Nice hotel

Personal attention, amazing views, delicious food, quiet location.

We've had a very enjoyable 5-day stay at the Santorini Princess. Everyone we met was very welcoming and helpful. There were little gifts left in our room every day which was a nice touch. All rooms have sea view. We had rented a car for the duration of our stay. Parking was no problem with sufficient parking space available in front of the hotel. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Santorini.

Such wonderful hospitality and warmth, with calm, clean and beautiful spaces. We all thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay and built beautiful memories. Big shout out to the very kind and friendly staff- special thanks to everyone who made our stay super amazing- Davido, Romani, Kleopathra, Paraskevi and her team, Katherina and Eva, Valos and our beautiful Naya! I found my new happy place!

The staff were so personable and friendly. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and beaches and activities. The view from the property was fabulous!

MUST STAY HOTEL IN SANTORINI

10! 5 Stars! Beautiful, comfortable, welcoming hotel with spectacular views and great location. Staff and management provided excellent service. Easy access to public transportation although the hotel can provide private transport everywhere. Marvelous spa services. Better location than Fira and Oia. We would recommend this hotel to everyone!

We loved this hotel. We have been here for 4 nights / 5 days. Leaving tomorrow. The staff is 10 star. Everyone here is just amazing. From the reception area, to the dining to the cleaning staff. The drivers are even amazing they have here. I will be telling all my friends coming to Greece about this place.

I think this is my first review. I really wanted to post this because I was extremely pleased with the overall experience. The staff was hospitable, service level amazing. The quadruple occupancy room with a bathroom for each individual room was great! Location on the caldera very good. Not as busy vs being in Oia or Fira. We rented a car and were able to park in front of the hotel no problem. That is a big plus. Many hotels in Santorini do not have this. Breakfast was very good. It was nice to have the option for fresh cooked eggs, pancakes to complement the buffet offering. Overall recommend this hotel strongly.

Service was excellent. Equal to Ritz or Four Seasons. Billion dollar view of the Caldera. Walking path between Fira and Oia goes by property. Wonderful breakfast and dinner. Very accommodating for transfers and arranging excursions.

Stayed 4 days in mid September. Outstanding service. The view from the property in out of this world. The attention to detail regarding service is outstanding. When we left our room to enjoy a leisurely breakfast we returned to find the room cleaned every day. Regarding our transportation needs, communication via text is always available and transport arranged. Highest recommendation.

Amazing hotel with amazing views. Staff was wonderful and helpful. We rented a car and parked right in front of the hotel. Pool, spa and restaurant were great. Every room has a view of the caldera and a little patio/balcony. Would return.

Lovely stay at Santorini Princess and Spa hotel. They acknowledged our anniversary with candles and balloons. The nice touch for all guests was the champagne and piece of cake upon arrival. The pool is great and views from the pool spectacular of the sunset! The breakfast delicious and plentiful. I had a facial and Eva was lovely and amazing.

Absolutely lovely stay at the Santorini Princess! The pool and grounds are beautiful, the view is amazing and the rooms are so spacious and clean and just really nice. The restaurant serves an unbelievable breakfast buffet and the dinner we had at the hotel was top notch. The sunset view is also hard to beat! Best of all is the staff who were so pleasant and helpful. If we come back to Santorini, we will stay here again for sure!

Beautiful property in a quiet area at the edge of Imerovigli. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Stunning caldera and sunset views (plus beautiful sunrise views at the top of the property.) Located between Oia (a beautiful long hike, yes hike!) and Fira for a nice long walk through Imerovigli, Firastefani and Fira.) Great view from the pool and wonderful spa staff! And convenient shuttle service. Made for a perfect retreat!

Santorini Princess Spa & Hotel- Heaven on Earth

Our experience at Santorini Princess was an 11/10. Beginning with the beauty of this property and can’t say enough about the entire staff. Wonderful welcoming & farewell by all the Reception Staff. Even the General Manager was present as well as interacting with us to assure we were having a wonderful stay. The staff in their restaurant was beyond comparison to any 5 Star Hotel. Ms Friday was especially attentive even bringing breakfast to me one day when I was busily working & attempting to reschedule a cancelled ferry to Sifnos due to weather. Reception staff made sure they secured another hotel for the extra evening since the hotel was fully booked & we were “stranded” in Santorini - even inviting us back for breakfast the next morning before we left for Sifnos. I highly recommend the Santorini Princess Highly & well trained staff and seemed hand-picked to genuinely anticipate each guest’s needs, desires or wants and always assuring each guest feels like they are in their own home with a full time group of genuinely caring individuals I can’t wait to return to the Santorini Princess ❤️❤️❤️

This property is amazing and its location is even better. Quiet and comfortable. Amazing staff.

Excellent location for the money and very clean property. The only downside is of course they don’t let guests to stay an extra hour or two by saying very politely that there is another guest is arriving in the same room. This is totally business decision that simply doesn’t want to make it a practice. We all travel and we all know that there is no room assigned for any guest before they arrive the property. So it’s simply a lie that they got used and repeat everyday to every guest who try to ask them if they can stay an extra hour or two. Very rarely we get OK from hotels or resorts to stay an extra hour or two.

The property was beautiful. Our room was amazing. I can’t say enough of how wonderful the staff was. I wish I would have had more time in order to experience the spa. When I return to Santorini, I will definitely be staying at the princess spa.

Retirement Vibes

Properly exudes the most peaceful volcanic picture perfect views to be appreciated especially first time guests. Best part of hotel is away from busy side of Fira and Oia. Staff from guest reception to restaurant are EXTREMELY helpful giving Santorini Princess that extra star ******. Tha ks to the whole Team we had an Amazing start to our first visit to Greece. 👏👏👏

From the airport transport, to the food, to the cleaning services. Everything was amazing. The staff was so friendly, the rooms and public areas were always spotless, and the food was incredible. I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation.

From the moment I arrived (8 AM!), Romina, the reception manager did her best to make me feel welcome. While I was not able to get an early check-in, and understandably so, she made sure that I got properly fueled with the hotel's amazing breakfast spread comprised of local Greek favorites and all the typically American breakfast staples, all with an extremely attentive wait staff. The onsite restaurant equally impressed me. Swordfish for dinner and the Maitre d'Hotel dessert recommendation paired with the local vin santo made it a truly delightful dining experience. And the housekeeping staff kept my chambre fresh and super comfortable everyday. The views! You must stay here for the luxurious experience that seems to to exceed the cost. We had an amazingly beautiful views from our balcony, and everywhere on this property. The sunsets are breathtaking. Every single staff member was wonderful from the moment we got off our shuttle from the airport til the ride back to the airport. If they didnt have something, they got it for you. 5 stars!!!! We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you all for everything and the memories that will last a lifetime.

We stayed in Santorini Princess Spa Hotel for 3 nights which is amazing and their services are superb. Their team are really nice and they explained us about the hotel, their service, guidance to visit around Santorini and advice on transportation not only public transportation but also private rental cars or tour guide. Moreover, beautiful view from the hotel, spacious room , super clean, 10 out of 10 food and drink and relaxing spa make our stay comfort, happy and relax. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we will visit to Santorini next time.

This hotel was truly a 5 star experience. The location was perfect. Amazing views, quietly nestled between two little towns. The staff was extremely accommodating. We enjoyed the restaurant so much, we dined there twice for dinner. Highly recommend!

I travel professionally, and have achieved the highest status with airlines and hotel chains. As a result, I have stayed in some of the worlds best hotels. My stay at the Santorini Princess Spa hotel was the best hotel experience I have had in at least a decade. They anticipated our every need, the food and location was amazing and they room was as nice as I have had. Wouldn’t look anywhere else in Santorini. We walked from hotel to Oia on day 1 and then from hotel to Fira on day 2. The hotel arranged a van to pick us up in both locations at the end of the day. The views are incredible but the hotel itself can’t be recommended higher. If I had 10 stars I would give them.

Gorgeous

The staff is incredible and goes above and beyond to make your stay and experience in Santorini the best. The location is close to tourist locations but not in them. Which I liked - quiet and not overcrowded like most other areas. The views from the hotel are stunning and picturesque. The hotel arranged transportation for a fee, which was very convenient and fairly priced. The hotel first put us in a room that was not as expected - loft bed with a severely slanted ceiling- it was an awful room but they quickly put us in another room after we told them we were very disappointed. The restaurant and service is excellent. The pool area is small with not enough loungers for guests. No staff on-site of pool for drinks and food - you have to try to flag someone down while they pass the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The perfect Santorini stay

Amazing stay. You will not regret booking here, 5 star boutique so the service is faultless. There is a beautiful coastal walk from the hotel all the way to Thira and we would definitely recommend this to explore the area. The hotel booked us reservations, transfers and anything else we wanted and everything was perfect. This hotel completely changed our views on Santorini and I can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay in the honeymoon suite. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The view was incredible and the hot tub was great! We were walking distance to Imerovigli and Fira and the hotel also had a shuttle service that was super helpful. The food was fantastic, especially the included breakfast buffet. We were told we could use Whatsapp as one of the ways to contact Reception which was super easy and great. They helped us rebook a kayaking excursion when ours was cancelled. The hotel also provided a list of recommended restaurants and helped us make sunset view reservations. Absolutely fantastic and can't wait to stay here again!

We stayed at the Santorini Princess Spa hotel for our honeymoon in August 2023. It was hands down the best hospitality experience in our years of travel. Everything from the staff making us feel at home, to the room, food, pool, cleanliness level was at the highest level seen anywhere in europe. The team genuinly goes above and beyond to arrange rides, reservations, activities… All we can say is the biggest thank you to the hotel staff for making our experience a beautiful one. Highly recommend!

Quiet area staff was amazing

This hotel is very special! The staff are the kindest, most caring, most hospitable and wonderful people that I have ever come across in my world travels. The hotel is situated perfectly between Oia and Fira, quietly perched on the edge of the Caldera. The breakfast buffet is great, as are the people who serve it.

What a friendly and responsive service team! Reception, concierge, dining, spa staff were so friendly and fabulous. The welcome chocolate cake was the most delicious cake, ever!! The rooms were lovely, pool seating is staggered (some with shade) and the dining was very good!! Bravo!

What an amazing place to stay. First class upon reception. Guided tour and took you to your room. They gave us an upgrade room and even decorated it to help celebrate our special occasion. Amazing views with great sunsets. Also the included buffet breakfast was first class. Finally all the staff was very helpful and happy to help you. A must stay in Santorini.

One of the best hotel experiences i ever had. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Never seen a place before taking service so seriously and making sure you have everything you need and beyond. The hotel is located at the north side of Imerovigli, which means that you get both the amazing views and a very quiet place to relax, away from the pact and crowded areas. The views from the hotel - including the famous Santorini sunset - are amazing. I could spend days just sitting in our patio or the swimming pool and staring at the caldera view. Last but not least, an amazing restaurant with an extremely rich breakfast and plenty of delicious options for lunch and dinner! Definitely recommended and will probably choose the same place again next time i visit Santorini.
