect. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the hotel! It was exactly as described and the staff was extraordinary and made us feel right at home!

Fabulous stay

First class view, location,service and food. The whole team there look after you and make you feel very special.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredible. A big thanks to Manos and all the team for taking the time for every request. Our room ( 21 ) was large and bright and airy with a balcony straight out on to the cliff side with an uninterrupted view of the caldera looking south. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and clean. The key to this hotel I think is to just ask for whatever you need. I guarantee you that they will do everything to make it happen... we asked for a yoga mat in the room and it magically appeared ! The food is delicious and breakfast is delivered to your balcony,but be careful as the portions are quite small so be sure to order enough. The pool area is exceptional too as is the bar and the cocktails. We ate at the Blackrock restaurant one night and the food was exceptional but once again be warned that the portions are small. It's the kind of food that wins awards but is not to everyone's taste and can tend to be a bit over fussy. It is also quite expensive. If you like this kind of high end dining then you wont be disappointed.

True secret

The Santorini Secret Suites an Spa is self explanatory. Starting from the cinematic view of each and every Suite all the way down to enjoying your time as a guest, but what was truly the secret to be revealed was its accomadating staff beginning with Mr Manos the manager at the hotel all the way to the rest of the staff as they were extremely welcoming and gave us a homely experience throughout our time. They acted in a sense of a unified team and managed to be our hosts, our tour guides, and most importantly our friends. they have managed to exceed our expectation of enjoying a vacation in Santorini.
