Breathtaking view, top notch facilities and service. They allowed us to stay for a couple of hours extra for no extra charge and transportation to airport was free. We were treated like royalty.

Excellent location with the best views. Kostas was so helpful and informative. This place was the best place to stay in. Lots of room with jacuzzi and large sitting area. All rooms were large and felt like a home. Plenty of restaurants everywhere. Have stayed in Fira and Oia in past but Imerovigli is #1.

Great value for money

Location. You are in the middle of action. Easy to get a taxi to go to either Oía or Fira. Supermarket in the corner just to get your basic needs. I was traveling with kids so it was convenient to get milk, water etc. Freddie was very communicative and he helped us with our luggage and arranging transport to go to the ferry. They also provided breakfast every morning. The room was very spacious. We were a family that travel for a wedding and some of the bridesmaid came in to get ready because it was more confortable. It was a great value for the price. Recommend!

The place is super nice and comfortable, we had all that we needed to make our stay pleasant. Costas the host was very helpful and replied to our messages promptly. The breakfast they provided was great and delicious, fresh squeezed orange Juice, fresh fruit, bread, eggs and local pastries. Leda was great keeping the place nice and clean. There is a nice place to eat close by called “Let’s eat” food was delicious and staff very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Such a beautiful view with plenty of amenities

Amazing place

Great apartment with an awesome view. Plenty of room for my wife and I and did I mention the view? We would have breakfast on the patio or a glass of wine in the evenings and watch all the people stop in front of us to take pictures. The view is of Imerovigli to Fira and the Caldera. The entire staff is top notch! From Kostas picking us up at the airport ( our flight was late) to our wonderful housekeeping staff (who stocked us with breakfast and snacks) it was what you wanted from a vacation. Imerovigli is the perfect place to settle in- between Fira and Oia, makes it the perfect place to relax.

Santorini Mansion is a fabulous place to spend a few nights on Santorini! It is clean comfortable and beautifully positioned to watch the sun set and to have a great meal. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the traditional cave house. The room was beautiful but the washrooms were small. The view was breathtaking. Kostas and Tamara were amazing. The service was exceptional. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the wonderful food you served for breakfast. Thank you especially for inviting us to join you for the excellent fireworks display.

Not a mansion and not worth the price

The Santorini Mansion was nice but certainly not a mansion and not a 4 star hotel. It is more like a flat or apartment. The view was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. They have no parking (though they advertise "free parking". There is not even a road by the apartment and there are a bunch of steps outside to climb to get to street level. Parking is where ever you can find it on street level and that can be quite a challenge. The apartment had a not so good odor. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled badly. The showers have no way to get in and out without being exposed and one of them has a clear door to the bedroom so there is no privacy. We went at end of July and the price was astronomical for what you are getting.

Beautiful view!

Stunning view from our own terrace patio. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Fira, but right on the walking path close to many restaurants. Quiet at night.

Tamara made our stay. She didn’t just fulfill our requests, she anticipated them. Kostas was very accommodating on our check out and any other requests. The view from our patio was the one that walkers on the footpath in front of our hotel photographed.

Excellent location, Superb Customer Service/Views

Stayed 17-23 Apr 2018. Superb Customer Service. We had a very late arrival, Mr. Kostas was nice and stayed late, met us and guided us to the hotel since we we rented a vehicle. View is amazing! We saw cruise ships, best unobstructed sea and mountain views as far as you can see. Wonderful staff: Irma and Tamara prepared lovely fresh breakfast which we enjoyed on the patio with the lovely scenery and romantic watching people walking by, stopping to capture the views by taking photos! Love the jacuzzi tub, enjoyed it very much! Superb location: close to two supermarkets, rental car, bike, pharmacy, cafe, and great restaurants. Highly recommend Anogi restaurant. If you're not on a limited budget, recommend Avocado. We're there before the peak season so if you decide to rent a vehicle be aware parking is limited. Absolutely recommend!

What a memorable experience

Santorini is undoubtedly one of the best places to see and visit. We had a great time. Our stay at Santorini Mansion was memorable The person in charge, Kostas, was great. Picked us up at the airport and gave a thorough walk through and f the amenities. The second night he transferred us to the other property Merigliosso which was excellent. Wound recommended this property. It’s worth to take the day tour of Santorini. Spend time in Fira and Oia

Amazing and the view!

This is totally worth every cent jist for the view! The rooms are huge and the people are amazing! They were there to help with anything. Kostas gave us free airport transfers as well as free lifts into Thira which saved us €10 each way. He even brought my husband and I dinner to our door when my husband was sick and we couldnt leave the apartment. As we went in low season, all restaurants are closed and the only thing around is the corner store. Still didnt ruin our time. Overall fantastic stay

Absolutely incredible place! The views alone are worth every penny, right out your front door! The apartment is huge and the people are so helpful. Kostas made our trip so much better and easy. Offering free transfers and lifts into Thira. He would call and check in and he even brought my husband and I dinner one night as my husband was very ill and we couldn't leave the apartment. We absolutely loved breakfast each morning on the patio!

Location with a view

We had picked the Santorini mansion based on location and price, we had chosen very wisely. Because we were there in the off season, the hotel offered a free shuttle from and to the airport. Room was clean, view was perfect and everything was in great order. Breakfast was spot on and the bedding rested two very worn out travelers extremely well. WiFi was spot on and we were happy that it was.

Amazing Staff and Phenomenal View

This location was unbeatable in terms of ease of access as well as how close it was to so many things to do. Tamara was a gem and made sure that we were totally comfortable at all times. As personable as a great AirBnB with professional level service. The hot tub was perfect as well as the other parts of the accommodations. I would tell anyone visiting Santorini to stay here!

Santorini at its best!

The Santorini Mansions offer very comfortable, clean and attentive accommodations with breathtaking views on the caldera. They are perfectly located away from the cruise ship crowds of Fira, yet only a short stroll from some of the best restaurants. We felt at home in our own private paradise. Tamara took very good care of us and she was extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't want to leave.

Santorini bliss

Our stay in Santorini was wonderful and could not have chosen a better place to stay. The view of the caldera was perfect for breakfast and wine as the sun set. The staff was more than accommodating and helpful. The went above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect. I recommend this 100% and will definitely return

Pass on this hotel

The staff was very not nice and tried hard but this hotel was disappointing. None of the bathrooms made any sense. No way to keep water from the shower from running into the rest of the bathroom. No privacy In the room bathrooms are too small. Air conditioner is at front of room but bedrooms are at the back.

Great location and stunning view nearby

We enjoyed our 2 nights. Location is best asset of the room with second being the view from the walkway in front of the property. Room is large and unique, might be awkward for 2 couples for lack of privacy but with a few kids was fine. Indoor hotub was used by our kids. Good restaurants and easy access to rentals.

Wonderful hotel with a beautiful view!

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The area was beautiful and quiet with a short walk to the main town of Fira. We were taken care of every day by Tamara who served us breakfast on our terrace that overlooked the Caldera. Breathtaking views of island and volcano right from our terrace! Tamara went out of her way to make sure we had the perfect stay and made us feel special. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom that included a jacuzzi. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would stay here again.

Amazing stay

It was my first time in Santorini and I couldn't ask for a better hotel. They had a stone Jacuzzi which I loved, the water could of been hotter but I'm just nitpicking. My stay was beautiful

View to dream of.

From our balcony we sat and had breakfast to a breathtaking view of the caldera. The location was perfect, a 1.5 km walk to Firas old part with restaurants and bars. On the path to Oia walk which is spectacular. However the staff were superb from start to finish. The room was in a traditional Mediterranean make up with curved ceilings and archways as well as a generous wet area topped off with a jet tub after a days walking.

Romantic getaway

Had a fantastic time! Room had a fabulous view and the spa tub was heaven. Our host Kostas could not have been more helpful and went out of his way to make our stay go smoothly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay was in the off-season, January, so it felt like we had the town to ourselves. So private and relaxing! The only issue was pretty much everything in Imerovigli was closed. However, Fira is only a few minutes away for dining and shopping. In Summer this wouldn't be a problem at all. Overall a wonderful experience! We would definitely stay again.

Nice views for breakfest.

The hotel staff was great and helpfull. Tamara was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean but are views from inside were not great but step outside and they were great were we had breakfest!

The terrace view is incredible

All the research paid off. The hotel, the view, and the surrounding area were perfect. The website pictures were exactly how the property looked. The property consists of three separate apartments which makes it feel like a B&B. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your always happy. Costas and Tamara were constantly tending to us making sure we had everything we wanted or needed. We felt pampered, and the breakfast served on the terrace was outstanding. Tip: if you stay 3 days, transfers are included.

The best staff ever!!!!

We booked two nights but the first night our room was not available and sent us to another one. We didn't like this since it was not near the one we had booked but the staff was so attentive and nice that made the experience less annoying. Our second night we were moved to the hotel we had rented. The view just astonishing.

Staff really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. This is more of a small bed and breakfast than a hotel.

Stunning Views

A lovely and exceptionally friendly hotel with amazing views of the caldera. The only fault is the lack of an outside pool or tub to dunk yourself to cool down!! Other than that the owner and staff are fantastic, facilities are great and quirky. Would definitely go again

Fantastic Greece holiday here!

Great stay at Santorini Mansion in Imerovigli. Hard to initially find because of all the properties on the caldera side, but the hotel staff found us quickly enough. Was very accommodating to us, even as we arrived earlier than check-in time. Can't beat the location and the view, romantic setting, and very spacious. Wish the property had a pool though!

Alloggerete in una tipica costruzione greca di Santorini, in uno dei posti più belli e costosi dell’isola, Imerovigli, da dove la vista della caldera è unica. Si tratta di un ottimo B&B quindi non aspettatevi gli standard di uno dei tanti resort di lusso di Imerovigli. Se amate la privacy vi consiglio l’appartamento superior, in quanto il B&B è lungo il camminamento principale di Imerovigli e i due appartamenti al piano terra sono un po’ in vista... ma non preoccupatevi perché saranno tutti ad ammirare il panorama che voi potrete godervi comodamente dal vostro terrazzino o dalla vostro lettino.

It would be nice if it was like photos

Our room had no windows but had a clean patio where we could see ocean and it was possible to have a breakfast at there.  But front of the patio was pavements and  there were no end of walking people. That's why we couldn't feel comfortable even if for a while and we had to stay in the dark room without window. And our room had a Jacuzzi, but it might not have been changed the water. Moreover the sink in the bathroom smelled badly. I need to say that the accommodation didn't match the price even if it was in top season. Of course I know Santorini is expensive comparing with other city in Greece, but I need to say that. The other many reviewers discribed good comments to them, but this is my honest impression. Fortunately there was one good exception. The young lady in reception was very kindly and thoughtful for us.

立地的には階段を利用しなければいけないので、大きめのスーツケースがある場合は不便だと思います。ですが事前に連絡をしておけば、スタッフの人が荷物を運んでくれるので問題ないと思います。部屋は十分な広さがあり、快適でした。ジェットバスがありましたが、水温が低めなので、冬に利用する場合はあまり期待しない方がいいかもしれません。無料で赤ワインのボトルが置いてあったり、USBケーブルやプラグ変換器があったりと細かいところも気配りされている感じがしました。

Nice apartment with beautiful view. Hikers passing take pictures at the same spot. Every morning a lovely breakfast is made and served by a friendly girl. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.
